Great service

Beautiful resort! Staff is incredibly friendly, the breakfast buffet is huge and delicious! Very close to HoiAn, and the resort has their own taxis, to take you whenever you want to go. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 4 days, totally enjoyed the food and amenities in the resort. This property really showed the care and properly managed of a Vinpearl hotel. I highly recommended it.

Such a beautiful resort. By far our favourite.

The staff at this property were incredible. They were beautifully friendly and very helpful. The amenities were great in that they had everything you needed. Our villa was particularly great, with a view of the ocean and private pool. I will say this though, the property interiors are starting to look tired and dated. A refresh is definitely needed. There was a huge stain on our living room rug and the cleaning actually left more dirt behind than what we created. I was also disappointed with the amount of gluten free options available in terms of food. The staff would ask if I had special requirements but when saying yes, weren’t able to accomodate anything. The language barrier also made it hard to understand just what was in most things so it was risky.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa. It was absolutely beautiful. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. Looking forward to coming back!

Vin Pearl is a fair distance from Hoi An Old Town (30 mins drive). The pool area was beautiful. Unfortunately it rained a lot while we were there and so we couldn't swim. The food was plentiful and varied. Two of us got sick after eating at the buffet, but the other 6 of us were fine. The staff were friendly and helpful and most of them had good English.

Beautiful resort with amazing villas! This was definitely the highlight. The villas are amazing. Very modern, clean, well appointed and felt very private. Opportunities to improve customer service. The resort is huge and unfortunately there isn't much personalisation of service. Front desk always seemed to be angry or annoyed. This area definitely stood out to have the lowest level of customer service in the resort especially when compared to other resorts in Vietnam. Concierge and belldesk were ok and did their best to greet everyone. F&B staff were much better and the wait staff and supervisors in the breakfast buffet were really good.

Superb throughout, highly recommend the villas. Only slight recommendation would be to have some sort of basic entertainment in the lobby in the evenings. Staff are first class. Cleanliness outstanding. Buffet restaurant one of the best. I will book another Vinpearl resort in the future.

The property itself was very good however as we had an executive room that overlooked the beach, the windows outside our living area was always misted up and foggy (it didnt appear to be cleaned or wiped regularly) and as such we could not enjoy the view unless we went outside. whilst the resort was secluded it also made it hard and costly to go into town with only 2 shuttle buses headed into old town, one at 8:30am and the other late I recall. Also, one of your staff members made my wife feel really uncomfortable by asking her to change her clothes or to cover up on what was really modest clothing at breakfast. She wore long trousers and a top that covered her chest. There were other guests who wore even more revelaing clothes such as bikinis or see through tops and short skirts. We also enjoyed a round of golf at Vinpearl Golf (having never played before or understanding how it worked) but the staff were very accommodating however at the end, it was very awkward as we tried to tip the caddys more than what we would normally tip at VND200,000 each but they refused to accept it and we were told it had to be at least double that. I was under the impression in Vietnam that tipping is voluntary and not obligatory. Lets a sour taste in our mouths.

Room is huge. Well maintained. Very isolated area. Good for young family with the attraction ($$$). Breakfast was really good with a lot of variety. Dinner was decent but very expensive. Got charged like almost $10 just for water(2 litter). Probably won’t come back if we ever visit hoi an.

This hotel is very nice and clean. Secluded from rest of the world ,30 mins from nearest town Hoi An and you need to book a taxi or use hotel transport for a fee to go Hoi An. No shops nearby , all you can get is what is provided by the hotel . no shops nearby Guest services are pretty awesome Rooms are gorgeously clean Breakfast options are many but most of the dishes are with pork . Hopefully we can see balanced meat as well as vegetarian menu in future. Vietnamese white coffee is must try Free shuttle between Danang Airport and hotel , fixed timings though. Overall we had a perfect stay Thank you Vinepearl

Amazing in every sense. Little piece of paradise.

Not fit to be 5 star resort. At the end of my first meal, the employee asked me to review their restaurant on google right there and then. "give me 5 stars on everything" is what she said. I felt the service was poor in every way and didn't feel like giving a rating while she was watching.

Not impressed

Our family stay at Vinpearl was okay. Not terrible, but not great, either. Our room was clean and the resort was in good condition. However, we give low marks for the service. Our first impression was how chaotic the reception lobby was. It just didn’t feel organized. E.g. it took forever for them to get our luggage to the room and we actually overheard them saying they had (temporarily) lost it. Similar at the restaurant, while the staff was friendly per se, it took an eternity to come to the table and we had to wait for a long time for our drinks, eg. other than that, the food at the restaurant was okay, but nothing special.

