Absolutely amazing could not fault the hotel. Pools were all lovely and clean and not too busy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and quick to check that you're okay and have everything you need. The main shops and beach are just a five minute walk away so super convenient. We went all inclusive and i couldnt fault the food there was a massive buffet selection so something for everyone and if you're a little fussy theres plenty of 'usual' british food too like chips and bits for the kids and all the food tasted great and fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Second year at this hotel, it didn't disappoint! The animation team really make this place, there is so much to do and the shows are great! They never fail to have a smile on their faces and greet you every time they pass. They work so hard but you can see they love their jobs. The pool is really shady so perfect for little ones or people like me who like to dodge the sun. If you like lots of sun then there are pools for you too, we didn't use them. Food was good, better this year than last as they had more veggie options and lots more chicken on the menu. Temperatures are ideal July and August. The only downside was the lack of English speakers for the kids to play with. They didn't like staying in kids club because of this, perhaps we went a little early in the season, some schools had not yet broken up. They made friends in the end when more Brits arrived. Can't fault the hotel at all. All the bar staff were super attentive and friendly, Daniel and Maria especially. Hope we can come back next year.

Weekend away

Great resort with lots of pools and different places to lounge. Good variety of food and drinks. We stayed all inclusive which didn't include certain cocktails but that wasn't a problem for us. Less positive: Some staff less helpful than others! Lots of people smoking which I didn't like so had to move .

Great food, soft drinks are main brands, main pool is great with lots of sun beds, some towels go down but still plenty left well into mid morning. Beach & town 5 minutes down slope hill. Wednesday Mexican night 👍

Great hotel and warm friendly staff

Fantastic hotel, highly recommended. Visited with our 2 children (6 and 3) who absolutely loved the pools and entertainment teams. Family room was spacious and clean and the food was fantastic. All staff very friendly and engaging. We will be back!

Good honest hotel with nice facilities and food.

I've stayed in too many hotels to count and I really liked Valentin Park Club. At an honest price my wife and I got comfortable room (suggest checking you are allocated a recently modernised room, they aren't all as nice as ours) and we got breakfast included . Breakfast is a super buffet mix of hot and cold , plenty of choices. Hotel grounds are lovely, well kely6and nice pool. Its popular with families with young children, ours are all grown up these days but I have no problem with seeing plenty of happy families around. Front desk always manned and helpful, short walk to beach. Easy to find by car and generally easy to find parking around.

Wonderful time

The property accommodates guests with families very well with family friendly facilities. The property was also clean and in a great position. Lots of shops, restaurants, beaches and buses near by. Most staff are really helpful, approachable and very friendly and welcoming. Only staff that made us uncomfortable was the man in charge of the restaurant. Soon as we walked in the restaurant for breakfast he looked at us like we shouldn’t be there and never greeted us the same as other guests. He also made us sit in the most undesirable position in the restaurant. For us breakfast wasn’t good, maybe we prefer to order breakfast rather than a buffet style. Most things was dry, the fried eggs were very oily and bland and the scrambled eggs were so soggy. We ended up making our own breakfast in our apartment or eating out. Stairs to our property was long but a good workout. However, it’s not great for getting luggage’s up and with very young children though. Overall it was a great experience and the kids loved staying there. Checking out was very easy- they kept our luggage for us so we can explore some more and use their facilities before our flight was due.

Staff hospitality is wonderful and very supportive to children. It is the best experience for us.

No air conditioning, and the fan wasn’t good enough for such a hot weather. The fan is connected to the light, so it was impossible to sleep with the lights off completely, unless you want to sleep without the use of the fan. A total turned off completely.

We stayed for 4 days and had a great time. The staff were very friendly, facilities were excellent, food and drink was plentiful and we thought the location was great! There was lots for both the children and the adults to do, so it never felt over crowded. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice relaxing holiday in the sun! The only thing we wished we’d done differently was the transfer, the shared transfer took 2 hours despite the airport only being 25 minutes from the hotel so I would recommend alternative transport

The location was great, just a short walk to the beachfront. Breakfast was very good. We only stayed one night, as an unplanned stop, but we would certainly stop here again when in the area.

