Otelin personelleri güler yüzlü ve çok kibardı. Oteldeki her şey mükemmeldi.
We enjoyed a wonderful night at Villa Dreams when we were in Selçuk! The staff were superb in getting us checked in, recommending places to eat and how to navigate the area. Google maps can pick some very steep roads but we were told how to avoid these roads which made getting there a much better drive! Our room was adjacent to the pool which was great! The water was warm as the temperatures were high but still refreshing after a few hours at Ephesus! The breakfast was great and the coffee was perfect to North American tastes! We had opportunity to chat with the manager on the day of arrival and the owner the morning we left. Both are great people and well suited to the hospitality industry. We would highly recommend this hotel! We were put into this hotel by our son who had stayed a few months earlier. He didn’t steer us wrong at all!
We absolutely loved our stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, greeting us upon arrival and assisting with parking. The hotel has been nicely renovated. We stayed in the large family room with a private terrace which had a spectacular view of the Basilica of St John. The pool area was quaint and the pool very clean. Drinks and bar snacks were available, with food made to order. Breakfast was nicely presented, tasty, and traditional. If you’re expecting to walk, you need to be fit, but don’t fret if you’re not, as they provide a shuttle to take you into town where there are lots of dining options. They also collect you and bring you back up to the hotel. We would thoroughly recommend this hotel – it was peaceful, traditional and delightful. We will be back.
The owner could not have been nicer. He helped us get to a good restaurant And make Our ferry In time He called for transportation to the ferry Served a traditional Turkish breakfast Wonderful, swimming pool Great view of the castle and basilica
Th location high on a hill is why we booked. The views did not disappoint us! We loved the quiet non- tourist neighborhood. There are no other commercial establishments around. The pool was so refreshing and clean after a day in Selçuk and a steep walk back to hotel. The host and family and staff were all kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious but not over the top. People often come only to visit Efes and then move on after a day, nobody talks about how lovely the town of Selçuk is. I would encourage one to stay an extra day, walk around the town, visit the Saturday market, visit the cafes! It is wonderful! One of my favorite places in Turkey we have visited yet. You will be well cared for at Villa Dreams, and you will be happy to get respite from the voided at Efes. You can be relaxed and recharged if you take an extra day at this lovely Inn.
Awesome
Had a lovely stay on a family vacation. Clean, comfortable, and wonderful view from our room. The staff and owner were very friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed our stay at Villa Dreams.
This is a very nice property and our stay was exceptionally pleasant. We were greeted by the front office clerk Melih, who helped us with our luggage, parking, etc. He was very friendly and always available for any questions. In the evening, we enjoyed some wine on the charming deck, where we also enjoyed a delicious Turkish breakfast in the morning. The property was very nicely decorated, very clean, and all staff was very friendly and hospitable. It is located in a residential neighborhood on a hill, so don't be alarmed if you are driving there, it doesn't look like a neighborhood that would have a hotel, but you will love it as soon as you enter. Our room had a small balcony, which was overlooking the city and we could see the sea in the distance. It's a perfect place to stay if you are visiting Ephesus, which is a short drive away. We highly recommend it. Also, everyone spoke English, although I speak Turkish, but my traveling partner speaks English only, so it was nice that they could communicate with him directly.
Best views, superb breakfast and wonderful hosts.
Amazing staff and the best breakfast on our trip overlooking St. John basilica, the fort and the town of Selcuk. The pool was refreshing. The breakfast was outside on the patio. Would absolutely stay here again. The villa is cozy and welcoming. Melli, at the front desk gave us excellent recommendations for dinners over our 2 nights there. If you can make it up the steep hill to the villa it is worth absolutely all the of it. Also it’s a 15 min walk to town and we felt very safe. It was a short drive to Ephesus from the hotel which had east parking for our vehicle.
It's definitely worth staying at this slightly out-of-the-way location, especially for the stunning views! It is a gorgeous villa, and the host is so accommodating, he'll even help with transportation when possible. Clean and comfortable rooms, with an incredible breakfast in the mornings. I truly loved our stay there!
Villa Dreams was an absolute dream.. The attentive staff went above and beyond, ensuring a flawless experience. The private pool was a refreshing oasis. Conveniently located, it offered both seclusion and easy access to local attractions. Villa Dreams delivered an unforgettable retreat that exceeded all expectations. Can't wait to return!
Lovely hotel with magnificent views of the town and the imposing fortress. Everything was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was modern with strong water pressure. Would love to stay here again.
