The Westin is in walking distance to all of your local clubs and bars!
Location to sites and restaurants were very close or within walking distance I would recommend this hotel.
my family had a relaxing stay at the westin. it's centrally located, easy walking to several sites and near rittenhouse square with great restaurant options and shopping. the hotel was warm and comfortable. our room was a good size for me, my husband and son. the staff was responsive to our requests.
When we arrived to our room, it was disgusting. Pubic hair in the shower and tub, black stuff all over the shower wall. Counter tops weren’t wiped down. Towels smelled like nasty mildew. Breakfast buffet is over priced, $34 for one person.
Superb
Staff was great. Valets were on it. Bell kids / valets were so helpful with luggage and bell cart full of dogs crates def would stay again.
Great stay. Hotel is conveniently located, clean, and of course rooms are comfort And spacious and have the most comfortable beds! Would definitely recommend and will be my hotel of choice the next time I am in Philly.
The kindness of the front desk clerk Anthony, he was very kind and made sure both me and my boyfriend were welcome to the Westin , I’ve never had such a good experience and would definitely come back!
I think everything was Great! The only thing I would add would be sturdier toilette paper and a box of tissue in the rooms.
Greatest Birthday over night trip!
From valet to check in to the stay, we had a ball! it was great!
Amazing staff , amazing room close to everything , dinner , shopping . Highly highly rexommend .
Love this property, 2nd time staying there and they always take good care of us!!
Beautiful renovation and comfy bed!!
Great
No options for food or drinks either in the lobby or room service after 11pm. Arrived late and everything around it was closed and they had no options. Disappointing for a $350/night hotel.
Beautifully decorated deco hotel and rooms with great service. Only complaint is exorbitant parking fees so we found a close lot and saved half.
Nice downtown hotel
Great hotel except some of the staffers were rude. I asked the front desk for a first aid kit as I needed a band aid, and she said the hotel did not have one. She didn’t even bother to check. So disappointing
Mediocre for the cost!
I stayed at the Westin from Friday to Saturday, and overall, the experience was disappointing. When I arrived, there wasn’t much staff available, and when I inquired about valet parking, they informed me that they couldn’t charge my car while it was in valet, so I had to park myself. The layout of the hotel was confusing—you need to take one elevator to reach the lobby and then another set of elevators to access the rooms, which was frustrating. The front desk staff were snappy and rude, often not understanding basic questions. While the room itself was nice, one of the provided water bottles had already been used, and there was no closet or ironing board, which I found odd. I requested extra towels for the next morning, but they took a long time to arrive. Additionally, when I asked for a late checkout, my request was rudely declined. Overall, while the hotel itself was nice, the service and experience didn’t live up to the cost.
Valet cannot drive every type of car
Our stay started off with a negative feeling when valet informed us that not one person knew how to drive a stick shift. We were more than willing to pay for the service, as we did not want to drag heavy luggage through the parking garage, then through the mall area, and lastly through the hotel lobby. Once we arrived at the front desk, we wait patiently for our turn until a teenager cut us in the line and the front desk lady helped him without acknowledging our presence. After waiting AGAIN, this time not so patiently, I told her that was rude of her and the patron and she could have handled that differently. This all happened within our first 30 minutes at the hotel. It put a damper on our stay and we will not be returning.
Philadelphia
Great place convient to tourest areas on foot
Newly renovated, clean, great service
Not clean
Staff were great. We arrived very early and they checked us in. Had a terrible experience the previous night at another “hotel.”
Dining options were plenty and the hotel is located in a walkable area with a mall and other retail stores. Check in was fast and the room was clean. I had accidentally booked a double and they were able to get me a king sized bed right away. Great service.
Very clean, friendly and convenient!!
A great hotel in a great location in Philly (near Rittenhouse Square). Our room was immaculate with a comfortable bed and quiet AC. The bathroom was also very clean with a great shower and nice products. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, both at the front desk and in the bar/restaurant. We were very pleased with our stay at this Westin property.
