There isnt a pop machine on the property that works. Im on 7th floor and checked every floor looking for a sprite. Every machine is empty! No pop at all . No coke, no sprite, no doctor pepper nothing. I stayed here 2 months ago and it was the same dam way! The staf told me to run to the gas station. I just flew for 18 hours and now if i want something cold to dring, i gotta go back out to find a gas station! I wont be staying here again! Nope.... no way!

Terrible I would not stay there again if they paid me, not one good thing to say.

Perfect in every way! Reasonable priced. Convenient to restaurants and downtown. We got a higher floor with an excellent north facing view! The only drawback was the breakfast. I wish you would provide more hot items than having 3 staff members to guard and portion control the only 3 hot items. Not very cost efficient.

Bed is 18 inches off the ground for a accessible room, handicapped people need to transfer straight across, they do this to save on box spring I guess but I plan on reporting them to the federal government for not complying with federal laws regarding accessibility

The checkout staff was not helpful in resolving an issue and we had to contact the manager a day later as there was none onsite on a Monday morning when we checked out.

Overall it was ok… their breakfast could be better.

Great restaurant but they need to get there tv situation fixed it freezes constantly and been this way for years also they beed to get there key card fixed there cards keep losing there reader and you have to get it reset constantly

Wish it was closer to downtown

Just a 3* hotel. Bed soft/saggy. One of the 2 restaurants and the coffee bar were closed for the winter, and no close by alternatives.

Staff was friendly and helpful, very efficient. The place is very outdated and needs remodeled. Rooms are very dated and could be a bit cleaner. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was not good. Needs definite improvement! More options, hot food not room temp, and sausage fully cooked would be a good improvement. At dinner and lunch the soup was good, hamburger was good. Everything else was tolerable. Need a better cook!

I liked the free continental breakfast, although I felt bad we couldn't get more than one plate. They need to post a sign that signs one plate per person then. Thank you!

Best price average service and location

It's pretty much the most inexpensive hotel in town in the winter the price is 80$-140$ a night in the winter. There's an employee named phoenix that is rude but overall the staff is nice. There keys don't work half the time so I had to get a new one from the lobby make sure you bring a I'd or they won't fix your card. The restaurant is decent with good service American food. Breakfast is your standard continental breakfast powdered eggs, ham,bacon or sausage, pastries, fruit, yogurt, oatmeal, milk, orange juice, coffee, tea

Nice downtown location, easy to walk to restaurants. Excellent continental breakfast, very friendly staff. The only negative is that they still use cable and the TV kept pausing intermittently when it couldn't pick up a signal.

The tv service was very spotty. Rooms are dated and really need and upgrade. However, the domestic staff were very kind and helpful.

Clean rooms, took a long time to get hot water and my room had a weak cable connection so the tv did not work but overall a comfortable stay. Thin walls so you could hear a lot of outside noise/room next door but I feel like that’s typical of hotels. Good continental breakfast.

The staff and service were helpful and good. The location was great as well, but the facilities and room were old. The atmosphere in the room was very dark and gloomy. The adhesive on the bathroom wall tiles was coming off. There was no microwave, no electric kettle. The most disappointing part was breakfast. I went around 9am and I'm not sure if they had run out of food or if the menu always consisted of only three items: scrambled eggs, sandwich ham, and potatoes. There wasn't even a piece of bread. Even those three items were being handed out in very small portions by the staff. This is the first time I've ever had breakfast at a hotel without a piece of bread. By the way, this hotel is a three-star hotel. A two-star hotel would have been much better.

Hotel is short on charm ( it’s a conference center) but very clean includes a decent breakfast. Walking distance to downtown sites. There is a coop healthfood supermarket 2 blocks away

I put lots of hair from the tub drain. The carpet was dirty.

This property is great for proximity to downtown. Lots of parking. Quiet lodging. Good continental breakfast. Queen Suites with kitchenettes are not equipped with anything to cook with. No microwaves or dishes. Very misleading in description.

This property is big, and parking lot is around the building. The breakfast is good.

Clean enough, but you can hear the jet powered toilets all night. there was a concerted effort made to find the lumpiest pillow possible. Like there was a Google search involved

The room had not been vacuumed recently. The vent in the bathroom had months of buildup. Surface cleanliness was obvious, but in depth cleaning isn't routine.

The property was good, easy, and comfortable, The continental breakfast and coffee were great. The TV was too glitchy to watch? Something about the digital reception on all of the chanel’s we tried to watch.

Good for a good nights rest…

We arrived around 4:15 and were able to get into our room. The staff at the front desk were not as friendly as years past. It was almost like we were bothering them. We arrived to our room, got settled and turned the heat down, since it was too warm. We then went to eat at the Red Lantern, restaurant on site. It was delicious. We returned to a still very warm room. We called the front desk and they sent maintenance up. He was able to fix it pretty quick and soon the room was bearable. This gentleman was very efficient and nice. The room is deteriorating. The toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, the hot water knob fell off twice while we were there, and they only had two towels for a double queen room. Overall, it was a place to sleep overnight for hockey games. I probably would not go there for any special occasion or special.

Westmark is good

Guest shop was closed for the winter, not shocked there its mostly just business and family trips during the winter months. Decent continental breakfast, solid in hotel restaurant. Plug-ins were available for the rental car's block heater. Definite plus there

Wish the breakfast had more variety. Could be changed up a little. Staying there for a week with same breakfast everyday was kinda boring.

This was a great room for the price. They did check in until 6 am if you have a late flight. Others (clarion) won’t compromise and rude about it. Bath water was hot. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast included eggs potatoes sausage cereal oatmeal muffins and yummy coffee. Coffee maker in the room was a plus. Walking distance to downtown shops restaurant bars museums.

Always a great place to stay

Everything except the restaurant team is amazing. We love staying here, but truly terrible service in the restaurant. Always takes 15-30 minutes just get greeted. Never friendly. Mediocre food. One even supervisor- young lady was the exception, she was quick and friendly the one one time we saw her. Front desk is always friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, great stay over service. Vending machines need replaced. We have donated a lot of money along with other guests to them.

I stay at this location as often as I can when working in this area, it is always clean, and the breakfast is great. The people are always very helpful and friendly, easy to get to and from anywhere in the local area.

No microwave, no vent in bathroom, no lotion, dirty and torn carpet, mirror falling off wall, stiff sheets and towels, no snack center - very little walking distance. But we loved Alaska

I would recommend that they get there tv cable service updated Ive stayed here several times for business and the stations constantly pause

I left my Apple Watch and when I called them to ask they said they haven’t found anything. When I showed up they told me that the cleaning crew haven’t cleaned it yet. Then they made me go get it. They told me you got them minutes to get it. And by the time I got up to the room the key did not work they made such a big deal because they had to go up and unlock it and it was where I stated it was

This is my go to hotel when visiting Fairbanks. The rooms are comfortable, food is on site and around the neighborhood, and it is easy to get to. I have never had a bad stay at the Westmark on 10th.

Would definitely come back

The area around the property is great. Everything is close by car and walkable if need be. The hotel is seriously outdated and needs to be remodeled ASAP.

A decent enough stay for the price and age

It was decent enough. Room felt a bit old, bathroom was mediocre (small vanity) and so-so shower. We were in a suite and the TVs kept freezing, pretty much for the entire stay, which was irritating.
