The beach was super. You can walk for miles. The buffet food would be great if it was hot. The restaurants were great. Only had a 32" TV in the room and the picture was all fuzzy and was never fixed. Reserved a room with a king bed and got two queen beds.
Room curtains had mold and so did the pillow covers. Did complain and they were going to replace it but nobody showed up to take care of it. Door Locks would not work properly and someone showed up after 3 days to fix it. Service inside the room was bad but outside we enjoyed the shows and great weather
The beach was incredible! Buffet food was meh, restaurant food was excellent. Rooms were in OK condition, but shower was spotty with the water pressure and temperature. The beds were not very comfortable. But I came for the beautiful beach, and was beyond pleased with it.
The beach and water was beautiful- it was a worn property but overall good for the price.
Very nice budget all inclusive. Wasn’t tye nicest, but food is good and staff is nice.
Never in a million years will I stay in this resort again. First the bathroom had mold and fixtures were corroded. Most not all staff were not that friendly. No atm on property, the alcohol was below bottom Shelf even if you are vip the choices are the cheapest jose cuevo, red label diappointing to say the least. The only great thing there was the yoga instructor Linda.
Horrible service
The resort is fantastic especially for families with young kids. The rooms are basic, certainly not luxurious , but at the end they are clean and comfortable. The beach is outstanding , with plenty of chairs and crystal clear turquoise waters. The activities are incredible and all inclusive : snorkeling in a beautiful reef just in front of the resort, catamaran , kayaking , paddle boarding. You can also book interesting excursions directly at the resort. The entertainment is very nice , the animation team works hard all day and night to arrange games by the pool and the beach and a show every evening that never disappointed. The food of the buffet is high quality and we are picky travelers and eaters. Reading other reviews we were concerned and we put down some reservations in restaurants in the island before arriving , but actually the buffet was very good and with great diversity and we ended up having all our meals at the resort as it was super convenient with young kids. We definitely recommend Viva Fortuna for family vacations and we plan to return soon.
Pros: The beach is the best, I have been to Fiji, Cancun, Nassau, and many others in California. The sans is so fine-grained, too good. If you want a quiet and calm vacation time, this is the one. Cons: Food is not the best. Buffet is okay. They have a few items. Almost everything is tasteless. Long lines for drinks I asked for 2nd floor room, they said they don't have any. It wasn't true, almost 1/3 of 2nd floor rooms were empty. As a returning customer, I expected them to honor my preference. It was red flag for all 4 days we were there. So, couldn't try out any of the water activities. A/C was noisy as a chopper. They fixed it once we raised the concern. But, it started it's chopper like noise again. It was annoying, but not a deal breaker for us (but could be for many) Conclusion: We will return again because of the beach, not for the other things. If you're not picky about the foods, and love quiet and calm neach time, this one is for you. Sand on this beach is the best, so smooth and soft and so white, even better than sanda in Paradise Island/Atlantis. This is not a 5 star hotel like Atlantis. If you keep your expectations reasonable and don't wanna break your bank, this one is for you.
They advertise as the offer shuttle from airport, that’s not the case. It say it need 72 hrs before arriving, I let them know 2 weeks. I end up getting a taxi $35. At the property I requested a shuttle with in the 72 hrs. At the property they say I have to requested 48 hrs before checking in. Another $35 for taxi The food was not great, buffet almost same food every day, and the only reservation for a Resturant we had they mess it up, the put in another Resturant that we did not want. So we ate st the buffet again same food Some of the staff (some not all of them) where rude and not friendly
Our room was not ready until two hours after check-in time. When it was, there were dried up stains on the nightstand and on the top blanket. The hotel was surprisingly rundown. Ironing board completely rusty. Food: a plenty of it and they slightly changed the options every day, but everything was cold and really low quality. What saved the experience for me, was the cocktail bar. That one was great. And the beach. Staff: someone was helpful and polite, front desk ladies not so much. Overall, it was ok for the price but next time, I would definitely pick a different place to stay.
I ended up having to spend 80 dollars US in order to get from the Airport to the Resort and Back. It is the only all inclusive resort on the island. I was under the impression my package included shuttle and i have not heard back from Expedia about this
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms could use updating but are kept clean. Take advantage of the Dive Center and tours. We snorkeled with the turtles and were the only ones to go so our driver gave us a tour of the island on the way there and back. We would go back!
