Amazing service, from front desk to the waiting staff to housekeeping, everyone was just so approachable, helpful and KIND! We will miss this beautiful hotel and the wonderful people we came across during our stay.

Compare to other 5 star hotels, the quality of the room is not at level of 5 star suppose to use for that price

W Kuala Lumpur

W was fab, not so much Whatever/Whenever vibe. Our shower was terrible leaked everywhere bad design. The view is amazing, didn’t mind the singing at 6am from the temple below but a heads up would have been nice. Location was good.

Staff from front line to f&d staff are attentive and friendly. KLCC LRT short distance walk. We stayed can see Petronas twin towers plus nasi kandar pelita just next to the hotel. Overall worth the price we paying.

This place has just completely blown my socks off. Of all the 5-star hotels I have visited nothing compares to the W Kuala Lumpur! And that includes other W Hotels. I help organizations be the best in their industry and one of the hardest things about that is convincing leaders to trust their team, to let good workers be happy by giving them genuine autonomy, within an accepted framework. The W Kuala Lumpur is a shining example of management keeping a close eye on things but staying out of the way and letting their staff shine. The result is an incredible experience for the guest. A genuine relationship with the team serving you. The rooms are kept to a high, five-star standard, funky and stylish. The food is terrific at every venue. The pool and pool bar are awesome, I haven’t seen a pool bar this big in Asia. Cool breezy day hangout location and awesome party at night, looking directly at the lit-up twin towers. Nothing was too much trouble; they went out of their way to give me one of my most favorite weekend experiences. Thank you so much, Nino, Emma & Billy Eyelash, I am truly grateful and inspired. Tony

Overall very nice trendy hotel, excellent friendly staff and service… first room has an issue with smoking smell (immediately changed to new room) and second room has abandoned used toothbrush next to trash can under the toilet sink… maybe not visible to cleaning staffs just standing.. so cleaning wasn’t so thorough but done on the surface

Nice central location to get around KLCC area. Breakfast spread is good. Only thing we found difficult & irritating is the lighting -- the light switches are too difficult to operate. They may be subtle and stylish but what use is it if guests can't figure out how to operate a simple thing like the lights????

Everything was perfect the moment we checked in, a great stay for our entire family.

Loved our stay at the W Kualalumpur. The view of the Petronas towers from our room was breathtaking. The swimming pool overlooking the towers was also icon with bar and music. An excellent place to have a few drinks and relax. Our room was overlooking the towers and were treated with magnificent light show spectacle at the comfort of our room. The room itself is very modern. The bed was very comfy for a good night sleep. We used the "Away Spa" facility in the hotel for a massage and the masseuse was really professional and experienced. All hotel facilities were top notch and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a very memorable stay and experience.

Fantastic experience

There was a fire drill but the staff allow us to wait downstairs rather than come back in an hour time. Sean was very friendly and helpful when checking in for us.

We stayed from Sunday to Tuesday. We were slightly disappointed that the housekeeping was not done on Monday, and we had to prompt the concierge twice before it was done. Also, the bathtub was faulty and required engineering to fix it. Other than that, it was generally a pleasant stay, and the wet deck was amazing.

It was amazing stay with aliitle bit of hicupps with the air conditioning. Nevertheless, noticed that the corridor air conditioning has been switched off during our stay. Not too sure if this is the default due to the low occupancy rate during pandemic time.

Everything was absolutely beyond my expectations!! The hotel was fully booked but surprisingly not too crowded. I guess the hotel obey SOP. We booked it without breakfast which I wasn’t aware of cos it was a last minute staycation plan. However the help desk lady isn’t very patient with what I’ve asked. So hmm….

My stay at W KL was very pleasant and provided me with just the relaxation I need. Staffs are friendly and attentive. They gave me a room upgrade and late check out. The breakfast buffet was great with loads to chose from. Overall a good experience. Pool was crowded so we did not go there. This can be area to improve, strict SOP in this area.

It’s a nicely build up property. But the room wasn’t sound proof, as we were woke up by next room doorbell and their conversation on the hallway at about 1am.

