Very nice property. Excellent staff and service. Vicinity to restaurants and shopping. Will highly recommend this property

First, our room wasnt ready until almost an hour after check in time despite requesting an early check in. The service was horrible, noone was ever at the concierge or room service to answer the phone. We requested more pillows at least 3 or 4 times. The bathrooms were disgusting with toilet papet all over the floor, dirty flushers, and no toilet papet or paper towels to use. The phones in the room made wierd beeping noises in the middle of the night, we had to unplug them. The spa was dirty, the bathrooms had no locks, the mats to step on when you got out of the jacuzzi were filthy, there was peeling paint on the walls in the spa bathroom and mold on the toilet flushers. Our robes were stolen out of the locker in the spa because the locks didnt work on the lockers. The food was horrible except for BLT which was decent. On the last night we went to casa nonna, and italian resteraunt on the property. Our waitress was rude, the food was inedible and at least 3 tables jumped up screaming that there were roaches in their napkins. Ive been to many ritz carleton hotels, and this was a diagrace. To top it all off, we went to the room to get our bags at 11:04, and our keys were deactivated because check out was at 11. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to the ritz carleton any time soon.

This was a nice stay, and the staff was very nice. Here comes the "but". If you have stayed at a Ritz before, you will not feel that this property does not match the same level of luxury. Our room had a nice bathroom but was lacking the normal trim out and details of the typical Ritz. Don't get me wrong, it was very nice, but more of a Marriott with lipstick on it.

It was perfect, during my stay the staff truly became family, to the point I was sad leaving them. They were the most accommodating and attentive people I have ever. Truly they catered to all my needs. I ve one of the most incredible experiences Eve and it’s mainly because of the services the staff provided. I am truly impressed with with The Ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos.

Ritz Carlton Hotel

Best hotel I've ever stayed at, great service friendly staff and perfect location

Staying at the Ritz-Carlton is always nice, however this time we noticed a few areas that could have been better. 1) the Staff at Noori restaurant /sushi bar were not present and we had to wait 45 minutes to get a menu. 2) The room location could have been better as we had the view of the roof and it was on the seconr floor. 3) no ventilation in the room and specifically in the washroom 4) the coffee shop was expensive and did not have much to offer , whereas next door restaurant from 7 starts hotel had much more food variety. I have to mention that the front reception were amazing as well as pool attendants and beach personel. Our overall stay was convenient except for the areas that I pointed out.

The staff was very attentive, accommodating, and friendly. The suites and grounds are well kept. I had an amazing experience😊

The room setup was not functional with the glass table attached to the console. Definitely makes it harder for luggages placement. Zero towel racks near the sinks and the shower knobs were difficult to figured out. One bar staff was very rude to my husband because he told him that his martini was slightly dirty but was extra dirty when it was given to him. He ended up charging my husband over $30 for the mediocre drink. The manager was excellent and asked us every time he seen us how our trip was and is there anything he can do for us. We also found a discrepancy with our bill while checking out since I’ve been documenting our charges with taking pictures of all of our signed receipts. Overall we had a nice time in Turks but definitely will stay at the Palms like we normally would due to the phenomenal service they provided to us time after time.

Excellent stuff

Davian’s the concierge guy was GREAT!! He really helped us out a lot. Despite the refrigerator not working, ants on the balcony, and Mr. Willie taxi being nasty dirty and disgusting. D was very respectful and helpful. He very mannerable and trustworthy.

Amazing experience in general! im going back to Turk and Caicos in December, and I will definitely stay at the Ritz, Amazing, Polite, and humble staff and management.

Need to work on their transportation options and getting a shuttle bus up and running. It was very annoying to deal with trying to get to and from places the staff was a little bit lazy. I am always on their phone. They definitely need a hospitality class if they want to call themselves a luxury hotel.

Great resort

The property fell short of the high standards expected from a Ritz Carlton. Despite multiple attempts by staff to fix the malfunctioning phones and bathroom electricity, these issues remained unresolved. Additionally, housekeeping disturbed us at 8 a.m. due to the absence of a "Do Not Disturb" sign. Food service was slow, with a 30-minute wait at the restaurant and a two-hour delay for room service. Overall, the service was disappointing.

This property did not represent a true 5 star hotel in appearance and cleanliness, staff attention, and overall property amenities. This property compared to FourSeasons is non-comparable with the latter being supreme.

Generally enjoyed this Ritz, however was disappointed in 2 aspects. 1) Food Beverage; especially drinks are CRAZY high. More so than other Ritz we have been to. Its not necessary to charge $70 for 2 cocktails! So that kind of left us feeling ripped off 2) the pool area was loud with partiers. The type of people I would not expect to see at a Ritz. Watching classless people twerking and playing loud music just not our scene. Although to be fair the security did ask them several times to tone it down and behalf, but still shouldn't be necessary here. Its ideal here for relaxing and a weekend getaway. Not sure what you would do for an extended stay since unless you are into watersports there isnt much else around.

Staying at the Ritz Carlton is the definition of a true luxury vacation, I just wish breakfast was included. Aside from that I had an amazing stay and experience! I will definitely be back!

The Hotel staff was absolutely excellent! Helpful, friendly and efficient. The hotel is itself has a bit of an old world flavor yet the rooms are modern and the grounds impeccably kept.

i am glad i booked Ritz, it has exceeded my expectation, i would say this is as good as you can get when you come to the island and not an all-inclusive property. location is convenient, i was able to walk to nearby restaurant for breakfast, staff was great, they were very welcoming. You do not need to worry about renting an umbrella, Grace bay is right at your footsteps and they provide food service, chair/umbrella and sunscreen. we got an upgrade to oceanfront room and it was spectacular, that definitely highlighted our trip. if i have to pick one thing to complain, it might be the condition of coffee cup in the room, i noticed they gave us the same cups (cleaned) at each room service, i noticed because i see the marks on the cups. otherwise it is still a superb experience for us, me and my family really enjoyed the property.

