Excellent ztaff

This propertyis nicely presented short walk to breakfast creek hotel and serves great coffee in foyer. Bed was comfortable shower nice but think hot water ran short sometime in the morning

Great Overnight Stay

Was only a late book overnight from our flight from Japan, but wish we could have stayed longer. The room was nice and spacious, bed was comfortable, and the view was great too. Love the kind of old-style antique feel too.

Great stay

Older style building, large rooms very comfortable. All taps, shower, etc.. power outlets all upgraded. Lifts worked very well Room very quiet - no noise from road or neighbouring rooms Everything was awesome

Staff were lovely, went above and beyond helping us with an unexpected matter. Lovely facilities, pool area is beautiful. Comfy beds and blackout curtains provide optimum conditions for a much needed sleep in.

We had a lovely stay at View Brisbane. The property, including our room, felt beautiful and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area is gorgeous and we would've loved to spend more time relaxing there if our stay had been longer. The buffet breakfast was also a nice spread. Our only complaint is the bathroom water pressure. The water comes shooting so hard out of the sink, it splashes out on everything nearby. Meanwhile, the shower water pressure was a bit too low.

F and B Manager was there at afternoon time. I don't know his name. Monday afternoon 12:15 pm. He is so good with us. love to visit next time.

Even though it was a VIP property, I didn’t receive the free upgrade or any perks associated with that title. They don’t offer airport shuttle or even a free breakfast for the price. When we asked the front counter agent, she had an attitude and said “no” as if we had asked a dumb question, The room was noisy as it was next to the elevators

Room service ended 30min earlier than the time advertised on the in room menu, and was replaced by a snack menu which was not available or advertised in the room. QR code and app to order did not work, and restaurant did not answer the phone. I had to go down to the restaurant and order in person.

We really enjoyed our recent stay with View! The entry foyer and layout is beautiful and welcoming on your arrival. The customer service, warm and welcoming. Excellent sized rooms for families and is well priced. The outdoor pool area looks a little tired (but appears to be having alot of work currently done to it) but the space is amazing with so much potential and is beautifully lit up of an evening. The kids loved having a dip in the pool whilst mum enjoyed the chance to relax (whilst still being able to supervise) in the tranquil poolside surrounds with a good coffee from the on premise restaurant. Parking is easy and well priced ($15) Overall a great stay close to the foodie hub of Hamilton as well for those wanting to venture out or take on the beautiful river walk and see the sights. Will definitely stay again if we need Brisbane City Accommodation.

The location was central to my business needs. The property though dated was clean and well presented. Plus, the staff were fantastic in attending to my needs without fuss.

Brisbane View

The hotel is conveniently located by the river, where there is a lovely boardwalk. The river view rooms are preferable. Parking at the hotel is an additional $15 AUD.

Spa Suite is a bit underwhelming, Rooms small, Terribly small window for views of the river,. Bed positioned right next to hallway door, & the shower is actually in the spa bath, that's a Bit awkward. Clean room, easy access from carpark to room. Would i stay again? Highly unlikely.

Beautiful place to stay but with limitations.

Very clean and comfortable! Beautiful place to stay! The only thing I found frustrating was no coffee available in room and restaurant closed after breakfast until dinner at 6pm. There were snacks an available for purchase or you could get room service. One other very fun restaurant/pub nearby. Due to location you had to taxi to the city. No brochures to review on transportation options and only some information of things to do in room on the tv.

room excellent, on this stay the bar was closed was a bit of disappointment, and the menu still the same, from last time we stayed not much choice, a curry would have been nice or chili con carni , we opted to the children's menu The sausages and chips and salad we just been on a cruise and did not want fine dining food like the hotel menu has on it ,the Staff were all pleasant and helpful

Enjoyable

The breakfast food and staff were excellent. We wish that there had been a bit more room around the pool for sunbathing. Our room was comfortable. The area was quirky and easy for transport. Wish there had been laundry facilities as advertised. Nope; not there.

Nice quantity hotel

walls must be quite thin, unfortunately was noisy from roadway AND other rooms, and even though had 'moisture rising cream' bottle in room, it was empty...

Feels old and dated. Photos of pool are extremely well taken as it doesn’t quite look like that once there. Stuck in a corner with lots of shade.

Easy to find, very clean and comfortable.