I stay in Philadelphia often because my daughter attends college there. I loved staying at the Westin! I stayed at several other hotels in the Rittenhouse area, and the Westin is my favorite!
Great Weekend
My stay at The Westin was great. I only have one complaint and that is there was no refrigerator in the room. Everything else was to my liking.
Amazing!
The am immensely grateful to the entire team during my stay at The Westin Philadelphia Hotel. Wonderful location, excellent accommodations and outstanding guest services!
Excellent
Location
Shawn, the Desk Clerk, was fabulous! He ensured that all my needs were met.
We enjoyed our stay
Good Location. Nice environment and area. Lots of restaurants. Parking on the high side.
Very nice
Our experience was great!
Very Good
Very Good
The hotel was perfect for our needs. Good location, personable staff and clean.
Great Service!
After a long night a travel, we arrived early and we wanted to check our bags in to hotel so we could go explore. Sabrina at the desk was so nice and said we could actually check in to our room! We couldn’t believe it, and it was so kind. Other than her kind gesture, the entire staff was very friendly. We will definitely stay again.
great place to stay, it was very clean and quiet
The Westin Philadelphia is in a classic old building that has been well kept & updated. It is very comfortable.
Love this hotel!! Great location for food and shopping, secure, and the staff were the best part of the experience!
Very few dining options available
Our go to when in Philly!
.
Restaurant is not good
I enjoyed my stay. Staff was very friendly, room was nice, spacious and clean. Will definitely visit again!!

Amazing Stay!
Enjoyed the early check in and the kindness informative staff
Beware! The room you book may not be what you get!
Had to book last minute after a cancelled flight. Booked a room with 2 queen beds at 10pm. Arrived at 1am, was told they had been sold out of 2 bed rooms for at least a week and all they had was a king bed with a pullout couch. For our family of 4 (2 teenagers). If the only room available at the time of booking was a king room, we would have booked at another hotel. I chatted with hotels.com customer service and they were not at all helpful. They tried to blame us for arriving late even though hotel staff said they hadn’t had double rooms available for at least a week. We won’t book through hotels.com again as we can’t trust their listings or their customer service.
The way it’s connected to the shops it’s convenient!
Good.
Love this parking
The hotel was in a great location, near Rittenhouse Square. The staff, especially the valets who helped with parking and luggage, were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet. I would stay there again.
Nice stay! Will return
Great experience
Very conveniently located. Room is clean. Staff are friendly. Highly recommened
Beautiful clean rooms.
We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at the property. We hope to return to Westin Philadelphia again.
Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Rocky
Very nice stay would stay there again
Boa
O quarto era para 3 e nao havia duas camas . O sofa cama era extremamente desconfortável . Se for para duas pessoas ok . A cama e quarto são confortáveis. Banheiro bom tamanho . Sem amenidades, o que é inaceitável para um hotel 4 estrelas .
excellent hotel
All around 5 stars- will definitely be back
Well-located hotel near Rittenhouse Park with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Large rooms with rather quiet air conditioning and comfy beds although pillows are synthetic and a bit bulky. Great staff always ready to help. Bathrooms are equiped with walk-in showers and good towels. Amenities in bathrooms are minimal, no shower cap, mending kit, cotton swabs, etc…
Nice, spacious room in good condition.
Wonderful Stay
My entire stay was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice. The hotel was clean is located in the prefect area for shopping and leisure
The stay was excellent other than mixed messaging around breakfast. The reservation stated the possibility to get breakfast for 2 for 10$ each but once we arrived that was not an option, anyways not a huge deal. The staff did sound condescending in answering our questions about breakfast as if it’s an absurd thing to ask lol.
Towels with stains, low light in room, thin walls
Very low lighting in room. Bathroom dirty. Towels with stains. Thin walls, can heart clear conversations from other rooms. Will not stay again. Front desk was nice
The staff was amazing, helpful and courteous. Everyone we encountered was fabulous!
My favorite
I stay in Philly every other weekend the Westin is my favorite. Rooms are well done . Building is beautiful and it’s chill
Good Stay, but not the Westin im used to.
