Hardly can be named a resort. Building needs renovation. Reception staff really need training. Room cleaning not consistant and looks like not enough time to finish each room. The bed had no blanket and only one sheet provided. Although the hotel description says that the parking is included, i had to park my car on the street for 7 days. The food was great, but was the only place to eat. The included alacarte restuarant dinners was allready booked so couldnt use that either.

Excellent hotel with super friendly staff. The furniture can be updated. The extra soft foam mattress was unusable gor me and I had to get some blankets and sleep on the floor

Great service and great food. the environment was beautiful and the entertainment the resort offered was fantastic. Marmaris area is gorgeous and the hotel is conveniently located.

My partner and I stayed at the hotel during the last week of August, and we had a wonderful experience. The food selection was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The area is lovely and much quieter compared to the busier parts of the seaside, which made for a peaceful stay. We especially enjoyed the evening walk to the marina, which takes about 40-45 minutes along a scenic and relaxing path. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and having the beach right outside with a bar was a great bonus. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again. If you’re looking for a beautiful, green, and all-inclusive place to unwind, this hotel is perfect.

Alles gut

Rooms were dirty and facilities were old not even close to a five star hotel. Swimming pools are nice and staff are friendly.

Staff are very unwelcoming rude and intimidating. Food is very limited and didn’t have a variety. Entertainment to loud for the rooms when sleeping at night. Drinks are very limited in the all inclusive concept which is ridiculous. Definitely won’t be coming here again!

We book this hotel for 3 nights all inclusive. Food was excellent in all meals. Drinks at the beaches are free of charge. Unlimited beach access, unlimited drinks at all times. Food options were suitable for everyone, vegan, Vegetarian and meaty person. I would recommend this option for anyone who wants to relax for a few days. SPA option was amazing as well. Really enjoyed it One small point is the fish option within the open buffet. It was not excellent for a beach city

Overall experience was amazing! Being hiper critical though, a few silly little things should be attended to:- Large crack in shower tray, Loose toilet roll holder, lifted floorboard in bedroom.

The quality of food and choice was incredible. All inclusive means all inclusive in this resort.

not book transfer. I booked transfer in hotel from Bodrum. I payed 200$ and had hortible ride in oldcar. Tge driver was 20 mi. Late anddrove very unprofessional.

everything was awesome but the only annoying thing is they didn't have valet parking which annoyed me so much.

The staff were incredibly helpful. The food was excellent, lots of options and provided lots of variety. Also enjoyed the pools and beach, especially the whirlpool in the outdoor pool. The nighttime entertainment was also enjoyable and i really liked having access to the app that listed all the daily entertainment program.

It’s nice resort good location because you are little out of the crowd area but 10 min walking to it! Rooms are little outdated but specious. Liked that the beach is only 5 steps out. Huge buffets if you like that and premium drinks. Lots of activities!

48 hours in Marmaris

Probably the best all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The food was incredible, the pool area, beach, bars, rooms all 100% afternoon tea was lovely. A calm but beautiful hotel. Only thing I would change is the pillows, very hard, but I can live with it

We enjoyed our time in Marmaris! Grand Azur had the best all-inclusive food I have ever had. Quality was top notch and the group of people that work there are happy and super helpful!

The staff was exceptional. Loved the multiple activities that were available every day.

I was satisfied with the facility. Although it is worth it to mention that we paid €35 each for Lavante restaurant but it didn’t worth it except a good view. They kept saying that the restaurant is fully booked but it wasn’t just to persuade us to book a spot there (lying is the last expectation I had).

We liked everything about this hotel 😍 The rooms, the food, the beach location and the shows. The only improvement would be an outdoor adult only pool.