The only complaint we had was the subbed situation . I really don’t want to have to get up at 6.30am just to put towels on sunbeds!

The property was located next to the beach and other shopping venues. The hotel it self was nice but the bathroom we stayed in need to be renovated. The ceiling and tub has rust in it but it made do. The pools are nice especially the one for the kids. The staff were friendly and pleasant to be around. Raul was my favorite and I hope to encounter him again when I do visit.

Racism raises its ugly head

I was racially abused by a German guest at breakfast on 3/7/19 I reported tried to speak to director no joy spoke to JUANat at at desk no answer.. Would not go back to a Valentin hotel. Reception staff not good.

Great place for kids holiday

Nice outside features for kids including mini water slides, kids entertainment and food selection. However the room was a little outdated, and the location it dominated by German tourist, if your looking for a Mallorcan experience, but if your after all inclusive pool and beach holiday only it's a great place to spend time with kids. The breakfast and dinner buffet is ok, I would suggest getting the all inclusive as it includes drinks, cakes, breakfast,lunch brunch, dinner and night snack.

Excellent Stay

Great hotel everyone was so friendly. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice. Rooms were clean and tidy. Plenty of sunbeds by swimming pool (even though people reserved them when the hotel has a no reservation policy). This is more a 4 Star hotel not a 3 star

The Irish Family On Holiday

The complex was very large and kept very well. All staff very friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and the variety of choices, something to suit everyone. Entertainment very well run by the hard working staff. Pools area and childrens play area very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Valentin Park Club Hotel

3 star hotel, so not sure what to expect. Absolutely delighted when we arrived at reception and continued to be pleased wherever we went in hotel. So clean throughout! Great staff, very helpful and cheery. Great selection of food both at breakfast and dinner, plenty of choice for everyone.

Fantastic hotel great food and nice family room

All ok 3 star hotel did good job. Just small misunderstanding with staff when getting to restaurant for food.. We weren't told that certain table was given for us for whole stay.. We couldn't seat anywhere else.. It's a bit weird cause days were warm or cold and we couldn't change table when was a bit cold or to hot during consumption.. Anyway.. If we would ask.. Possibly that could be possible but, that's not the case..

Spotless, friendly, relaxed proper family hotel

Fabulous place, well structured amazing animation team. Kids club was fantastic. Very child orientated and staff are super with them. Food was amazing different countries every night. I especially loved the desserts. Everything is fresh and replenished constantly. We arrived at 3am and we offered a cold buffet and drinks which was a pleasant surprise. Really relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Always something for everyone to do. We had an apartment, yes this is exactly as photos show basic and simple but immaculate. Cleaners are outstanding!! Sheets spotless, plenty towels, toiletries. Anything you require they will assist immediately. Restaurants manager is excellent, remembered you, the kids, your table, how long you were staying. On the ball. Seriously recommend for a relaxed family holiday. (It reminded me of the hotel from dirty dancing!) Was a stroll from a shopping strip, launderette is close by too.

Such good value for money!

I didn’t pay a lot for our last minute deal, so I was a little concerned that we could be staying in somewhere that may not be that clean or modern - but hey, I got a low cost holiday so it was the risk I was prepared to take. I was so pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful pools, clean rooms, amazing breakfast, extremely helpful staff and fabulous amenities! We were also only a walk away from the beach. Perfect.

My thoughts of Hotel Valentin & Club Apartments

This hotel has everything that will keep a family happy with different ages. I came with my two boys 7 and 8. The 8 year old loved the younger pirate boat and water slides and both liked the fountain jets from the front pool. There is also a covered back pool which is very large and surrounded by pine trees where the main entertainment stage is. There is a daily varied sports and exercise programme for the adults. I loved the fact that from the moment you finish breakfast, you can head to the pools and spend all day there. and then early evening have dinner and go out in the evening and sit by the tables watching the evening entertainment. I didnt have to leave the hotel and there is a lot to do here for families with young children. Really liked the space of the grounds and the different choices of pools.

