We booked a room that was newly remodeled and they gave us an old one. Put us away from the prestige package we were supposed to have. Didn’t use it because we were ttoo far away. Charge us everyday for resort fees! Not happy at all with this trip!
Luxurious suite for a vacation weekend
The Venetian resort is lovely and enormous. Our room was a suite with a view of the sphere. The room was luxurious and designed to let us sleep late (excellent blackout curtains). Room service required 60-90 minutes, and the rooms don’t have coffee machines. Many cafes in the resort have coffee though. I absolutely loved the Canyon Ranch spa
Great view of the Sphere. Inside walkway from Venetian to Sphere.
Nice area and a beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel
Personnel were all friendly and helpful.
I stay at the Venetian every single time I visit Las Vegas. It’s clean, easy to get around, smells INCREDIBLE and is right on the strip. Great restaurants inside as well. Love CHICA!
Well managed property. Most restaurants were below expectataions
We stayed at the Venetian to attend the Eagles Concert @ The Sphere. It was an easy walk there. Enjoyed the spacious lovely suite with a large tub. All electric remote controls for drapes and lighting. Security personnel for room access. Tons of shopping and great dining. Check in was fast using precheck before arrival. Uber pickup/dropoff was convenient and easy to find.
.
Excellent
Wonderful stay! Will be back
Very nice . Would be convenient if fridge would allow you to store food. Beverage credit misleading - only good at two bars
The girl who checked us in was very helpful in getting us into a room we wanted, but the check-in desk area is very loud and noisy. It was hard to hear her. She also tried to sell us extra packages.
The bed sheets had bugs and room was not clean for paying almost $800 was not worth it all.
love
Dated, but good location. Service was average bc they were out of pillows, blankets, etc.
Enjoyed out stay
We enjoyed staying here. Had a great view of the Sphere
Very nice, spacious and overall good experience.
Very beautiful and well kept property. We came to Vegas this time around to elope and enjoyed everything the Venetian had to offer. We eloped at another location but dined and gambled at the casino. Our king suit had an amazing view of the Sphere. The suit was clean and well kept. The casino was vibrant and had a constant flow of good energy. The dealers working the crap tables were very friendly and created a good vibe. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.
Staff very friendly and helpful. Available club for snacks and pop of breakfasts
Nothing to complain. The best place ever
Very nice hotel.
We got exactly what we were looking for--a calming and serene getaway in a beautiful location with nice staff
Amazing
Just simply a beautiful hotel. Every employee helpful.
The stay itself was exellent, they did not honor Expedia VIP.
Not good
3rd stay will be back!
A great space with excellent sized rooms. Other than the occasional smell of smoke wafting up from the main floor, the space was excellent and we would be back.
Very nice and clean
Pretty good room.
If you travel as a family or with children, Venetian is an excellent choice for your stay. The hotel is super clean and spacious
Was very nice
.
Stayed here before, loved it. Stayed here again. Love it even more
Great location for sister trip!
The Venetian was a wonderful choice for our sister trip with a room big enough for the three of us to have a space to sit around and talk after a busy day and then sleep comfortably in a shared room.
The Fabulous Venetian...WONDERFUL
Check-in was SUPER fast. Room is absolutely wonderful. Amazingly clean. Everyone here is so professional and courteous to us guests
Proximity to the sphere concert easy walk
The Venetian was awesome with just about everything impeccably clean. The room, before the renovation of all the rooms this year, was also clean and comfortable with nice touches throughout. What I did have a problem with was in the casino. I had a problem with a slot machine which took my rewards card (via my error). I contacted the online service request via the machine and then waited for over 30 minutes and received no help. I had to flag down a worker that seemingly had the knowledge and key to retrieve my card.
Ezequiel..if im not miss spelling his name has great customer skill service..In my years staying in Las Vegas did I ever get service like he gave me on the counter answering all my questions above and beyond
Things were bit dusty. some towels (could be hand towels) were dusty enough to give allergies
Ideal hotel with great restaurants and perfect location.
Shops and Restaurants
Beautiful design. The Sphere view from our window
Lovely facilities, room, pools, etc but not a 5 star service experience, especially if staying with a child (which I know is not the norm). No one helped us with luggage at check in. Must take the long walk (10 minutes from room to lobby) downstairs to retrieve items or get a luggage cart for check out which are hard to come by. No coffee maker in the room.
The hotel is beautiful and the staff will literally treat you like royalty! Best customer service I've ever experienced at a hotel!
My family and I loved our stay at the Venetian. We just scheduled a return trip in the summer. My wife and kids don't want to stay anywhere else now in Vegas. SO many options for restaurants! The suites are huge. Can't wait to come back!
Top 5 Hotels On The Strip!
Everything was perfect from the drive into Valet parking up until driving out of the Valet parking after our 2 night stay. It was my mom’s birthday and the staff did EVERYTHING to make sure she had the best time. I love the hotel so much I can’t wait to come back and bring the entire family. Blanca at the front desk was so nice and made us feel right at home. Give her a raise or promotion or both. She’s amazing. Thank you guys for taking care of us, we’ll see you next month for my sisters birthday!
The Venetian is an extremely beautiful hotel with a wide variety of restaurants on site shopping and other attractions. We loved our stay except for one key feature. The lighting in the hotel rooms is deplorable. One can hardly see even in the bathroom to apply make up and it is difficult to find anything in the room at night, even with all the lights on as the lights are meant for mood lighting, not for actually seeing anything. I had to move a mirror to the outside window in order to put make up on and not look like a clown despite a make up mirror provided in the bathroom, as the lighting for this too, was inadequate.
Venetian is clean and roomy
The Venetian is always a great stay. The rooms are clean and massive. I did not have a view although I did reserve one though.