This beach resort was beautiful and secluded and of excellent value. The resort could improve their eco score by removing garbage on the beach beyond their property.

Everything was good. But, if I need to say something, buggy service takes some time. And, it is necessary to have more menu for the buffet.(breakfast)

Staff were outstanding, property was beautiful. It’s not exactly close to Hoi an, but we had a private driver which was a must.

This property was nice, but transportation was limited and difficult, so it made staying here hard when we wanted to go out and explore parts of Vietnam / Hoi An. Wonderful rooms, but definitely catered to families and those wanting to utilize the golf course and amusement park.

3BR Villa was amazing; ensuites to each bedroom, spacious living areas as well as desk/study area in each bedroom. Private pool was always clean and warm/inviting so we used it (as well as main pool) daily. Included buffet meals offered plenty of variety at exceptional quality. It's a little far from Hoi An old town and other villages (taxi required); though taxi's are easy to arrange if you download Grab Taxi app. Advertised activities offered by the resort for kids/families (eg, kite flying, pool sports, anything through kids club) need to be booked 1 day in advance, and even after booking we had to ask again for them to actually happen (turn up and nobody is there) - this is an area the resort could improve on, as having these activities run daily at scheduled times (regardless of patronage) would surely see increased numbers of people participating. Eg, Aqua-aerobics at 10am; kite flying at 4pm. In similar resorts we've found this to be the standard and it allows guests to get to know the staff etc.

Great family stay

My family and I had another nice atay at Vinpearl. Our plan was to spend the day at Vinwonders, howver it rained all day. Thankfully, there was enough at the resort to make the stay enjoyable: friendly staff, great food, and awesome kids club. The only issue we had which is a dilemma for any hotel is that many parents and their children were sick and were in the kid's club without mask. I hope there is a solution for this next time.

Nice hotel but service is disappointing

The Hotel overall is modern and equipped with everything a family needs. Nice touch is the face ID at the buffet restaurants. The restaurants are one reason we didn't enjoy our stay so much. On the first night I ate something around 9,30 pm, not sure what, but something went wrong and I fell sick for the next 3 days. The clinic person was efficient and gave us medications for 4 days and let us go after signing for the meds. A FO colleague checked the next day if I was better, was a nice touch as well. However when I was asking for removing the bill from the first buffet and one a la carte meal which was the worst meal during our stay and not enjoyable, cold and absolutely not fresh, the staff apologised several times, but the bill was not removed. It is not about the $ amount, but about the principle, and when I shared the concerns, a FO manager shared our complains, but no F&B was to be seen, neither wrote to me via email till today. It would have been a nice stay otherwise. Perhaps we would have come back, or recommended the place, but after this service let down we won't come back. Our kids liked the Kids club and the Vinpearl Land next door.

Hotel staffs are polite and friendly, villa is amazing that we stayed in most of the time. Only minus will be the spread of buffet hot meals, thumbs up to the beef pho and ice coffee, fantastic!

Was a good place to stay. Not amazing but good. Food in the Cocoon restaurant was lovely. Definitely recommend going there. Food elsewhere was just ok. Bugs not cleaned up properly from shelves in restaurants which can be off putting. Staff pleasant enough though don’t seem happy to be there. It’s about a 20 minute cab ride into Hoi An. Wouldn’t stay again but was happy with the choice nonetheless.

하우스키핑 꼼꼼해서 좋아요. 다들 친절해요. 커피는 베트남커피밖에 없어서 아쉬워요. 키즈클럽 장난감이 다 고장났어요.

가족들과 조용히 지낼 수 있게 되어있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 빈원더스가 있어 아이들과도 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 하지만 빌라의 시설 부분이 노후로 인해 파손도 있었습니다. 리조트 안에 편의점이 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 공항에서 리조트까지 셔틀버스 전산 전달 오류로 인해 직원과의 문제가 있었습니다. 모두 만족할 수는 없지만 리조트에서 개선이 되었으면 합니다.

너무 좋은 리조트

The party at the pool goes on until 11pm, but it's so loud I can't sleep. The music is Vietnamese and the mood is not relaxing. The food is all buffet and not tasty. Check-in and check-out are very crowded, but if this is expected, they should think of ways to improve it.

