A real let down; if tall dont book a single room

Very sorry to leave this review, I am 188cm tall, I booked a single room, there was no information prior to say the shower and ceiling height was massively reduced in size, I could not stand up to shower, I have a neck injury and it was very uncomfortable. Room was fine otherwise warning really for tall people! I booked this as part of a longer trip to sicily, specifically for the pool, which they closed on my second hot day. No prior notice to guests, they had a private function, felt like I was in the way. Had to have an interview in the morning and was warned about the area I choose to do the virtual interview as they had booked a function, just felt like guests are not a priority. They mentioned there was a restaurant but no real actual menu or information. Finally the staff english level was not amazing. Other than that the villa is nice; close to the nature reserve, some nice local eateries and very reasonable price. Personally If id known about the pool id have booked elsewhere its kinda a breach of contract. They should clean the pool in the evening rather than put guests out during the days, others were frustrated too.

I appreciate the high level of cleanness and for that I give 5 stars. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast is fair, continental style. Coffee or a hot drink is very limited, small size and I had to insist in a bigger cup which the lady eventually accepted. Guests are not permitted to serve their own hot drinks. The room: There was no coffee as part of the amenities neither milk, only few teabags of poor quality. Mattress and bedding were of good quality but the furniture and the overall presentation of the bedrooms needs updating (I was offer a double room after complaining about the single room originally booked) so I am grateful for that. The shower was too small, you can only stand straight, no much room to bend to give yourself a proper shower. It is located in a locality with mixed view, part is OK the other part is abandoned, with flying tipping. I had to take two buses to go to city centre or walk for 20 minutes to the closest train station. Transport is limited for the area so it makes things complicated although I managed my way around to avoid paying for taxis which are expensive. The staff is not even halfway through fluent in English, I also speak Spanish and they refuse it at all (even though is similar to Italian), we had to use Google translate. This made things difficult at times. The Villa is located by a main road with medium to high level of noise due to traffic other than public transport in day time.

I wasn't impressed with the conditions of the room. Shower head is very old, calcified and needs to be changed 5 years ago. There was no double bed, it was 2 twin beds pushed together. The utensils in the room were used and dirty. There was no sound proofing so heard the guests at all hours of the morning whether it was intense snoring or laughing. No staff member was multilingual

Nice hotel, good helpful staff. Slight smell possibly due to bad rain and drains. Nice restaurant. Overall a nice hotel that is badly let down by local area. Safe but very dirty like half of Palermo had fun led their rubbish in the surrounding street - not the hotel’s fault but an eyesore

pleasant stay

The staff were very pleasant and the breakfast and restaurant were very good. Pasta dishes were lovely. Room was a little small but clean and tidy.

Francesco, the front of house, was brilliant. He gave us some great tips on the local area and accommodated our later than planned check in after a delayed flight. We had a great stay.

Very friendly and relaxed. Welcoming. Plenty of space and a nice pool. The restaurant does nice home made dishes and overall excellent value for money.

The hosts are very welcoming and hospitable. They are considerate and try to help in every aspects. I met one of the hosts who speaks fluent English which is quite impressive on Sicily (I did not meet many people speaking English).

Staff was very welcoming. Food was excellent. Hotel smelled like an Italian kitchen.

Posto carino e personale gentile

We were traveling as a student couple, we therfore wanted a live a bit cheaper than we usual do. First the employees does not speak neglish snd the y barley understood us. I talked slow and clear. They also hosted a party without leting us know at all. Luckely we had a room at the third floor, but we could still hear the party. The breakfast is nothing to Even try out. Espescially if netrision and working out is a part of your daily life. It’s Easy to navigate and take the public transport to get around both in Palermo and Mondello. I’m 192cm and showering worked but at absolutley minimum. It took five minutes every time to get some heat water. The employees at the villa does not speak english. So make sure Google translate is downloader and ready to go. Might be someone there who speaks english, but we didn’t meet anyone on our 7 days

La villa è deliziosa, camera ampia con grande terrazzo, il bagno è un po' piccolo e andrebbe invertita la disposizione tra sanitari e doccia perché il bidet risulta scomodo

Wir hatten dieses Hotel wegen Restaurant gebucht.Dieses wurde kurzfristig geschlossen, hatte jedoch an Sylvester geöffnet. Dusch und Bad war unsauber. Möbel abgewohnt.

Passable pour une nuit

Nous avons passés une nuit dans cet hôtel. La chambre était plutôt spacieuse, le linge de lit est à revoir (trous dans les draps). Le point le plus négatif était la salle de bains, qui n'a pas été nettoyée depuis des lustres. La douche était très petite et très sale. Les bouchons d'évier également ainsi que beaucoup de calcaire. Le point positif était la piscine, pour passer un moment détente. Nous n'avons pas déjeuné à l'hôtel. Nous avons été déçus par cet hôtel.

Lovely place to stay when you have a car available. Friendly staff and roomy rooms. Would recommend.

