Tulum vacation rental greatly enjoyed!

Fantastic location. On the beach, beautiful property. Beach is rocky and kayaks are fun. Not a white sandy beach. Restaurants within walk or drive in hotels nearby. Pool and exterior lovely- pool is not heated. No hot tub. Our second floor apartment was 2B3B spacious and modern. There is soap, loofah and body wash/shampoo. Bring your own conditioner. Stay was great. Snorkels and water shoes were useful. Recommended. We really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent. If you’re looking for quiet, private, not overly commercialized, almost-alone-on-your-private-beach, and beautiful sunsets - this is your jam. There are some local restaurants that are pretty good. There’s a charcoal grill and outside table with string lights. You are welcomed to your apartment with some basics like water, eggs, bacon, fruit, coffee, milk. Enrique was a delight and responsive. Grab the snorkel gear and SUP board when you want. They rake the sand daily. We sat under the stars alone on the beach nightly; it was our favorite part.

Tulum: A Slice of Paradise I recently had the most incredible stay in Tulum, Mexico, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt magical. The blend of natural beauty, vibrant culture, and relaxed vibe created the perfect escape. The beaches are absolutely stunning—soft white sand, crystal-clear turquoise water, and plenty of secluded spots to unwind. Whether you’re lounging under a palm tree or dipping your toes in the warm sea, it’s pure bliss. The sunsets were breathtaking, painting the sky with hues of pink and orange that I’ll never forget. The accommodations were another highlight. My stay was both luxurious and eco-friendly, blending seamlessly with Tulum’s natural surroundings. The attention to detail—from the design to the comfort—made it feel like a private sanctuary. Plus, the staff was warm, attentive, and made sure every aspect of my visit was perfect. What truly sets Tulum apart, though, is its incredible food and culture. From beachfront tacos to high-end restaurants in the jungle, every meal was fresh, flavorful, and memorable. The energy of the town, with its laid-back vibe and bohemian charm, made it impossible not to fall in love. I also explored the cenotes, which were absolutely magical. Swimming in these natural freshwater pools, surrounded by lush jungle, felt like stepping into another world. The nearby Mayan ruins added a sense of history and wonder to the trip. Tulum is a place that feeds your soul.

Quite and private love it

We loved staying at Tulsayab. The view is amazing, the condo was spacious and comfortable, and the air conditioning in each room was really appreciated. The team is very attentive and works hard, making the grounds and pool wonderful. The dirt road getting there was washed out, making for a very bumpy ride the week we were there.

Cozy and beautiful

We had a wonderful stay. They contacted us to tell us our room was ready 2 hours before check-in. The home is spacious, clean, and everything works just great. Since we chose the ground floor unit you do have to be more cautious with bugs (cover food or put in fridge). It’s indoor / outdoor living at its finest. It felt very private. We didn’t see more than 3 other people at a time. Often it was just us at the private beach. My kids enjoyed using the kayaks and stand up paddle.

Beautiful property. The hosts were gracious. I loved the raked sand - and outside property cleaning each morning. This made the place feel “new” each day. A great idea to do this each day. Loved the wildlife. I also loved the serenity of the space and how safe the location was. We will be back sometime in the future! Please thank the hosts for us!

We loved how quiet it was all the wildlife that we saw. Close enough for a short drive to Tulum but far enough away to be out out the hustle of Tulum. The property is amazing. Eduardo and Carmen are wonderful hosts.

The property was amazing - very private and relaxing. The only complaint had is I wish the beds and bedding would have been more plush and comfortable. Sheets were quite rough and mattress not very soft. Enrique was the best . He was alsways available and provided everything we needed !

Beautiful, clean and quiet space if you're looking for a relaxing getaway. The pool and private beachfront are an oasis and allow you to create your own experience. Dining options are available down the street but are a bit of a walk, would recommend having your own transportation for ease of getting around.

Lovely location. Away from hustle and bustle of city. Road into location is pretty rough, so be prepared for that. Otherwise, we had a fabulous time! Loved our hosts. Polite and worked so hard to keep us comfortable.

When we first arrived there was no electricity in the Appartment. We had to wait probably 5 hrs to get the power back. The last day we woke up with no water at all in the Appartment!! Ants and insects were all over the place

Nice place and very friendly staff. Beautiful property with scenic ocean views and relaxing private pool and beachfront. Enrique was so helpful and available 24/7. Couple of notes. Room had ants and bedding/bath towels were a little old and outdated for the price you stay. Regardless, unique experience, beautiful property. And friendly staff.

Great property, views, modern

Beautiful property, penthouse was great with amazing views and all the basics you need. Plunge pool is a nice touch. Wifi was weak. The main pool and surrounding area is stunning. Be prepared for a 10 minute drive down a very bumpy dirt road to get here. Some may find it quite annoying.

Excelent, beauty of beach a little bit expensive. And love the privacy
