Nice Room But Dark
Nice room but dark because are window looked out to a courtyard. I think hotels give those who book though 3rd parties (i.e. Hotels.com) less desirable rooms. 😕
Loved my stay. Room was spacious and very comfortable
It was nice
Underwhelmed
Nice stay, but A little underwhelming. Check in was fast. They had a moble app, we walked up and no one was ahead of us in line. The lady handed us a teeny map and with quickly drawn directions . We wandered around with our luggage guessing where we were going. It would have been nice to have someone lead us through the maze to our elevators ( the place is huge !) Our room was large but identical to the last time i stayed there abous 15 years ago. There was some bodily fluid on the bathroom door and grossed me out. Other than that it seemed clean. The lights were hard to find as were electrical sockets. The bed was comfortable. We had a Sphere view room. This was a waste of extra money. The view was kind of off to the right so you had to sit go the left of the room to even see it. The Sphere only had about 30 min of designs per day and more than half were advertising. So after you see the rotation for the day, it just keeps repeating. Its not as original as i thought it was. We ordered room service. It was ok but not amazing. Cost us $300 bucks which was ridiculous. We also ordered hot tea which took over an hour to come. All in all it was an ok stay. I didn't love it and i didn't hate it. Fairly average.
Very spacious room. Perfect for family vacation.
It was beautiful
Centrally located with nice collection of restaurants, attentive staff, and well kept rooms.
Nice property
It was gorgeous
Our room was absolutely breath taking. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was the largest I have seen in places we have stayed. We will definetly stay again on pur next trip.
Great room size and quality
Venetian South Tower
The room was SO DARK! Probably the worst lighting ever! It was also far away! Ten minutes and TWO elevators! WOULD NOT STAY IN THE SOUTH TOWER!
Great
Venetian was great, but time for some upgrading to the rooms for their price.
Lisa was out desk person for check-in and was amazing to work with. There is so much to see, and the shop area is huge. Didn't like the constant salespeople in the shop area.
Beautiful property.
Beautiful
Excellent hotel! Loved our stay!
Great
Average hotel, not up to the standard I was expecting
Poor management during contraction in upper floors
We purchased an upgrade to a higher floor and the lounge access for $170. When we got to the room, they were using a jackhammer in the room above and we literally could not hear each other talk. We called down and they said it should quiet down shortly and that they would remove the resort fee for the inconvenience.our final bill has the resort fee and now I have to deal with getting it removed. The noise got worse and we called again to be moved, now we were in the 20th floor but no discount on the “upgrade to a higher floor”. They told us to take our existing keys and go to the new room and use them there. The new room was in a different tower at the end of a long walkway. The keys did not work. We used the hallway phone and waited 15 mins for help, finally the had my husband meet a manager back in the original room he was told they would be right up, he waited about 20mins before someone finally arrived. It’s a shame that the customer service and management are so inept. Because it’s a beautiful hotel and the rooms are great, with sofas and chairs, two TVs and just very comfortable.
Excellent
It’s the Venetian, you’re in for a stay
VERY NICE
All good.
The room was incredible! The only place to stay if you are going to the Sphere!!!
Great experience, ll stay again.
Great
Always a great hotel !!
The Venetian is always a great choice when staying in Vegas!!
Very clean. Service is excellent. Safety is high. Great selection of outstanding restaurants.
The Venetian is my favorite hotel! My bday trip was amazing, Usher literally skated through the hotel and they opened a roller rink!
Stayed at the Venetian and was able to walk through the hotel/casino to see the Eagles perform at the Sphere. Incredible! Loved the food and convenience of the Cafe Luxe located in the hotel. Great room, fantastic staff. Loved the Oxygen Bar where the shops were located. Love love this hotel ♥️
Great location, so clean, friendly staff, so much to do!
Perfect experience
Is really contradictory that such quality property and rooms have really uncomfortable pillows. Mattress good but the two pillows one too tall and hard while the other too soft that gets flats.
.
We payed a premium price for a premium service that was not rendered. Our room had no service for two days so trash was overflowing. We had a musty smoky smell in our room and the corridor was full of ciggarette smoke it was disgusting. We enjoyed the restaurants but overall it is comically outdated.
Fantastic!!