The hospitality of the staff was what made this stay the best. Mily (sorry not sure of the spelling) was incredibly welcoming and engaging. He arranged for us to have dinner delivered, and gave us fruit snacks and pool towels so we can relax by the pool. The guy the next day ( didnt get his name unfortunately) was also very helpful with giving us directions to Ephesus and answered any questions we had. The place is beautiful, clean and breakfast was amazing but the staff really made this place the best during our whole 2-week trip in Turkey!
Awesome!!!
Beautiful hotel with the best view in town. Staff were friendly and really made our stay. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Villa Dreams is known for its spectacular views of the city and surrounding areas. It’s a charming property with a wonderful terrace where guests can have breakfast or just relax and take in the views. Our room was clean and comfortable, but a bit noisy since it faces the street below. The staff was super friendly and helpful, full of info about nearby sites, dining choices, transportation options, etc. Mehlit even drove us into town so we could have dinner there, and then picked us up afterward. I’d strongly recommend this place.
Beautiful view. Very well maintained. Comfortable bed. Great hosts and the breakfast was delicious and very appreciated. We felt welcomed. We would never have known about the local festival without our hosts info! Highly recommend this place!
Amazing View.. Great Room
We had a wonderful overnight stay at this property. We arrived later in the evening and the property host was still there to great us. Parking is at the hotel and a map is sent showing how to get there without driving up the steep hills. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and nice fluffy towels. We stayed in a suite with a jacuzzi bathtub on the terrace overlooking the city. Location was quiet through the night and the thick walls blocked out local construction sounds in the morning. Overall this is a great property and I look forward to returning anytime we are in the area
This is a place to come back to. Situated on top of a hill, in a quieter part of town we had comfortable rooms with great expansive views over the ancient plains and the castle. The staff is very helpful, articulate in English and make it feel like home. Locals of the area, they were knowledgeable and helped us get the most out of our three day trip. The rooms are clean, kept clean and the breakfast is a generous, traditional Turkish feast with local produce. Thank you Okyay, Melih and Ozlem for making this a memorable holiday for us, for your lovely energy and thoughtful hospitality.
We love this charming villa, overlooking the castle, and close to proximity of Ephesus! The staff were very welcoming and helpful, breakfast is beautifully served and delicious, the rooms are very clean and we felt like we are home! Highly recommend this place to anyone! Such a memorable stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner could not have been more helpful and welcoming, we felt immediately at home. The building and room was fabulous with a balcony overlooking an amazing view of the city. We enjoyed it so much we almost considered staying longer but we had to move on to fit everything else into our holiday. The Turkish breakfast on the terrace outside was fabulous. We can't recommend this place enough. Only slight downside is that it is a little out of town so slightly more difficult to get to town/dinner/Ephesus so might not suit everyone if this is a problem
This is an amazing place to stay. The owner and staff are so friendly and kind. It was like staying with friends. And the breakfast was super good. Especially the tomato spread made by his mom. The view was incredible from the top of the hill the hotel is located on. Can’t recommend highly enough! 10 stars!!!
A true gem. Stay here! You will love it.
Honestly I cannot say enough nice things about this lovely hotel and its super friendly, welcoming and congenial staff. The room was just gorgeous and suited a family of four perfectly. The beds were cleverly separated to allow a little privacy from the kids, a major bonus when traveling with little ones! The shower was great, the bathroom impeccably clean… everything was impeccably clean! The balcony and the view are special. The view from literally anywhere in the hotel is awesome. It’s set on a hill above town, but literally a 15 minute walk maximum, if you don’t mind the hill, which we don’t. It was good after dinner to walk it off! Taxi back cost very little as well. The breakfast was lovely and we felt so taken care of and comfortable each morning. From the owner to all the staff, they were just lovely. In short, our favorite stay in Turkey.
Excelente service
Very nice and we'll maintained family hotel. It is located up over the hill. However from our balkony it offers great views over the town and the archeological remains. The service was excellent and staff -very polite and helpful. They talk a fluent English so One would easily communicate. The breakfast was fresh prepared and tasty. We would definitely recommend the property for a several days stay, while exploring the Izmir -Ephesus area.
