Outside of the building looks rather sketchy. The room was updated, clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Excellent service in the resturaunt. Doors to the rooms close quite loudly. You can hear anytime anyone goes in or out of their room. Other then that it was a lovely stay.

Staff are friendly and accomodating. Property is clean and tables and chairs for the party were arranged neatly.

Our stay was mostly good and uneventful. We needed to change rooms as the first room had a noisy leaky toilet. Heating units can get a little loud at times. Rooms could use one or more extra blankets for the bed or beds. Staff were polite and helpful. We appreciated the pool and dining facilities. We would stay here again if we come back to Brandon.

Great stay and staff were welcoming

All the amenities were favourable for us with modernization and good adaptability techniques.

At 12:37 AM, teenagers were having a gathering in the hallway, making noise and running around. There were no slippers or a kettle in the room. The heater was extremely loud, and the floor was not clean. It was a very bad lodging experience, and I will never go there again.

Too many hockey teams. Running around Very loud. Couldn’t use pool or hot tub. Need an adult time for pool and hot tub.

Was not a fan of the shower, missing knobs and door position made you get wet turning it on. My rooms floor was laminate, not carpet kinda weird

Grandkids lost a few toys. Moved sofa bed to find. There was a lot of dirt under there. Made me wonder what else hadn't been cleaned for a while. On positive side. On checkout, house keeping found a stuffed animal we almost left behind! Thanks so much!

Unhappy with Expedia. My wife booked the room for the 2 of us to attend a funeral. She made an error on the date & chose the day before, within 2 hours of realizing the error had it corrected only to find out we were charged a surcharge of $44.00. I find this excessive on a $130.00 room.

i liked the poolside room except when i got there a birthday party was going on and it was taking place in the area in front of my door so we had no privacy It was very noisy till about 11 at night The coffe maker still had a used kureg cup in it no big deal but how well is the rest of the room cleaned

Stayed here for three nights. This hotel was clean and had great service. Loved the pool and hot tub. Also great location.

We came in and went to bed and went to sleep and left early in the morning. Did not have time to even see the property. Neighbours were noisy at bedtime which was an issue. Besides that all was just fine.

While checking in she ran my credit card three separate times to get the deposit, the first two times claiming their system is really slow, and switching computers, the third time I ran it through the interact terminal and there were no issues.

The Microwave is on the hall way😅

Shower is VERY slippery. No elevator to 2nd floor.

There was construction occurring outside. Also the traffic was nonstop. Happily the window, when closed, shut out most of the noise.

Staff were very friendly and the hotel was well kept.

Hi there, this was my second time staying at this property and both times the hot tub jets were broken so I assume the owners don’t care to fix their amenities which means I’ll never come back.

Great stay passing through Brandon. Very clean and updated rooms with helpful staff. The layout of the hotel is handy in that you only need to focus on a specific door and you'll be pretty likely to have you car pakred right outside your window.

We really enjoyed out stay and we'll certainly book here again. Very grateful for welcoming pets, as we brought our very large puppy. In the initial room that we booked, the carpets were not cleaned and our dog had some mystery snacks. The front desk texted (SMS) to check on our room, we told them, and then they IMMEDIATELY upgraded us to a bigger room,and we had poolside room access! The pool was cold, the hot tub was hot, the BREAKFAST was excellent, and the amenities can't be beat. with a Sobey's & a Dollarama across the street from the front door! 4.5/5

There are many evacuee families staying there. The kids were making huge messes everywhere, they ran up and down the hallways. One child was riding a scooter everywhere. A few of the teenagers were high or drunk and they asked for cigarettes. No adults were supervising any kids at the pool.

Stayed 1 night for business and in spite of there being security all over the place - the doors in the hallway banged constantly with random guests going back and forth from room to room until about 3:00 am. Would not stay here again.

The check in was easy. The room was clean, and offered fridge, microwave, coffee. The bed was very comfortable, but as a short person, I almost needed a step stool go get on.It offered a pool, and cafe with seating either indoor or (while still indoor) outdoors by the pool. It also had a dining room - which we did not use, as we chose to sit by the pool. There was also a small room with VLTs. The only thing that marred this visit was there were fire evacuees and the people across the hall had a horrendous fight yelling, foul language and a huge pile of stuff from their room in the hall, which we had to move some to get down the hall to our room The fight had obviously started before we arrived in the hallway. we did not call the desk re this, but my husband opened our door and said would you like men to call the police. At this point the "gentleman " left, and I am assuming the woman in the room left also. A short while later, I went to go to the lobby, and two security men and what appeared to be two hotel staff at the corner of the hallway looking down our hall. I went to the desk to enquire about the security, and was informed that it was not their security, but supplied by Red Cross because of the evacuees, and they were leaving to fly home this evening. I realize this is a singular unusual situation, but felt the security the Red Cross was supplying was inefficient. I can't say the place was unsafe generally, but I felt that way at the moment.

Room cleaning was very poor. Room was cleaned once in 3 days - bathroom was not cleaned only towels replaced.

Liked everything. Great price for excellent accommodations. Enjoyed pool and hot tub and excellent wings from restaurant. All staff extremely friendly.

I stay here whenever I can when on my annual trip east. The rates are great, good value for the money. Very friendly and helpful staff . Only downside this week was the hot tub jets were not working

Was perfect for our needs. We did not spend much time there. The beds were very comfortable and it was clean.

Checked in very late after a long drive. Room was fine, beds were clean however the floor was not, sticky residue all over and small chunks of what appeared to be asphalt all over the floor. If it wasn’t so late we would have went to the front and asked for a new room. Upon checkout staff was informed and only offered a sorry.

I found that the check in process was very easy and the staff made the process an enjoyable one. The room was ready and clean. It was a Sunday but the place was quite. Pool area was enjoyable and clean. I will book my next Brandon stay here for sure.

Needs Improvement

The housekeeping staff left a used cleaning rag on bathroom floor. Toilet not cleaned or not cleaned properly.

The front desk ladies were super nice, but there was gym ground into the carpet in my room, long black hairs on the towels, the shower was dirty. There’s mould all over the caulking and the main reason I booked this property over others was for the hot tub and the jets were broken. Will not be booking for my trip back.

The property was great however the EXPEDIA was not good at all. Check in took over an hour and then didn’t even complete because of Expedia

Analee was a breath of fresh air. She made us feel most welcome and was very accommodating when the tv wasn't working.
