Le chauffage étais a 18 maximum la porte de la chambre ne fermait pas étanche 1 pouce en dessous de la porte une odeur d'humidité dans la chambre a cause de la piscine probablement les corridor très mal propre! Le lit étais propre et confortable!

Don’t do it. Don’t do it. We checked in and then checked out after inspecting the room, in particular the bedding (never mind the urine smell in the bathroom). The top cover of the two beds were stained badly by what can only be described as the remnants of someone’s good time. Gross. Was offered a change of bedding or another room but we declined. As we told the lady at the desk we cannot trust a place after seeing what we saw. She said she couldn’t give our money back and that since it was an Expedia booking, Expedia would be the one we should contact to get our money back. We are in that process now I assume Expedia will tell us to contact the hotel so we are prepared to go around in circles. Shame on Wyndham and shame on Expedia for offering the type of product at this facility.

Mice coming in and out of my room via huge space under the door.. the staff called off the hook waking me up over an hour before check out time to remind me check out time was at 11 (already knew smh) when its usually that time at every hotel.. very annoying.. then called again at 11 obviously to make sure i was leaving which i didnt even bother to pick up on my way out the door.. Definitely will never stay here again. 200$ damage deposit for such an outdated place is kinda wild too

Walls were exceptionally thin, there were people fighting outside. The phone in the room didn’t work. Sheets were dirty upon check in.

All i can say is the staff/management is extremely Rude and hotel is dirty.

The room was acceptable for the price. The upkeep was not great. The halways were extremely dirty. Breakfast was not great.

Most things are falling apart... As well, pet fee is the most anywhere $30. Breakfast is more continental than a real breakfast. Bedding is not great and TV wouldn't work.

Was shown a room that staff did not enter but held the door so i could walk in and see if i liked the room did not feel comfortable and decided not to stay

A basic entry level three star property. Our room door was an exterior door and we could see light around tbe door, which would make it a very cold room in winter. Hair dryer and TV would not work.

Terrible stay! The first room i was given smell like someone had died and rotted inside it. Stay out of room 24! Room 25 was slightly better but be careful, very ppor neighborhood and stuff gets stolen out of cars

We all felt unsafe and didn't end up spending our two nights here. Sink facet was barely attached, the duck tape holding the ac in place was concerning. Door was broken. Deadbolt didn't work. They initially put us in the wrong room. Pictures do not match reality. Chair had spring sticking out and fridge smelled. Would not recommend.

Get what you pay for staff was really nice

Floor not clean. Floor repairs needed in bathroom. Trash around outside and stairwell.

My TV didn’t work for the 2 days I was there nor did my window open. I saw homeless individuals, drug users and prostitution within an hour of my arrival. The staff I spoke to except one didn’t sleep very good English so it was difficult to communicate. I asked for a later check out given my TV and window were not operational but they refused despite the fact that the room should not have been rented after my departure due to these two issues needing repair. Bed was comfortable and I was told by another customer that all the beds had been replaced with nee ones a few days before I arrived. Would not return.

The room cleanliness was not so bad except for a bad moisture smell inside the room when we came in, the hotel corridors are terribly dirty and this hotel smells very strong curry and spices… also, the pool building was so moist that we didn’t want to swim there because of the bad smell there… and the included breakfast was also terrible, there was no more plates, forks or knives and the juices from the fountain were disgusting, everyone did not drink their orange juice and the apple was nothing but bad tasting water, better not go there not the mention the horrible rotten smell from the garbage that cut any possible appetite…. Will never rent there again guaranteed

We didn't stay. It was gross and felt very unsafe. Some of the rooms are used for monthly rentals. It smelled awful. I definitely wouldn't stay there with kids.

We had dirty room, broken tv and beds old and sink in the centres. They came to the room and used water from the sink to cleaned table and said "good enough" rudely and just said tv broken rudely and just walked out of the room while trying to talk to them.

Pool was gross, bars of soap laying around, room very outdated and not very friendly staff

Disgusting hotel. Dirty, bed bugs, unresolved plugged toilet rude staff, disgraceful breakfast and on it goes.

It was okay for one night, pet friendly excellent.

The Room was spacious and clean. Great location for everything from shopping to dining and sports attractions. The Continental Breakfast was very undesirable as it only really offered cereal and toast and all drinks, no bagels or anything like that for food.

The property was very clean the staff was friendly. Our room was on the bottom floor which was fine except we didn't get any sleep because the people above us were moving furniture around all night and it was very loud. I would definitely stay here again.

Bed & Shower worth the $90 cdn price per night

The shower curtain was full of mold 2ft up from bottom and across the entire shower curtain. The bathroom faucet was ridiculously lose, you had to hold the faucet to turn on the water. I complained the first night, the next day all was fixed. Bed and Shower were excellent and worth the price.