Everything is good except transportation to Hoian was not that comfortable.

환경이 매우 좋은 리조트. 조금 비싸긴 하지만 리조트 시설과 서비스를 고려하면 이용할 만함. 단체 연수 손님들이 들어와 소란스러운 점은 조금 아쉬움.

리조트 직원들도 모두 친절하고, 시설도 깨끗하고, 조용해서 좋았습니다.

빈펄 가족여행

일출이정말멋있고 수영장도 넓고 직원서비스도 좋고 방도 좋고 너무너무 좋았습니다. 빈원더스에서 원없이 롤러코스터 타고 워터파크에서 원없이 놀았네요. 다만 유스풀은 별로였어요

다낭과 호이안에서 멀지만 리조트안에 골프장도 있고 빈원더스도 있어서 리조트 안에서 많은 것을 해결할 수 있습니다. 직원들도 친절하고 객실 상태도 아주 좋았습니다. 다만 공용 수영장은 사람도 많아서 청결도가 높지 않습니다.

고객의 요청을 업그레이드 비용을 받을 수 있는 기회로 생각하는것 같아요. 버기를 타는걸 가족들이 선호하지 않아, 로비로 걸어갈 수 있는 가까운 가든뷰 3베드룸 풀빌라를 배정해달라고, 가기전부터 요청했는데, 체크인할때 가장 먼 끝에서 2번째 방을 주네요. 그리고 90만원 더 내래요. 일부러 더 끝방을 준것 같아요. 친절함이 중요하신 분들은 이 리조트 비추입니다.

다른호텔보다 깨끗하고 고급 스러웠어요.침구류는 항상 뽀송뽀송 느낌이 너무 좋았고 그래서 그런지 매일 숙면 취했네요. 모든 서비스도 훌룡하고 조식 또한 맛있었어요. 다만 빌라에서 버기카 이용시 기다리는 시간이 아주조금 아쉬웠어요.

오션뷰 풀빌라는 정말 좋았어요!! 일정을 포기하고 호텔에 종일 있고 싶을 정도로 좋았답니다.특히 바로 앞에 해변 풍경이 정말 멋졌어요.

아이들과 함께하여 풀빌라로 예약했는데 너무 즐거운 시간이었고, 프라이빗 비비큐에 대해 체크인 시 안내 받았으나 깜빡하고 신청하지 못해 이용 못한것이 아쉬웠어요~ 또 6개월 만에 재방문하였는데, 이에 대한 베네핏이 없어서 아쉬웠어요~ 이번 7월에도 이용 예정인데 챙겨주시면 좋겠습니다!!

룸컨디션 너무 좋구요! 직원들도 넘 친절해요... 다만 올드타운을 자주 가시는 분들은 약 30분 정도 차타고 이동해야하니 생각해보세요!! 숙소는 식사 컨디션 스파 모두 좋았답니다!!

저희는 3베드풀빌라 3박했는데 중간에 룸을 바꾸어 주었어요. 룸 상태가 복불복인 것 같더라구요. 처음 룸은 풀장에 물이 더러워서 교체해달라고 5번 이야기 했는데 결국 다른 룸으로 바꿔준다고 해서 바꾸었고, 첫번째 룸은 개미랑 벌레가 너무 많았고 뜨거운물도 잘 안나왔어요. 풀장에 조명도 안들어 왔고, 첫날 투숙 후 청소시 시트 갈아달라고 했는데 갈지도 않았더라구요. 첫날 얼룩진 곳일 그대로 있었어요. 결국 바뀐 룸은 커텐은 더러웠지만, 다른 곳은 깨끗하고 풀장 물도 깨끗했어요. 짐을 옮겨준다고 하더니 30분이 지나도 안와서 저희가 그냥 옮겼어요. 한국인의 성격 급함은 어쩔수 없는 거니.. 버기는 꼭 움직이기 20분 전에는 부르세요 엄청 오래 기다려야 해요. 조식은 생각보다 좋았어요. 쌀국수랑 반미가 특히 맛있었습니다.

Not worth the room rate it charges

Not really a pleasant experience. Reception only opens in the afternoon at 3pm. Some staff members cannot understand basic English, making communication very difficult. Sofa is stained. Very close to neighboring building and so windows are always closed. The worst thing is there is no room tidying throughout our stay. Also, commuting to JR station takes some time -- not at all located in a convenient place.