Perfect for families Highly recommend

The front receproon staff were really great and friendly, restaurant staff not so much. The facilities in the resort itself were good. We got a basic room with breakfast included. The room didnt have a fridge to keep cold water and we had to pay extra to use the safe (which we didnt need but fou d it weird beinga hotel). The first morning we went for breakfast we were gretted nicely at the door with no direction but then told off for taking a seat without letting them know first and booking a tanle in advance. Appare tly we cant book a day in adva ce , we need to book every morning as we arrive. Next time we went for breakfast we waited at the front counter and no staff were to be seen. After looking for them, they were all in the breakfast line themselves and we nearly missed out due to waiting. Once we were in the breakfast line - we hadstadf push in front to get their own breaky. Being really picky, Sitting around the pool it would have been nice to have water offered in the heat but we had to go and prder it from the bar. Again a fridge to keep a water bottle in our rooms and fresh water easily avail would make sense. It was like a bit of a cruise ship than a resort so if youre into that thing and have kids then go for it! If not, not recommended. Having no kids, Iwould probably look at the adults only ones but it would have been amazing for families with kids. Location is fantastic too and close to the beach and heaps of other options :)

Our home away from home

We've been staying at this hotel every time we visit Mallorca. The staff treats us like family, and will do everything to make sure our stay is memorable and comfortable.

Quiet please

I had booked a double room but think I was put in a one bedroom apartment which was ok, a bit tired looking but no complaints apart from noise from next room. They had a young child who I never saw but my goodness did I hear them. Very very early in the morning but guess that is the luck of the draw. I did not go into the pool due to British type weather during my visit but it looked decent in fact I saw nobody in it even though there were some game pensioners camped out on the sun beds determined to sit there whatever the weather.

Nearly a four star hotel large outdoor grounds

The first thing i did on arrival was explore the hotel. i discovered the pirate boat with the water slides as thats very visual for my two young sons, i soon discovered that the hotel has very large outdoors grounds. there is a very large pool shaded by pine cone trees overlooking the mini disco stage. it makes such a visually pleasing area to relax in. And next to the pirate boat is the kids play area which is nicely gated with flood lights at night. The hotel outdoors is huge. there are three large pools to choose from and a Jacuzzi tub in one of the swimming pools which is an extra nice treat. The bar staff and waiting staff in the restaurant are so friendly and always smiling. It was such a pleasure to chill out in nice seating areas and have an animation team who work so hard to make each evenings entertainment memorable. It is more a hotel for young families than a hotel for couples as couples may be get bored with the animation programme geared towards young children.

Great hotel for families

Went with 3 children (aged 2, 5 & 7). They loved the swimming pools, activities and entertainment. Went all inclusive and food was fine, plenty of choice of food and drinks. Coffee from the restaurant was pretty awful though (but you could get fresh coffee from the bars). Staff friendly and attentive. Was upgraded to a very nice junior suite, which was clean and very modern. Hoping to book again for next year.

Great Hotel for little children, plenty of activities etc

Amazing family holiday

Our stay at Valentin Park Club Hotel was unforgettable! My partner, our 3 year old daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 1 week at the end of July, beginning of August. The hotel was amazing. The food was outstanding, something that we worried about prior to coming as both partner and daughter are picky eaters. However, there was so much selection, anything you could think of, they had! Every meal we had (breakfast dinner and tea) was fantastic and all 3 of us ended up going up for seconds, sometimes thirds! The staff couldn't do enough for us. The room was fab, very clean and refreshing. Entertainment was fabulous for my daughter, she had an amazing time in the mini discos every evening and dancing with Tino, the penguin. The staff who put on the show were brilliant and could even be seen practising throughout the days in the boiling heat! All in all, a fantastic stay and we will definitely be returning next summer!

Been Before, still excellent!

I stayed here in 2002 when it was an excellent venue for a holiday. Back in 2017, as a solo traveler, I needed a hotel near (not too near) to Magaluf whilst visiting my son (who lives there). This hotel met all my requirements at a good price so, having stayed before I chose it. I was not disappointed and it was a good as I remembered.