The nightly fee was too much for the condition of the room. The lamp shade was full of stains(very dirty), the bed linens being white, had black and coloured stains, walls had water bubbles around the A/C which had lifted of the paint, plug in the tub was smaller than the drain hole, window in the washroom opened but couldn’t close from the inside, had to go outside and around back of the building to push it closed, bed skirt had burn holes( look like cigarette burn holes). I suggests to do some upgrades! Travelling from NL, and being extremely tired, these conditions didn’t make my stay comfortable due to these conditions.

This hotel is not accessible at all for anyone with mobility issues, the photos on the profile are inaccurate as the property is very outdated, under maintenanced and less than comfortable. The free breakfast is bread for a toaster that barely works, yogurt and cereal. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The room very spacious. I like that you step outside from the room.

Our room was large, the bed was comfortable. Our neighbors were quiet, so we managed to get a good night's rest. The continental breakfast was good, but the coffee could be better though.

Room was non-smoking but it has cigarette smell. NO room spray. NO closing cap for bath tub. NO towels in pool. NOone in reception at night time. Poor breakfast ( only bread and cereals). Worst experience in moncton visit ever.

At first we was asking a 200$ deposit ....but i think it most the hotel who should pay us a 200 $ deposit to stay there with full of bed bugs and dirty with blood spot at some place And parking lots was dirty but that was not my case in this it was infested with bed bugs and never sleep in hotel no more prefeeer to kept sleeping in my car more safe and im able to sleep ....so be carefull if its cheap

I think for what we paid we got what we wanted. An inexpensive hotel with a shower and a bed. The room was fairly large and the bed was comfortable. We met up with our family and were able to use the pool and the facilities in the room here. I have no complaints.

Was charged 3 times the price for a filthy room with garbage rotting outside and a rusty and unsafe staircase outside the room. We could not stay at facility with family and the staff was very unhelpful and unwilling to refund money. Would highly recommend finding any other place to stay.

Rooms were nice for the price. We checked for bed bugs and seen none as I’ve seen in other reviews. Floors were dirty but we just kept our shoes on. Friendly service at the desk. However we did have one problem last night at 11:20pm a man entered our room with another guy using a master key. I went out to front upset as that is scary specially when we were in bed with 2 kids. He apologized, he was trying to show another guest a room. They need to check their list better as this happened in another review here too. Made me nervous so I ended up putting two chairs there so if anyone opened the door the 2 chairs would hit the other side of the wall.

When we first got there the first room we saw smelled like urine the so-called breakfast was cereal and bread The photos did not depict the true story of the hotel at all it was NOT a hotel at very best it was a motel I did not allow my children out of my sight at all I will never pay a head of time again this trip was a complete disappointment

The junkies who yell on the property so loud you can't sleep and little bugs in the juice dispenser and yogurt that was warmer than room temperature i have pics

Floors were filthy socks were dirt after minutes. Friends room had bed bugs. When they complained the staff didn’t seem shocked just said the could have the n cut free room. First night cops meter banging on a door ended up breaking it down

It was a convenient location but there seemed to be some bugs in the bed which made it difficult for my wife.

Would never stay here again. After I checked in I spilled a little bit of water on the floor in front of the fridge. I used a hand towel from the bathroom to wipe it up, when I lifted the towel it was literally black. We then wouldn’t take our shoes off until we got in bed. The tub/shower was full of mold. I told the lady at the desk when I was checking out and she never said a word just that she was sorry.

My motel of choice when visiting Moncton

I always stay at thrift lodge when I go to moncton.. for 20 years it's gone from the beacon light motel to hojos etc etc to thrift lodge .. no matter who owned (owns) it I've been staying there faithfully for 20+ years now and it's always been a great place too stay

Hated stay so much. Had a male staff member enter our room at 9pm via his card pass when we got up myself and another female friend he backed out of room saying sorry. Unreal First room was so dirty and the smell of bleach nasty. Requested another room and it wasn’t much better. Never again

The staff at as incredibly rude and disrespectful. Ended up with bed bug bites all over my body.

Arrived for 2 nights walked into our room there were cleaning supplies all over the bathroom, dirty towels, went to wipe down the table the facecloth I used was dark brown with just using water will not be staying here again

The rooms and entire establishment was dirty and falling apart. Seemed to me like no one was interested in cleaning or maintaining the hotel. Our room was gross. The bathtub had clearly not been cleaned in a while. I was actually able to rub the dirt off with my finger. The pool was cold and also dirty. The walls had holes and doors and door frames throughout the hotel appeared they have not been cleaned in a very long time

This place was very dirty and the door couldn't lock properly. The door was loose and there was a plug plate cracked with a 3 1/2 yr old in the room. None of us wanted to stay there and we went to a different hotel in the area
