Safe hotel for tourists. Great value for money.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They gave me an upgrade without asking.

The service is impeccable and the building is generally good. The street is a bit tight and kind of on a hill so taxis charge extra for petty reasons. However, the location is around a 5 min drive from the Bosporous or a 10 min walk! There are restaurants, clothing stores, and grocery stores in the area. There is also the Kabataş metro or tram around 15 mins away walking or the Beştikaş ferry service around 7 minutes walking. Overall, its a very comfortable and convenient place to stay

Great place close to a nice area , friendly staff

I found this property at the last minute and it worked out perfect for our family of 5. We had a 2 bedroom/ 1.5 bath. Room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Location was conveniently situated close to Dolmabahce Palace which is on the European side. We didn’t mind taking a taxi to other sites such as Galata Tower, Hagia Sophia. Staff was incredibly sweet and helpful. If we ever visit the area, we would stay there again. I would recommend the property to provide the following -Enough plates and silverware -Instructions for the TV remote

The staff are very helpful and hospitable and always greet you as you walk through the reception area. The area of the hotel is excellent, the hotel is close to high streets with abundance of food choices, from restaurants to Coffeehouses to pizzeria's to cafeterias. If you want to live like a local this is a perfect place but yet close to many tourists sites. The Room is a studio apartment with kitchen and a spacious bathroom with dryer and has plenty of storage places.

Excellent Suite Hotel

Turkuaz Hotel was excellent. We came from USA. This hotel was the same as hotel in USA. we reserve a Deluxe One Bedroom Suite with 914 sq ft. Turkuaz Suites was a very clean furnished with 1 king bed and 2 Double Sofa Beds . Hotel was in a very nice location close to supermarket, Pharmacy and very good restaurants and bars. I am sure that every one love this place close to hotel. Hotel had a very nice and kind workers. And breakfast was so good Continental breakfast I am sure every one come to this hotel really enjoy.

the room sized is perfect. Their breakfast was good and fresh, and the most important thing was the staff and their service were so nice and that is not often you experience in some hotels in Istanbul. Like we had a very terrible experience at SVK Bosphorus Residence later in July 2024.

Clean, and vary spacious! The living area is massive, and most of the staff is really friendly and helpful.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. The room is large, bright, clean with all conditions. There is a washing machine and kitchen was well-quipped. The breakfasts are very tasty and we loved them). The location of the hotel is excellent. There is dolmabahce nearby. In the evening we went out for a walk near the hotel, a busy street, and along the way we bought various goodies: mussels, ice cream, and so on. And the room itself is quiet and not noisy. The staff is friendly, helpful and pleasant. We will definitely come here again.

Clean, comfortable base to stay in Istanbul

This is a pleasant hotel for a family stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Decor is simple, but fine. Beds were comfortable. Staff is very accomodating, even at late hours. Someone is always available at the front desk. Breakfast is generous and delicious. It's located in a lively neighborhood, but on a quiet side street, with a port a short walk away, and lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Walking at night, I found bars/restaurants with live music. It was a fun area. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the tram line that links the area to the old city and other areas. It's a nice walk on a flat path, but can feel a bit long when tired.

GREAT STAY ,SPACIOUS CLEAN ROOMS, BEST STAFFS & GOOD LOCATION . Turkaz Suites exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staffs was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We Booked Pent House #702 Sea View with living room, a bed room, big patio/terrace & small Kitchen . The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable, the heater & air conditioning was perfect and the Wi-Fi was strong. The location was great too close which is around 50 LIRA taxi trip from Taksim Square, as it was close to all the sights and attractions & great view to Sea. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of options. ( they have an inhouse italian restaurant with delicious authentic cusines ) . Most important : "Ms. Sande" The Front desk manager is Always with a Smiley face , super friendly , Informative, and helpful all the time ,during breakfast she personally care every guests ,The Most good feeling was while we checkout ,she came out of the Hotel to "see-off " us which we never forget. She is a great asset to the Hotel . Also the other Staffs ,House keeping ladies, Rooms service staffs are outstanding , Friendly and they do the best they can and the moment you ask something the staffs provide or rectify it in an unimaginable time which made our stay so comfortable . Note : Elevator till 6th Floor and your have to use stair to reach pent house ( harldly7 steps) . Overall, I had a great experience and

Overall it was a good stay. Staff were kind and friendly. Breakfast was good. Location is perfect. We walked everywhere. The challenges were 1)There were renovations across the hall so that wasn’t nice to wake up to. 2) I hope renovations are planned for all suites as it does need a makeover and a new TV(bubble back and small). 3) We had the car parked via valet. The last day it was dented. Which was unfortunate. Overall good and I will stay again. But upgrades are needed.

Spacious, wide, bright, incredibly comfortable beds and pillows, extremely responsive staff, wonderful dishes in the restaurant, very convenient location at a very good price. I strongly recommend.

Mediocre at best, feels not like 4*

The first apartment they put us in was clearly a smoker apartment although we booked a non-smoker room. After I complained we were moved to a different apartment which was better in general: hey, almost all light bulbs were working. Only a few loose faucets, rotten shower, ants in the kitchen and very dusty sofas, curtains and carpets which led all of us to sneeze though the whole stay. The personnel was friendly, except one woman who never greeted and was always grumpy and chucked our stuff around when she had to come to our apartment to bring meals or collect plates.

