When I checking in the man at front desk was flat out disrespectful. I pay for two people and if you don't have information of second person you can't check that person in. I've lived Colombia seven years six months a year single no kids 57 years old travel world many times and no hotel has ever been like this one. Yes I have several different women who I enjoy to stay night with me not just one, I don't lie to them. The man at front desk said it was not allowed for my safety but these women are professionals and work with me and my international business coming from Pereira Cali and Buga buying coffee and machines from Cafexpress. I went and go another room at different hotel five star because of there policy. Really messed up. Then every time I seen these men they made dogged me staring at me with intimidation anger mean. During check in one said he was a better man then me that I had bad character and ethics, to share a room with people who travel to do business with me. These people are like family they come to America with me often and I take care of them when I can and always will. I felt like the men at this hotel didn't know there place judging me, I'm American Indian and we take care of our people. I will never return to this hotel I recommend Hilton or anywhere else.

Clean, modern, lovely design

First of all, whoever is the interior designer of this hotel, you did a wonderful job. This hotel is very clean and modern and I love the decor. My only complaint was that food choices at the restaurant were limited. But apart from that, this was a great stay for us.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Viaggio hotel, the hotel is beautiful and the staff was very friendly to us. The only thing I didn’t like was how they treated any delivery staff. When I ordered things to be delivered to the hotel I was told on multiple occasions by the people delivering that the staff would kick them out of the hotel lobby and treat them poorly which is a poor reflection on the business and what it truly means to be hospitable. Have a little more kindness and decorum. Other than that I don’t have a single bad thing to say about my stay.

I liked the decoration, the view and the cleanliness I did not like the bathroom, should be more private, also the person who did the check in and check out could be more nice and smily

The hotel looked really nice. Servers at both restaurants were amazing, however, front desk staff were not that nice. They tried to charge me for stuff I never ate from my mini bar at my room (even the inventory of the mini bar was wrong). As I refused to pay that, next i asked for to-go breakfast (as it was 6am when I checked out) as my flight was early, they denied it to me. Not even coffee. The breakfast was already paid as it was included. So, in general, servers and location were a 10/10. Overall, 5/10 for me.

We had a family vacation at Viaggio Medellin back in October 2024 and all the staff were very polite, attentive in every way but the one that went above and beyond was the guest member from the bar, Alonso. He gave us a lot of tips and recommendations of places to visit, eat and drink around Antioquia, Medellin, he was very attentive to us the whole time we stated at the hotel and even recommended us some tours. We are very greatful to know him and because of him we had the most wonderful time in Medellin.

Very nice place to stay.

Average at best! The gym is a junkyard. 4 cardio machines and all of them broken and out of function and they remained so during my entire stay of 9 nights, and when I complained, I was told that they’ve been broken for some time. Generally speaking, the front desk staff and management have a “don’t care” attitude. On my arrival day, I requested to speak with the manager and repeated the request again the next day, but never heard back from a manager! WiFi is terrible and constantly kicks you out and cell phone coverage is one bar if you’re lucky. Breakfast is average and limited. Location is off with nothing within walking distance. The dark shade is smaller than the window so don’t expect a good sleep.

The room was great. Breakfast was also nice. Before my travel they also contacted me if I needed transport so that was very nice. I was there for a week. The AC stopped working on the third night. I contacted the reception however when I returned from my day out activities we saw they didn't fix it. When contacting the reception again they gave us another room.

Good rate for the property very nice part of town made us feel very welcome. Great rooms and awesome breakfast

Incredible property with excellent and friendly staff, comfortable and clean rooms, delicious breakfast, and great central location. The staff was always friendly and willing to help and many at the front desk spoke English. Highly recommend this wonderful location.

Hotel is great in a great location staff is really excellent but: Service at the restaurant is really slow even thought food is great Last night at the hotel couldnt sleep well due to fire alarm was on and off the whole night starting at 10:30 pm

The people are amazing .

It's a good hotel but has many rule very strict one of them if you invite a friend. they don't let him into the room just for 30 minute, They are always looking as if one is going to do something wrong

After paying for the stay ahead of time.. I was hit with a tax on checkout. I have never experienced this. If it had been asked for at the time of paying for the room.. I would have been more agreeable. However no hotel I have ever stayed at gouged for it at checkout. For that reason I would never stay here again.

Overall great hotel until the bill for the minibar showed up. There was no lubrication and my backside is still bleading, 48 usd for 2 water, 4oz champagne and a toy bag of chips

Quiet but strange conditions in the room

The main reason you'll want to stay here is that it's quiet yet just a few blocks away from Parque Poblado. You'll have to bring washcloths and Kleenex because they don't provide such luxuries. There was hot water six out of the seven days and I received a clean towel six out of seven days. The restaurant is OK for breakfast but a waste of time and money for dinner. My room had two signs of poor maintenance. The handle to the window in the shower was simply missing making it impossible to close. Even stranger was drips of blood on a wall that had been there for weeks, maybe months. Any respectable hotel would have cleaned this or painted over it immediately but they chose to ignore it. My keycard died twice for some reason. I've never had that happen before. Besides this the rooms are clean and large, the bed was OK, and I enjoyed the location and the silence.

It is very well located. You can walk to almost everything and the nearest metro station is within a 15min walk.

This is a wonderful high-end hotel, with incredible rooms and very good staff. It's a reasonable walk to plenty of food options and was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet is absolutely amazing. Very highly recommended.

Great Hotel, only 7-8 minutes walking from Parque Lleras and Provenza - far enough to avoid the noise yet close enough to walk to. The daily breakfast was superb.

At the time of purchase I wasn't informed visitors/ guest was not allowed in rooms. Upon my arrival I had to pay $65.00 additional to have my friend visit me. Extra staff hangs in the lobby watching your every move. My friend and l went to explore the city upon our return housekeeping clean my room but I noticed my personal device that hooks up to the shower head was missing. After I reported my personal item missing a staff came to the room to investigate. I checked out today, the hotel staff haven't mention anything about my personal item missing.

It is a beautiful place for stay i love it.

It wasn't the best, the first day we arrived there was no air in the rooms. There were 3 of us in the room and we only left 1 clean towel and I had to notify them 3 times. And then the power went out in the hotel.
