No one at check-in and no one at checkout . The cabin was comfortable enough for my parents and they spoke to one of the cleaners and said she was quite abrupt and rude

It was comfortable and clean and suited our needs. We were three adults, one with disabilities, one a carer. We appreciated the convenience to this lovely city.

Great central place to stay Manager is very helpful

The cabin was in extremely poor condition. Very dirty and the ensuite was covered in mold and the floor was very rotten. The bunk bed mattresses were smelly and stained and couch as well. Would not recommend. Extremely overpriced for the condition and service. We were booked in for 3 nights and not once did housekeeping turn up to replace towels or coffee. Stay clear of this property

Book it and Cook it Place...

A weekend trip to this beautiful place called Warrnambool was a fantastic experience. The location of this facility is supreme as all the shops woolworths, Aldi, chemist warehouse etc are right outside within a minutes walk. Nice and open property to relax on a fine sunny day.

Isaac, the manager of Warrnambool Holiday Village, was approachable and helpful. He presented the cabin in an excellent manner and he was easy to communicate with. The cabin suited our needs and it was in a suitable location to all required amenities.

Easy access, great facilities, comfy bed. Communication was excellent and flexible as we had to change the type of room a few times.

Staff very friendly, received a free upgrade when we arrived to 1 of their newer cabins which was very nice. Kids loved the playground which was great, woolworths straight across the road, close to pretty much everything warrnambool has to offer. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Main bedroom size better suited for a double bed, but the Queen size bed and mattress was very comfortable, great night's sleep, good insulation, no noise from neighbours who left early each morning, would stay again....

the lounge area of the cabin was good the toilet and main bedroom was terrible if it had not been the most expensive cabin I may have made an allowance for it but that was not the case access to bed was to say the least very tight and to the toilet was a manoeuvre in its self very disappointing !!

The man at the desk was very polite. We booked a cabin and were supposedly upgraded - at his suggestion. However we did not consider it an upgrade, it was very average clean. We had a camper van and Nissan Patrol and found the parking difficult. there was a sign on the fridge saying if the place was not left clean and all rubbish put in the appropriate bins then we would be charged $50 on our credit card.

Spacious new cabins near downtown Warrnambool

Brand new, spotless and roomy cabin in the city, about a mile from downtown where there are numerous good restaurants. The proprietor answered all our questions and made check in a snap. The cabin was very spacious with a kitchenette and table for an easy breakfast. The only negative was that since the cabins were in the city, they were on concrete with no trees. However, they were private and quiet, which made sleeping a joy. Also, it was a great half-way point between Mt Gambier and Apollo Bay on the Great Ocean Road.

Friendly and welcoming

We stayed two nights here, booking in at almost the last minute. The lady at the resort was lovely and helpful. Would stay here again...and Warrnambool is beautiful.

Convenient and quiet location

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. A small park, quiet, and convenient. No massive crowds like the usual larger parks. Very comfortable place to stay for the long weekend. Shopping centre over the road for extra convenience. 2 washing machines and dryers with laundry powder available in laundry. Clean and tidy accommodation, would definitely stay again.

Acceptable, mostly

We stayed 2 nights. The cabin was clean and comfortable enough while being the smallest one we have ever stayed in. Can't imagine 6 people in it, although there were beds enough for 6. The shower was tiny. Barely enough room to move at all and the bathroom itself was so small you had to leave the door closed even to brush your hair due to the door being so close to the sink. There was not one power point in the lounge area at all, so we had a hard time using our laptops. The TV remote completely stopped working on the second night, after the office was closed. We were forced to turn the TV off as we couldn't change the channel and the sound was way to loud. Parking is terrible. Each cabin has one space and the spaces are all so close to each other and the cabins that you can barely move. Over all it's not terrible, but we will look for someplace different next time.

Relax andlovely stay

We enjoyed the clean abd cosy cabin.beautiful kitchenette and everything about the place was just nice.only downfall will have to be the steep steps to get in the cabin and the lack of a deck like the other cabins. This made it a bit for kids will go back next condition not to have the steep steps.

neat & clean but VERY poky.

So can't complain about the cleanliness or friendliness of the staff butt they have squeezed too much into a small block. We had the deluxe room, coul hardly walk by the side of the bed, no room to dry self in bathroom & no I am not a big person. Three whole cabin just too poky. Even outside, sit on the balcony & felt closed in because nothing to look at except the back of another cabin. Too much squeezed in.

Great Modern Comfort in Central Location

I stayed in Superior Cabin No.9 , The cabin itself was great , everything was modern , the bed and couch were comfortable, a decent size shower and bathroom. Parking was a bit awkward , especially trying to get into the designated park for my cabin. Had a small issue where the door in the main bedroom wouldn’t close as it hit the bed but that’s only minor. The park itself is clean and tidy and located across the road from Woolworths and not far from the beach or food outlets.

Disappointing

Not quite how advertised. Bathroom / toilet requires a really good clean with bleach and disinfectant- not a pleasant smell. Really concerned with access to cabin as door would not lock from outside and very ‘ify’ when inside so had to rely on the fly screen being locked .

We enjoyed our stay,good parking, although bedrooms small living area was good, close to shops and short drive to tourist attractions. Staff very helpful, easy access to laundry and dryer. very tidy grounds

Everything we needed for the whole stay was easily accessible. The cabin was immaculate and soo comfy to stay in. The kids loved the playground. Will definitely return.

The rooms were smaller than we expected, there wasn't much room to move and not enough closet space. The bathroom really small and the security door was broken and could not be closed. The living/lounge area was spacious and the kitchen had all the necessary utensils if we wanted to cook. Not a bad place for staying 2 days.

Well located, good facilities, great value.

We (a couple) stay here fairly regularly and have never had any complaints. The cabins are compact but have everything you need. The beds are really comfortable, the heating/AC is effective and the kitchen has adequate facilities if you wanted to cook. The staff are helpful and friendly. Walking distance to all pubs or restaurants in central Warrnambool.

Best kept secret, really happy with accommodation only negative drove past 5 times, white sign doesn't stand out and easy to miss entrance.

ALL YOU'LL NEED TO ENJOY WARRNAMBOOL!

Great for the kids to not be I'm 5 star accommodation for once. Clean is all you need and this place gave is that. Fantastic place to sleep but not much else thereby encouraging you to get out there and see what wonderful Warrnambool has to offer. The playground was a hit, especially the pillow style inflatable trampoline. Don't bother with anywhere else, this is definitely all you need.

When Wotif confused our room type the staff went well beyond expectation to make our room accommodate our party despite being booked solid. They also followed up with us after our stay with apologies and remuneration for our inconvenience. Hats off to great service! Lovely Warrnambool

We had a lovely stay at Warrnambool. It is a beautiful place. Our stay at the Holiday Village was fine. Our only complaint was that we could not work out how to use the stove, even looking at the book. This was our only complaint. We used the laundry and the washing machine was clean and reasonably priced to use.