Room still feel new and nice deco. Comfy beds. Car parking available with booking. Near CBD, lots of options nearby for food and restaurants. Can go to river walk just across a road.

Would definitely stay again . Loved the old world charm decor. Beds were super comfortable. Very clean and well Kept!

Good Location

The View hotel is in a handy location for travel from Brisbane airport.

The view from the corner rooms was exceptional, but it’s a long walk either way to the city ferries

Couldn’t ask for anything more in a weekend getaway! We will be back for sure.

We were very impressed with View and enjoyed the pool area, had a few drinks in the bar and buffet breakfast was great.

Excellent! I have stayed before and absolutely love this hotel so comfortable and the staff are wonderful!

Hotel is very run down a difficult to drive there. Also called 3 times regarding glass I left behind and still have not heard back from them despite being advised that they would call back in 30mins.

Great hotel

The bathroom was particularly beautiful and the beds and linen were amazing

Hotel was nice. Hot tub was broken and dirty and some facilities were starting to look tired. Food was good in the restaurant and the bar was cool.

Just want to say a special thank you as when you noticed it was my birthday I got a lovely room and other goodies. The views over the water and racecourse were lovely and I did feel special.

View Hotel Brisbane

A great location to rest the night before catching an early flight. Old style wallpaper in the room and bar.

WE always stay at this hotel when we visit Brisbane; the staff are helpful and friendly; the rooms are clean and quiet. The convenience of transport and dining options are excellent.

Watto's APG Brisbane Wander

I was staying in Brisbane for an APG race at Albion Park. I also spent time visiting family. Weather was superb. Of course had a great steak at the Brecky Creek Hotel

Sunrise over the water perfect stay before flight

Perfect stay before our flight. Staff organised transport for us on short notice around midnight. Sunrise over the water was a perfect way to start the day. We have stayed at a lot of different hotels over the years in Brisbane, used to live in Southbank penthouse, and still never really liked this city. This is probably the first time we have reconsidered how we feel about the place.

The view

Comfy bed , dark room for sleeping in , shower head is old doesn’t move , tiles mouldy , a bit outdated but not bad

Quick stopover

Convenient, well maintained, friendly staff, generous room size.

The in room spa n bed was nice but curtins didnt work light shades broken very old fashined n outdated with old furniture very dark light setting and way over priced breakfast

The barman in chesters was rude and cut some people off because of a difference of opinion he really needs to work on his people skills and this was why customers left.

Consistently good

This is my go to hotel for my business trips. Only thing I missed was a TV in the bedroom. Can't fault otherwise.

Good stay for one night, near the airport. Rooms are lacking some basic cleanliness that for the price paid should really be addressed. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and quiet.

Very enjoyable

Excellent stay , great view over the Brisbane River one side and the race course in the other. Good choice at breakfast. A little bit further away from the town than expected, but local transport bus excellent

I have stayed at the View hotel Brisbane many times over the past 10 years. always clean, tidy, good service and rooms are modern. I was surprised to find this time they are now charging for parking which has never been the case previously. the free and convienient parking was always the drawcard for me to use this property. I understand the economy is tough and businesses are looking for more ways to generate an income stream so I guess it was going to happen eventually . however overall a good stay

Hotel is in a good location, easy walk to different places. Around the the corner from Breakfast Creek Hotel. Beds are super comfy, room is a bit outdated.

Nice view of the river. Staff were helpful. Parking should be free. I wouldn't have breakfast here. Our stay is average. We didn't mind coz we like the location close to where we want to go.

Great Stay Friendly Staff

Staff was amazing at check in we arrived early staff provided storage for our luggage and directions to the Brisbane sign, breakfast was Great service was amazing, parking convenient, restaurant in hotel, hotel close to parks & stores near hotel.

Close to the breakfast creek pub. A bit disappointed with the 3 pm check in.

Bed was so comfortable. Was very clean. Service at reception was so good. My check in wasn't till 3pm . I got there at 12pm hoping just to drop my bags off. But wen I got there my room was ready. Toiletries so good. Best shower

A great location with fabulous views over the river in both directions. Chester’s Bar was a lovely place to have a drink and the restaurant and room service offered a great range of options.

It was okay. Food and drinks were very expensive. Mediocre service in the restaurant. Business like check in.
