Lovely hotel in a quiet area. Short walk to shops and the marina, short drive to Palma. Only issue is the walls are VERY thin so I was woken a few times by loud TVs. Breakfast great, cocktails great, lovely rooftop bar. Pool and jaccuzzi uncrowded without a race for beds by the pool. Definitely recommend this hotel and will be rebooking if we come back to the area.

Lovely stay. Didn’t disappoint

Was a little disappointed. Staff is super nice and helpful and food was great. But the rooms felt a bit tired and worn (stains on walls) and they have a weird pool towel policy where you can only exchange your pool towel on 3 certain days of the week (M, Wed and Saturdays). Like how is that sanitary?!? especially if you want to use the towel and go on a boat ride or to the beach!!! Location was ok, very close to Palma. We didn't spend a lot of time lounging here, used it more as base to go elsewhere. If you're looking for a hotel to lounge and relax in, there are better options! but i will say the breakfast buffet was excellent and staff service was excellent.

A great stay with some improvements. Booked a sea view room but were told they are fully booked. Very misleading so were given a partial sea view.

Beautifully furnished and decorated. Rooms were spacious, dining was EXCELLENT, everything you could possible want to eat they had. Everyone was so friendly - it had Everything you could possibly want in this time of accommodation.

Junior suite was clean and comfortable with nice bathroom. Balcony small but nice pool and partial sea view. Breakfast had good options and was tasty. Pool good although sun loungers very close together. Good location for 10 minute walk to the marina and 25 minute taxi to airport cost around €35.

Lovely clean and friendly

The room was very comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful. The beach is 20 min far away from the hotel. You definitly need a car to explore the surroundings.

The staff were not accommodating at all and sometimes very rude and short with us when we were asking for drinks around the pool or asking for a taxi at the front desk. Other than the staff the hotel was nice.

Great hotel, no issues other than the horrendously noisy TINY wardrobes and one moody barman. The resort port however is way way over priced and full of plastic people. Closer to the hotel better value but no atmosphere or view. This hotel in a better location would be fab.

Lovely staff & great location!

Really nice property with a good breakfast and nice pool and the rooms are modern and clean. Staff were mostly nice, however not as accommodating as would’ve liked, asked for a double bed instead of two singles and didn’t get it, asked for late check out and didn’t get it, asked for an early check in an also didn’t get it. Overall a really nice place

An excellent hotel, with first class facilities and extremely efficient staff, from the manager downwards, which all made for a lovely two day stay. As others have mentioned, the breakfast merits a special mention- lots of choice, well presented and very fresh. Overall, terrific value for money and ideally located just above the port.

Rooms were great. Views amazing Quiet and relaxing

Had a pleasant stay, great room and views. Cleaners could be faster when cleaning rooms, came back after lunch and room wasn’t done. Asked them to change bedlinen after a sweaty night, but found the same sheets on the bed!

We love our stays at Tomir, the pool is fabulous, the breakfast buffet is great, the rooms are lovely, I would say though that this time I found the breakfast and bar staff to be very rushed and often looking miserable, I know they are tired and it’s the end of season but a smile in the morning would be nice. The reception staff were always smiling and very helpful.

First time in this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Very clean and well finished. Very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Superb pool and plenty of sunbeds.

This is our third time to the Tomir which is easily the best hotel in the local area. We can’t wait to go back. All the staff are wonderful, the breakfast buffet is great, the rooms are a good size. I’d say there is room for improvement with the gym which has very limited equipment. But that does not distract from a wonderful location and experience.

The pool is beautiful , the breakfast buffet is delicious , the staff is awesome . Close to the beach but kind of far away from the “ paradise beaches” . Love this hotel in general

The management and staff are what makes this hotel. They provide a personal approach which is beyond what you would normally expect for a 4* hotel. The breakfast buffet is amazing, the pool is great, plenty of sun beds, food and drinks not expensive. All in all a great place to stay.

Couldn't ask for better!

What a gorgeous hotel. Modern, clean and spacious. Our room was much bigger than expected and we had a view overlooking the pool area. Lovely quiet area of Portal Nous. Would highly recommend for couples and/or a group of friends. Pool area is also lovely with plenty of loungers.

We stayed in the Junior Suite with sea view for six nights which was spacious for three and clean. Hotel location great for Marina and Village with lots of restaurant options. All the staff were friendly and particular shout out to bar/beverage staff who all did a superb job. A couple of niggles, one, regarding sun bed availability (a number of guests getting up early every day to put towels down on sun beds) and two, regarding a shortage of umbrellas (was advised that only 50 umbrellas for 200 sun beds which is not even one between two). Overall, we enjoyed staying at this hotel and would return again.

The property is designed for those who want to use the pool on a daily basis or go to near by beaches. The rooms do not have a microwave (which i guess may not be standard in europe), no king sized beds which made for uncomfortable sleep, and the walls are paper thin. Otherwise for someone who is in and out this would be a great option but for someone who wants to “relax” search elsewhere. Will add convenient location.

11 nights Tomir Portals Suite

Another great stay. Good location to explore Palma but nice to also chill around the pool. Staff very friendly and food and service very good

Excellent facilities, location & staff

A good accommodation makes a good vacation and therefore cannot fault this hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious, facilities are more than adequate. Breakfasts are lovely and varied everyday. All the staff are so welcoming and extremely helpful. We had no problems with our stay but am confident the staff will try make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

We stayed in the Junior suite with sea view for 5 nights. Great selection of breakfast. Even their restaurant food is good! Staff are helpful and accommodating since I queried a lot of things. Location was really good, quiet,. Amenities were spot on. Generally the hotel was really clean and spacious. The only comment would be the room service or cleaning. Beds are not made proper.on our 5th day,There were no towels and Toilet rolls replacement. You’d normally come back on a hotel room like you just checked in, when we We would give tomir 11/10 but that’s the only reason why it’s 9/10. Otherwise, higly recommended!