I liked that the pool villa was privacy and the grass was not small. It was a comfortable rest. However, it was very unfortunate that there was no convenience store in the resort.

나름 저렴한 가격에 잘 머물었습니다 빈원더스는 사람이 많지않아 물놀이기구니 어트랙션도 줄서지않고 바로 바로 탔네요 자이로드롭이나 롤러코스터는 사람이 없어 혼자 탔습니다 혼자타도 전혀 눈치주지않고 한번 더 탈꺼냐고 친절히 물어봐주더리구요 메인수영장은 크고 넓었지만 최고 수심이 1.2m라서 조금 아쉬웠어여

可もなく不可もない、普通のホテルです。 翌日のゴルフが早くなければ、ほかに泊まったと思います。

리조트 직원들과 영어 의사소통이 어려움 직원들이 메뉴얼에 있는 간단한 상황들은 잘 대응해주지만 그 외의 것들은 어려워함 처리 속도가 좀 오래걸림

2룸 풀빌라 2박했는데 만족함. 좋았음. 깨끗했음. 개인풀도 나름 크고 괜찮았고 공용풀도 넓고 좋았음. 날씨가 변수임. 건기라는 2월데 갔는데도 비가와서 추웠음.

Veldig koselig og hyggelig sted. Veldig hyggelig service. Fin utsikt fra rommet ut til stranda som er like utenfor hotellet. Bra romservice, vi fikk både nattmat og tidlig frokost levert da vi ønsket det. Praktisk shuttle service til og fra flyplassen og fornøyelsespark.

최악

다신 갈일 없을듯...방도 청결치 못하고 욕조에 뜨거운물도 안나오네요. 물받아서 몸 담그고 싶은데 5분정도만 뜨거운물 나오다가 말더라구요..호텔 식당이 세개 있는데 그중 한곳은 항상 닫혀있었고 나머지 둘 식당도 너무 최악이라 시켜먹거나 계속 나가서 해결했습니다.버기카를 부를때마다 하도 오래걸려서 포기하고 걸어다녔구요.방에서 조용히 쉬고싶은데 don't disturb 걸어놔도 불쑥불쑥 들어오고...그것도 화장실 있는데 들어와서 화장실문 똑똑 노크하더라구요..제가 다 예약했는데...같이간 가족들에게 미안해지더라구요..다낭4번째 방문인데 다낭 자체를 앞으로 가기 싫어질 정도네요.

Our family's first trip to Vietnam, the inn, Vinpearl Namhoian Resort, gave us such a great experience. The friendly staff who always welcomed me with a smile, the delicious breakfast service, and the room were so fantastic. My daughter liked the pool villa so much that it was her favorite trip so far. I want to visit with my parents next time. If I travel to Vietnam again, I will definitely go there again. It's an accommodation I really want to recommend.

빈펄 리조트 앤 골프 남호이안

숙박 및 부대시설은 너무나 마음에 들었습니다. 뷔페는 삼시세끼 먹기는 조금 물렸고, 추가로 맥주 및 음료는 뷔페에 불포함입니다.

비추합니다.

다낭과 멀고 저녁시간에 먹을거도 없고 편의점도 없으며 마사지라도 받을라면 왕복 1시간씩 차를 타고 나가야합니다. 호이안 관광은 이색적이긴 하지만 단하루 몇시간이면 충분합니다. 숙소는 되도록 다낭 인근에 위치하는게 전체 일정 이동에 도움됩니다. 호텔에 투숙객도 별로 없어서 여행느낌도 안나고 어디 유배라도 온거 같습니다. 서비스는 딱딱하고 형식적입니다. 워터파크나 놀이시설은 한국보다 못하며 굳이 해외여행와서 이용할 필요가 없어 보입니다.

넓은 공간과 깨끗함, 멋진 조명, 숙박 시설 바로 앞의 수영장이 좋습니다. 직원분들 모두 친절하셨고 때 마침 전통의상으로 환영해 주시는 것도 멋졌습니다. 다만 베게가 좀 불편했네요.

전반적으로 아주 깨끗해요. 직원분들 서비스도 친절합니다. 현지 맛집도 알려주시고 택시도 불러주셔서 편하게 여행 했습니다. 빈펄랜드에 사람도 많이 없어 재밌게 놀았습니다. 객실도 깨끗하고 친구랑 둘이서 널직하게 사용했습니다. 조식도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 나중에 가족들과 다시 오고 싶네요.