The reception (Cristina, Francisco, et al), housekeeping, and restaurant staff, esp Raul, Diana go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Would recommend to families

More facilities than most 3 star hotels. If the rooms were slightly bigger and more modern this would easily be 4 star. Quite a cosmopolitan mix of people but mainly from Germany. Entertain staff really go out of their way if you want to take part in activities. Really good kids club. Staff in the food hall were fantastic and tried to cater as much as they could for my vegetarian family. Overall cleaning and reception staff very good. The all inclusive drinks selection is disappointing though. Definitely could have more option for alcohol based drinks. Short 10 minutes walk to a beautiful beach area. On way back this will be uphill. People in apartments stay off the main resort so walk is little longer for them.

Great family hotel.

This hotel is a great sized hotel, ideal for families. Staff are very friendly/helpful, food was good, kids club was a bonus, evening entertainment was ok - the kids enjoyed that more. Park onsite and a mini splash park, plenty for the kids to do, would definitely go back again. The only downside was the transfer, Expedia advertised it as a 45 minute journey, which I thought would be OK with 2 kids, but we were the last drop off so was on the coach for 2.5 hours!! Transfer back was 1.5 hours as we were the first pick up, but fortunately not so many pick ups as was a very early transfer (5.35am) - recommend getting a taxi not the coach transfer.

Great for children

The entertainment and staff in general are very friendly. Very impressed that most of them speak 4 languages to cater for the English, German, French and Spanish speaking guests. Buffet food was to a good standard. Extremely annoying that they allow guests to reserve sun loungers despite notices that this is not allowed. A lot of unused sun loungers with towels on them from the morning. They should enforce their policy as it would allow more efficient use of the sun loungers.

Nice place to stay on a budget

We came with our 7 year old son during Spring Break and he loved the kids pool and the evening entertainments. They had some really nice shows for the entire family. Our son loved to dance on stage with the performers and they were excellent with the children. Also, the grounds at this hotel are really beautiful and peaceful. Even though not all flowers were out, we could smell a variety of wonderful scents while walking through the gardens. We live in Germany now and found that we could really practice our German even more, because they were so many of them. Even in town, most restaurants have their menus listed in German with German food. We found it unusual as we've been to a lot of places in Spain and wished we could speak more Spanish. The overall stay was very nice and we really felt like we were on vacation. I want to thank the staff for doing such a great job! They understand Customer Service and they do it well.

Nice hotel in a quiet area

This is a great hotel. The rooms are typical of what I'd expect from a Spanish holiday resort, it was comfortable, had all the standard furnishings I normally come across and they are kept very clean. The staff are all very friendly, although when the restaurant was busy it showed that they were a little short staffed at times but that wasn't really an issue as the food is self service. The food was outstanding. There was a huge selection and the quality was amazing, especially considering how much they are producing every night. I didn't spend much time around the hotel during the day but the main pool area was nicely kept and very quiet while I was staying there. Just one point to note - the hotel (and pretty much the whole resort) is very German-oriented. For me this wasn't an issue, and all the staff and most locals seem to speak English anyway. However, if you're hoping to be chatting to other Brits when you're away then you're unlikely to find that here.

3 star hotel 5 star staff

Just back from 7 nights holiday in the Valentin.This is a lovely family friendly hotel.We got a standard room and is fine for parents with one child,cleaned daily spotless.Food was great with plenty variety.The kids club morning ,afternoon and evening was also excellent(Amy said to give a big thank you to Lucy and crew).The hotel was quiet at night.All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.The beach is just a short walk away.Huge 'boulabus'and thanks to all the staff for giving us a lovely holiday

Nice stay in Peguera

Friendly, helpful reception. Hardworking animation team. Although mainly German clientele during our time, my son soon found friends and learnt a few German phrases as well. One lively pool and one mellow pool. Lovely beaches nearby.

Amazing staff

Hotel staff was amazing, super friendly specially the people from the restaurant. They make a huge difference. Unfortunately the hotel has no parking and we were informed that was ok parking outside the hotel but we got a fine for staying over a couple of hours. Imagine and we sty 4 days.

