Property has excellent location to museums and parks.

Pretty good.

We had a room with a balcony and the balcony was the best part of the room. Very pleasant to sit out there in the evening with a glass of wine. Nice to be in a residential neighbourhood. The room itself was a bit small and so was the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. The room could use some maintenance as a few things were falling apart. Staff friendly and helpful. In a very nice area to explore. A few coffee shops nearby where one could get breakfast or lunch.

Nice hotel

Could hear everything including children up at 6am. AC very loud. Blackout curtains did not close all the way.

Couldn’t use this hotel. Nobody answers emails or they won’t communicate in English (international language of business and commerce) for English speaking customers.

Quiet neighborhood and walkable to Evita museum and Recoletta cemetery. Helpful front desk employees. Elevator good and working AC. Rooms on small side but big enough for 2. Bed comfortable

If you place your expectations where they should be (a 3-star hotel), it is what it should be. It was close to most things, and was average, as a 3-star should be. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was not well kept. Our room looked as if it was barely cleaned if at all. The bed had what appeared to be blood stains on the sheets and hair all over. The floor was not swept, the bathroom had hair and grime al over.

Great location. Rooms are tiny and somewhat dingy with noise of other rooms through thin walls.

Staff were great in getting us settled. Suggestion for local restaurant was great.

Habitación estaba muy sucia. Toallas y sábanas muy ásperas y nejas. Colchón muy viejo. Paredes sucias. Definitivamente, este hotel necesita mejor mantenimiento. Joven en recepción amable, locación buena y segura.

Para comenzar llegamos a las 1:00am y la habitación que nos asignaron la ducha no funcionaba. El muchacho de recepción que fue muy amable intentó arreglarla sin éxito. Nos indicó que el hotel estaba lleno y no tenían otra habitación disponible. Tuvimos que bañarnos echándonos agua con un plástico trajimos en la maleta. Toda la madrugada hubo ruidos y gritos excesivos desde la calle. A pesar de que esto no es culpa del hotel, podrían tener mejor ventanas a prueba de sonido para mitigar estos incidentes. Alrededor hay buenos restaurantes. Particularmente recomiendo Croque Madame.

Bathroom floor leaking all time

The room was a bit small but was very clean. Excellent remote control air conditioning. Excellent shower. Ver quiet location in Recoleta area which is a noisy bustling area.

Todo muy bien, ascensores un poco estrechos pero sirven para su fin, es la segunda vez que me hospedo aquí, volvería cuando esté por Buenos Aires

Nice hotel in a good area. Close to shops and restaurants. Hotel and room looks clean. Refrigerator in the room and hot/cold water available in the lobby are big pluses.

Great property. Clean and all the employees were very nice. Centrally located and within walking distance to many places.

Horrible room. It felt like a hostel. The bedding and towels were dingy and greyish brown. Neither of our mattresses had a mattress protector and the sheets weren’t large enough to tuck under it so the bare mattress kept showing. It was horrifying. The shower was dirty and the smallest one I’ve ever had in a hotel.

It was great from the cost benefit point of view. It exceeded my expectations because of the low reviews I read at booking. It sounded like they were not reviewing the same hotel I stayed at. I love the area, near great museums and shops, great to walk pretty Libertador Avenue. Front desk staff were very attentive and efficient. They have a collaboration with an amazing bakery around the corner so you pay aprox. usd 3.5 for a huge breakfast. On the down side rooms are small and some are a bit dark, my shower had bouts of hotter water every 20 seconds but I just got used to moving away cause that only lasted 2 seconds Again for the price I paid it was great.

It was a nice hotel in a great neighborhood.

It was a lower-cost option for the area and is fair value for what you pay. The room smelled like cleaning fluid and the heater was insufficient. I am sure I had this set to heat and was up as high as it could go (30C), but I was cold all night. I would go elsewhere next time.

Located in a nice part of the city, the hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I’ve enjoyed my stay. It’s centrally located and the room is clean. The coffee machine in the lobby is great as I waited to be checked in or waiting for Uber/taxi.

