Staff are friendly and very helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. They gave us a lift in the hotel car to the local shops to buy provisions that we needed after the airline lost our luggage. They were so kind. We only had a 1 night stopover but I would definitely stay here again for longer.

This resort was everything we hoped for, quiet, large comfortable and clean rooms with a lovely beachfront location. All the staff from gardeners and cleaners to reception and the lovely restaurant team were genuinely very friendly, helpful and efficient, anticipating our every need. Food was delicious and served with great care and Thai charm. The sunsets over the sea are straight from Hollywood. Our only slight disappointment was the lack of any English language TV channels. We would not hesitate to recommend this charming resort to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful area of Samui.

Beautiful location, fantastic Mai-Tai's, most of the staff were great!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and kept very clean. Food at the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. The hotel is away from the busier areas and is ideal for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing break. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful resort

Hotel was lovely. Staff amazing and could not do enough for us. The only down side was the beach. The sand was black and bog like in places when the tide went out

I chose the resort deliberately as I wanted to stay somewhere quiet by the beach. The room was cleaned daily, the paintwork and walls could do with a bit of tidying up, and the shower needs modernising but all in all I liked the accommodation. As there are only 8 bungalows there isn’t a mad rush for sunloungers or any of the other stuff bag happens at larger hotels. The staff were very helpful, although sometimes due to the language barrier I had some frustrating conversations about the WiFi going down ( they kept trying to give me the password instead of looking at the modem). The food and treatments are more expensive, it’s a resort so that’s to be expected. There is a 7 eleven at the corner of the main road if you need to stock up on supplies. I used the transfer service a few times to the neaby town but soon realised if I walked to the main road I could get a taxi cheaper each way. If you are looking for a nice quiet resort I would highly recommend, perhaps hire a car or moped to get out and about. It’s rougly 40 mins from the airport so also worth booking your own transfer ( not via the resort as they massively overcharge)

Excellent, relaxing, quiet location, great staff

From the minute I arrived to the minute I left I was made to feel extra special, cold towel, juice on arrival, great, the staff make this place the experience of a lifetime, along with the quiet location and wonderful outlook and vicinity to the beach. Thank you Jan and the staff for a special week to celebrate a birthday where nothing was too much effort, or trouble and everything was done with a smile, even from the special furry staff who really take their role of security and just being there so serious. I will be back to experience more of the same in the not too distant future, an excellent find, shame we have to share our enjoyable experiences with others as I want it all too myself :)

Quiet Resort, Amazing staff

The staff and grounds of the Siam Residence were AMAZING. This is a very quiet part of Koh Samui and not in the middle of it all, which is exactly what we wanted. This small 8-villa resort had a restaurant, pool, and beach or room massages. The beach is not super swimmable though some people went out. They have kayaks and a SUP to use for free. Though the massages are more expensive than finding a street vendor (as expected), it was in a glass enclosure on the beach and offered a beautiful ambience. Our room also came with a massage table if we wanted one in our room. The staff had us memorized from our first drink order. They also gave out a local cell phone so that way you could reach the hotel or the manager in the event of an emergency which we did experience. My boyfriend and I unfortunately had a small accident on one of their scooters they rented us and had to go to the local hospital. They sent a car to pick us up from the location (and got the scooter towed), accompanied us to the hospital, assisted greatly in translating, paid our medical bill (which we paid later on our hotel bill) and drove us back. I cannot say how their kindness and professionalism helped to calm us and make us feel ok. I would totally recommend this resort.

Lovely place

If you want a beautiful place to chill look no further, only downside was thebeach was very shallow for half the day but plenty of room for everyone. DO IT YOU WILL BE PLEASED IF YOU WANT A FEW CHILL DAYS

