I want to thank Rafael at the front desk who helped us check in very late after a long delay and a lot of confusion. He was excellent and provided just the type of service we needed after a hard journey. Id also like to thank Mohammed who was the chef at the hotel who always greeted us with a smile and was more than happy and willing to talk us through our options at the buffet. The service we received from all the staff was amazing. Hotel is in a good area and provided easy access to the beach. We were slightly annoyed at how loud the nightime entertainment was as we wanted to have an early night one evening, but other than that the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy

We booked a superior room with fridge and kettle...very large room and bed very comfortable, worth paying the extra...this is a German resort which we new... hotel food was very good with plenty of choice....I would class this more of a 4 star especially with superior room...it's in quiet area with walk down hill to shops and beach 10 minute's away...would be happy to stay again..

I enjoyed my stay. Very friendly hotel and a nice place to unwind. Daily activity program was provided and plenty of amenities. Would visit again.

We stayed for three weeks. The junior suite was comfortable for a long stay. The staff was friendly. The breakfasts and dinners were good. The dinners had a daily theme and usually included several types of salads, fruits, vegetables, pasta, grilled fish and meat, and a selection of desserts. Peguera is quiet with families and older adults.

Booked Peguera for good tennis facilities/centre . Town is full of cheap tourist shops- nothing charming about it. Beach was more attractive but not my recommendation for holiday. Hotel facilities were ok- tired lobby but nice pool. Our room was very spacious and modern (book the new upgraded rooms as old rooms are small and tired). Breakfast was good. Restaurant staff were very nice. The desk staff were not as helpful - gave us the key to the storeroom to store our luggage. Perhaps the restaurant staff could give them training on friendliness and smiling. That said, it was fine though if we weren’t there for the tennis, wouldn’t book Peguera. More charming choices in Mallorca.

Great Value Accommodation

A really great 3 star hotel - good quiet location but only short walk to the beach, Great rooms - the superior ones - very good food - friendly and helpful staff and even the entertainment was well organised. Thoroughly recommended for a stay in beautiful Paguera!

Hotel for adults only

Generally good but bar staff unfriendly and didn't really want to work. Restaurant staff were excellent and attentive. Quite a walk uphill from town and beach. 2.5 hour transfer from airport meant missed dinner on arrival and breakfast when leaving.

Comfortable hotel with excellent breakfast

Set a good distance back from the main strip, the hotel offered good facilities and an outstanding breakfast. The hotel staff were lovely and helpful. The pool was clean and well maintained and the apartment was adequate for our needs. Enjoyed our stay, albeit too short!

Lovely homely hotel near beach

Lovely staff throughout, food great with plenty of choice. A tiny downside no fridges were available. Many German people but all very quiet and civilised.

We have just had a lovely relaxing 10 day holiday This is a lovely place to stay , all the staff from reception ,restaurant and entertainment are all welcoming and friendly .Food is excellent and lots of choice .The hotel cleanliness is exceptional . Five minute leisurely walk down to the main promenade and the beach so in an ideal position for all amenities .The resort is very popular with Germans ,but don't let this put you off .our own experience we find them most friendly . So go and try .

The hotel is positioned in a good area if you are looking to relax and is about 6 minutes walk to the beach. You can rent a car and you can visit other nice beaches or places. Around 15 min by car to Magaluf, a really entertainment place if you like to party, plenty of clubs and restaurants on the beach. I went for half board and the food was really good and was plenty. Staff was nice and have that spanish warmth. Overall, happy with my staying and I would go back.

Lovely hotel , ticked all the boxes

I stayed here for a week in July as a solo traveller. The only complaint I have is I booked a single room and All the single rooms happen to be next to the lift , which you could hear through the night . Plus if your room was overlooking the dining area there was quit a lot of noisy games going on at a neighbouring hotel. The pool area was beautiful and very relaxing with no children around splashing . The food you couldn't fault , some reviews say it's aimed at Germans staying but I'm British and there was more than enough choice , fruit ,yogurt,cereal,croissant,bread, hot buffet,and fresh omelette or pancakes. I stayed B/B because I like to venture out, but the evening meal choice looked amazing . I will definitely be returning but to a twin room next time 😀