The hotel was awesome. It is a wonderful and easy location for a great price. My daughter and I were there for nine nights looking for a clean comfortable place so Up Recoleta was perfect. Many days we were able to walk or just take short taxi rides to city activities. It is near public transportaion too. I highly recommend it!

Ok but small noisy rooms

This hotel was ok overall for the money that I paid. It was very small room with barely enough space to walk between the bed and the wall. It was good for sleeping only, but not a place I would like to hang out long term. The hotel also has thin walls so it is easy to hear outside noises in other rooms and the street. No breakfast, but does include coffee or tea which I did not try. It has free WiFi and is close to AEP local airport Jorge newberry.

Basic amenities in a good location

Great location, expect to spend your day out and about and go there to sleep. The beds are comfortable, although if you book a twin bed they are a little small. The bathroom and the shower are small too, but you get good shower pressure and good hot water. Instead of breakfast the hotel offers free coffee and hot chocolate from a machine in the lobby. Tea and mate cocido are also available. No restaurant in premises either, but you have PLENTY of options for breakfast, lunch or dinner close by. The place is clean, and the staff is extremely friendly! :)

Nice, clean, modern & well located but thin walls

Well located and seems pretty new, room was nice and clean Only concern are the thin walls and windows. You hear everything. It’s on a quiet road so windows ok and walls will depend on your neighbour, I always travel with ear plugs so was ok

Nice hotel, well manteined (our tv was broken, but I didn’t call frontdesk about this, it was 2am jn the morning safe neighborhood, tourist places close by NO breakfast.

Small hotel with nice, modern rooms. The only issue was that the elevators beeped continuously if not closed correctly, but that was on,y on occasion

the front desk staff were terrific! location was good for walking around the recoleta barrio. room was clean and adequate. wish they had at least one english tv channel, but we weren't in the room that much anyway!

No bar at the hotel..hotel lifts very small to get you and the luggage in.

small and loud but clean and convenient

I have mix feelings about this hotel, while the location is really nice and close to restaurants, the hotel is clean and new, it is pretty small and you can hear all doors, alarms, elevators etc so if you are a big person, and are looking to take a rest on your day off work do not go here, you would hear all the elevators and doors and you would make the bathroom totally wet while washing your face or using the zinc or shower. Rooms are clean and pleasant but again really loud and close to each other, you may even hear the tv next door

Staff is great - personnel always aim to please the guests, and take great care and pride in their work.

Foto do anúncio não condiz com a realidade, quarto não tem sacada, é muito pequeno, elevador apertado! Pontos positivos são localização, maquina de Nescafé e água grátis na recepção! Funcionários muito gentis e atenciosos! Preço de diária media interessante, para poucos dias vale a pena.

Si bien la relación precio calidad es buena. La habitación no era demasiado cómoda y la limpieza relativa. La ubicación es muy buena.

Toda a equipe foi muito acolhedora, prestativa, proativa, educada e muito 'humanos' no atendimento, sempre querendo ajudar!! Os quartos são básicos, mas tudo muito bem preservados e com a limpeza diária impecável! Resumindo, para mim valeu muito a pena a experiência no UP RECOLETA pelo atendimento, custo-benefício e localização. Sim! Eu voltaria a me hospedar!! Agradeço a toda equipe!!

Hotel simples e honesto.

Hotel simples e honesto. Os pontos fortes são a localização em bairro nobre, segurança, limpeza, presteza dos atendentes e TV Smart. Os pontos negativos: quarto extremamente pequeno, elevador estilo antigo e pequeno, barulho em excesso por péssima acústica, não serve café da manhã e ser longe do grande comércio e bancos.

エレベーターが手動でびっくりしましたが、レトロな感じで面白かったです。 部屋は思ったより広かったです。 部屋で見れるテレビ番組に、サッカー中継をしているチャンネルがなかったのは残念。 アルゼンチンなのに～です。 ニュース番組は充実してました。 他は何も問題はなかったです。