Best hotel ever 10/10, great swimming pool, great view, amazing activities, nice beach, great food all day long, friendly staff, very clean, you wouldn’t need to leave the resort at all with the all-inclusive package! There were many families and kids during my stay tho! Yet, I’ll definitely will pay a visit again. 👍

This is an unbelievable property. Beautiful, with great food, amazing service, and excellent location. One of the best all inclusive properties we have ever stayed at. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful hotel in idyllic location

This is a beautiful hotel in an idyllic setting. Even though large it has a very intimate feeling and the staff cannot do enough to ensure you have a good holiday. Special mention to Ruthe who goes that extra mile. Food was wonderful and varied, tables were cleared quickly and efficiently and plenty of sun loungers both around the pool and on the beach. Only negatives we had were the indoor pool could have been warmer and more attractive to linger in and the Levante restaurant was a big disappointment. It was soulless and lacking in any sort of ambience, worn cabinets were against the walls and a used tea towel was thrown on one of them, no background music playing and too brightly lit. BUT overall we were delighted with this hotel and would definitely come back.

This hotel has all the areas you like to see and enjoy in a summer resort, Staff are very friendly and hard working to serve the guests No shortage and fast serving of food and drinks when you like to have one My only comment is about the reception, they are helpful but they need to try to smile a bit more!

Not worth for a price

It was decent.Room AC did not work and they told us it is central AC therefore it is not cooling.What a explanation.Buffet is fantastic for the first night than avarage for the rest of the stay.They did even fill up minibar even it was all inclusive.

The hotel itself was nice, clean pool beach spacious room toilet. The food was horrible, air condition was very bad. Within the whole hotel and especially in the bedroom. I asked a few times to come and fix the ac in the room, they said they will send someone to look at it but nothing was done. Statf at the reception not helpful, lack of communication and friendlyness with clients. Lazy at work!! No explonation whatsoever about anything within the hotel!

Beach bar gave the hotel a added bonus and was a great atmosphere on a night

The Weather in the morning it’s hot and in the night nice. The serves in the hotel is very bad it’s below zero. Some of the wetters in the restaurant they too much talking they just want money from you when you give them they don’t look after you even the porter

Dirty Resort, Book only if Price is Right

Check-in was done late hence dinner was over but the late dinner wasn't bad in taste but the staff starting immense cleaning which made very uncomfortable to finish the meal. In the morning, the real state of the room was realized as cleanliness was a major issue, at least a month old cobweb in the bathroom and general cleaning was sub par. Even the alley ways smelled at all times. A major renovation in terms of cleaning was due a long time ago. Food selection is quite nice & so is the taste however the service by the waiters could be given a training with relations to the guests. Overall, I wont be paying the high luxury price ever again at this property.

Room had cockroaches in the restroom which scared me & my family.

Nice hotel, with a great view on the sea and the mountains.

I stay there with my family and my wife parents . We enjoy the pool . The pool area is very comfortable. There was a bar beside the pool and a snack restaurant. That we enjoy to eat there more than the main restaurant. The only problem that there was no toilets beside the pool area. We needed to the beach side or to the reception

Disappointing

Overcrowded. You need to wait 15 minutes on line to get your omelette. Bad food and bad service. Unfriendly employees that don't even say hi. They seem to be fed up. The room stinks pee as the odor travels from the bathroom. Old feeling all around. Pool is full of little kids throwing ice cream and spitting into the pool. The only good thing was the good live music at nights. Unfortunately this is said to be the best hotel in the area but it's no better than others. The food is really bad so all inclusive is not worth it.

Excellent Place To Stay---3 snaps

I give it an excellent overall--very well situated and easy to get around when you use the public buses just outside the hotel... They take you right downtown to the marina area for less than a dollar...treat for men-- Try a Turkish Barber Shop in the bazaar for a haircut or a shave--amazing experience-- We went to one called Paris Barber.. Back to the hotel--it's right on the beach and has great amenities--keep in mind that it's a "Family" resort---lots of kids---having a great time---very family friendly....I give it 3 snaps... LOL

Nice hotel close to shops. Food was amazing.

