So nice

Hello, we really liked both the location and the hotel itself. We were in Minsk for the first time and we liked absolutely everything. The location of the hotel and the hotel itself are wonderful.

Very Soviet Union hotel .

Property located in good area with easy access to the city shopping location, historical places, etc. the major problem here is soundproofing- you can hear people in the room you are sharing wall with so clear. Whole adult are not so bad and not screaming all day long, their kids are killers - they are loud like a monsters playing and banging all day log. Its impossible to rest during the day because of that. At the end on my stay i feel like i want to exterminate them all. Hotel staff moved to me another room but soon i got another neighbors there with kids as well. I guess this hotel is great to spy on someone across the wall. Everything else was OK more or less. I would not recommend to to go to this place. And one more - restaurant there are very primitive in food selection/variety

Excellent place where to stay!

Everything was perfect! Comfortable, spacious and clean room, very nice and friendly personnel, delicous breakfast. The hotel has also very good location. Thank you and I look forward to come back again!

Not recommended

The service was poor , asked at the reception about bathrobe but never got.No tea or cofee bags in the room. Water area was closed , spa had only one person so i had to refuse of doing any massages as it will take to l9ng for 2 persons.

Неплохой отель, очень простой спа, но с хорошим бассейном и нормальной сауной, хамам не работал. Хороший персонал, все подскажут и расскажут. Хороший вид на Дворец Президента, рядом музей ВОВ который советую посетить. Парковка бесплатная, завтрак не брали. В целом я бы сказал на 4.5 из 5

Nice stay overall

It was a nice stay overall-friendly reception staff, clean and spacious room with a good view, spa area available ( was crucial for me as I‘ve got to take a rest after an intercontinental flight). Breakfast was offered in a buffet format at the restaurant of the hotel—a good selection of the food was served. My only no-so-good experience was with in-room dining- I couldn’t find tasty anything but the tea, and the service was also a bit not-up-to-standard. Other than that I can totally recommend this hotel to anyone making a stop in Minsk, and would stay there again myself.

Really thought the staff were so stone faced, never experienced this anywhere previously, the welcome first night in the restaurant almost made me move hotel, I realise that language can be a barrier however no facial contact smile of anything from the guy on the desk, too busy on his cellphone, guess I should of highlighted to management however guessing this would have got no reaction, disappoint to say the least,

Poor, very poor in all ways

Bad ‘business’ hotel - WiFi completely inconsistent - staff showed no interest to help. Not close to the city centre - would advise caution about staying here.

Nice new hotel with cozy, big, spacious rooms with all necessities. Unfortunately unwelcoming and grumpy looking receptionists and very not cozy restaurant is a big minus in this place

Nice hotel with quite basic, but still good SPA facilities, friendly and helpful staff, enjoyed my 4-night stay there. The only thing is the hotel is quite far from the city centre, and if you come to Minsk for business you are most likely to miss all the sight seeing.

Great Hotel. Would go again. Large, comfortable rooms. Cozy large beds, clean and beautiful bathroom, fast WiFi. Friendly staff, good selection on breakfast buffet, only a few minutes by taxi to the city center.

It's not at all a bad hotel, but it just oozes Soviet-era style. Lots of local people use the spa, so it gets crowded. Water in Jacuzzi was cold. Breakfast erratic; sometimes there was an omelette station, sometimes not. In summer it's probably nice that the location is across from a park, but I would have preferred to be more downtown close to restaurants. At about 50% less than the cost of the only two acceptable 'Western' hotels (Renaissance and Doubletree) I thought to give it a try.

Great stay at Victoria Spa

Had a great stay at this hotel, location is a bit out of centre, but its not too far to get a taxi to centre. Rooms were very large and very comfortable bed. Staff were kind and helpful. Wifi was not the greatest but otherwise I enjoyed my stay very much.

everything about this hotel was great. the bed, room, food, service amenities. I even got a massage. ask for a taxi at reception, you get one right away. my next stay in Minsk will be at the Victoria hotel and SPa

Very nice Hotel

It is a very nice, reasonably priced hotel The breakfast was a large buffet with too much temping food. Would rather have had a much smaller and less expensive ($15) breakfast. Unfortunately, there were dinners/coffee shops in the area open before 10am (strange). Also, the room did not have air conditioning, only heat. Had to open the room windows to sleep.

Nice hotel in Minsk

This hotel is walking distance to the mall, the amusement park, the Great Patriotic War Museum, and across the street from a beautiful green park on the water. Very clean, friendly staff, great food in the restaurant. Everything is very inexpensive.

Lovely hotel, if a little warm!