Unbearably hot room - no air conditioning at night

A walk downhill, through the streets to the beach. About 10 to 15 minutes. Uphill all the way back. No dedicated parking for the hotel. Car Park 150 metres away - uphill back to the hotel. Street parking very limited. Shops about ten minute walk away. Again, uphill all the way back. Air conditioning did not work in my room - 507 - fan supplied on 3rd day. NOTE: Air conditioning only operates 1pm to 1am. Nights hot and humid - sleep difficult. Tea and coffee making facilities in room BUT NO TEA, COFFEE OR MILK provided. Breakfast and evening meals plentiful and varied. Good quality. Very, very busy and crowded when getting buffet style food. Staff exemplary, from reception to room maids. Helpful and friendly. Evening entertainment lively and fun.

Chill out for a week

Excellent location for a chill out holiday but within a five minute walk if you want something livlier. Entertainment at hotel very poor but food excellent with a great choice at breakfast and dinner. Not a lot of info in hotel is in English as there are not a lot of UK visitors. Some nice cosy bars near hotel and several supermarkets too. No booking of sunbeds with towels either, Germans adhere to the rules too. All in all just the holiday we wanted

Excellent 3 star hotel

We stayed here for 2 weeks in the middle of June and we cannot fault this hotel. Please do not be put off by the fact that the majority of guests are German this hotel and its staff caters for all! We arrived very late on a Saturday night and the receptionist did not speak much English but we managed to understand each other just fine. We were given a room on a high floor which we had emailed them previously to ask for. We always know they can not guarantee your request but on this occasion they managed it. We paid for an upgraded 'Superior' room in the separate block where all the rooms over look the pool and have all been refurbished to a high standard. They are modern in décor and very spacious, with the biggest bed we have ever had and it had a memory foam mattress making it very comfortable. These rooms come with a flat screen tv, kettle, mini fridge, cups and glasses. There is also a safe but this is extra at 15Euro per week with a 10Euro deposit. The air con and ceiling fan work very well but are activated by the key fob once you are in your room. The dining room is very clean and the food was very tasty and quite varied, we managed to find something different every night and with one fussy eater in our party that's not normally the case! On our first visit down to the dining room we were greeted and led to a quiet table for 2 which is your allocated table for your stay. Not good first impression

First impressions were outdated décor and a bit run down but actually rooms were very clean, towels fluffy, comfortable beds and good outdoor pool and café area. Overall a good impression. We would return and request rooms with a view. Didn't have dinner although we booked half board so can't comment but breakfast good.

Good value adult hotel in Paguera

In overall, we had a nice time in Valentin Paguera. We arrived very late at first night and the night receptionist did not really speak English, so he did not understand our Expedia reservation - and we received an apartment room instead of a Superior room. This was quite unpleasant as there is a big difference between the quality of the two rooms. But the next morning new staff were working at the reception and they apologized for the mistake, offered a bit of compensation and we received the correct Superior room. And the superior room is great quality, we loved it. We had breakfast and dinner organized, both had quite many options to chose from, but mostly the same every day, so got boring after a few days, we ended up going out for dinner 2 or 3 nights. The hotel has a nice pool, not too big, but suitable for the ones who prefer pools over the sea (we chose the sea). It was interesting to see that German is the more accepted/known language than English - not just in the Hotel, but in the whole city. But most of the staff spoke enough English to understand each other.

Lovely Hotel

Spent a very quiet relaxed week in this hotel. Room was very clean with a view of the courtyard dining area at the back of the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner in the hotel most days and it was very good with plenty of choice. The hotel appeared to be fully occupied at the time of our stay but there was no problem getting sunbeds by the pool in the morning. The evening entertainment was different every night and was on the whole good. The majority of the hotels guests are German and as a result German seemed to be the first language spoken by the staff but as soon as they realised we were English they spoke to us in English. The location of the hotel was in a quiet street approximately 10 minutes walk to the beach which was very nice. Lots of local supermarkets and shops within walking distance too. All in all an very nice hotel if you are looking for a quiet place to stay and very good value for a 3 star hotel.