Our favorite stay in Vegas
Venetian Amazing.
Love the Venetian resort. Rooms are always very nice and the hotel is loaded with great restaurants and things to do. The Casino is a bit pricey and some low limit tables would be nice but it's a higher end casino. The new poker room is amazing. Ate at Cut and loved the food and service once again. Grimaldi's was unfortunately "stoking" and we missed out there but ate at Rockhouse for the first time and it was enjoyable. We will definitely come to stay again.
Great location.
Very clean hotel will be staying again
Clean
Loved it
Friend front desk. Easy check-in and check-out. Love the window view of Sphere.
This hotel service is not great as before. We had a terrible experience.
The Venetian was a very nice place to stay. Our room was clean and quiet. The property is huge and has a lot to offer. The location was great.
The Venetian was terrific. there was 4 of us traveling and we all enjoyed our stay! Overall a very great stay...
like the casino, 2 deck blkjack, sports book is clean and friendly. enjoy the food court for eating convience. room was nice with a great view
Love you can walk to the sphere.
The property is beautiful and the restaurant choices are the best.
The facilities, amenities, and location are very good.
Had everything we needed and staff was helpful
The room was amazing. Being able to walk around and see everything.
The property is nice and there is so much to do. We loved our view to the sphere.
Birthday Shenanigans
Our stay was amazing. Our room was very spacious. Our only complaint was that the lighting was terrible for getting ready. We also had issues with poor phone service and WiFi in our suite.
Excellent stay. Wonderful experience. Top tier service
A place where people go to loose their health and
The whole place smells of cigarettes, and service is quite poor. A place where people go to loose their health and wealth.
Great except for room cleaning services.
Our room was not cleaned until 6 pm one night out of four. So late that we ask for towels and no other cleaning. Another night the bed was poorly made. Sheets not secured at the foot of the bed ( made for uncomfortable sleeping.
The check in was unspectacular; the woman was a letdown to be honest. The checkout was a disappointment - the "resort fee" of $70 is apparently to cover wifi and the fitness center. It is 2025 - are we really still paying for wifi in this era? I would stay again but it will not be my first choice next time.
Excellent experience at one of Vegas’s best resorts. Only feedback: The incoming Bazaar Meats will add a big cornerstone restaurant, consider more creative shops with an experiences, more food, and more cutting edge tech, as opposed to Jewelry and Art.
Great room, restaurant not so good
Room was great. Check in and out with kiosk was super easy. The restaurant Grand Lux Cafe was not so good. Service was bad, tables crammed together. Food was just ok, nothing special. Lousy beer selection.
large comfortable room and mostly bathroom. dirty with no in room coffee machine or at least hot water possibility
Everything was absolutely perfect except the bed linen smelled like it wasn’t changed after the person before us
great location and great room design
If you are going to The Sphere, The Venetian is a great place to stay and easily walkable to the venue through a convention center, you don’t even go outside. Also, Venetian restaurants have delicious food, check out the daily happy hour specials & brunch & lunch menus for cheaper options. The one thing that was a little bothersome was the smoking in the big casino area, but if you like slots, you can find a quieter corner that is pretty much smoke free. Would definitely go back and stay again!
The worst receptionist we’ve ever come across. Left a bad taste right off the bat. Barely any room amenities. Most restaurants on the property had substandard over expensive food. Drinks were good. Room was fine with sphere view.
Good property’s
Great property
Parking
Beautiful rooms!
We had a sphere room which was fun. And having a suite is nice because you could hang out without having to feel like you were in a hotel room. Convenient to a lot of attractions. Would definitely stay again.
Watch your charges.
The room and hotel were great. However upon check out I was double charged for the resort fee and parking. As I tried to explain the the very rude gentleman he would not listen. I was getting frustrated and he said it is what it is as if I had no choice. I will dispute it with someone who cares. But one person can ruin your image and desire to go back.
Beautiful and friendly staff
Great property, super clean, a lot of stores and things to do, went with 3 smaller kids.
Clean
The room was outdated and didn’t feel very clean. Not at all worth the amount spent on it.
Nice place
Excellent
A beautiful, quiet property.
I highly recommend the Venetian hotel. We had a wonderful stay with very friendly staff.
Nice Room But Dark
Nice room but dark because are window looked out to a courtyard. I think hotels give those who book though 3rd parties (i.e. Hotels.com) less desirable rooms. 😕
Loved my stay. Room was spacious and very comfortable
It was nice
Underwhelmed
Nice stay, but A little underwhelming. Check in was fast. They had a moble app, we walked up and no one was ahead of us in line. The lady handed us a teeny map and with quickly drawn directions . We wandered around with our luggage guessing where we were going. It would have been nice to have someone lead us through the maze to our elevators ( the place is huge !) Our room was large but identical to the last time i stayed there abous 15 years ago. There was some bodily fluid on the bathroom door and grossed me out. Other than that it seemed clean. The lights were hard to find as were electrical sockets. The bed was comfortable. We had a Sphere view room. This was a waste of extra money. The view was kind of off to the right so you had to sit go the left of the room to even see it. The Sphere only had about 30 min of designs per day and more than half were advertising. So after you see the rotation for the day, it just keeps repeating. Its not as original as i thought it was. We ordered room service. It was ok but not amazing. Cost us $300 bucks which was ridiculous. We also ordered hot tea which took over an hour to come. All in all it was an ok stay. I didn't love it and i didn't hate it. Fairly average.
Very spacious room. Perfect for family vacation.

STAFF DID NOT HELP WITH ANY NEEDS... BEING A VIP PLATINUM MEMBER NO BENEFITS WERE OFFERED.. VERY EXPENSIVE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE ROOM
