Enjoyed staying in this hotel for a few days, but there were just little things like one of the elevators were not working, the TVs had a funny viewing that could not be changed but overall, it was very nice and accommodating

Was good, bathroom need improvement, mold in the shower and hot water at night and air condition didn't work properly. Leah was Fantastic and breakfast was was great!

I liked the location. I didn't like the continental breakfast setup to small and the coffee was all ways cold. One of the elevator wasn’t working.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, however the fold out mattress was very uncomfortable. The smoke alarm went off 3 times throughout the evening which was a little frustrating since it was very late in the evening. Overall was a good atay.

We enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was friendly. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. Would stay here again. The price was good for one night stay.

I like the armed security of the place at night. There is a bar across the street where they try to park at the hotel parking lot; the security guard made sure that never happened. I read that thieves have broken into the cars of customers staying in other hotels but having a guard at TownePlace Suites I’m sure is a deterrent. The only issue I had in the room I stayed in is that there was a black color on the bottom caulking inside the shower. I wasn’t sure if it was mold or if it was just dark and dirty. My wife and I didn’t feel like reporting it and change rooms. We just avoided to touch it in the shower. Aside from the black caulking in the shower, the place was fine. Breakfast was great when it came to selections and the attentiveness of the attendants.

Property was clean. Breakfast left a lot to be desired.

The complimentary breakfast was pretty good, a lot of options. The coffe was also good but ran out almost every day and took like 20 minutes to get refilled. The patio outside the front entrance was left uncleaned for a while on our first night, i saw sunflower seed shells all over the ground that remained for several days I also saw a cup of OJ that sat on a table for 2 days before i decided to throw it out. I was a bit disappointed in the cleanliness of the room under the bed was very dusty and had debris, the paint on the cabinets was all scuffed up and scrapped as well as the bathroom cabinets. There were stains on multiple surfaces (walls,door,sofa) the main issue i had was my room lost water pressure several times, twice when i was showering it completely shut off while i had shampoo in my hair! I asked the front desk about it and was told a plumbing issue was being addressed but it continued for several days.

Pretty clean

Our room was spacious and well lit, which is something that is very much needed and appreciated by me in a hotel room. We had plenty of towels, the room was very clean and comfortable. It was also very quiet which was nice as my husband is a light sleeper when we are away from home. All in all it was an extremely pleasant experience.

I liked the proximity to SeaWorld. I did not like the water pressure issues.

My Bathroom was not clean and there was hair all over the shower floor. AC only cooled to 75 not to mention there was all kind of stuff all over the sheets. Grossed me out bc there are pets allowed.

It was a great stay enjoyed it , just needed a good clean up the floors had debris on the corners near the walls. Staff was great , bed was lumpy. Breakfast was amazing very well stocked and clean.

The service was excellent, they have coffee and tea 24 hours a day, and the room is very well equipped.

The Manager and her crew was an amazing to she have and excellent staff working there if we ask for something they was there right away, was my first time there and now it’s going to be my favorite place to stay love it everything there Treat us like family ❤️

We stayed here this past weekend. Check in and out were smooth. Rooms were just like the photos with a nice small stocked kitchenette. The decor in the room could have been a little more appealing. The shower needs to be re grouted. Breakfast was decent with some variety. My only complaint about breakfast was there was only one waffle maker that people were constantly using to make multiple waffles for their families. Please consider adding one more. I waited for about 20 minutes to no avail. Another complaint I have is the security in the truck at night. We came in late on Friday around 10:30 pm and had just parked the car in the lot and were stepping out to check in when this guy came chasing after us demanding to see our parking permit. I had to tell him twice that we were checking in because he didn't get it. The next night we came back in around close to midnight and as soon as I parked my car, the same guy literally jumped in front as I turned my engine off to check for the permit; he scared me. I understand there's a busy bar and restaurant across the street and the hotel is trying to discourage patrons of those places from parking in the hotel lot, but geez louise, this guy is scaring and annoying guests with his parking permit hunt. I would stay at this property again if they could improve upon these issues.