This place was amazing! Not only was it beautiful, the people were always helpful and sweet! Never had such a wonderful experience at a hotel before. Thank you! Oh and the food, omg! Wow so yummy!!
This is our favorite property in Las Vegas. Our room was upgraded but not ready when we arrived. Our room did need some renovating, such as my nightstand drawer kept falling out and only one person could control the lights over the bed and on the nightstand. The table in our room had leftover food under it from a previous guest. We requested 2 more pillows and were told that they were out of pillows?? We requested again the next day and were told the same thing but shortly after that a staff member was at the door with pillows. The gym was under renovation so lots of the equipment area was covered with plastic. They were remodeling rooms above ours so we could hear them working and occasionally the lights would flicker on and off. It was bearable until the last day when the drilling was so loud we called the front desk and finally my husband went down to speak to a manager. They offered to move us to a different room but we were leaving the next morning so declined. They did take off our incidentals and 2 of our hotel amenities. There was no mentioned of any remodeling being done at the hotel so we would have possibly stayed at a different hotel if we had know. It would be great if they had refillable water stations around the hotel if they were truly trying to be eco friendly also.
We liked the friendly staff and the cleanliness. The air control in the suite was bad. We were aware of smoking in our suite.
Almost Perfect
We had a very nice room. It would have been great except there was no view of the Strip, which I paid for. There was also no bath gel in the shower, 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner. The tissue box was almost empty and we ran out. There was not an extra box available in the room. I also ordered in room dining for us and it was very nice. I asked for a pot of coffee with Splenda and cream and didn't get the cream or milk. I paid over $140. for pancakes, bagel and lox, OJ, coffee and hot chocolate so everything should have been there. The lady who brought the breakfast and set it up was extremely nice.
Enjoyable!
Trip was amazing!! Some things too expensive but otherwise great accomadtions.
.
Always like the Venetian. The room I was in was super nice but just starting to show its age. That’s why I gave it 4 out 5 stars. I wish they had more blackjack tables at lower price say 15 dollars. Great location to to walk to other hotels. Easy to get to Uber on floor 2.
We had a great time at a great casino
Amazing place
Very luxurious suites.
We had an amazing stay. Beautiful property, super nice staff, and great rooms. In-suite dining was amazing too. Definitely recommend.
.
Passport fiasco
Hotel front desk called middle of stay multiple times from different associates to ask to gain entry to room while we were away for a prior guests passport. This was not only convenient but our privacy was compromised. They did not make the situation seem of a luxury experience. Wouldn’t book again
easy and good location… no coffee maker
Clean and Spacious Room!
Family and I come to Vegas once a year on average for a concert and vacation. We have stayed all over Vegas but never at Venetian. Now that we have stayed here I’m not sure if we will stay anyplace else next time. The room was HUGE and spacious enough for 5 people on this trip. Separate step down living room and tv was a bonus. Housekeeping was on point and came to clean our room and being fresh towels every day. It was such a fun hotel and very clean and orderly.
Great property. Nice location. Close to everything.
Paid an upgrade for a city view room in Vegas. Got a view of the pools and freeway instead. Rooms were clean and comfortable although there was a gurgling plumbing problem with the sinks. Very convenient for events at the Sphere and ground transportation very accessible
The suite for the price was good the telephone battery was dead the shade for the window had issues. The service is always top notch gense why not below a 4.
Love the property and customer service !
Room with a view of the strip really didn't have a nice view of strip at all
Ok
It was fine
Absolutely such an amazing resort! Restaurants, shopping, and a beautiful resort overall! Wonderful stay and great access to the Sphere. Loved it! Will definitely be back!
Positives: The staff was responsive, friendly and helpful. The staff always provided helpful information when we had a question. Mobile check in and out was convenient. The room was OK. Negatives: No room upgrade was provided. When we arrived, we discovered the toilet had blood stain on the outside. We called the staff to clean it. No appologies or compensation offered. We then discovered the room had no cups! No cup at all! We've never stayed at a hotel that you cannot find a cup, for drinking water and so on. And the room was almost $400/night (including tax, resort fees, parking ,etc).
Body towels are too small. Hotel guests should have a flat rate for daily parking, include in and out privileges.