Went as family holiday to have a break and to relaxed. Found the hotel situated in a good location close to shops.not too far from the city Center. We were able to use transport which was quite cheap, only 3 liras per person. The hotel was really busy with a lot of children making a lot noise which was annoying. Children playing football in the lobby at 11pm, running up and down the stairs and no one (staff) seemed to be bothered. As the hotel was a 5 stars we were expected better discipline from the staff. We were disappointed mainly about the behaviour from the children. We will defenetly go back to Marmaris but to a different hotel.

they are extremely nice and smooth going the reception employees was so great with tier upgrading helping and serving us at anytime, I enjoyed the stay there and I recommend it.

Nice hotel. Right in the middle of Marmaris city center. Close to Marmaris marina, which has good stores and good restaurant bars. Great clean sea. Good food.

Lovely beach, lovely pool, lovely view, lovely place and staff

A green oasis on a busy sea front. We stayed half board. The restraunt was buffet style and the food was good especially the puddings! The weather was hot and sunny with temp. hitting 40 every day. Boat trips are a good way to escape the heat for about £10 for a day including swimming stops, lunch and on some boats, drinks (including beer) but you may need to walk further into Marmaris to get the best deals. We also drove to Dylan (you need to get there before 10.15 ) and got a public boat around the lake with swimming and lunch, the boat stopped at the mud baths and then went on to Dylan beach on the way we stopped at a man selling crabs where we were amazed to see large loggerhead or leather back tuttles (we are still debating which) . That trip cost 40TL plus 6TL to enter the mud baths and was a high light of our week. All in all, a great relaxing holiday.

Good but.....,,!!

Hotel was very nice and clean and a average location (need to take the bus to go to the main area/market). Was disappointed by the breakfast which didnt have a wide variety at all. Just the basic items. And secondly i read before booking this hotel that they do lots of shows and clubs esp kids club as i have a 3 yr old, but after staying there nothing was on no clubs or entertainments either some said its becaue is not busy season but i find that very disappointing becasue ther were alot of other families complaning about the same thing. We used to hear the next door clubs have loud entertainment and clubs and fun evenings but non of that in ours. Its a nice clean and calm hotel but if you want a littlr extra especially if your travelling with kids n want extra entertainment n fun for them then this uoliday wont br great for them.

This is a greate hotel to stay at on a business trip in the winter months in Marmaris.

Good hotel, reception service is hit and miss

The room and hotel was very nice. The hotel next door is very noisy and I can imagine during peak times would be quite loud. The service at the hotel was hit and miss. The entertainers were really good and helpful. The reception staff were mostly helpful and nice, however when I asked for an ironing board I was told they would send one up. After waiting one hour I had not received, when I called down again they seemed as if I was bothering them with my request. I still had not received the iron but luckily on of the other rooms had one I was able to borrow. Other than that the hotel itself was lovely and breakfast was nice.

Great place to stay

Except for one stuck up receptionist who was adamant we could not have a second room key,( after we locked our first one in the room) the hotel was brilliant. Good facilities, good food, great location.

Huge Great Resort

Really nice huge resort with many facilities... Great breakfast and dinner buffets with quality food and many different stations. Rooms and facilities are very clean... good beach... Location is good and nearby are a few restaurants and a migros supermarket. Beach, pool all excellent.. I think it's the best resort in Marmaris city... The only begative is that it's not walking distance to the marina and grand bazaarvbut only a short taxi ride to reach..

The hotel it self was lovely, great rooms, clean, modern, and all the right amenities however the buffet food was terrible, tasteless, boring and watered down. Alcohol was over priced.

A 3 stars hotel with a 5 stars badge

Negatives: A/C problems with multiple technician visits. In spite of that. They refused to move to another room. House keeping got into my room while I put "don't Disturb" !! Staff are not friendly and not welcoming. It is usual to find the front disk without staff and wait till they show up. Several times, valet boy is not around to get the car!! Positives: SPA, location All in all, A 3 stars hotel with a 5 stars badge. Don't expect more
