Average hotel stay

The room was okay for the price. The air condition was not cold enough and was making a lot of noise. Hair dryer has to be requested from the front counter. There is no fridge and no wardrobe to store our clothes. Our room was entered by the cleaning staff despite requesting for them not to do so.

Great view and comfortable room

We had a very comfortable room with lots of space and a great view (huge windows!) of the train station. It was an easy walk over the pedestrian bridge from TBS/BTS and there were several shops and places to eat nearby. The filtered hot and cold water in the hallway was a nice bonus. We were very happy with our stay and will be happy to stay here again.

Comfortable and Easy Access to Transportation

Stayed here to attend a concert at Axiata Arena. Only 10 minutes by car (GRAB) to Axiata Arena. Near to TBS (Terminal Bersepadu Selatan) where all transportation mode are easily accessible (Bus, LRT and ERL). Recommended to get GRAB/taxi to go to the hotel, as I can't find the walking route to the hotel and hauling heavy bags/luggage across the busy road is dangerous. Stayed at Superior Deluxe Twin room, the room is comfortable, but no window. The shower area can be a little crammed. There is a cold and hot water dispenser at every floor. There is a 7-11 nearby, Old Town Restaurant and a Nasi Kandar restaurant located at the same block.

Nice hotel near to the Bus Terminal Station.. but please clean the washroom because I still can smell and see the dirty marks... but overall cheap and affordable...

Great transit hotel

The hotel is very basic but all we needed for a one night stay between our arrival by bus from Cameron Highlands to an early morning flight the next day. It had a bed, desk, ironing board, very small bathroom with shower and air conditioning. The staff was very nice and helpful. I asked for two extra pillows and they quickly brought them to our room. They printed out my boarding passes, suggested the best way to get to the airport (Grab which was cheaper than a taxi), and a good restaurant within walking distance. Even though it's close to the bus/train station, the taxi was rather expensive to get there because of the roundabout way to get there. It's about a quarter mile "by how the crow flies" but 2-3 miles by car. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in need of a transit hotel.

Convenient if you are near TBS at 12 am

It was the creepiest hotel ever. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable. I felt like there was a camera on the ceiling (Still not sure if it was camera or sprinkler which was really creepy and awkward. Visitors please be careful on that) The room was moderately clean but the interior was the most strange for a hotel. Overall felt odd and unsafe( coz of the interior and look)

Nice hotel close to town

Excellent stay ,the hotel staff's t very polite and very helpful.

Below Expectations

Room is spacious and basic. Looks clean but strangely the floor felt very oily. Only stayed overnight for a few hours. Didn't feel comfortable if staying longer.

Pleasant counter staffs. Room cleaned up everyday. Definitely worth the money I am paying for.

The staff is friendly. Great location if you want to catch a coach. Breakfast is OK. It is definitely value for money. We have a business suite which is basic but enough to sleep 4. The only downside is the noise from the street. However, will definitely use again if only I need to catch a coach next day.

A good enough transit hotel for a night

I arrived at the bus terminal at 2am in the morning, started looking around for the hotel building but cannot see it. Despite how close the hotel everyone says, do not be fooled ; Take a taxi if you arrived when it gets dark. It costs about RM15 or less. The front desk folks are competent enough, and the room is functional and clean enough. In the morning, I tried walking from the hotel back to the bus terminal, it is indeed a short walk past a small lane, but into and out of an unfinished dark building - you've been warned. Alternatively, the hotel has a free shuttle to the bus terminal, but it is advisable that you can write in advance to the hotel that you need this arrangement.

Average at best

Location of hotel was further than expected and given that there are numerous roadworks and construction projects going on, the route to the hotel was a maze. Enquired on the shuttle service and was surprised to find out that it was "fully booked" for the rest of the week, how was this even possible. A chinese guy at the reception, in office attire, that we enquired with about the shuttle service pretended to be surprised when we stated that shuttle service was on the website. It seemed as if he wanted to hide the service and recommend taking a cab instead.

Long distance from bus terminal not convenient

The location is not easy to find and I can only go there by taxi. The room is clean. But the utility is old and air-conditioner not cool enough.

Great for short stay and value for money

Hotel is clean, tidy and located conveniently next to a well known local coffee shop chain. Service rendered is excellent as both check in and out is fuss free. Amenities provided stay true to a 3 star hotel although do bear in mind that the hotel had this perspective of a budget hotel. Location is a bit secluded with TBS a stone throw away. The only complain is that the room (502) we stayed had a noisy air-conditioning unit and doesn't cool the room as expected on the lowest temperature setting especially during day time

Clean room,

The hotel is in walking distance of the train station. We walked there after getting off the train from the airport, which cost MR26.50pp. It is not well known by the taxi drivers, even after showing them the address and the location on Google maps.the room was small with 2 single beds. When I asked for a double bed I was told that the double bed rooms are much smaller, so we chose to stick with the twin room. We did not have breakfast included. But, there is a coffe shop on ground floor or a few small food shops that are open for breakfast for the locals. We liked the location as we could walk to the train station and catch the light rail or the main trains anywhere we wanted to go, after learning how to get the tokens from the ticket machines. They serviced the room on 2 out of 3 days. But, as there weren't any restaurants open for dinner except "The Olde Cofee Shop" , we did have to stay in the city till after dinner then catch the light rail home at night . This made full full days in KL, coming home exhausted at night.

V HOTEL

The overall of stay in V Hotel is comfortable and convenience. Especially to Putra Indoor Stadium by LRT very convenience and economical to tourist. I will come back to this hotel on my next visit to KL again.

Clean rooms, nice service, good location for late arrival/early departure from TBS. Nothing fancy, but good value for money.

Taking in the Malaysian F1 Gran Prix.

I thoroughly enjoyed my three night stay at the V Hotel. It was approx. half way between KL and KLIA (Sepang I.C.) The staff were very cordial and helpful with the hotel within a ten minute walk to the KLIA Express train station. The V Hotel offered a very reasonable rate with an excellent bed and a huge bathroom (shower). The only drawback to the room was the tv, which offered only one English channel. A few blocks away was a 7-11 and a few very good restaurants, with several flat tv screens to watch my BPL football. All in all, I would stay at the V Hotel again, especially to attend something special like the F1. If I had to stay in the room for TV, that would be inconvenient, but the Wi-Fi did work very well!