Friendly family hotel if you are German.

On arrival we were welcomed by staff and impressed with the décor, cleanliness, variety of entertainment and large choice of food within the restaurant. However, it soon became very noticeable that we were the only English family within the whole hotel complex, being significantly outnumbered by Germans. The first language spoken was German, the entertainment was all spoken in German, all communication was predominantly in German. This was quite overwhelming. We were unable to socialise, communicate or understand about everything that was going on and felt quite isolated. In addition, we were unable to find a place by the pool as all the sunbeds were taken with towels placed on them throughout the whole day, whether they were being used or not. The towels would be placed on them early in the morning and would remain there all day, irrespective of whether they were using the sunbeds or doing other things throughout the day.

War ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, der mit ein paar Abstrichen. Die Anlage ist gross und es bietet viel für Kinder. Die Animationen haben wir aber auch scho besser erlebt. Das Essen ist auch okay, aber nicht überragend. Der Service und die angestellten waren zwar korrekt, aber könnten etwas freundlicher und zuvorkommender sein. z.B. als ich mal fragte, ob sie für mich kurz einen Anruf tätigen könnten(auf Spanisch), sagten Sie ich könne zwar das Telefon bebützen, müsse aber selbst anrufen. Ich bin sehr oft in Hotels und normalerweise, machen Sie an der Reception einem diesen Gefallen. Alles in allem war es ein guter Aufenthalt, mit einem Hotel das einiges bietet, aber beim Essen, Animation und Service gibt es verbesserungspotential.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist schön und gepflegt. Die Zimmer etwas veraltet aber sauber. Die Mitarbeiter extrem freundlich und kinderlieb. Leider hat uns das Essen nicht geschmeckt. Ansonsten aber Top!

Cest un hôtel vraiment idéal pour les familles,nous y avons séjourné 11jours dans un grand appartement très calme.le buffet est extraordinaire et varié tout les jours. L’équipe animation ainsi que tout le personnel est super sympathique petit bémol pas un seul parle français.nous avons passer un séjour magnifique nous reviendrons.

Wir waren dass 4. mal in diesem Hotel. Mit Kindern gibt es einfach nichts besseres , gute Animation , reichlich Auswahl bei den Mahlzeiten , Rettungsschwimmer vor Ort , es ist immer was geboten . Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen

Godt hotel og god service. Langt størstedelen af gæsterne var tyskere. Området med børnepool var placeret i skygge mellem mange høje træer, så det blev hurtigt køligt der, selv i juni måned. God mad, dog knap så varieret

Preiswerte Unterkunft. Super Essen und Auswahl. Nicht empfehlenswert wenn man keine Kinder mag! Nicht mehr das Neuste aber gut erhalten. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Super Essen und freundliches Personal. Leider hatte es auf der anderen Strassenseite einen bellenden Hund, welcher uns fast jeden Morgen früh weckte. Wir würden jedoch jeder Zeit wieder dort buchen. Preis-/Leistung war sehr gut!

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Urlaub

Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas älter, allerdings sind die Zimmer schön renoviert. Das Essen war lecker und abwechslungsreich, das Personal freundlich. Es gibt mehrere tolle Pools (die waren jetzt im Herbst leider sehr kühl) und einen Innenpool. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt und würden jederzeit dieses Hotel erneut wählen. Der Weg zum Strand ist klasse. Die Poollandschaft für Kinder hat uns nicht so gut gefallen, da sie direkt in den Pinienwäldern liegt. Aber unser Fazit ist, dass unser Aufenthalt wunderschön war.

Das Hotel an sich ist wunderschön. Die Anlage sehr sauber und die Pools sehr schön. Unser Kind hat sich sehr wohl im KidsClub gefühlt. Die Animateure waren zauberhaft und haben ihn gleich sehr nett aufgenommen. Das Programm für die Kinder war ganz toll. Großes Lob an die Gruppe!! Was etwas schwierig war zu verstehen, welche Getränke Abends kostenlos waren und welche nicht . Bei Halbpension müsste mindestens ein alkoholfreies Getränk zum Essen gereicht werden.

