This is a lovely hotel the rooms are spacious. The cleanest rooms and lobby. The pool is big and the gym was phenomenal.

Superb staff! Mohamed Saad, the concierge, Ibrahim and Maria at the front desk, and Safwat and the whole breakfast staff were all fantastic. The best hotel that I have stayed at in Africa, and I have been to 41 countries!

I travel extensively and this hotel is one of the best in the world. So gorgeous and with great service too. I want to commend Ibrahim and Maria at the front desk, the concierge Mohamed Saad, and Safwat and the crew at breakfast. The gym is the best that I have ever seen in a hotel.

My Stay

Hotel is amazing and staff are friendly. Rooms are capacious and very comfortable. The only concern I had is that hotel charged me additional 90 USD for three nights upon check in stating that paid price via hotels.com application is applicable only for locals and residents only. I was not convinced as I booked many times throughout application and never faced this conflict before. My overall experience is good but I was fed up concerning extra charge.

Truly like staying in a palace. I would like to correct two negatives that were mistakingly listed about VIP service and upgrades. I received both and was overwhelmed with the facility

We had a good stay at the Triumph and got excellent help from the chief of concierge Mr.Khalaf to help locate our forgotten phone in a taxi, he was very efficient and also extremely prompt with the help needed. It was VIP hotel but unfortunately we didn’t receive any amenities mentioned. Staff at the reception were a little preoccupied but overall stay was great!

Expedia! Are you for real!? How on earth is this a VIP access hotel? This hotel sucks by all means. Did u really visit this hotel before your decision to make it a VIP access hotel? Worn-out pillows, cheap 2 star bathroom amenities. Shower was broken, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom floor, shower area is sticky, hair on bed sheets, room is worn out. Even the gym doesn’t offer water or towels! This hotel is ridiculous! I had to flee and stay at a nearby marriot branded hotel with the same price that offered a real 5 star experience with a club lounge access and breakfast at the same price!

Excellent Location

The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable. But what makes this hotel special is staff. Employees of all levels and departments are friendly and very helpful.

The balcony overlooking the pool was nice. It is a 5 min walk to shops and restaurants. The room was small and the bed uncomfortable. The lobby is very big and the staff was nice.

Business center needs to be available all the time with room key. I was not able to print important emails due to lack of access. Staff was not sure what to do.

The hotel looks five stars but the service is not. It took 2 phone calls to get room service to clean my room. Had an appointment with massage at 10:30 and when I arrived there they said we don’t have time as your appointment was 10. Asked for late check out at 3 and was confirmed that it was ok only to keep getting calls at 11:30 asking when I would leave and when I told them the name of the person they said we can only give you till 2. Went to the cafe and asked to be seated outside and waited for 20 minutes no one came so I left then the came running after me!

This hotel is great. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and spacious. The hotel is in a newly developed area, it’s a nice neighborhood but quite far from the center/downtown with traffic. I would highly recommend staying here.

Could improve

It took the front desk team approx 40 minutes to find my reservations. When I got to the room, it was extremely cold (AC running at 10 degrees Celsius), the crew tried to get the heat going, but that also took 1+ hours. Overall, the lobby looks great, but the process / room could be better.

My stay feedback

Overall stay were v. good, room were very clean and comfort. Check-in was good, staff were nice and friendly. I recommend to try the stay at this hotel and it's restaurants.

Disappointed

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The light switches were as confusing as hell, especially the icon for cleaning my room, which I should have been informed of when I first arrived. As as result, my room wasn't cleaned after my first night's stay. For a 5-star hotel, I'd have expected alcohol to be available. Instead it was water or soft drinks only. There was a fridge in my room but there was nothing in it - no snacks or refreshments. I found my room to be a bit scruffy in places (scratches in doors, a handle hanging off the wardrobe door, a switch hanging off a wall), which surprised me as the hotel hasn't been open very long. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the hotel and have stayed in far better 4-star hotels and was disappointed with it.

Well, what can I say? When you call your brand new hotel a luxury, it doesn't automatically become luxury. The luxury title needs to be earned. Certainly, This hotel is no way near to be luxury. The hotel reception was huge, our room was quite big too, however, it was soulless, No care is taken when they build this hotel. Attention to detail was zero. For instance, all the tiles laid poorly ( I mean, the bathroom, restaurant, reception, everywhere.) We have been told by the locals that the hotel build and manages by the Egyptian military and it is very obvious that they don't have a hospitality mindset. Brand new furniture was ok but falling to pieces. No bathrobe or slippers in the room. No water in the GYM (NO WATER can you believe that), breakfast was basic and awful, we were in Cairo and they served can of fruits. When you ask for expresso we have been told that cost extra. So overall, not happy at all and wouldn't go to any of Triumph's Hotels ever again. Do your self a favour and book another hotel instead of this. Thanks

Hotel is very big very nice very big room with very big bathroom

It has yet to hold official opening so maybe things will improve.elevator has no button for reception.italian mrestaursnt has only one menu card and won’t print any more so customers have to wait until each has finished viewing it but you can take a photo of menu card so that the next night you can order from the photo.not enough people on front desk so long wait to check out or order car and hotel will not order taxis so not a good hotel if you need speed.but staff are friendly and the gym is superb one of best hotel gyms you will find.beds comfy and rooms are huge

I just came back home. I stayed a week in this lovely hotel. Since you step in to the hotel lobby you feel so welcomed. Very nice staff even the manager (Mr. Mohammad) was very nice and willing to assist and keep asking if there is anything they can provide to make the stay more comfortable. They do have 3 different restaurants in the hotel, I tried 2 of them, I loved the Morocco's one) As well this hotel located in the newest most expensive neighborhood in Cairo, it gives you the piece of mind and the quietness that you need after long day of business meeting or touring the city.

Hotel is brand new great location great staff great food

Property is very nice however as they just opened they are going through the pains. Staff is very nice, they made effort to help us out, we were transferred to different rooms, but there was no hot water in the shower in both rooms. Effort was there but were so tired after the 2nd room tranfernthat we did not want to call the front desk again.