The food options and variety were excellent. Room conditions were average to poor. Bathroom sink faucet was falling apart. Toilet would not always flush. The AC was extremely loud. There was some dirt and insects in bathroom/room. The resort property is nice including the beach, activities, and options for scuba divers, (if experienced). I will say the dive shop did not have the best safety regulations. I would not recommend a very beginner diver dive there unless they had an experienced buddy with them. The resort itself and property felt extremely safe.
This property was a waste of money same food every night menu was nasty for everything to be all inclusive wasn’t satisfied at all me and my family had to eat out everyday not much to really do on property and late activities were not good
Everything was on point from checking in to breakfast lunch and dinner. In addition, the fascinating beach, the entertainment, the gyms in the morning, and the staff are well trained. This was an excellent experience.
Safe place for families. 3 star hotel, we are not fancy, so dont expect a 5 star on a 3 star budget. All in all, we had a nice relaxing time with the family
I paid for superior room which had Staff was rude at the lobby, the hotel staff very friendly . Just lobby was rude and sometimes nasty water, they said I asked for 6 bottles of water, no I kept refilling my bottles. According to my room I had free water , plus a rain shower head . No I did not. Plus got burned by shower head. A child could get severely burned if shower control was moved just a tiny bit. I didn’t k ow which way went cold or hot. There was just a red Dot someone painted on to show where to put shower. But even that was too hot. No Rain shower head. Pressure was very low. Food was a nightmare, you can only eat so much chicken and hotdogs for breakfast. How much rice cooked 5 different ways. The extra dining restaurants. Coke sprite beer red or white wine. No cocktails. Oh and only time share people get ToP Shelf liquor. I was tired of hearing “ oh that’s Time share”
If you want to waste your money, book with viva Fortunat! The buffet is terrible and there is not a lot of options, there’s other restaurants at the hotel but you need reservations, which me and my husband was there for 6 nights we could only reserve for 2 nights. At an inclusive hotel you don’t expect to pay for a bottle of water. I will never stay at this hotel and not recommend it to anyone. The staff is nice, front desk , the bell man are very friendly and nice. If you want to have a great time don’t waste your money.
As 2 adults with no kids, this is not the place for us to return. Overall the property is in a beautiful location, entertainment/maintenance/activity people were excellent- bartenders not so much. Hot tub had a lot of kids with no adult supervision, making it a kiddy pool with drinks getting splashed and ruined. Guests brought their own Bluetooth speakers, and were not considerate of others enjoying the music played by the resort. It was windy for our stay, so activities were limited to strictly lounging around the pool. There was a lot to offer on the property, but the wind hindered all activities. Food was nothing special, yet the “made to order” chefs were great. On our first night, I handed back two plates from hair being in my food. The all inclusive included mixed well drinks, coffee and the buffet with the choice at a “specialty” restaurant, which was a three course meal- similar to what was served in the buffet, but a private setting. Overall, we made our short stay at the resort fun and exciting, even though activities were limited. I understand the property can not control other guests behavior or the weather, it was just a bit more rambunctious than we anticipated.
It was a pleasant stay.
Do not even know where to start. 1. The shower was flilthy, you could see the black gunk in the corners 2. The patio window was so dirty you could not see out 3. The door did not want to latch, and there was a gap at the bottom of the door. 4. The phone in the room did not work 5. There was no hot water 6. The toliet seat was broke 7. Front desk people were not even there when you approached the desk, we could see one employe putting on makeup and never came out. 8. The food on the buffet was cold, the desserts were still frozen solid, if there was hot food it was burned to a crisp. All of these things we made the staff aware of, they just said we will look into it. We had a booking for a week, NOTHING WAS DONE!
Good
Best Value
Best value on the island!!!
Every staff member was super nice, accommodating, and helpful. I have been to this resort multiple times and I plan to come back!
Call to cancel or book later date after the property was 16 hours from where we was and never got a refund was told I can’t even though it was hours before check in I was charge the entire stay and the manager was rude don’t stay here
The reservation was for my friends and they loved it. Thank you to all the staff.
Room was great, bar and buffet would run out of items
The food was the worst. I literally ate rice and gravy for dinner two days. Even for breakfast, they had an omelet station but no cheese. The rooms need to be updated and change those had mattress. The sliding glass door to the balcony needs some oil. I hurt my arm trying to pull it open. The entertainment was just okay. The performers need a lot of rehearsals. I could've done better than that. I will never stay at this hotel again. Im very surprise and disappointed at the Wyndham.