Jídlo (all inclusive) výborné, především ryby, jediné, v čem by se dalo určitě zlepšit, je káva, ta výrazně pokulhávala za vším ostatním (jídlo, nápoje, koktejly, pivo). Pro děti skvělé vyžití, vzhledem k tomu, že jsme v podstatě hotel uzavírali, mohl být bazén trochu teplejší. V dětském se ale koupat dalo. Personál vstřícný, ochotný, milý.

Hôtel au top ! Chambre propre et spacieuse, salle de bain fonctionnelle, baignoire/douche agréable, petit balcon avec vue sur une des piscines. Personnel vraiment sympa et attentionné, multiples activités la journée et spectacles tous les soirs. Buffet clairement merveilleux !!! Très bon ! Absolument pas déçu sur les 7 jours passés. Je recommande vivement !!!

séjour fantastique, hôtel avec excellent rapport qualité prix en all inclusive ! Les chambre sont très propres et confortables, le buffet est très varié pour les repas et les petits déjeuners au top ! Nous avons séjourné avec notre fils de 5 ans et il a vraiment adoré toutes les activités.L'équipe d'animation est au top tous très gentils et propose beaucoup d'activité également pour les adultes, tous les efforts sont fait dans toutes les langues pour que petit et grands s'amusent. Tous les effort d'hygiène face au covid sont respectés. Nombreuses piscines. Animations très variés le soir, il y en a pour tous les goûts digne d'un cabaret et tous les jours Nous y retourneront avec grand plaisir et nous le recommandons à 100% beaucoup mieux que sur les photos !

Es ist eine sehr saubere u sehr gepflegte Anlage ! Personal mehr als freundlich u zuvorkommend. Sehr für Familien geeignet!

Frisse lucht, heel veel groen, veel ruimte in het park . Gerenoveerde appartementen, worden dagelijks heel netjes schoongemaakt. Alles goed geregeld. Minpunt: veel verkeer aan een kant van het appartementengebouw. Niet zo prettig als je veel rust zoekt.

Familienfreundliches Hotel

Es war ein solides, familienfreundliches Hotel. Das Serviceangebot ist gross: Pools, Sportanlagen, Spielplätze, Animationsprogramm für große und kleine Gäste. Die Lage ist gut, da fussläufig viele Restaurants und der Strand zu erreichen sind. Wenn man die Grösse dieses Hotels mag, ist man dort gut aufgehoben. Die Kellner könnten motivierter sein, was aber oft zu Saisonende leider normal ist.

Super liebes Personal total kinderfreundlich schönes Hotel und Anlage

Es hat ein sehr schönes Angebot für Familien mit Kind leider sind manche Dinge schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Schlecht war auch man findet einfach den Eingang nicht. Wenn man das erste mal kommt könnte wenigstens ein Schild stehen wo man parken kann und wie man dann rein kommt. Es gibt einen großen freien Parkplatz direkt unterhalb des Hotels diese ist aber nicht angeschrieben. Frühstück ist da hat aber noch Luft nach oben

Tolle Lage: Wir sind nur 30 Minuten mit dem Mietwagen vom Flughafen zum Hotel gefahren. In der Nähe des Hotels (100 Meter nordöstlich) befindet sich ein großer öffentlicher Parkplatz auf dem wir immer einen Parkplatz gefunden haben. Im Ort befinden sich aber auch Bushaltestellen. Die Einkaufspassage und der Strand befinden sich nur rund 400 Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Es geht leicht bergab (auf dem Rückweg entsprechend leicht bergauf). Der Ort besteht zu 95 % aus deutschen Urlaubern. Zum Hotel: Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Einrichtung des Standard-Zimmers ist etwas älter, aber alles ist sehr sauber. Klimaanlage arbeitet leise. Der 32 Zoll TV hat 14 deutsche Sender. Das abwechslungsreiche Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet war vorzüglich, entspricht eher dem 4 Sterne Niveau.