The hotel was lovely, comfortable bed, friendly staff, etc. Only comment I would make is that the air conditioning was ineffective, and the heating was on constantly so the room was a little warm from time to time.

Good value for the money

I chose to stay here this time in Minsk because it's not as far as the Marriott and not as expensive as the Doubletree. The facilities are quite good, with a couple notes: the fitness centre could be a bit more than what it is and where is it. The restaurant is more of an event hall and feels less than warm and cozy. The biggest trouble that I had was the lack of room temperature control and it was really warm in the room, while it was snowing outside. I had to open the window several times, which was less than ideal, but worked. The staff was fine, but non-Russian-speaking visitors should know that this isn't the best hotel in Minsk for you. They'll work with you if you're patient and smile. Olya, a new addition, in particular was very helpful and much more eager to engage, whereas I could see other staff members get nervous when I strayed out of my rudimentary Russian.

Large newer rooms and clean hotel.

Very nice hotel and friendly front staff. Location is across from Victory Park and would be better in warmer weather. I tried the breakfast buffet and was good and very nice. My room was very large and comfortable and great view of the park. I was unable to try the pool and spa though. I went to get an appointment for a massage several times and the staff here was not the same. Very unfriendly and did not even look for an opening for a massage. So i did not try any spa service.

Great, clean hotel with modern rooms in Victoria 2 wing.

Very good reception, excellent buffet breakfast. Very good swimming pool, sauna and steam. The hotel is near to the museum, the palace, big mall, sport complex. Overall, they are what they say they are. Excellent!

The staff were good the aquazone is nice, wonderful view from the room , it is a four star hotel a walking distance from Korona supermarket and Zamok Shopping center . Good location free aqua zone for Hotel guests.

This hotel is opposite victory park which was a beautiful place to have an early spring walk also within walking distance to a few malls and you can walk into the centre of town too. The pool and spa were nice and the place is modern and comfortable the breakfast was a bit dodgy, not many people there and they seemed to recycle the fruit platters every morning

Pleasant family stay

Like this hotel. Big and comfort rooms. SPA access. Nice view to the park. Not far from city center with public transport. Big shopping center is in walking distance.

We had a week in the hotel. That was a perfect stay. Spacious, comfort rooms. Nice view. We like also spa and swimming pool. Evenings are crowded in the pool.

Als viel reisender, kann ich die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Super Lage, top SPA Bereich zum entspannen, sehr komfortable Zimmer.

Bra hotell

Det var veldig bra opphold. Romslig familierom. Frokosten var veldig bra. Fint basseng og spa. Vakker utsikt over parken fra vinduene, men lyden av trafikk høres.

Das Zimmer war sehr schön was ich auch erwarte bei so einem Preis aber ich finde es erstaunlich das man pro Buchung nur an einem Tag den Schwimmbereich kostenlos benutzten kann davon habe ich vorher nirgendwo gelesen außerdem war ich von Sonntag auf Mittwoch im Hotel sprich da wären auch nur 2 richtige Tage gewesen an denen ich das Angebot ausnutzen konnte aber ich hatte das Glück das Montag die schwimmanlage geschlossen war und somit wurde meine Auswahl auf Dienstag begrenzt.

Nice view of the park. The avenue near the hotel is quite noisy. But you can directly get to the city center by public transport. Very good balance of quality and price. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Great opportunity to swim in the pool. Special thanks to the specialists of the beauty salon. I am very pleased with the massage and manicure. I regret that I didn't have time to get to something else. The staff is wonderful. Thanks a lot.

В целом , всё хорошо. Не понравилось , не было зубной счётки и питьевой воды. Персонал: приветливый и вежливый.

Room and breakfast was good.sport center only few equipment to make cardio.sauna is very little,always busy.

Жара на улице, не работал кондиционер. Не получилось выспаться. В остальном всё на уровне 4 звезды.

В целом хороший отель с хорошим расположением. Единственное что было неудобно и напряжно, - было много багажа, а в отеле нет даже тележки. Пришлось в 3 захода от такси таскать к лифту и потом от лифта так же в номер. Кстати такси к парадному входу тоже просто так не пускают - нужно бегать охранников искать, просить чтобы убрали заграждения

Era quarentena, eu não podia voltar ao Brasil e era meu aniversário. O hotel foi ESSENCIAL pra eu só lembrar de coisas boas. Ele não fica muito perto do centro (25 minutos de caminhada), mas também não é tanta coisa assim pra quem gosta de caminhar. Tudo funciona! Piscina, 2 jacuzzis, 2 saunas. Chás deliciosos no Spa. Só guardo muito lembranças deste hotel