Beach is very beautiful, food was average. We had great time!
Nice resort. Serene atmosphere. Lovely beach. However, I did not like how sandy the bedroom floor was when I checked in; the room should've been swept (or mopped) better.
Never had booze i wanted always had go get it buffet was average to good
.
The beach was right near the entertainment area
This was my 3rd year in a row visiting Viva. I always tell people I may not always like my room, but everything else makes up for it. The room has beds, a balcony, a closet, and a bathroom. Everything else you need is down near the bar. Bring your own cup to fill your water at any of the water stations. There is all kinds of water fun for free, there is a hut on the beach with paddleboards, kayaks, and more. There are 3 restaurants that are open on different days and you have to have a reservation. I prefer the restaurants to the buffet for dinner. They have fun games around the pool during the day. Never miss the live show at 9:30pm. The crew work so hard to entertain us, and they do an amazing job. New for me this year, they did Lion King, and they did an amazing job! After the show everyone ends up at the bar, then around 11:30 the disco opens up for more fun.
Needs some renovation
I will be sending complaint so many issues def not a superior room nothing like photos
Run down bedroom unhelpful staff no hot water for days
This property is set up to encourage enrolment in their VIVA Club, if you are not a member you receive very limited service, no table service at all. The property is in dire need of a facelift in all the rooms. Though staff was very nice, we were told they cannot give better service unless you are a member. Very sad business strategy, in my opinion.
Awesome experience
The property is old, Dirty, fly everywhere more in the dining area! The bathroom for the room is in bad condition, small! And not hot water ! Warm beer!!!
My wife and I were here before and we liked it. You’ll be seeing us more often.
Small, quaint resort with a beautiful snorkeling beach with 2 small reefs to enjoy. Food choices were abundant. Staff is friendly.
Great entertainment nightly with the shows, staff was very friendly - they made all of the difference
At first glace, this property is nice but when you look deeper into the hotel you see some some major flaws... For example, our (family of 4) first room looked fine until we went to sleep. We were woken up from screams by our eldest daughter. This was caused by bugs crawling on her skin. Not 1 bug, not 2, and not even 3, if you add that by 10, you would get 13 bugs crawling all over the bed. This was UNEXCEPTABLE. I wish I can insert pictures on here to show everyone. I ran down to the front desk to get some answers. All they did was gave us another room and rushed us way. Anyways, the hotel is average than that. The food at the buffet was cold but I do recommend the Mexican restaurant if you can get a reservation.
Property is nice but needs attention, renovations all over, rooms, bathsroom, pools.. limited bars and bad low value drinks, food is basically the same every day.., lack of customer service with the staff, very poor..
Will not recommend.
Enjoyed the array of activities! Beach was beautiful and fun. Kayaking, paddle boards available. Yoga, Zumba, beach volleyball, bingo by the pool, live entertainment, game room for the kids and dancing galore in the main hall as well as the disco! Friendly, welcoming staff!
I really enjoyed the staff for!the entertainment. The resort is well over due for an upgrade. My bathroom had a lot of mold in the shower but I took care of it with a little bleach. The free sailboating, snorkeling, And kayaking was fun. I didn't like when the people from the cruise ships came because it limited our dining. The bartender Freddy was awesome. He was very friendly and gave great service.
The property is in need of some updates. I would also recommend a bit more local dishes added to the daily menu and not recycle food
The resort was good, went for my husband Birthday and they was supposed to decorate the room and have cake for him,but they never did not anything thing, and this was the first hotel you had to pay to use the safe.the food in the restaurant was not that good, how ever the buffet food was really good .the entertainment every night was awesome.
I loved how green and very serene the place was, it made my stay twice more peaceful than I even expected. Didn’t quite like how there was only one pool and you had to get in really before it turns into a party. In general, it’s a beautiful place.
Good
The Staff is the best part
The property is very large and did not have enough towels and servers to handle the number of guests on the property without long wait times. The food is subpar and bland but the drinks were great and the bartenders were the saving grace. The bed was EXTREMELY uncomfortable, it felt like concrete with zero spring or bounce. The bathroom was waaay too small (opening the door bumped into the shower and the toilet). The room was overall very uncomfortable and linens were old. The staff were friendly and did their best to entertain the guests.
The rooms was not very clean, shower was very dirty floor sandy, grout black and gross. No hot water. Door not properly locked, huge opening under the door. All living insects could easily walk through.