Perfect
Cozy villa, great view and staff, a bit offcenter
This stay is a very nice, cozy and new villa. The rooms were cozy and exceptionally clean. The room was spatious enough for a family of 4 and the beds were really comfy. The view from the room balcony was stunning: you can see all Selchuk, the medieval castle, part of Ephesus Ancient City and the sea as well. We have appreciated a lot the staff which was friendly and very helpfull and speaks really good English. Maybe the only underside of this great stay is its location which is on a hill, which makes driving there a little difficult (but this is also part of the adventure of travelling, right?!)
Villa dreams is beautiful and charming. We had a balcony and the views were amazing. It was quiet and comfortable. The AC worked well. Breakfast was lovely and the owner and staff make you feel wonderful. The pool is so clean and such a nice hotel to relax and enjoy in.
Excellent family run Villa
Family run business with excellent service. Couldn’t ask for more. We had a car which was convenient since the Villa was all the way on top of a hill. Parking was available on site
That is a real gem of Selcuk. Very conveniently located close to Ephesus and all other attractions. This boutique hotel is wonderful with super customized and personalized service with attention to unique details. The room was sparkling clean, very quite, with A/C, fridge etc. Bed was very comfortable. Special breakfast was prepared for us with everything we liked and customized to the greatest detail, including the egg options, scrambled vs. sunny side up. Room had a wonderful view and a balcony, where we enjoyed the wine we got from Sirince late at night, at balcony looking at the castle. I highly recommend Villa Dreams. I will stay there again. It was such a rewarding and wonderful hotel experience without breaking the bank.
The property owners were a delight! Very helpful, hospitable, and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again!
Very warm and welcoming owner. Room clean and spacious. Nice view of the castle. Loved the balcony. Pool looked nice but no time to enjoy it. Nice traditional breakfast.
We absolutely loved our stay at villa dreams. We booked this property based on the positives reviews and photos, and both were extremely accurate. The room was clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was amazing and fresh. We appreciated the small details which we did not see in any of the 3 hotels we booked during our trip to turkey… such as, fluffy clean towels, hook in bedroom to hang your clothes, outlets next to both sides of bed etc. These little details made our stay very comfortable and convenient. Okiyay was very hospitable and kept in contact since the day I booked our room. He offered to pick and drop us from the train station and town center which is a short walk from the hotel (hotel is up a hill). They have a lovely terrace and pool as well. We would definitely book this property again if we come back to selcuk.
Loved our stay . The owner Okaya was extremely helpful. We highly recommend it.
Villa Dreams is located at the top of a steep hill in a neighborhood setting. Once you get there, the rooms are charming and clean. Staff is very pleasant and accomodating. We felt like we were welcome houseguests. The terrace is lovely and we enjoyed the sunset views of the Selcuk castle from there. We really enjoyed our stay and would go again. Fun note: on our checkout day, the weekly vegetable market was set up on the road out of the neighborhood. It was a fun plus for us to see.
I really enjoyed my stay here and truthfully I wish I had stayed longer. Selçuk is a great base to explore the area, especially Ephesus and this hotel is a great place to stay in the area. The view is amazing and the owner is both friendly and helpful. He went out of way his way to make our stay enjoyable.
Our favorite stay in Selçuk
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Dreams! It is our favorite place to stay in Selçuk! The view is so beautiful! We also really enjoyed the Turkish breakfast and swimming pool. Recep, the owner, was very hospitable and kind and very helpful with anything we needed. We will definitely be back!
If only I could stay a month at this amazing villa
What an amazing villa! This is by far one of the best places I've stayed at. We had the whole place to ourselves. The breakfast was tasty and filling, although I would have liked more traditional Turkish foods too. Still, 5 stars from me especially given COVID-19 conditions. The pool was amazing, warm enough even for me. Recep was super friendly, giving us bottled water when we ran out and extra melon after we mentioned how amazing it was. We were so happy with our stay that we added an extra night. The drive up to the villa is not for the faint of heart, but such is true with most driving in Turkey. I definitely advise driving from the more northern route. We used Google Maps and Waze seems to be working better more recently. I rarely stay at the same hotel more than once, but this is a place I want to come back and spend a month!
Oasis in the desert
This quaint little hotel was an oasis in the desert. The staff were super nice and helpful. The room was clean and bright. The pool was refreshing. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.
The property is very good and the staff are excellent. Very comfortable.
Amazing host and excellent views over the city.
the Stay was good! Everyone really enjoyed it. The only thing is that the room was quite cold :(
Wonderful hospitality
Went there during winter so it was off peak season. Reached there late but our hosts went out to find our car and got us accommodated quickly. Location was not exactly central but since we had a car it was not an issue and we were a 5 min drive from all the restaurants. We even extended a night here as the view and room were awesome. Sedhart gave us lots of tips on where to go so that we didn’t rush our trip. Homemade breakfast was authentic and delicious. Bonus points for Sunny, their pet dog who was an absolute darling.