Très bon séjour au Valentin Somni Suite Hotel. Restaurant tres bien, personnel super sympa et professionnel. On sent qu'ils cherchent a monter en gamme et font les efforts pour y arriver. Solarium au top avec piscine peu profonde pour se rafraîchir. Une autre piscine est disponible avec plus de fond pour nager et se baigner. Nous ne pouvons que recommander et reviendrons avec plaisir.

Die Zimmer (Double Deluxe) sind schrecklich! Toilette und Dusche mitten im Zimmer. Es ist super laut gewesen, von wegen Schallisoliert! Anreise von Gästen mitten in der Nacht! Und alles ist grell erleuchtet (24std.).Rezeption war null hilfreich und wirkte sehr genervt von den Gästen. Starker Schimmelgeruch im Speisesaal. Essen war allerdings super. Und auch der Servicepersonal. Empfangshalle sehr schön. Aber alles in allem ist es mehr Schein als Sein!

Summer trip with family (16yrs)

Very nice Hotel with a great balcony, cleaning service was super. You can eat your breakfast buffé in the garden which was lovely. Very serviceminded staff. Pool are was great but could be a bit crowdy.

Uden tvivl den bedste service. Vi boede i en “lejlighed”, og det var LANGT bedre end forventet. Vi kunne ikke have ønsket os mere. Beliggenheden var også helt perfekt, stranden og byen lå mindre end fem minutter derfra - og det var ingen problemer at tage bussen ind til de andre byer.

Un sitio fantástico y más que suficiente para alojarse durante unas vacaciones en Mallorca, con buffet para desayuno y cena que estaba todo riquísimo. Por ponerle una pega, el horario de estos creo que está pensado para gente extranjera y que deberían amoldarlo más a las costumbres nuestras (la cena por ejemplo terminaba a las 9:30, lo que me obligaba a regresar al hotel antes de lo que me gustaría)

Hat uns sehr gefallen ist sehr gepflegt und sauber auch in der letzten Ecke. Ist ein kleines übersichtliches angenehmes Hotel. Wenn wir wieder nach Malle gehen, dann ins Valetin. Im Ort ist eine lange Einkaufsstraße und auch Restaurant

Ett hotell att återkomma till

Vid blev bemötta av en glad och trevlig tjej, precis så som man vill bli mottagen. Incheckningen gick snabbt och vi fick ett underbart rum, sköna sängar, rent o fräscht, kunde inte bli bättre. Vi hade bokat halvpension och den var över förväntan, fantastiskt bra och även där var personalen trevliga och uppmärksamma. Reser gör vi ofta och detta var en klass för sig, utan att överdriva

Das Hotel brauch eine Renovierung, Klimaanlage geht nur mit zusätzlichem Ventilator sonst geht die Feuchtigkeit nicht raus. Safe kostet, Kühlschrank auch … beste waren die Servicekräfte für Zimmerreinigung. Erste Hilfe Kit Ausstattung eines Hotels mangelhaft…da ist jedes Autokit 4 mal besser… Verpflegung sehr gut wenn da nicht die störenden Kellner wäre mit ständigem Umdecken während man entspannt genießen will…Das geht besser.

Gemütliche Zimmer mit ansprechenden Aufenthaltsräume, ein hervorragendes Buffet, mit Bar und Swimmingpool zum Entspannen pur.

War schon oefters hier. Bin meistens kurz auf Business und Freizeit Reise hier. Das Superior Zimmer ist schoen eingerichtet. Super nettes Personal und das morgens und Abend Buffet ist bis jetzt immer super lecker und vielfaeltig gewesen. Fuer jeden was dabei, auch fuer den Sportler. Super fand ich immer den Grill. Somit konnte man sich immer auch etwas frisches zubereiten lassen. 5 bis zum Meer und 10 - 25 min in die Berge zum wandern. Kann das Hotel / Apartment sehr empfehlen. Werde wieder kommen. - Sirrow -

Very good hotel with a nice pool. We had a spacious room with a balcony where we could sit and have a drink before dinner. Breakfast and dinner was very tasty. Nice entertainment in the evenings. WiFi working well.