Terrific rooms but fairly pricey. Waited several hours for check in. Stated room was ready but not yet cleaned. Requested a room with a view of the Sphere but that didn’t happen.
Very convenient
This was our last stop of our 7 day trip. Excellent choice of hotel in Vegas. The room was spacious, suite style, great bathrooms and luxury bedding. Would definitely stay here again.
The best hotel I have ever been to. First class all the way
The Venetian was beautiful
The decor is old Italian, so not the modern look you might find elsewhere. The rooms were great and large. They don't have coffee pots for the rooms, so you need to order coffee from room service or go out for coffee. Overall, the hotel and staff were outstanding.
Beautiful
Drinks are expensive.
I recently stayed at The Venetian and, unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations set by the hotel’s reputation. While the room itself had been remodeled and looked visually appealing, it was full of dust—not visibly, but enough to cause irritation and leave my nostrils feeling clogged. It was evident that the cleanliness wasn’t up to par. The bathroom towels were surprisingly substandard, more akin to what you’d expect in a budget hotel rather than a luxury property. Additionally, the water pressure was very low, making showers far from enjoyable. It also took an unusually long time to get through to someone on the phone for assistance, which was frustrating and disappointing given the price point of this hotel. The most unacceptable part of the stay was that my room wasn’t cleaned one day at all. For a hotel of this caliber, these issues collectively reflect a lack of attention to detail and service. While the location and amenities of The Venetian are attractive, the poor execution of basic hospitality standards left a sour impression. I hope they address these shortcomings in the future.
First time staying at the hotel will come back
Loved it
Favorite hotel
Excellent clean rooms and hotel. Security is great. Staff is nice.
Disappointing Stay We paid over $$$$ for 3-4 nights at The Venetian, but our suite was dirty upon arrival, and one of the TVs wasn't working. For the price, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Very disappointing overall.
Our stay was great, staff was very nice and understanding. Room was a little dirty and dusty when we arrived unfortunately. Gym was not available and under construction the days we stayed which was a bummer but overall would stay here again!
very clean and service was good
Loved room! We had a suite and it was so nice and comfortable. We had a great view of the Sphere which was so entertaining.
A beautiful hotel and casino. There was so much to do and see inside The Venetian and surrounding property, we really didn't have much time to explore rest of the Las Vegas strip.
Rooms are excellent for groups. Staff so helpful. Generous with alcohol and food was top notch!
The Venetian is a great place to stay, however I would warn you about a $56 "resort fee. I feel this is bait and switch, they should include this in the overall pricing. Also, in Jan, what "resort" aspect are you enjoying? Costs are much higher than I expected, with simple meals, such as a burger, costing $20 . I think breakfast for 2 was around $65. Cab from the airport was about $45.
Label the spa!
I stayed one night, upon arrival I had a spa appointment. The spa is under construction or something, and not well marked. No employees of the Venetian knew where the spa was or how to help me find it. It was 30 minutes of looking around, stressing I’d miss my appointment, before I found someone that took the time to help me. The food I ordered for my one meal there was mediocre. The room was nice, and it served it’s purpose
The service is very good.
The hotel was lovely, really good all rounder.. only thing we wouldve changed was to be further down the strip, venetian is at the top end and seemed a bit out of the way now Mirage etc closed
Good
The Venetian did not disappoint!! I beautiful property and great customer service! Highly recommend this resort!
The overall reception, service, and atmosphere was immaculate. The room was modern and spacious, will be back!
The hotel is beautiful. It really looks like it belongs in Italy. The one thing I didn’t like was the resorts fee of $50.00 a day. The resorts fee is a money grab ripoff.
Access to Sphere
Our room was really nice, all the stuff was very friendly. And there’s so much to do you never even really need to leave the immediate area.
Everything was amazing will definitely return
Excellent resort
Loved the property, look forward to staying there again.
It was nice and clean.
Great!
It lived up to every great thing you can think of!!!
South Tower room is very long walk, and two elevators from lobby. Every visit to the room is a marathon.
We stayed for 3 nights, the first was okay but 5am the second day construction started right above is with jack hammers and saws that carried on for the entire weekend. There was no warning upon check in of this and the onky consession that was made was waiving a few nights of resort fees. Will never stay here of recommend anyone to stay here again awful experience.
NA
I love the remodeled rooms.
