Lovely hotel and staff

All staff very accommodating. The room is very comfortable. Lobby is comfortable. English language TV. We will stay here again

I like the location and the people working there

This was my second time in Istanbul in last three months. I highly recommend this hotel. I felt very safe walking by myself. Very centrally located and staff excellent and extremely friendly

Wifi is weak but over all are great

Excellent stay here for 2 nights. I arrived early morning at 6AM and was given my room with no issues. This made such a difference as other hotels would have charged for this! The young man and elder gentleman at reception were really helpful. I ordered a food delivery and they came up with the driver so I didn't have to go and collect. The location is great. Off the main road so no noise or disturbance yet easily accessible. The gym was a bit basic but I could live with this. Overall an excellent stay and great service and I'd happily stay here again!

A very comfortable and pleasant stay! Friendly courteous staff, great location, comfortable rooms! We paid for breakfast and it was worth it. We arrived 11 am from our flight and were able to check in early to our room. I maybe incorrectly spelling but Uzgen at front desk snd camil were very helpful. Would recommend for sure!

Overall it was great. The only minor fix that they might want to look at is the internet connection. In the lobby, it worked extremely well, but it was disconnected quite often in my room.

The location of the hotel is great, you can reach everywhere by walking. Endless thanks to all the staff

The design of the hotel is great.When you enter the lobby, you will be fascinated.There are many terraces where you can enjoy your coffee.

Hotel is very clean. All staf is very friendly .The buffet is quite diverse .You can easily reach the metro and Cevahir Shooping mall by walking.

Great hotel very clean customer service is also great and location is amazing close to Mall, restaurants, and breakfast areas. They have a nice lobby with an outdoor seating area. They have spacious rooms and room cleaning everyday if you would like for free.

Excellent stay. The hotel's location is excellent, close to it there are restaurants, Jawaher Mall, the metro station, and shopping stores. The treatment of all the employees and workers in the hotel is very excellent and the hotel is clean.

Temiz, güvenilir ve çok şık bir otel. Personeli saygılı ve yardımsever. Yemekleri lezzetli ve otelin içinde bulunan barı çok keyifli. Değişik ve lezzetli kokteyller deneyebilirsiniz. Bu lokasyonda konaklayacaklar için kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

The staff were helpful and breakfast was excellent. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Location was perfect for getting around the main attractions in the city. Thanks to Mr Ozan and his team for all their effort and efficiency in making all the guests welcome!

The property is in a very narrow street with no space to drop off your bags if you come by car. Staff’s English is not what is expected for an international hotel chain. We had trouble with room service because they did not understood us.

Location is great, sounds can be heard through the walls I asked to change room and they offered another room right away. All in all is good
