What can I say? It was a genuinely enjoyable stay

Room was clean and comfortable; staff were very friendly and easy to talk to - it felt a lot like staying at a friend and family member's place. Didn't realize we were located on a hill, so was also pleasantly surprised by a great view from almost every direction.

Really nice

Stayed one night for a weeding nearby. There was a wedding here and I think was nicer than the venue if our friends. Beautiful view of the lake. Room is new and just like pictures and staff was amazing. One tip- google maps took us to the back gate that doesn’t open, so just get to Eck road then drive and it’s easy to spot.

Never have I heard of this place but what a beautiful place to stay. We had a garden tub and a great patio with a great view. Not that expensive either. I will recommend this place over and over again. Can’t wait to go back.

Definitely off the beaten path...

The view is nice, but it's a little hard to get to, especially at night. The furniture was a bit stated and there was no trash can in the room. We had a shower instead of a tub. Residential area so no restaurants or grocery places unless you want to get in your car and drive several miles.

This hotel is exceptional!! It is located at a very quiet area, the receptionist was kind and the views from our room facing the lake which was beautiful! We like the room, and a big bathroom, the towels were clean, they provide the papers cups, we like these services of delicate details which provided us a great experience of staying! BTW, there was a wedding event during our stay, we enjoyed the people around us! Highly recommend this hotel!

We were the only guests! Located in a residential area. No dining place open in vicinity, bought food in supermarket to survive😉

Little disappointed that the location stated it offered a bar and pool and neither amenities we're to be found. No front clerk to be found in area. Rather creepy that we had no communication with any staff throughout our stay.

Great place very quiet just not close to anything but the 7-11 was a great place for breakfast and coffee.

Nice view and sunset. Property is primarily used as a wedding venue but as no events were happening when we stayed, it was very quiet. Nicely maintained but dated. Not really walkable to restaurants etc. Peaceful. Had to haul luggage up 3 flights.

What a beautiful property

The property was absolutely beautiful!! You see why this is the place to get married! We just left and are already planning to come back and even thinking of its time for a change. This place is that magical, thank you for havings us!!

It’s very clean and private, the only issue I had was the smell. It smelled musty or “unused.” A stale smell when things have been stored for awhile. I brought a candle and that made it much better! ;)

DON’T

The place on the outside is beautiful, cleanliness perfect, view amazing, but the room was as if the walls were made out of paper! We could hear our neighbors conversation, upstairs and next building. I think someone was throwing a party in one of the rooms near by because you could hear a bunch of noise. As soon as i walked in the room I had this weird feeling, as if someone was watching us. The room had so much mirrors and the bathroom too, even where the toilet is at. When we laid down I was still so uncomfortable, I didn’t even wanted to change into my pijamas, because of the feeling of being watched. The king size bed was so hard, as if there was no cushion underneath the sheets. My husband noticed I was very uncomfortable and we decided to leave. It was around 10pm when we left, we probably stayed there for about an hour!!

In a quiet secluded area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room very clean, over large bathroom , fridge and microwave. large room. Balcony view of Lake Travis. The only downside is no elevators but these are short flights like for example you do 5 steps then there’s a short landing, you turn for another short landing and you’re on the 2nd level. To get to the 3rd level there is one more landing. overall i really enjoyed my stay.

I honestly wouldn't go back here. It really felt like a waste of money. I paid $200 a night and I really felt like this place was worth maybe $60 a night. It truly was the worst experience at any hotel in my life. This was mine and my husbands first time and Texas, we drove 8 hours to stay here and it was not good by any means. I wish we would have stayed anywhere else but here, even a comfort inn is better. It seems like they tried to take something very cheap and make it seem expensive. The only redeeming thing about this place was the view. Truly a waste of money. But I'll start with the pros: -Beautiful location -Great Views -Big bathtub that's fits 2 people -Double sink Cons: -There was broken glass on my patio, that I stepped on and cut my foot -The light on the patio didn't work and the broken fixture for it was also on the patio -The sharp end of the nails sticking out of the cabinet that held the TV and it cut my husband's arm -No elevator, loud squeaky, old stairs -Drinks at the vending machine are $3 each -Very outdated style -scratchy blankets -Everything feels cheap -Fountain obviously not maintained, it was disgusting and the top didn't work -No cable (seems like an odd con but when you are on a romantic getaway and you want to watch a movie or show in bed and all you have is the news) -The most UNCOMFORTABLE bed I have ever used. I don't think I have ever slept in anything more uncomfortable in my entire life. I woke up so sore.

i’ts been the worst experience we’d ever have… that place is like a hunting house, we were the only customers in the entire place , the front desk guy gave us a room in the third floor and our surprise was that there was no elevator, the stairs was super narrow all wooden and noisy, the door gap was tha big that a cat can get in , the smell of the entire place was like an old abandoned house , the balcony floor looks like a 20 years old deck , the water fountain in the entry of the property has 10 years with no maintenance,,, etc etc etc … my biggest mistake ever …. Please don’t go there.

The staff is amazing! The check in and check out process was seamless. The grounds were well kept and the bathroom tub is a miniature pool! The view from the balcony is just mesmerizing. This Villa has an absolute breathtaking views!! Will definitely return here.