They did a very nice job. Good value
July 11th,2024 - 6 day stay with 4 adults & 3 children ages 10,14,& 16. We had a very enjoyable 45th anniversary vacation celebrating with our family. All inclusive dining & drinks were very convenient with at least 4 different venues. There was a good variety of dishes to choose from. Overall the food was good. We visited the pool & beach bar, as well as the main activity area bar, often for tropical drinks. We enjoyed the pool & beach everyday. There was staff lead activities everyday for all ages if you chose to participate. Our routine was breakfast, then back & forth beach &/or pool, lunch at main cafeteria or beach/pool snack bar, back to beach &/or pool, head to room to clean up & head to dinner, take in live entertainment show around 9 to 9:30 each night, with music/dancing afterwards to round out the evening. This resort is very family fun & games oriented with daily activities available for all. The staff loves music & dancing where appropriate. One of the activities that the whole pool crowd could not get enough of was the pool pillow fights! It had everyone rolling in laughter! We sailed on 4 person catamarans along our beach area with the guidance of resort staff. We enjoyed a mid morning shuttle one of the days to Lucayan market for some local shopping & lunch. This resort is not a high end 4 or 5 start resort, but it’s clean, good service, good beach & pool, good food & drink all-inclusive & the staff’s intent is for you to enjoy & we did !
It was a nice property. Staff was nice and helpful
Their room needs improvement and cockroaches all over the place.
The location was great, the ocean was gorgeous. The rooms were old and needed a lot of maintenance.
Nice sized resort in the Bahamas. Wife thought the food was week, but I think it was comparable to other all inclusive resorts I have stayed
I normally don’t write reviews but was compelled to do so with this resort. The main dining room had one too many flies around the uncovered food. That was super annoying. It was extremely hot, with no AC in any of the lounges. No cameras were near the rooms for safety. We didn’t appreciate the housekeeper only knocking on door one time then opened door even though we had locked the door. No bath towels were readily available for use. We had to wait at least 2 hours for towels. Most of the time, we had to use our beach towels because the regular towels provided were too rough on our skin. Overall, AC needs to be placed on dining areas including the Italian restaurant with enclosure. Stray cats were near us looking for food. Staff was friendly & food was mediocre. Lots of breakfast meals were cold & hard. Need to be mindful of the milk used for coffee, it was spoiled. Very little palm trees for shade. Pool & beach were ok. Entertainment was limited. Next time we book an all inclusive resort, it will definitely be adults ONLY.
My first room smelled like mildew the towels had to be replaced the water wa cold and the electricity kept going out once they moved me to a new room the shower was leaking onto the floor the food was horrible and so was the drinks Flies swarmed around the buffet so we had to eat outside of the resort there really was no need for me to have all inclusive because I couldn’t eat any at the resort due to the conditions Also Expedia put the wrong terminal on my flight ticket and I almost missed my flight from Fort Lauderdale I will never ever booked with you all or recommend anyone to
This hotel was an overall good stay. The beds are a tiny bit hard but not bad. The rooms are not the most updated but we’re totally fine. We weren’t in them much anyways. The a/c was amazing! The beach is amazing. Soft white sand, and there’s two small reefs that had more fish than some of the snorkeling excursions had! The food is probably my biggest complaint. It was just meh. You have access to a buffet breakfast lunch and dinner but it’s only open for specific times. I think it was 7-11, 12-2:30 and 5-10. So if you happen to come back from an excursion between those times you are out of luck. The beach snack bar is open in the between times but they only served hamburgers in warmer trays that were always covered with flies. There are 3 other restaurants for dinner options but unfortunately you have to reserve ahead of time on the app, and when I say ahead of time I mean like a week out. They are always consistently booked. We only got into 2 the whole time we were there. The Mexican food was ok. The viva gourmet was gross. Literally everything tasted old and stale. The food in the buffet was ok, but nothing great. Everything was just blah. And a HUGE lack in vegetables. By the end of the week I was dying to have some vegetables! The stores have hours but they don’t actually follow them. I needed to grab two more souvenirs before I left but even 45 min past opening they still weren’t open. The pools also close at 5pm! Absolutely insane when it doesn’t even get dark til 10.
The property needs an upgrade
No entertainment full of school kids long lines
Loved the property and talking to the people that worked there, they were all wonderful to me. I had a great vacation there.
