Myself and my granddaughter were having the worst day and we came at 130 and she made us pay 40 dollars for an early check in! Brutal!

There should be instructions on how to operate the jacuzzi tub.

Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Rooms are nicely renovated and spacious. Great value for your money. We only stayed 1 night but would stay again.

Was a nice room, cable wasn’t good, no coffee maker.

Check in was a nightmare I was called at 8:30 pm “ ya when are you checking in? The manager is leaving by 9 pm” our day was delayed and didnt make it to check in at 4 pm like planned Expedia over booked and evening staff treated me as they were accommodating me when in fact we were willing to take 2 rooms to have 2 beds. Instead of our 1 room 2 queens as I had booked. Was told by the manager “ what are you not understanding “?they were accommodating me because they had to pay the $18 cleaning fee for the second room I did not get what I had booked. I also booked an $89 room. Ended up costing me $139. When I asked why I was charged $289 the young gal gave me attitude , flung my reciept at me and said read your email. She also told me I hope you dont come back We ended up taking only 1 king room so we could stay in the same room…. And save the lady her $18 cleaning fee However Very clean modern room very quiet building. The gal who originally called me from day shift to switch my room was very pleasant

I like that each room is complete with a kitchen. There are few properties with this feature. We arrived after 9:00 so the lobby was closed. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that closes its lobby. Had to be buzzed in and even though I had phoned twice after landing in Edmonton it was not a pleasant experience. It was like we weren’t expected. Our room had not been completely cleaned before our arrival and the tv was not working. The table in front of the tv was pulled out and that’s where there was food and garbage left. The cords for the tv had been unplugged. We would’ve called the front desk but again the lobby was closed and there was no phone in the room to contact a staff member. The door to the lobby was locked. The breakfast in the morning was good with a nice variety of options. I brought the rooms condition to the attention of the receptionist when checking out. Showed her the pics I had taken. She apologized and assured us that our concerns would be brought to the attention of the management.

I was nervous that it would be run down and dirty because the price was so low, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room looked and felt great. I would definitely stay again.

Loved that is had a full kitchen and the giant tub. Very clean and quiet. Our room windows faced south so the only issue was the room being a bit warm. We had the a/c full blast the whole time.

Everything was great! Breakfast was awesome, for continental. Very accommodating!

Super clean

Everything was new and clean. Room was lacking some things that are normally in a room but thinking it was just newly renovated and not completely done yet. Things like no hand towels, garbage container in toilet area only, just one comfortable chair, no shelf for soap in shower, no ice machine. Not complaining hopefully just convenient things overlooked.

The best hotel I stayed in down south on our travels to the city

Was a great stay. Always enjoy Leduc. Lots to do and see

Could use an upgrade on the towels. The two bath towels were so thin, no hand towel to dry your hands. No coffee maker in the room and no phone to call the front desk to ask for anytime.

Didn't like the TV package offered. No regular cable so you had to pay to watch an NHL hockey game. This industry keeps gouging people for everything by charging them without providing service.

Worst hotel experience I have ever had

Worst hotel experience ever. The people at the front desk were so rude, I have never experienced such mean, rude people in my life. I have been traveling for my work as a Steamfitter for 20 years, and never experienced such bad service and rudeness. I left my room very clean, and because they found a screen in the garbage I used for my medical marijuana that I smoked outside occasionally and a piece of the baggie the weed was in, they withheld half my damage deposit. I am sure they do this regularly to people as a way to make extra money. So rude and do not ever stay hear, you will regret it. Horrible place!

Was great trip room was very spacious and very nicely renovated all the amenities to cook and buy groceries beautiful fireplace lots of lighting and big windows. Shower was very nice as well nice and big and very clean

Great location, renovated rooms full kitchen suite.

Will definitely book this anytime Im in the area. The only issue here is you're only allowed 20mb of data so if you don’t have lots of mobile data be careful. That wasn't an issue for me. They have a shuttle and lots of close by places for food.

The front counter staff, were super friendly n made it enjoyable checing in. The rooms are awesome .

We arrived to the hotel at 10:00pm after driving 10 hours from B.C. When we got to the front of the hotel to check in, the lobby and front desk were closed and nobody was there to check us in. So we had to scramble to find another hotel, which in Leduc, can be very tough. Upon contacting the hotel, they were not going to refund my money from the night we didn’t even stay at the hotel, nor cancel the remainder of my stay in Leduc.

superior service

I got in late from my flight and the manager and her husband got me settled in no time. It had snowed for the first time this year and the maintenance person even cleared away the snow. Thanks to all staff.

There are 3 Western Budget in the are. I tried checking in the other one because even the Google map is confused. Then I went to this building that the ground floor was being renovated. So so far this building will be the most quiet ones for evening sleepers. The staff was very polite and apologetic and directed me where my room is.

Very clean, and spacious at very affordable rates!

We didn’t have hand soap in our room for the bathroom sink to wash our hands. I didn’t realize until it was bed time and the front desk area was closed. Plus, being a single mother, I would’ve felt better if I had a latch door lock as a second form of security on our room.

Great inexpensive 2 nite stay... Bug clean room with fireplace and full size fridge... Just off hiway... Tim's and Mcdonalds close...

Very accommodating staff. We asked for a different room of our choice and we were accommodated. The only thing is that the non-smoking room is smelly.

Rooms wasn’t cleaned and couldn’t get clean towels

I liked that this hotel was affordable and convenient in its location. It is an older hotel but has been kept up and clean. The only thing I didn’t like was the beds were very firm.

Beautiful rooms...

I wouldn’t stay there again due to their late check-in issues and they could only give me a pet friendly room at the price you offered. At least it was a non-smoking room.

This is a very low key kind of place. Folks here are friendly and warm. It's great if you're traveling with a dog. It's really not fancy but it's clean and quiet.

Room was far too warm, cooling unit did not work, called for assistance that never came. I realize they were having trouble with another maintenance issue at the time, not the staff’s fault, but made for a very uncomfortable night. Had to leave windows open at subzero Temps to get it down to reasonable.

We had our flight cancelled the night before and they were extremely accommodating and friendly. They answered all the silly little questions we had and never once made us feel like we were a Burden. Darleen was very nice and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent room for the price! Fireplace was wonderful in the room after being outside in the cold . Room was very large! TV was a bit small compared to room size but overall a good stay.

The hotel is very close to the airport with ample parking. The fireplace is a nice touch to the room ambience.

Quiet stay at Leduc

Very good hotel. Quiet, even with the highway 2 just outside and the airport across the field. We had two dogs and they were greeted and welcomed just like us by the manager. Ricky's Bar & Grill is next door for meals. Access to Leduc townsite is good as is access to the new shopping area, costco and also the airport for travelers. Would absolutely recommend.

the front desk lady went over and above. Absoluetly amasing woman. Extremelly kind and very funny. She let me check in late and let me check outlater then normal. Also gave me a room close to the front desk with a king size bed