Fuer 2 Tage habe ich ein neu renoviertes Superior Apartment gemietet. Es war sehr groß, sehr schoen eingerichtet, mit Klima Anlage, Decken Ventilator, Kuehlschrank, Bad mit Wirlpool und einem kleinen Balkon mit Ausblick auf den Innenpool. Das Fruehstueck war ein Buffet und sehr reichhaltig fuer jeden etwas dabei, egal ob frisches Brot, Obst, Eier, Muesli, es gab einfach alles und sehr lecker und zu empfehlen. Das hat mir als Sportler sehr gefallen, denn ich konnte mir das Essen so gesund wie moeglich zusammen stellen. Abendessen war ebenfalls ein Buffet. Bis jetzt auf meinen Reisen wirklich das beste, was ich je hatte. Verschiedene Speisen, jeden Abend mal was anderes, Essen aus México, am nächstes Tag essen aus Russland, immer stets frisch gekocht bzw. gegrillt. Alles super lecker von Salate, Vorspeisen, Hauptspeisen und viele verschiedene Nachtische. Alles hat gepasst, von Gewuerz bis hin zum anrichten. Die Moeglichkeit sich etwas frisch per Grill zubereiten zu lassen war ebenfalls eine sehr schoene Sache. Es gibt noch viel mehr Moeglichkeiten, doch leider konnte ich in der kurzen Zeit nicht viel probieren. Sehr nette Angestellte, welche ihren Job sehr gerne machten. Niemand sah gestresst aus und waren immer sehr hoeflich und zuvor kommend. Negatives konnte ich in diesen kurzen Zeitraum nichts finden. Zimmer leider nicht ruhig - man hört leider Türenschlagen etc der anderen Gäste. Grosser Balkon, Zimmer sehr sauber, aber klein. Essen top, gesunde Optionen so là là. Man bekommt am ersten Tag einen Tisch zugeteilt und sitzt dann immer dort. Getränke (auch Wasser zum Abendessen) sind extra. Pool relativ klein, Animation vorhanden.

Das war mein vierter Aufenthalt im Valentin Paguera und ich werde immer wieder dort hin gehen. In allen Belangen sehr empfehlenswert. Seit 6 Jahren gehe ich dort hin und immer treffe ich das selbe Personal an - das sagt doch einiges über dieses tolle Hotel aus. Weiter so und ich hoffe, ihr werdet Corona überstehen!!!!!

Das Preis-Leistungspaket ist perfekt. wir hatten ein eher älteres Zimmer, waren damit aber zufrieden. Dennoch empfehlen wir eines der renovierten Zimmer zu buchen. Das Frühstück war toll. Besonders hervorheben muss man den Service.

Neu renovierte Junior Suite, mit neuester Technik, großes Bad mit sehr großzügiger Dusche! Frühstück ist qualitativ ok, der Kaffee sowohl aus der Thermoskanne als auch aus dem Cappuccino Automat haben Potential nach oben. Gutes Unterhaltungsprogramm, Live Musik findet jeden Abend draußen bis ca. 23:30Uhr statt (Achtung Frühschläfer!). Preis- Leistung sehr gut!

Nähe zum Zentrum und nach Palma, exellentes Essen, Abendprogramm,

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Zimmer haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal im Restaurant war stets zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Empfangsmitarbeiter wirkten manchmal bei Nachfragen genervt und hätten ein klein wenig freundlicher sein können. Einziges Manko in den Zimmern: Der Haartrockner ist definitiv zu schwach und nicht zu gebrauchen.

Gutes Hotel, reichhaltiges Frühstück, ca 400m zum Strand, schöne Poolanlage mit immer freien Liegen, Poolbar sehr gut und schön. Insgesamt sehr sauberes Hotel. Das einzige bissi Störende war die tägliche Tischzuweisung bei Frühstück.

Die Superiorzimmer und Suiten sind sehr schön renoviert worden. Tolle Aussicht vom Balkon.