It is a HORRIBLE hotel. The buffet food is served in an area without any air conditioning. It is extremely hot and almost impossible to eat there. The alcohol is of very poor quality, and the beer is served warm in small plastic cups, making it undrinkable. They don’t have bottled beer or any good liquor, even if you offer to pay for it. Nothing is available. They have a few restaurants, but it is very hard to get a reservation. I could not get a reservation at any of their restaurants, so I walked in since I saw plenty of empty tables available. I offered to pay for the food if they let me dine there, even though it is an all-inclusive hotel, and explained to them that it was too hot to eat at their buffet location. Plus, it was our anniversary, and we were looking forward to having a nice dinner. They refused and were very rude about it, not caring at all. Long story short, they ruined our wedding anniversary. If you are thinking of booking this hotel, I hope you read this review and change your mind.
The dinning staff was not to bad. The food was not great. Not much to do as a family at the resort. Not very kid friendly. Rooms were dirty. Cleaning Staff stole my mothers shoes, had to run after them to get them back. Would never recommend this olace ro anyone.
Good place to stay
We had a good stay. The resort is nice. The food is good aside from a few little things. We did not have enough time to do all the activities since we were only there for a short time and the activities are scheduled at certain times. The wind was also very strong so the water wasn’t very clear but that was no one’s fault. The staff was very kind and fun. The rooms were average. Overall we would go back again. Looking forward to going with our kids next time as it’s a fun family place with all the activities.
My friend and I had a wonderful time during our short stay at viva Fortuna. We thought we got a good value for our money. The activities and amenities were excellent. We enjoyed services at the spa, yoga by the pool, paddle boarding, kayaking, and snorkeling. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The beach is absolutely gorgeous!
Apart from the restaurants with reservations The quality of food has declined- same thing every day- bagels were full of mold they took them away of course but never replaced with fresh ones. Cut up fresh fruit was warm and no variation same every day- Nutella only offered in the morning would have liked to have it with fruit for lunch and evening. My room the sliding glass door was extremely difficult to open And close - no one came to fix it
Far from being a 5 star rated resort, it was maybe a 2.5, tops. In need of an urgent refurbishment
so the property was nice. the restaurant’s food was not good at all. the buffet food was good but the ladies had a nasty attitude and not welcoming. some of the staff were nice and some were very rude. the toilet barely flushed and the light in the room at night was not good. however i liked the place it was really nice and peaceful.
Some hiccups but great staff and service.
My phone broke and was never replaced after asking twice. Constantly had to go up to front desk. Service was incredible especially for the excursions. Staff at excisions was excellent! Food was bland and went out a lot to eat. Ask for rose Marie to drive you to some great restaurants outside the hotel.
The property and beach were gorgeous, staff were all very friendly. The room we had was pretty dated but the air conditioning was super cold, that isn’t something we always find on islands. Food wasn’t bad for a buffer, a decent variety. We will definitely be back in the future.
We did the all inclusive, and this included your food and alcoholic drinks. The food was horrible. We had to go out to eat at a restaurant every night off the property. The alcohol in the drinks was watered down completely. We also had to go to the liquor store and borrow own bottle of rum, we told the bartender that we bought our own bottle of rum that wasn’t watered down and they were like wow you’ve got the Good rum The shows were amazing very good entertainment. The view was amazing. Beach was beautiful room was clean. OK my only complaint was the food and drinks.
I like everything, shows, amenities, trips etc
A nice place for families to enjoy, very quiet and peaceful if your looking for something racy and exciting this is not the place for you!!!!!
For perspective on this review, I've stayed at roughly 20 all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. Family getaway for 4 adults May 16-19 2024. We chose this particular resort because of their on-site scuba facility (more on this later). The resort itself is very nice. Property is a bit older, but well maintained and kept clean. Check in was easy. Rooms are small, but adequate for two guests. Large pool area that never felt too crowded. Beach is vast and STUNNING with plenty of chairs and palm trees for some shade. You can really spread out for your own spot. For us, the beach was the best area of the resort. As for restaurants, there are a few reservation-only restaurants and the typical buffet restaurant. We did not eat at the reservation-only restaurants. The buffet restaurant was good. About what we've experienced at other all-inclusives. Good variety and they mix up the offerings from day-to-day. There is also a beach grill for burgers, dogs, etc. As for the bars, there are two main bars. Lobby bar and beach bar. Both were fine. No top shelf booze, but your typical tropical offerings. Our complaint with the bars was that they closed the beach bar about 15 minutes earlier than posted everyday. As for the entertainment, I can't comment on that because we did not see much of that.