When we arrived the bathroom wasn't clean. However they switched my room immediately and apologized. also i left an item in the room. It took about 2 days for them to get back to me, however my package was shipped to me once i filled out a form. It cost about $50 for the item to be returned.
Very good place for business travel - clean, comfortable and convenient
Denise the hotel manager was friendly and helpdul
Nice hotel not so much front desk staff
Poor customer arriving at check in. Gave us wrong room with wrong keys. Had to come back to lock twice to get it resolved. This was also after a long drive up. Front desk gentleman was spaced out and couldnt care less
.
Would recommend and stay again.
Everything great but the bed was way too hard. Never had such a rough night.
The staff were so helpful and friendly.
Everything was excellent. The only problem I had was that there were no directions on how to turn the lights on and off (especially the lights behind the beds) and there were no directions on how to adjust the thermostat. The room was very warm. Somehow, after pushing several buttons several times, I got cool air blowing during the night. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Congratulations for a job well done.
Weekend getaway
Great weekend getaway. The only few things i have to suggest are: 1. Vending machines, we got back to the room at 11pm and we wanted a soda and a snack. Had to order uber eats. 2. Or if no vending machines then maybe add some snack choices to the 24 hr room service menu. I didnt want a turkey sandwich, i wanted something sweet like chocolate. 3. Also the coffee/tea bar, maybe offer it later. I would have loved a cup of coffee upon returning after a long day. Local coffee shops were closed, the little keurig in the room just didnt cut it. Breakfast at Lea was delicious!!! Dinner was okay, the steak wasnt amazing, it was just okay. Servers at lea were very nice!! The beds were awesome, very comfortable. Valet parking was very nice!!
Stayed one night at Westin while visiting my daughter who live in Philly. Wonderful hotel, great location, comfortable bed, great breakfast, courteous and professional staff. Overnight parking right next to entrance. Would definitely stay here again.
Could be better
The hotel shares its parking garage with a mall. If you self park, you enter the mall and find an unimpressive sligthly hidden entrance to the hotel which was a put off. The check in was quick and our room was OK but there was a small amount of black mold in the grout where the shower wall meets the tub. The faucets for the shower leaked and should be replaced. The bathroom was otherwise spacious and clean as was the room with a very comfortable bed. The wifi was sloooooow, inexcusable today. The breakfast we took was excellent and paid for with our room which was a bargain. I thought overnight parking at $50 was a bit on the high side. So a mixed review. The neighborhood appeared safe and is close to Rittenhouse Square.
Very spacious room and clean. Front desk great and polite
The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. My room was very quiet, safe and extremely comfortable. My room came was a complimentary breakfast which was fresh and quite delicious. Would definitely stay here again!
Great staff and location.
Beautiful and mindful service! So clean!! Enjoyed!
the rooms are very nice and updated, the hotel is great!
Great place to stay.
Great service from very friendly and helpful staff. I’d absolutely recommend staying here. The location is near tons of restaurants and shopping.
Attached to a mall which was very convenient. very clean and comfortable bed. room was clean.
Nice hotel but lots of minor issues
The hotel was in a good location. The lobby was beautiful. Unfortunately thats where the issues start. I purposely researched a room that would have 2 beds and a couch. I looked at all the options and chose this hotel because the queen rooms pictured a couch. When checking in I was asked what type of room I wanted which I found to be an odd question since I had already selected the room i wanted. My response was a queen room with a couch. When we got to the room no couch. There was also no body wash. Had to call for that to be replaced. I also booked the room for the people and they stocked our room with 2 towels. Why do i need to fill out 1 million questions online if you are not going to use that information to set my room up? Also when we got in we were hungry and went to the hotel restaurant. It cost us over $40 for a small pizza and a Caesar salad. Overall it wasn't the worst experience but for what we paid it was disappointing at best.
Great room and friendly staff
I would definitely stay at this hotel again
nice place
Parking is terrible Stopped able at the sink doesn’t work
Our stay there was amazing. We were close to everything. The staff was very helpful and the ambience was top-notch. Thank you so much for the experience.