The W at KL is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Location, style, food, room and the stunning roof pool and bar are all utterly fabulous. Forget all others if you want a super cool, friendly hotel in KLCC.

Fabulous property

A friend and I stayed on a 20 hour layover, we arrived at 8am. We had booked a suite which wasn't ready so they gave us another room to rest and leave our stuff in. Great pool, delicious food and amazing service. Highly recommended.

I never take the time to leave reviews but I am SO impressed with this property that I just had to. From the moment we checked in the service was incredible. Throughout our 9 day stay the staff went above and beyond every single day. I don’t think I had one bad experience. The rooms were the largest we have seen in all the trips we’ve taken for New Years to Europe or anything, the cleanliness was great not to mention the incredible location and views of the Petronas Towers! The food is some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life. Best breakfast buffet! Don’t think twice. STAY HERE!

Top hotel with great service.

W Hotel is quite new with a good size room. However, the bathroom is rather squashed, perhaps because the room is slightly more narrow than desired (for the design intended by the built in table). There's only 1 chair for the table and this is annoying when there's 2 of us! Housekeeping generally OK, though they've regularly forgotten to refill the coffee milk! Location wise - if you're looking to be near KLCC and Pavilion, Four Seasons or Grand Hyatt are better located.

This was an absolutely amazing hotel, from the rooms (had everything you need with great decor) to service. Would definitely stay only at this one next time I am in KL. Thanks W team for making our trip so memorable.

The hotel is too high tech without proper instructions available. I really like the amenities set, it smelled so good! The food served at the wedding dinner was average.

This is my first time staying at W and will stay here again next time !! Everything is fine especially the bar tender on the 12th floor they all so good . the night life so happening with them .

5 star service and quality of stay!! Love the 'whatever' service and made a totally cool birthday surprise for my partner. The decor, service, ambience, and the legendary W Bed just makes W hotel our favourite hotel of all time!

W Kuala Lumpur

My stay there was excellent, the food the people the location but one thing i would like to point out is the massive pool of water next to the hotel made it hard to walk over KLCC, wished the construction site was not right next to the hotel, everything else is topnotch!

Not too impressed.

Unfortunately the air conditioning in my room kept shutting off and they had to come and fix it at 4am as it was very hot in the room. I was disappointed as that was my first experience at the W. I've stayed at better 5 star hotels in the area. Probably wouldn't go back.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Went to use the restaurant once and was disappointed with the selection. However, this was more of a personal thing (although 4 of us agreed it wasn't the best choice). Other than that, room service menu very good, everything else excellent.

This property was in a good location and was very well maintained. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very courteous, attentive, and helpful.

Had a wonderful stay. Couldn’t have been more happier and the staff were so friendly, warm and helpful.

Short but sweet stay.

Gorgeous hotel staffed by happy, helpful people who really seem to love their jobs! We were lucky enough to be upgraded, which was a lovely surprise, particularly as this was a birthday treat. We loved our room, which was immaculately clean (I could find dirt in a surgical theatre!) and our view was to die for. We were also easily able to walk to Petronas Towers and a few local bars/restaurants. Our only gripe is that we had to ask 3 times for our luggage to be brought to the room and this took an hour, meaning we were late to meet friends. A small complaint in an otherwise fantastic hotel. Thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Hotel of choices

It is very nice hotel, staff are super friendly and well trained, everyone is performing their duty well. I believe their management team is managing the hotel well, as service cultures need to come from the top. Really happy with my stay and will definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Beautifully designed, so much attention to detail. Really cool vibe, friendly staff. Room service was a bit pricey but in line with similar hotels. There was a very large menu and service was very fast though so that made up for it. All in all great stay, would definitely return.

Family break

We had 4 rooms to accommodate the family for four nights Prior to our return home. Nothing was a problem even when on the last night my son called for a change of bedding for the cot when my grandson was ill. They even arranged for his blanket to be laundered and ready for our 7am departure. Great location too.