Everyone made us feel like home
Beautiful but bring sun cream:)
The staff is amazing at Viva fortuna beach! Very welcoming and fun to be around. Each and every one of them has great personality. I will definitley be returning.
Limited dining options. Top shelf drinks are for Viva members only. Limited entertainment options. Limited number of lounge chairs around the pool and only one hot tub. Rooms and facilities need to be updated. Service is generally good but usually hit or miss. Overall, though, a decent resort for the very reasonable price.
Nice stay
One night getaway
Rooms need to be update walking distance to get to my room was to far but everything else was perfect staff nice food good
We had a great visit. The food was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach was great. There were many activities to do that were fun. We had plenty of hot water. We had a blast!
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. It was the most relaxing vacation we have ever had.
The property is outdated in some areas. We did not have hot water the first night because no one told us to turn it the opposite way and let it run for a while. We were having trouble with our key, but they work all that out. The food was very good. would have been better if it would’ve stayed hot. The entertainment and staff was amazing. I would definitely come stay again.
Very disappointed, this was a gift for my husband for his B-day. Gave us the key of an occupied room to start, the add offers 4 restaurants which is NOT TRUE, 1 buffet area no that big deal and 1 small mexican place that needs reservations. We arrived at 4 pm, without lunch and was IMPOSSIBLE to get something to eat in a ALL INCLUSIVE PLAN. The front desk sent us to the pool area for food to find empty trays full of flies. The convenient store do not charge to the room, and do not accept purchases for less than $10. The bar tender of the area pool is very rude and disrespectful. But who cares, I have been reading the bad reviews, sadly after and no before booking, and the answer from the hotel it is always the same, copy and paste non sense answer. I wanted something special for my husband and ended very embarrassed. I don't understand how Expedia do not check the veracity of the places that they promote. A totally fraud!
It was a bit rundown and my door lock didn’t work half the time. There were also a lot of property perks and features I couldn’t use because I wasn’t a member or VIP that no one warned me about. The beach and pool were beautiful but small. The food was average and limited. Everyone was very friendly and helpful except for “engineering” who took 5 reports on three different days before they came to fix my door.
I had no hot water for 3 an 1/2 days. I repeatedly asked to move room's and was not moved until 3 1/2 days later. That to me is unacceptable. Other than that the resort was ok.
We came for our honeymoon and we were put in a horrible room - got into room, was hair in the shower drain, the bathroom sink hadn’t been cleaned and then I got bitten by bed bugs - it was horrible - almost 14 days of itchy skin, massive red bumps all over my arms and neck and back. They comped us a week but still we paid a lot to come here for 3w and it was the first vacation in 6 years so pretty disgusting to have to spend the first 2 weeks of it so uncomfortable and stuck ina long sleeve shirt to hide the bites, reluctantly moved us to a much nicer room that was really clean but the hotel is tired, the activities around the pool are very noisy and it’s all day long, boom boom - not that relaxing unfortunately but great for if you are coming to drink and party I guess. I think the local staff are not treated that well by management here either at times because a lot of them don’t seem overly happy, having travelled to the Bahamas many times it’s my first time seeing locals not very up beat. It’s the right price but know what you are getting will reflect that. Food is very oily as well with limited options of lean protein. But the fish on the grill was always really good - I know the staff try but again management and owners of this hotel don’t really care is the feel we got. Get out of the hotel, rent a car or a scooter and experience the true friendliness and culture outside of this place, it’s a beautiful island and people are very friendly and helpful. Good luck!
Nice place to stay for family, good food, within good driving distance to East Side beaches
Great destination for my family! Everything we needed was right there and super clean!
Housekeeping needs to do better , I did not like that our room smelled like straight up bleach, I had the do not disturb pass on the door and housekeeping knocked on the door and I had to yell through the door nicely to come later , she still unlocked the door with master keys. I was a little disturb after that. Overall all staff are very nice. Great location, fun activities and shows everyday.
The property was old and dated and the rooms were not cleaned properly. Also there was only slightly warm water to bathe around the 6 pm time frame. In the mornings it was cold.
Amazing place to vacation!
Enjoyed my stay at the property

All inclusive very nice. Cold food and too late in the evening 9:30 to start shows. 8:30 would be better