Trevligt, lugnt hotell med bra läge i centrala Peguera. Junior sviten i de nyrenoverade fastigheterna rekommenderas. Modernt, ljust och fräscht. Helt fantastiska sängar! Det superstora och öppna badrummet var inte i min smak, men helt ok.Vänlig och hjälpsam personal (inte minst trädgårdsmästarna och städpersonalen som gör ett grymt bra jobb!). Ok frukost.

Preis/Leistung völlig OK. Für den Kaffee beim Frühstück ein Minus. Der Cappuccino aus dem Automat ist gesüßt.:(

Un hôtel à 10 mn a pied de la plage bien tenu et propre avec toutefois des chambres un peu vieillotes. On notera toutefois une belle salle à manger avec une terrasse, une restauration de qualité et une grande amabilité du personnel. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Einrichtung und das gesamte Gebäude ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber man gibt sich sehr Mühe, das zu erhalten. Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und lecker!

Wir hatten ein renoviertes Superior Zimmer und waren sehr happy. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und haben alle insere Wünsche erfüllt. Der Weg zum Strand war immer ein willkommener verdauungs Spaziergang von ca 5 - 10 Min Schade fanden wir, dass mann extra für den Save und sogar für die Handtücher am Pool bezahlen musste.

Tolles und ruhiges Hotel

Absolut tolles und zu empfehlendes Hotel. Wir sind bereits zum 2. mal in diesem Hotel gewesen. Sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Die Zimmer könnten mal renoviert werden. Aber das ist absolutes Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Einrichtung war sauber, bequem und absolut in Ordnung. Zum Strand/Boulevard ist es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss.

Das Hotel liegt in praktischer und ruhiger Lage. Hat eine überschaubare Größe. Bietet an den Abenden Livebands an. Frühstücksbuffet vielfältig.Frisches Obst, gutes Kornbrot, Müsli, Pancakes, und sogar einmal in der Woche Sekt. Freundliches Personal beim Frühstück. Personal an der Rezeption sehr kurz angebunden und nicht unbedingt informativ und an den Gästen interessiert.

Rigtig fint hotel med venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Lækker buffet som især var god og varieret til aftensmad. Underholdning i løbet af dagen og hver aften gav god stemning og liv på hotellet.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche im Valentin Paguera. Die Mitarbeiter im Empfang und Restaurant sind allesamt freundlich. Die Zimmer nett und sauber. Die Animation ist nicht zu viel und auch nicht aufdringlich. Das Essen ist sehr gut, vielfältig und ausreichend vorhanden.

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip über das Wochenden in dem Hotel und waren sehr positiv von dem Hotel überrascht. Es hat seine drei Sterne voll und ganz verdient.

chambre studio, sans confort moderne, seulement deux prises électriques, pas de tablette pour poser ses affaires dans la salle de bain, séchoir à cheveux dangereux, climatisation même mise au maximum ne fait pas de froid, canapé en tissu gras de saleté obligé de mettre un couvre lit pour s'assoir dessus décoration démodée ou pour personne d'un autre temps.. Hotel pour allemands à la retraite , il faut se lever tôt pour avoir un place autour de la piscine qui un peu trop petite. bon petit déjeuner.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Unser Kritikpunkt ist zum einen die doch sehr veralteten Apartments und der leider zu kleine Pool. War auf dem Bild nicht so gut zu sehen. Das Apartment lag direkt an der Straße und gegenüber war zusätzlich noch eine Bar, sodass es doch spätabends noch sehr laut war. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, der Strand sind sehr schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Erholsamer Urlaub

Habe mich gut vom Arbeitsstress erholt und mich wohl gefühlt.

Das Hotel wurde gebucht um einmal Ruhe zu haben. Tagsüber haben wir öfter Ausflüge mit dem Mietwagen unternommen. Mallorca hat ha so viel zu bieten.

Sehr zu empfehlen

Ausgesprochen freundlicher Service auch noch im November, sehr sauber und das Abendbuffet übertrifft viele andere Hotels. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und merken uns die Adresse für weitere Termine

Ho soggiornato con amici e tutti abbiamo apprezzato in particolare il cibo, la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale. Le stanze sono un pò piccole.

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer im renovierten Teil sind sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Wer einen ruhigen Aufenthalt in entspannter Atmosphäre mag, ist hier genau richtig.
