It really did not mean my expectations from a 4 star hotel. It could have been much better. The staff were nice though.
good location for Subway and Al Rigga street restaurants and shops
very good
Their Staff was very polite and ambience was amiable. Most attractive part is the location as it is bang in the city, My stay was comfortable and quite peaceful, the hotel was clean and the staff friendly and obliging. i recommend.
good hotel but not really cleaned room
worth for this price
Price is cheap, Spacious, convenient & Quiet.
Location is quite and good near market and business. Friendly staff. Room is practical and good.
I had great time 🙏🙏
Staff is very helpful. There is a nught club on first floor that makes lot of noise. However when i complain to Najrana she immediately transfer my room on 7th floor. Then i had peaceful night sleep. She also allowed me to do late check out as my flight was very late at night. Thanks Najrana.
Very good room. Excellent quite location in busy area.
When we just arrived we got a room in very bad condition, after we complained we got an other room, but the noise of the air conditioners of the whole hotel was not supportable and continuous. The stuff was good, helpful and friendly. Location is super. Affordable.
I don't recommend it.... Was bad experience for me
Near the metro station and the variety of food and convenience in the area.
Good place to stay
Nice overall hotel in a reasonable spot. Lots of restaurants in the area and about £8 in a taxi to major attrctions in the centre of Dubai or 5 minute walk to the water.
Very poor service
It does not deserve to be a 4 star hotel! Very poor service. Breakfast is the worst ever. Room is very basic.
The property was nice but they were struggling to keep up with the breakfast buffet.
Quiet and comfortable in a living area.
Central in Deira at walkable distance from three metro stations. Despite its central location in lively Deira the hotel is remarkably quiet. Also hotel itself is quite soundproof, perhaps due to the construction and maybe the relatively quiet clientele?
Nice hotel in Deira
Comfortable stay. Nice room size. OK breakfast, could be improved. Good location.
A nice hotel but poor staffs
This is the first time i am staying in a four star hotel which doesnt even give a complimentary water bottle. First they gave me room no 712 which was a very noisy room. After complaining and fighting with manager for nearly one hour they shifted me to room no 604. It was a nice room. But they come and knock at night 12.30 asking this and that. Except this everything was good stay...
Thanks for all every thing perfect only breakfast it is good but can used material more better special for coffee .. and sure next trip to Dubai I choice this hotel
It was very good...staff people pleasant and helpful...restaurant is good but slow service...I recommend this place..good value for the price...
It is good hotel staff friendly room speac very good
Friendly reception and nice breakfast!! Hope go come back again
This is a fantastic hotel when comparing the price with the facilities provided. I found all the staff to have the relatively rare attitude these days that a major part of their job was to make a guest's stay enjoyable! The buffet breakfasts (included in the price) were good, my room was superb - had a comfy bed and spacious bathroom - and the free WiFi (5G they said) was genuinely superfast The hotel is good for anyone like me with reduced mobility however access to the rooftop swimming pool required negotiation of half a dozen steps from the rooftop level lift
After the first day of discomfort, and with some complaints, the service was much better.
A cosy get-away.
I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. My only challenge is about the location of the hotel. It is quite difficult to direct people to the address without reference to Lotus hotel. On the whole, it served my purpose very well - a get-away sort of...
good stay
it was good
Excellent... My husband and I stayed here 6 nights on November 25 to Dec01 short stay in Dubai but our experience was the best. The staff is very friendly, accommodating, and hospitable.
Totally Worthy
Amazing staying had a good time. Stayed for 4 nights . Opted for breakfast as well, which was also good
Overall it was a great stay.. room was much cleaner than others I've stayed in within the price range. Air conditioning worked great and the room was already cold when I arrived. Stocked mini bar. A few English language channels on TV including CNN and Sky news. Breakfast was better than I expected with plenty of choices. I'll be staying again
Great place to stay
Welcoming comfortable and affordable
Once an average hotel, it has been completely renovated by the Raviz company and been turned into a charming, comfortable and affordable hotel, quiet enough in a lively area. One can even hear birdssong in the morning, as the metal grilll that is part of the facade is a hideout for birds, even hosting some nests. Breakfast is good. The staff is friendly and helpful.