Fantastic service and Thai food

We had booked 4 rooms here and 3 rooms next door at Viva Vacation, to join a friend's birthday weekend in Samui. Must be same ownership as the rooms are almost identical. Two major differences - food and service. We absolutely won at Siam Residence! Staff were exceptional in looking after your needs, even anticipating them. Need your bill split between 2 rooms? No problem, they had already guessed so and done it just in case! We had to run from the beach area in a sudden thunderstorm without signing for drinks. No problem, can sign later. The team were superb, especially Kookkai. The food is excellent. My compliments to the chef, who I learned has been there for many years. Our group was mainly expats who had lived in Thailand for years so know Thai food. We were all delighted and looked forward to lunch at our villa each day. In contrast, we had one dinner at Viva Vacation. It was a disaster. Possibly the worst attempt at a Thai meal ever tasted with cold rubbery seafood. Service was absent minded, slow and clumsy. Traditional music was too loud and annoying with no breaks (which the guests needed more than the musicians). Friends staying here came to our villa for lunch in the end. Mark, the GM, was very helpful with transport and empowers his team to succeed. The bed is HUGE and very comfortable -two doubles together into a giant king bed. Thanks team for a great experience.

Best villa in Koh Samui

This is a great, secluded place to stay to relax. Truly a superb resort.

Wonderful boutique resort.

This is a beautiful little resort with only 9 villas. The management and staff are amazing, extremely attentive (but not in your face) and the rooms are simply magnificent. Our villa had 2 bedrooms with the largest beds I have ever seen (and we travel a lot!) 3 showers, 3 toilets and a huge bathroom including massage table. The food and services are extremely good value, often about half of what other resorts charge and the food was delicious, every time. This is perfect for a couple/family getaway for 5-7 days where you just want to 'blob' (in style). The pool is great and the beach is white sand, though this is not the right side of Samui for swimming in the sea. We highly recommedt this resort. The outstanding feature, despite the amazing villas, were the staff who were genuinely friendly and caring. We will be back for sure.

Small, quiet, and personal.

For a small place with only eight cottages, this place gave us an experience one would expect at a much larger hotel. The staff could not do enough for us. The pool was huge and there was never a problem finding a lounge chair there or on the beach. Beach chairs were nice because there are some nice large trees overhead to shield you at the hottest part of the day. The sea was like bath water and my only complaint was that there was no sea life to see there but it seems that that is true throughout Koh Samui. Food at the restaurant was very good, too. We never wanted to eat anywhere else.

Die Bungalows sind sehr geräümig mit mehreren Zimmern und sehr großem Bad, sehr sauber. WLAN war in der ganzen Anlage und im Zimmer kostenfrei verfügbar. Tolle kleine ruhige Anlage mit deutsch sprechenendem Manager der alles möglich gemacht hat. Kleiner privater Strand sauber und sehr erholsam. Das Essen abends im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Das Frühstück konnte man nur nach Karte bestellen und hat einige Wünsche offen gelassen.. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel auf alle Fälle weiter für Urlauber die es ruhig haben wollen. Top

Tolles Hotel ein bisschen abgelegen vom Trubel

Wirklich sehr schönes Hotel mit grossen Suiten. Die Angestellten sind stets freundlich und zuvorkommend! Der Strand ist gepflegt und der Pool ist sauber und gross genug, um darin zu schwimmen. Mit dem Roller ist man in wenigen Minuten in Nathon. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel gehen, wenn wir nochmals nach Samui reisen! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten

Nach der Begrüßung ging es in den geräumigen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Gartenbungalow. Sauberkeit und Qualität lassen nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und das durchweg freundliche Personal strahlt Lebensfreude und Spaß am Service aus. Die Menschen in diesem Ressort machen ihren Job gut und gerne. Der Pool ist groß und liegt wunderbar inmitten von Bungalows, Bäumen und Palmen. Der vordere Garten und der Strand stellen das eigentliche Refugium des Hauses dar. Dort morgens in aller Ruhe nur 10m entfernt vom Meer zu frühstücken hat etwas besinnliches und erhebendes zugleich, sogar der Kaffee schmeckt einfach gut. Es findet sich auch immer ein schattiges Plätzchen unter den Bäumen. Erfrischungen werden jederzeit serviert, stets in bester Qualität und von sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Aufgrund der geringen Anzahl von Häusern entsteht eine persönliche Beziehung, fast ein familiärer Charakter. Der Hotel-Manager geht mehrmals am Tag auf die Gäste zu und fragt ob alles zur Zufriedenheit verläuft. Er kommt auch mit Motorrad zum Pier, wenn man bei der Abreise etwas vergessen hat. Großartig. Eine dicke Empfehlung für Leute, die relaxen und chillen wollen. Nichts und niemand hindert einen daran und man kann sich verwöhnen lassen...