Terrible location
Terrible location. Very difficult to get to, steep hill, rough neighborhood. No conveniences nearby. After we arrived, we decided this was not as described, left and got another hotel in Kusadasi. I definitely won't recommend to anyone.
We booked 2 rooms but on their end they only had 1 reservation under my name. They were quick to accommodate and had a room for us even though its a small hotel and seemed to be busy. The place is beautiful and clean and friendly staff!
As soon as you walk in this small boutique hotel it’s comfortable, charming and gorgeous appeal imm
It is a really nice hotel. Great view, wonderful beds and pillows. Owners are very kind and Helpful. We recommend this hotel.
Friendly and excellent service. Great views. Wonderful breakfast and pool.
Good basic rooms, great breakfast in the morning, bit far from main area and hard to find
The view was amazing. The staff were very helpful. The location is great.
Charming villa with a great view!
Amazing view from balcony. Great place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine!
Villa Dreams is a great experiencce . It looks just like picture but with superb views and position . Its only a 10 minute walk down hill to restaurants and main town but shuttle service up and back if you prefer at set times. Taxi only costs a cup of coffee- AUD $4.The hosts are beautiful people and very helpful who seve up a tasty breakfast. VD in itself is a delightful experience in a warm Turkish manner.
Great stay at Villa Dreams
My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Dreams. We were treated so well by the hosts we were sad to leave. The location was superb for visiting Ephesus or the surrounding villages as the minibuses and the center of town were only 15 minutes away by foot. Alternatively, one could take a shuttle from the hotel. Having a fire or the ability to relax on a private patio was a plus. I cannot recommend this place more.
Super nice view
The stay here was truly a supurise. The hotel was not easy to find but the feel and the view was extremely nice. Glad that I made the decision to stop by in Selcuk for a night.
Absolute Gem!
WE LOVE IT VERY MUCH! Booked a panaromic room with jetted tub. It has AMAZING sunset view from the terrace overlooking the city and the castle. You have got to stay here if you like a full panorama view. However the water for the jetted tub outside at our terrace wasn’t hot enough, bad idea at night when the weather gets chilly. The breakfast was simple but sufficient. They offer free shuttle to the train and bus station and also to the town center too. We will definitely be back again.
Nice Little Hotel
We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The view is wonderful. The room was comfortable and appeared to be recently updated or is well maintained. Will stay again if I am in the area again.
Good little hotel but hard to find
Look this place was very nice, little cosy hotel with good service and friendly staff. The only problem we had was to find this little place. It was tucked away up in the hills, the roads to this hotel is extremely dangerous. I'm not saying the hotel is responsible for this but they can make requests to fix the roads up. Overall good.
Excellent hotel
We stayed one night in Villa Dreams II and then took a day trip to Pamukkale. We were delighted to come back and have another two days at Villa Dreams II.
Villa Dreams II is worth every penny and more
Villa Dreams and Villa Dreams II are beautiful. The rooms are modern and very nice, but the hotel itself is in traditional and beautiful taste. You will not find a better view. Stunning. The owner and the staff are some of the kindest people I have ever met. They are very accommodating and it is quite easy to go into town and tour about. You will not be disappointed in choosing to stay here.
Reliable host and comfortable place
The host is super friendly and nice, he helped us to solve a lot of problem!
Bizi karşılayan ve samimiyetini esirgemeyen toprağım Özge Hanım'a. İşletmecisi ancak sabah kahvaltısında yumurtamızı nasıl istediğimizi bile soran Okyay beye çok teşekkür ederiz. Bize kendi evimizde gibi hissettirdiniz.
Harika
Tavsiye ederim...
Her şey mükemmeldi.
Not: kışın mutlaka şömine başında zaman geçirin.
Ud over det sædvanlige❤️
Great service. Wonderful view on the city and castle. But above all is the quality of the service and the hospitality. Wonderful people who work at the Villa

Quiet escape in selcuk
You need a car as the hotel is up on the hill, about 10 blocks from the center of town. You need to follow the route they give you to arrive by car as some streets are too steep, or actually stairs. We were on the top floor, the views during sunset are great. The breakfast is nice and they are very accommodating