It feels like living in your own apartment. Place is nice and cozy. Great breakfast and staff. Downside: no shampoo/conditioner or any toiletries except for soap. Bed is queen size. We loved the location near by restaurants and night life. Great outdoor area. Overall very nice! I will stay again

The place was absolutely brilliant! Everything that I needed for my stay in Istanbul was available in the room. It was very clean and cosy. The suites are located in one of the most convenient and beautiful areas in Istanbul. The area is full of nice bars and restaurants. Whenever you fancy a drink or food you can walk around the area and find some with loads of different choices! The staff were just brilliant. Very friendly and helpful. Their recommendations on places to visit were top notch! Much appreciated :) The breakfast was really good. I would recommend to get the bed and breakfast for sure. Istanbul can be all about eating but the good breakfast can give you a nice start of the day! The last but not least, the price was really competitive. I couldn't ask for more!

Biggest room we have experienced in our European travels. Room came with washer/dryer, cook top, dishwasher, microwave, silverware and dishes

I went there with 6 of my family members. We booked a 2 bedroom suite which had a king bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 sofa beds. Although we booked it for 6 people , there wasn’t any extra blanket for the sofa bed. Theyre were only two bath towels. After asking them, they provided us with enough towels , blankets and sheets. We had to ask for more plates, glasses, and cups as well. The breakfast was at best OK. Fresh fruite, eggs, juice and the regular cheese and butter, ...

Nice hotel and location

Located in a quiet street but within walking distance to the lively district of Besiktas and the Kabatas tram station, the hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff is very friendly and helpful in directions and advice on what to do and how in the city. The breakfast buffet was very nice and had a wide variety of dishes. Too bad we didn't have real windows as we were below street level...

The hotel is very well located for ferries and bus services and there is a wide variety of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly but the room we were initially given did not have the facilities (e.g. cooking ) promised when we booked. The rooms had too much furniture making it awkward to access.

Turkuaz indeed

I stayed for one night. The hotel is very clean. Staff is very friendly and they were very nice. The area is very nice and close to Kabatas metro station. About 15 minutes walk from the station but have to go uphill to the hotel. Close to Dolmabache palace and very nice area to wal around. I stayed at the business roof suite with a very nice view of the Bosporus. The suite is very clean and has everything you need. I would come back with the family if any plan to visit turkey.

Travelled with my small kids, and the room was great and spacious (got a complementary upgrade to a family suite). The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I will definitely stay here again; with or without the kids. The hotel is just around the corner to restaurants, cafes, and eveything needed 😊

Zentral, sauber, nettes Personal

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben spontan dieses Hotel gebucht, da es sehr zentral ist. Es hat ein nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer. Das einzigste was mich persönlich gestört hat war, dass ich Autoschlüssel abgeben musste, damit das Personal bei Bedarf umparken kann, weil es vor dem Hotel Platz für nur 2 Autos gegeben hat und mein Auto später auch auf dem Straßenrand geparkt wurde. Die haben genauso ein anderes Auto mit türkischem Kennzeichen umparken können, statt ein Auto mit Fremdkennzeichen… zum Glück ist nichts passiert.

Die Begrüssung und Betreuung vom Personal, sei es an der Hoteldesk, bei der Reinigung bis zum Küchenpersonal war hervorragend. Unsere Fragen wurden vollumfänglich beantwortet und unsere kleineren Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Die Suites sind grossflächig und sauber, man fühlt sich schnell wohl dort. Im hohen Niveau bemängeln kann man die Duschtüre welche nicht richtig zu ging oder die Griffe von den Schränken welche nicht mehr ganz stabil aussahen. Die Lage ist ideal gelegen. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel bestimmt weiter.

Grossartig!

Das Zimmer ist super gross, das Bett ist sehe bequem und generell ist es überall im Gebäude extrem sauber. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist für ein Hotel angemessen und völlig ausrreichend. Wer eine riesige Auswahl möchte muss in Istanbul in ein 5-Sterne Hotel einer Kette gehen, welche aber vom nächtlichen Preis her um einiges höher sind. Die Lage ist sehr zentral, hat auch die Möglichkeit zu parkieren.

The hotel was okay, but the breakfast was boring. The staff was very friendly, but I asked the reception to order a taxi, as we were going to a wedding ceremony. I was told it was no problem, but I should come down 30 minutes before we needed it, so he could order. So I did, but suddenly, there were no taxi's to get. That put us in a very bad situation.

Sınava gireceğim yere yakın olmasıyla tercih ettiğim ve memnun kaldığım hotel oldu. Merkezi olmasının yanında diğer konaklama yerleri gibi ana caddede değil de yan bir caddede olması sebebiyle gece gürültü neredeyse yok denecek kadar azdı ve bu benim yeterince dinlenip iyi uyuyabilmeme imkan verdi. Kaldığım oda iyice temizlenmiş ve konforluydu. Çalışanlar ise çok kibar ve yardımseverdiler.

Mycket bra läge, trevlig personal, bra storlek på rummet. Frukosten hade kunnat vara bättre. Det var svårt att kommunicera med personal i köket som inte kunde engelska. Surt att de tar betalt för cappuccino, det brukar ingå i frukosten.

Возможно лучший вариант в районе Бешикташа за свои деньги. Отличное расположение относительно всех значимых достопримечательностей Бешикташа с кафешками, ресторанами и прочими едальнями. Метро на площади Таксим, до которого идти минут 15-20. Пристань Бешикташ рядом, недалеко Кабаташ, на паромах можно добраться почти до любой части Стамбула. Просто отличный персонал отеля, который мгновенно реагирует на просьбы и делает отдых гостя максимально комфортным. Подают почти полноценный турецкий завтрак.

Locatie is heel goed, om de hoek zitten veel voorzieningen zoals restaurants en bars. Loopafstand van het Vodafone Park stadion. Loopafstand van de ferry terminal naar het Aziatische gedeelte van Istanbul.
