The staff are very kind and very helpful

Good spot central to shopping and food. I didn’t like that they wrapped everything including towels etc in plastic I feel like that’s very wasteful. The wifi was hit/miss. Decent hotel for a nights stay but nothing special. Our room also smelt like cigarettes.

How does this place get good reviews?

I cannot believe the great reviews this property gets on this site. When I saw my room, I was extremely surprised and disappointed. Shabby furnishings, marks on the walls, horribly stained furniture. It wasn't dirty, but it was shabby and everything was in very worn condition. Bed was ok. Every morning, I awoke to the smell of cigarette smoke coming from somewhere, which was disgusting. I would not stay here again.

Friendly staff, rooms are clean.

Newly refurbished. Clean rooms spacious bathroom. As you’d expect anywhere in Turkey, Attentive staff. If you’re an environmentalist then don’t stay here as everything from the toilet paper to the towels are in plastic packaging ready for you to open up and use. The standard mould/dew smell in the bathroom but this is a building code issue in Turkey as waterproofing is not a requirement.

We booked a suite and another double room The hotel is not wow compared to price only because of the location but the main problem is the rooms bathrooms was always making bad smells and the shower’s leaking all the time and we asked for changing rooms but unfortunately there was no change or solution

A boutique hotel in Nisantasi very well located. Rooms are nice and bed very comfy. Staff is kind and helpful. No breakfast no food but plenty cafés around. There was a bad smell in bathrooms and they did their best to fix it. Overall i liked this hotel.

It’s very close to the shopping area of Nisantsi but there was no restaurant in the hotel and no balconies in rooms

prime location

very nice hotel, quiet and clean. the location is ideal for walking around, parks, restaurants and cafes are numerous and within walking distance. the staff were very nice and helpful, they offered us a free upgrade and a cot for my baby was already available upon our arrival. the downside was that the website mentions restaurant and breakfast are available, which is not correct. i still recommend it, and would be back.

Excellent hotel

The hotels location is excellent, in the city centre and we could walk to most places or a short taxi drive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were regularly cleaned and very comfortable. Would definitely go there again 😊

Fake Picturs, Scammers, Dirty Rooms full of hair

The Rooms Nisantasi used FAKE pictures in their ads to attract customers, this "hotel" if is worse than a Hostel, it's a dump, the bed was full of HAIR and dust, the floors were dirty, the walls were dirty, be aware these people are scammers.

Great boutique hotel

CAnt say enough good things. Grata location. Very clean. Very nice and modern. The staff of above and beyond to help with anything. I really don’t see how anyone would could have a problem with this place if you are looking for boutique hotel with no amenities and at a great price. This is an easy choice. Also the rooms are very very big. Highly recommend. And right in nisantasi.

Ruime kamers. Vriendelijke personeel. Kamers werden niet goed of helemaal niet schoongemaakt. Aanvulling van wc papier en dergelijke was niet goed. Handdoeken na werd niets aangevuld. Locatie goed maar druk. Gehorige kamers.
