Very nice rooms. Just finished renovations. I got 2 king rooms and was very surprised at how large they were. Definitely will be booking there again for my next trip.

This place deserves fives all the way. But they are in the process of remodeling so some areas are a mess. But it's very clean, quiet, friendly and a delightful stay. I'm looking forward to returning someday to see the finished producy.

Confused check in person. Gave us keys to wrong room from what was reserved and mixed up my reservation with another person. Hotel going through major renovations so place is not together at all. Jacuzzi room was not bad looking but definitely smells musty big time which made it not nice. Bed ok I guess but again had strange smell???? Pool closed because of renovation I guess??? Breakfast was not very appealing!!! I’ve stayed at many different hotels in and around the area of this one and hands down the worst!!! Also took almost a week to get my security deposit back where other hotels it’s usually that same day. Overall not satisfied!!!!

Hard to be entirely fair about this stay. Room itself was nice, but the hotel is under renovation, so the common areas were poor. No amenities, like no ice machine for example.

Renovation

Wish they would let people know theres renovations going on. That there is no water in am to make coffee or shower or flush. No continental breakfast. Usually i have great reveiws of western.budget , but this one i am not a bit impressed. Catching a flight n.no shower not a good way to start trip.

The property is undergoing an update. The halls were in mid repair. It was very noisy in the room above us as someone was working up there in the evening. There was something wrong with heater in our room. To their credit it was repaired quickly after my husband went down a second time to report it. Beyond that, it was quiet at night and the Royal Pizza next door was a good place to eat.

Great stay for a great price. Bed was a little hard and they were renovating the hallway, is my only complaint.

In the process of renovations. Girl when we checked in was more caring about her cell phone than helping us. Did not advise water shut off, since they are doing maintenance etc.

Very dirty room! The room was big and tons of room. However it was filthy and falling apart, floors dirty, door knobs broken, taps broken. Kitchnette cips had lipstick still on them, comb from previous guest still in the couch. Good things were: two fireplaces and a good breakfast.

My mom and sister were flying in from Ontario. They were arriving late so it was easier for me to book a room then make the drive. The room was very large. The hot tub was perfect size for 2 people and was in the one bedroom. The room is equipped with a full kitchen. The bed felt really soft at first but my back hurt in the morning. The breakfast was a bit better than most as they had a waffle machine. Lots of parking and I was happy that the sound of the planes did not keep me awake. I would stay again. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful when asked questions.

There were renovations going on on the floor we were staying on so it felt somewhat run-down, but again, that could be just from the unfinished renos. The room itself felt very large. On top of the 2 queen beds, we had a kitchenette, sitting area and even a fireplace. The bathroom was small and the decor was outdated, but overall a lovely room and great place for the night.

Enjoyed the room, overall a okay experience. Would have been nice to know they were doing construction otherwise was great.

Was surprised by the hotel very nice

Hotel/Motel is definitely dated but the room was in good condition and very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Very limited amenities but perfect for a comfortable overnight stay. The area immediately around it is mostly other hotels and car dealerships but its just across the highway from a large mall and a couple of minutes drive to the airport.

Nice room. Staff was gone early so we could not get a cot but otherwise it was nice. Great breakfast!

Good but I’ll never return

The room is outdated but very large and spacious. Good value for what you pay. Bed was extremely stiff but for one night it was manageable. The AC in the bedroom didn’t blow cold air. The biggest issue and reason I’ll never return was the maintenance worker who is contracted by the building. He started working outside on the rooms first thing in morning with the AC units drilling something. He was incredibly loud and never bothered to find out if the rooms were occupied. I stayed in the hotel as I came in from out of town and will be switching over to night shift (6pm-6am) and needed the morning to sleep in. He began drilling screws into the AC unit that woke me up - it was basically at the foot of my bed. When I asked him to stop and come back later, he said no he needed to finish and continued doing what he was doing completely ignoring me when I asked him to stop. It was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I informed front desk immediately. During check out, the front desk lady said he had come down and apologized claiming he had poor hearing so he didn’t know I was there. He straight up lied to her. I’ll never return back to this hotel. That contract worker needs to be replaced with someone else.

The staff were helpful and the breakfast room was clean and had an excellent selection . Only comment that it would have been nice to have a microwave in the too,s.

I wouldn't recommend this place, they want a 20 dollar a day housekeeping fee and there has clearly been water damage throughout the hotel, that was poorly repaired. Our room was okay, the tub didn't drain properly and the bathroom faucet leaked horribly. Wouldn't stay there again, for what they charge u could stay at a nicer place that includes housekeeping!

Good value for a good room

I liked the property and would stay there all the time.

The room is spacious, clean, quiet, and has a kitchenette.

We did not get the room we booked and paid for. I booked two rooms that were with a king and queen bed and only got one. The other room only had two queen beds. The front desk was no help. The a/c units in each room could not cool the room down enough. It was so hot. The pool needs a reservation to use but all the times were booked so we could not go. The kitchen was good to have. The space in the king room was awesome.

Did not receive a room with a king & queen bed that I booked. No offer to rectify the error. My grandson slept on the floor. Inconvenient, unclear pool hours. Pool had to be reserved to be used. Extremely hard beds.

Very clean with spacious rooms! Loved the kitchen but paper towels are not provided so bring your own. No microwave in room. Love the fireplace option. A/C works great. Breakfast was OK. Would be nice to have a few more hot items. Pool was ok

Booked for a 7 night stay, 4 nights in i had a family emergency and had to leave. They wouldnt refund the remaining nights or offer any type of help in regards to the matter. They said they would look into it and get back to me numerous times and in the end expedia themselves reached out to me and told me the hotel would not be giving any sort of refund. The cancelation policy stated that if canceled 1 nights stay would be charged, so i should be entitled to 2 nights reimbursed. Wont be staying here again

Got there with 2 babies and 11pm and were told it’s sold out and the lady at the desk just laughed at us even though we made this reservation and already paid for it. I will make sure I post this review everywhere. If it wasn’t for the Expedia rep who was very helpful we would of been stranded

Really enjoyed our stay here. The room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly.

Beds were firmer than i like and havent seen touch lamps in a while but price was good, rooms and common areas very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We were sad the pool was not useable as it waiting for a part. I would stay here again. I have stayed in a few Nisku hotels when visiting family and this is in top 3.

Wonderfully decorated for the holiday season. The included breakfast buffet was amazing & they had food individually wrapped specifically for travellers.

Cozy

We like this hotel for being quiet, cozy and affordable. We love having a fireplace and in-room jacuzzi, and the full kitchen is a bonus! Our only complaint is the aged condition of the furnishings. Please replace the bed mattresses and get bedding that fits, so the bottom sheet doesn’t become untucked every time you roll over. And the arm chairs need an upgrade too.

They’re the best

The staff is friendly and I have been going there a lot. My husband and I for a little get away. And this is the first time that it’s wasn’t a a great time, like the many others. My bed wasn’t not a king and I was charged for a king. And the bed wasn’t very comfortable. But in saying that, I am still going to return but I will call them directly not do it on line ever again.
