Love the place, not central location but you come here to unwind in the hotel anyway

We had a wonderful time. The staff were helpful, welcoming, and friendly. The facility was clean and safe.

Amazing stay ... beautifully appointed rooms, pool and dining. Brilliant service, the staff are sensational. Location is fantastic, will definitely stay again.

Pleasant place to stay but limited dining options.

It is a beautiful resort. The pool is beautiful and it is close to restaurants. The bikes were a great added bonus. My only issue is that housekeeping missed our room one night. But otherwise a beautiful relaxing resort in the Algarve.

The staff was super genuine and hospitable. The property was beautiful and in a great condition. They had many amenities that made the villas so livable.

Great for family!

I just had the wonderful time staying at this family-friendly villa, and I cannot praise it enough. The environment is just gorgeous, providing a serene and picturesque setting that truly makes you feel like you're on a dream holiday. The staff at the villa are exceptionally friendly and professional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed and attended to all our needs and they are always contactable by WhatsApp! Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly elevated our stay, making it an unforgettable experience.

Spectacular Apartment!

We had an amazing time. The property was beautiful as was our apartment, it was very spacious, modern and super clean. We also can’t say enough about the staff s as bad how friendly and helpful they all were. The reason I dropped the comfort rating to a 4 is because there was an issue with the hot water tank on our last day and we had to shower in the next apartment. They did try to have it fixed right away and thought it was fixed but it turned out not to have been.

Great place, the units were wonderful. Only comment would be more signs to the front desk, as it was a bit hard to find at first in the dark and rain.

Overall enjoyable stay. Hotel is obviously trying to deal with Seagull problem and has a hawker with a hawk most days to scare them away. However despite this seagulls congregate on outer apartment blocks. Beware when sitting outside your apartment, the seagulls poop! When hawker not there, seagulls congregate in numbers in swimming pool which is a hygiene risk

The location and facilities were perfect for our family. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Nice small property. We visited off season so the amenities were not all set up yet. They were working to get the landscaping up to par. The villas are nicely decorated and kitchen is perfect. It is very quiet. Short walk to beach, Lord’s Bar and small grocery store.

Great attention to detail

Had a great time staying in this quiet resort. The villa was superb, lots of room and extremely well designed, with real attention to detail. Quality fittings and furnishings throughout, very impressive. The pool, spa and facilities were similarly delivered to a high standard. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights as part of a week touring around, would definitely have been able to stay longer. Happy to recommend.

Great resort

We had a short, but fantastic stay. This property is very nice, clean and the apartment was roomy and cozy. We liked the decor, which is coastal minimalist 😉 The area is very quite and we slept well. We will be back !

Resort type atmosphere. Great place to relax and central to the east and west in the Algarve. Pool was amazing. You do need a car to get around the Algarve if you are goi g to see other sites. There are beaches near the resort to walk to and one requires going down stairs.

Really amazing hotel. Apartments are clean, safe for children, spacious and provided everything we needed. Staff could not do enough to help us. Really conveniently located. Would highly recommend!

This place was amazing! I would definitely return here again. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place was even better in person, very new clean and modern. The kitchen was very well equipped, bathrooms super clean with sky lights in the showers!! There's also a nice beach just 5 minutes walk. We were a family of 6 with 3 small children and they had a blast at the indoor and outdoor pools. The place also came with lovely robes and indoor slippers and lush towels. Highly recommended.

A quiet & peaceful resort, only 500m or so from the beaches & next to a hiking trail it was perfect for a relaxing break. The villa was spacious & clean, close to the pool area and restaurant. It had a full kitchen, including washing machine & dishwasher so all the amenities you could need. The staff were attentive & friendly, certainly made us feel welcome throughout our stay. There were several restaurants within a 20 min walk so lots of options for lunch & dinner plus a well stock supermarket close by so very well located.

Great stay, room for improvement on breakfast

Great stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better, for instance just added more brown bread/buns, peppers, salads, beens with the egg and maybe pancakes and Nutella 😊

We have only the highest praise for the White Shell resort. Our family rented 3 units and they set us up next to each other. It was a dream stay, with superb staff and such beautiful apartments.

Great resort, nice pools and very nice appartements, breakfast is good but not a lot of Daily variation, a walk of 10min to a beach or cliffs. To the city center is a very long walk.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien mit Privatssphäre. In der Umgebung gibt es wenig Restaurants.Wir haben morgens im Resort gefrühstückt und abends uns selbst versorgt.Der Intermarche ist nicht weit weg.Parkplatz war überdacht. Personal sehr freundlich.Weil im August mehr los ist, gab es teilweise keine freien Liegen am Pool oder wurden gleich morgens besetzt mit dem Handtuch.Das war das einzig negative,