Ideal für Ruhe suchende!

Schöne Anlage in einer ruhigen, sicheren Gegend. Die Bungalow sind neu renoviert und sehr geräumig aber nicht immer praktisch eingerichtet. Sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. Wunderschön ist das Morgen- und Abendessen direkt am Strand. Abends mit der untergehenden Sonne! Der Strand ist gut geeignet für Familien mit Kinder. Leider ist das Meer hier nicht so tief und das Schwimmen macht nicht so Spass. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier sicher am richtigen Ort. Man ist abseits von "Ramba-Zamba"

Top service. Great food abd excellent environment. Spacy beautiful bungalows and huge pool in a wonderful garden. This helped to soothen the frustrations of too much monsoon rain. Great place to relax!

Superb, romantic and small-scale hotel

We had just a few days in this truly excellent hotel. Both the rooms and the swimming pool and the restaurant and the service level by the personnel were all outstanding. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Super sted

Siam ligger lidt ude for byen så uden bil skal man tage taxa alle steder hvilket er lidt dyrt, vi havde en stor villa med 3 badeværelser, jacuzzi, kæmpe behagelige senge, yderst hjælpsomt og venligt personale. Resturanten på hotellet var faktisk en af de bedste vi spiste på under hele vores 3 ugers ophold på koh samui(thaimaden) Der bliver gjort meget ud af at holde alle områder pæne.

Fantstisk oplevelse at besøge dette hotel. Vi følte os hjemme lige med det samme. Fantastisk service, god mad og til yderst fornuftige priser. Hvis du bare har brug for at komme væk, så er dette stedet at være. Villaerne manglede intet - stor jacuzzi under åben himmel.. Villaerne var super veludstyrede - fladskærms tv i hvert værelse - kæmpe senge med dejlige dyner. Velfungerende air-con. Siam Residence er et fantastisk get-away resort. Lej en scooter (kun ca. 200 baht om dagen) og udforsk øen. Og når du har fået nok af de mange turister - så vend tilbage til dette fantastiske sted. Vil helt sikkert anbefale dette til alle.

Vi hadde en fantastisk natt på Siam Residence Boutique Resort i påvente av et hus vi hadde leid. Det var faktisk så bra at vi nå har booket et opphold til for slutten av turen vår.

Einfach traumhaft

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage direkt am Stramd. Die Villen sind gut ausgestattet aber die Betten recht hart. Wir haben ein Upgrade bekommen auf eine Villa mit eigenem Whirlpool. Das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr lecker und preiswert. Wir haben zu zweit nie mehr als 15 Euro für das Abendessen bezahlt.

Tip Top Resort abseits des Troubels. Ideal zum entspannen.

Das Siam Hotel hat uns sehr gefallen, obwohl wir nur eine Nacht blieben. Wir waren sofort begeistert von unserer Villa. Sie war sehr groß, wir hatten einen begehbaren Schrank, ein sehr großes Badezimmer mit einer großen Massageliege, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit gemütlichem Sofa und einem sehr großen neuen Fernseher und auch unser Schlafzimmer war mit einem Fernseher ausgestattet und einer sehr neuen und modernen Klimaanlage. Leider wurde zu dem Zeitpunkt als wir da waren der Pool saniert und daher konnten wir "nur" am Strand liegen. Der Strand ist leider nicht der schönste zum Schwimmen, die Aussicht ist aber trotzdem traumhaft. Der Service war sehr nett und hat uns sehr gut informiert. Wir haben auch für einen kleinen Aufpreis den Shuttle-Service genutzt, um zum Pier zu kommen. Denn das Hotel ist ganz schön abgelegen. Wir sind zu Fuß los gegangen und nachts war die Straße nicht so gut beleuchtet, sodass es schon ratsamer wäre einen Roller zu mieten oder sich ein Taxi zu rufen als zu Fuß zu gehen. Wir waren im Ganzen sehr begeistert von der Villa, aber die Lage ist nicht perfekt für diejenigen, die viel zu Fuß unterwegs sein wollen.