The hotel is in a safe area close to Sea World. It is very clean. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious.

Quick getaway to SA for a phenomenal concert … we wanted to stay away from downtown and our location was perfect !! Plenty of places to eat & shop.

We stayed for a family vacation and the hotel is very near to SeaWorld. We enjoyed our room and the service.However, our room was not cleaned in the two nights that we were there. My wife had to take all the dirty towels and bring new ones. Other than that we had a good time.

Nice for Families

It was so nice to stay just 5 mins from Seaworld. Quick check in and check out. Room was very nice, spacious, and clean. Outside pool supposedly heated and only 3ft deep. Free breakfast was ok could be better. Definitely will be back.

Room was clean, could use a little TLC in some areas. Breakfast was good!! Best thing about the stay was the Staff. Ethel, Derrick and all were fantastic!! Provided places to visit while we were in town!! Just overall friendly and inviting. Will stay again when I’m in San Antonio.

Great experience

I stayed here for a week and I will choose this again in the future. The hotel smells great, it feels clean even with it being pet friendly. The laundry facility was in great working condition. Room service was on point. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was great from freshly made waffles to oatmeal with a variety of toppings, eggs, bacon, toast, muffins, etc. internet was fast. Room is spacious. Closet ideal with built in light. Elevator fast. Gym and pool offers fresh towels. The whole place looks brand new! I would love to stay here again. (Frank- June 2024)

Everything could not have been more perfect for me and my boys. We stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed ourselves. We went to six flags twice and it's definitely not too far, about a $20 Uber ride. Breakfast was good, we loved having a room with a kitchen, definitely saved us a lot of money. Everything was so clean and nice. They do housekeeping every other day so make sure your do not disturb sign isn't up. Everyone at the desk was very nice and welcoming. The sitting area our front with the fire pit as well as the pool area were very well maintained. They charge $20 a day incidentals. The have a variety of board games and cooking supplies for free checkout as well as a very nice selection in the hotel shoppette.I can't wait to stay at this location again.

Really enjoyed our state. went to sea world and was able to get a ride with the shuttle which was awesome. The only thing about this hotel is if you come in later at night, you might not find a parking spot in the hotel parking lot!! Had to park across the street one night!

This hotel was so clean, comfortable and had great staff. You can always tell how your stay will go just by the smell when you walk in. As soon as we walked in it smelt amazing. Both a mix of sanitized and potpourri. We stay in San Antonio pretty frequently and this was by far the nicest place we've stated. We will definitely stay again. My only request would be to beef up the breakfast options a little. Other than that I give it a 11/10.

Maybe was because it was Xmas and New Years but the breakfast was gone one hour before the turn down of the device and wasn’t replenished.

I loved everything except breakfast on Wednesday morning. I went at 8.45am with my kids and there was no food left. 25 minutes later some turkey sausage came but was all gone fast. we got 1 piece each. They closed the breakfast at 9.30 and made no attempt to make it up. it was very disappointing. Next day we decided not to bother with Breakfast, we bought some milk and cereal so we were prepared. I went out to get coffee just after 9.30am and surprisingly they had a great selection of items available and it stayed open till after 10am.

Don't have housekeeping for 4 days. I was told no housekeeping during dec24,25 which is fine then for the 26th. They said it's every other day.

Wonderful place

Everything was great! From the greeting at the front desk to the room and beds we slept in. The room was clean and having the kitchen was very convenient. I took my mom to Seaworld and after a long day we drove maybe 2 mins to check in. I will definitely stay here every time I go to Seaworld or need to be in San Antonio near by this hotel.

The staff member who checked us in was so kind and really set the tone for a great stay.

We have stayed there twice when it has been hot outside and the pool is so cold,like a ice bath,that you can not enjoy the pool AT ALL!! Very disappointing. This ladt stay many of the other guest complained too. We ask the man at the front desk,he said he didnt know why it was so cold.