De Villa zag er niet zo uit als op de fotos. Er was geen zitplek in de kamer en het bovenste stuk had een enorm laag dak waardoor je er moest kruipen. De douche was erg vies er zat schimmel in. Daarnaast was die zo klein dat je jezelf niet goed kon draaien. Het warme water werkte ook niet altijd. De bediening spreekt nauwelijks Engels en is dus moeilijk mee te communiceren. Het ontbijt was redelijk maar wel een klein typisch Italiaans ontbijt.

Leuk complex kamer gedateerd douche wel heel erg klein. Verder fijn zwembad en goed ontbijt. Auto voor de deur parkeren. Metro 10 min lopen voor centrum maar let op want metro stopt alvroef op de avond en taxi peperduur.

Låg standard

Kan inte rekommendera. Fanns mycket som inte fungerade. Vårt rum var mögligt och hade en lukt som inte var acceptabelt. Och frukosten var under all kritik. Solsmält ost och smör med gammal skinka. Personalen fanns det delade meningar om. De äldre var tillmötesgående och försökte förstå oss via google translate. Läget på hotellet ligger ca 35min från stranden med buss vilket gåer smidigt om det kommer nån buss. Och ca 45min till centrala Palermo

Hotel con piscina cerca del centro

Excelente servicio del personal de recepción magnífica piscina. La habitación amplia el baño pequeño sobre todo en ducha. El desayuno un poco justo en cuanto a lo salado, suficiente en dulce.

Attention avant de réserver!

Hôtel en périphérie de Palerme jouxtant une route très fréquentée et une petite décharge à ciel ouvert. Piscine accessible aussi à des clients extérieurs à l’hôtel ce qui limite le nombre de transats disponibles et celle-ci est même fermée pour des événements privés (avec musique jusqu’à tard dans la nuit et préservatifs usagés dans la cours de l’hôtel le lendemain matin), nous interdisant donc de nous baigner pendant plus d’une journée. La salle de bain est plus que vétuste (les toilettes se descellent du sol, le mitigeur nous ai resté dans la main, angle du plafond de la salle de bain saillant et dangereux, douche plus que minuscule…). Le personnel est souriant mais subit le fonctionnement que leur impose le patron de l’établissement.

Struttura molto accogliente. Il personale è molto disponibile e gentile ,capace di ascoltare e far propria ogni piccola esigenza del cliente. La qualità del servizio di ristorazione è medio-alta. Gli spazi esterni non sono grandi ma sono ben curati ed è disponibile anche una piscina. Complimenti al titolare e a tutti i suoi collaboratori.

Buona sistemazione

Stanza enorme con i comfort ottimali per un viaggio di lavoro di 2 giorni. Parcheggio interno al sicuro, personale disponibile. Ristorante buono.

Oude grandeur, heel fijne ontvangst en service. Prima gelegen voor exploreren van de stad. Ontbijtbuffet was in orde.

Gepflegte kleine Hotelanlage

Ruhige Lage ca 6 km vom Zentrum entfernt. Schöner gepflegter Garten und kleiner Pool. Gutes italienisches Frühstück, man kann drinnen oder draußen sitzen. Die Zimmer sind klein und das Bad winzig. Die kleinste Dusche, die ich je auf Reisen hatte! Andererseits die beste Matraze, die ich je hatte! Klimaanlage funktioniert tadellos und leise. Auf jeden Fall eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Ho soggiornato due notti per lavoro in questi giorni. Esperienza estremamente positiva, il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e disponibile, il personale cordiale. Ottima pulizia della camera. Ristorante di buon livello, tutto ciò che ho mangiato era ottimo e di qualità. L’ho scelto in quanto, essendo in viaggio di lavoro, aveva un’ottima posizione vicino alla strada per l’aeroporto e alla spiaggia di Mondello. L’esterno con piscina e area dove cenare all’esterno è ben organizzata e piacevole. Sicuramente ci ritornerò se devo fermarmi a Palermo.

Struttura accogliente , personale simpatico e disponibile.

La struttura era in fase di ristrutturazione ma comunque ho notato una comoda piscina ed in corso il rinnovo delle attrezzature del ristorante Pulita e ordinata la camera. Sarebbe il caso di riscaldare gli ambienti in quanto freddi

Comida riquísima

El dueño del hotel es super amable, siempre pendiente de que todo esté perfecto. El desayuno es mejorable pero la comida del mediodía excelente. Sin duda volveríamos.

Un angolo di paradiso non distante dal centro

Ottima sistemazione in villa accogliente con tutti i confort. Proprietario eccezionale e cordiale. Personale professionale. Pulizie al top Piscina sempre aperta e ottimamente curata. Insomma una piacevole struttura dove soggiornare. Complimenti.

Personale Top ! Ci siamo sentiti a casa. La strutura accogliente , la camera con molto spazio e con una bellissima terrazza . Per chi non vuole stare nel centro di Palermo è una ottima scelta , solo a 3 km di Mondello beach.