Hotel was good. Quiet area not to far from the metro and close to a lot of the tourist sites.
Its like staying at home. Warmth and service is impeccable
VERSAILLES BY RAVIZ, worth a try
Good management, day around room services, a small but nice pool and butifull area.
Check out was unpleasant, as I had to wait for 20 minutes. Also won't recommend the hotel for business trip at all, as the management is cheap.
Good spot for a place to sleep! No much of a view
The hotel inside was modern and comfortable!
Noisy hotel, not skilled stuff, nightly conversations between hotel stuff members every nighr.very dissapointing about amenities ,swimming pool open only up to 6pm and dirty, issues with wifi-not working
5 star cleaning-4 star staff-3star breakfas.. all in all worth t
A great hotel to stay when visiting Dubai.
Arrived Dubai at 4.30am and hotel shuttle bus was waiting for us at the airport. When we arrived at the hotel we received an early check in for a reduced discounted fee. Hotel arranged all of our tours and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was comfortable and spacious and the buffet breakfast was tasty and adequate. In a perfect location with nearby shops and close to the Metro to to take a train to the Dubai Mall. Some construction going on in the area, but this applies to all of Dubai.
Amazing budget hotel
Amazing bugdet hotel in good location with superb staff. Staff was very polite with me and allowed me to leave my passport as a deposit instead og money which was nice. Located close to Al Ghuhair shopping mall, metro station and airport. Very reasonable room rate.
Would happily stay again - Outstanding value for $
A quick business trip. A little hard to find and the initial impression of the area is that it's a bit dodgy. Further investigation revealed it to be full of middle eastern culture and warmth. A couple of blocks off a main street with lots of low scale local restaurants. Might not be suited to timid travelers but for those with a bit of experience the local area is great. Room excellent. Breakfast OK but not anything special (they need brewed coffee). Spa looks dodgy on entry but was good. Didn't get to test pool. Outstanding value for money.
I would not stay again
The location is near to the high street. The reception staff are extremely unfriendly, arrogant even. The hotel wasn’t the cleanest. The ambience didn’t exist. The room was below average. I will never stay here again
Nice and cheap
Great location, less than 10 mins from Ragga metro station and 20 mins tram ride from Dubai mall. Helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast.
Clean room comfortable bed
Clean room, good wifi, nice toilet with a bath tub, good lighting and a very comfortable bed.
Clean room, good wifi
Clean room with good wifi. Bed was comfortable, nice bath tub with good toiletries. Close to the bus and metro. 15 mins bus to the airport, 5 mins walk to Al Ghurair Shopping Mall, 15 mins walk to the Clock Tower. Breakfast was okay and staff were pleasant.
I think it was the best for its price. Its services was even more than what I expect for a 3 star hotel. However, the local area is not best even though it is just a 8 min walk to metro station.
Fabulous hotel
The rooms were neat and clean, the nearest metro station is al rigga, it's just 5mins walkable distance from the metro station, there are lot of super markets in and around the hotel area, breakfast was awesome and had lot of dishes to choose from.
Almost excellent
Just the value and quality of the free breakfast is worth the stay. It's not prefect, but you can request custom items like hardboiled eggs, free, if you don't want omelette eggs. Setting and decor feels like a Hyatt but without the corporate artificiality. Lobby does need work though. Has lots of couches like a furniture store, not clusters of tables, lamps, lounge chairs and sculptures like a hotel.
Gorgeous room, hotel needs polish.
Rude guy is actually nice, just doesn't have smiling customer service skills. One of the best styled hotel rooms ever. Materials, colors, textures, finishes, fixtures - all 4 star. Even underground garage is nice. Lobby ok. Breakfast excellent and FREE. The only let down is the rooftop pool surrounded by a high boring wall. So much potential for creative decor, shading, string lights, garden walls, etc.
I was there for 3 days visiting a friend. Everything went well.