Fantastic rooms, the staff were fantastic and the pool area was perfect with plenty of sun beds and a great pool bar. The only negative comment about the property was that you could easily hear guests in the adjoining room. We had to make 2 complaints to reception for guests who must have been congregated in the room next to ours.

Stayed in the Sea View room with balcony. Rooms were just like the pictures, spacious and nice decor. Strong wifi all around the property. Breakfast was delicious! The pool closed at 6pm, which was a bummer, but we could still lounge on the chairs and enjoy a Sangria from the bar. 15 minute walk to the beach. Would stay again.

A lovely hotel charged us extra tourist charge before we could have room key. Receptionists vary from ok to excellent. Beverage staff outstanding. Evening entertainment non existent . People friendly and cleaning staff very good .

The hotel itself exceeded expectations, we received a room with a huge balcony which was an added bonus. The staff and the hotel guests were great, made some great memories. Will definitely be staying again - DJ on the Saturday was by far the best day!

Property was superb! Suites were modern, very spacious and cleaned thoroughly throughout our stay. The breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety and cooked to order omelettes. Outdoor area was spacious and the pool was huge. All members of staff were welcoming and professional at all times! A truly wonderful stay!

Excellent breakfast, very comfortable large room with lovely balcony. Definitely adult only hotel as it lacked child safety features on balconies etc. Nice location, near the marina and easy access via bus or taxi to Palma or the Airport.

Portals hotel and happy

I found this hotel punching well above its weight. Modern and clean. Location excellent. I would easily recommend this hotel to my friends. More business like than anything but the outdoor area, which I did not use looked very inviting too.

I have stayed here many times, the staff are very attentive and the manager is very hands on, which makes for a pleasant stay all round.

Fantastic stay at this wonderful Hotel. Pool Bar and food service was on the slow side on our final 2 days but other than that couldn’t be faulted.

A great hotel modern facilites very helpful hard working staff.The corridors on my floor could be a little noisey as people move around.The breakfast buffet was amazing with a could choice of quality products.

The location is great for the beach and some sightseeing, from certain touristic venues. The reception needs improvement overall in terms of customer service. Some are dismissive and abrupt. Renovations in room were done poorly. Door to my room opened out which I believe is not up to fire code! No door to shower, water got all over every time I showered, not to mention, it was clogged most of the time, plus leaky sink! Walls were thin, can hear neighbors well n some were quite inconsiderate about making noise at 2am! More a 2-3 star experience and not a 4 for sure!

Great place to stay / very clean / great breakfast and nice hotel all around but the location is not great - there is not much to do around the hotel and a 10 minute walk from the beach The hotel staff are great / accommodating and the rooms are big. The 2 bedroom is the same size as the junior suite so no need to pay up for a bigger room. The biggest drawdown is that the walls are paper thin. We could hear our neighbors music / conversations or even when they were opening a door. They were not being loud but woke us up everytime they did anything. The parking is a little annoying - you have to pay 10 euros a day if there is space - only 7 spots in the lot Strange COVID / hotel rules - cannot get room service / no free parking / must put a deposit down for beach towels

Tomir Suites -an excellent choice

We opted to stay at Tomir Suites because our usual Portals hotel seemed very expensive for the dates we wanted. We were not disappointed. The Tomir has been recently refurbished and our room was very spacious (321). They public areas were spacious and modern and the pool was well maintained. The only downside was lack of recycling and towels were changed everyday regardless. The breakfast was very good with an excellent choice and eggs cooked to order. We will probably use this hotel in preference to our usual for future visits.

Our first visit to Portal Nous so we researched hotel locations beforehand. Tomir Portals seemed a better location than others given that it was easy walking distance to the Marina. Upon immediate arrival i was worried that it looked a little too much like a busy package tour hotel. However we were pleasantly surprised to find that it’s a very nice, clean hotel with cheerful staff throughout. We particularly liked the two nights of live entertainment coupled with a pleasant bar/restaurant area with prices that were very fair. We won’t hesitate to return.

This property far exceeded our expectations for a reasonably priced hotel. The staff were very helpful the rom was large, attractively furnished and spotless. The pool was great I would recommend this hotel

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms are slightly smaller than we are used to but big enough. Comfortable and clean! The view is beautiful. The staff are so genuinely nice and friendly! The breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Great choice. Fresh and delicious. We loved the pool. There is free table tennis and pool table. It’s quiet at night, and only a short walk to the port, beach and town. Right next to a small playground too. Perfect!

Excellent value for you money!

Our first impression was great, even better when we got to our room, the end of the corridor with the huge balcony with the sunbeds. Even better next day to discover that the sun shone it all day long so we never went down to pool side . Breakfast was really good too with a great selection and fresh/hot. Staff were friendly and hitel lovely and clean . Will be recommending to family and friends and would not hesitate to return to this great hotel .

the staff were excellent in every way and very polite and accommodating. unfortunately the walls are very thin in the hotel and you can hear quite clearly. I also paid extra for a junior suite and saw no difference to that of a double room apart from a larger terrace

Really lovely outdoor areas and bar. Great breakfast and food and drink very reasonable. Quiet with courteous and helpful staff. Only regret was that I would prefer it a little closer to the front.

Nice hotel

The hotel was nice and clean, staff very friendly and breakfast, all drinks and foods were great. A bit disappointed about parking, really hard sometimes to park, they charge at the bar for a water with an ice and a lemon lol that could be free, would appreciate half and full board option or all Inc. as there isn't any cooker in rooms so you have to pay a lot for lunch and dinners lol, other than that it was amazing stay.