Our stay here was amazing . The staff here is so amazing. From the check in with Brandy, to their thoughtfulness on my birthday to the evening staff rounds and the many food options to the entertainment at night, I can’t say enough about this hotel. We had a great experience. It’s a beautiful resort and close to everything

The property is Beautiful! Conveniently located next to shops, dining options, pharmacy, and a local grocery store. Property sits on the most stunning beach “grace bay”. Staff are top notch and rooms are modern.

Best place in the world

The Ritz-Carlton itself was awesome. The staff was amazing and the gentleman Ewon Williams should get promoted ahead of his peers. The restaurants inside the hotel were good, but not so much outside of the hotel. Also, I recommend having an ATM available 24 hours a day. The one in the Casino did not work and because it opens at 5pm, it’s too much of an inconvenience.

Wonderful experience

My wife and I spent 4 days here in 2024. We had a fabulous time. The resort is clean, comfortable and the water is incredible. We rented a car and valet was super easy. All of the food at the resort was great but the sushi was excellent. Fun, quick retreat.

Super relaxing, amazing property

The view of the area from the lobby to the pool was beautiful and stunning. The property grounds were well-manicured. The staff was friendly. In particular, Rose, at registration, was so patient and her recommendation to upgrade our room was the best. I highly recommend the Oceanfront room. The housekeeping staff was considerate and were on schedule for room cleaning and turndown service. The sushi and the Spicy Pineapple margarita at the Noori Sushi Lounge were great. We enjoyed the DJ who played in the lobby. Although we didn’t book the sunset cruise with Lady Grace, i enjoyed watching all the guests walk to the pier in their lovely dresses and relaxed outfits to enjoy the sunset cruise. The pool was relaxing as well. The only complaint I have is that a margarita with Casa Migos should not cost almost $40. This will cause your guests to purchase liquor offsite and bring it back to the hotel. All in all, we had a great stay and we returned home refreshed.

The room was just fabulous but we found the hotel full of Corporates on either Company Trips or Incentive Trips so it gave the feel of a working environment rather than a tropical island hotel with a holiday vibe. Was noisy at times as lots of Company chats across the pool and beach

Amazing, amazing, amazing. As soon as we got here we got the staff checking us in right away another staff member welcoming us with some rum punch and taking our luggage upstairs. We came to Turks to celebrate a birthday and everyday we got cute notes cake complimentary champagne bottle from the hotel to celebrate the birthday and just make us feel so welcoming. I kid you not we had room service come in often and just overall our stay was amazing would be coming back the food was amazing so delicious. Would definitely recommend!!!! 100000/1000000

We loved our stay!!! Service/staff was great, rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean, the property is so pretty, the beach was amazing, and the food was excellent! BLT steakhouse is on the property and it was AMAZING! The pools are also really nice but my kids were too big for the kid’s pool (9&12 years old) and you have to be 18 to go in the adult pool so that was the only downfall. I highly recommend it here and would definitely stay again!

The worse of the worse

Every things when wrong From room service, in the bathroom the bath was dirty, need to clean it myself, the room service was not done by 4:00 PM concierge service was terrible, they told us to make the phone call ourself for one activity we were interested to, send us to Italian restaurant where it was more a pizza place we ask him a good Italian restaurant, extremely disappointed for the money they ask for, the worse Ritz Carlton we did so far

Having stayed at various Ritz-Carlton properties in the past, my recent experience at [ritz Carlton Turks and Caicos )did not align with the high standards I have come to expect from the brand. The service fell short of the impeccable standards I have experienced at other Ritz-Carlton properties. Staff members seemed indifferent to guest needs, and requests for assistance were met with delays and a lack of follow-through. While the hotel's location was convenient, and some amenities such as the restaurant were satisfactory, the overall experience did not live up to the luxury standards associated with the Ritz-Carlton brand. In conclusion, Ritz Carlton turks and Caicos may have its merits, it does not reflect the level of excellence typically associated with the Ritz-Carlton brand. I hope that the management takes steps to address these shortcomings to maintain the brand's reputation for unparalleled luxury and service. Will never come back to this particular Location.

The place is clean and the pools are very nice .staffs are friendly although it’s pricey but worth coming back

Overall I really liked staying here. There was an incident when some guests were trying to celebrate Hanukkah and were stopped by security staff. That was a very disappointing incident. Pool and restaurant staff were very nice.

The room is beautiful and the amenities are excellent.

The resort was excellent and the service was phenomenal! The staff helped me celebrate my wife’s milestone birthday with complimentary champagne and dessert delivered to our room!

Everything was Exceptional until Our last night 12/11 the power went out and it was completely dark and a/c out and we was not compensated for interruption.

Best staff ever

We stayed at the Ritz for my birthday and opted for a room on the Club Level with access to the lounge on the 9th floor. The staff and amenities were wonderful! The lounge offers breakfast and light meals/snacks, as well as drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) all day until 10pm. Cris, Sarhaan, Nadia and Janelle in the lounge made me and my family feel so welcome and really catered to my parents’ dietary restrictions. They made my birthday week so special. The Ritz staff were very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to visit again next year!

This Ritz Carlton was such an exceptional experience, from the accommodation and breathtaking ocean views to the special treatment for your son's 13th birthday. The personalized touches and gestures from the staff clearly made it a memorable celebration.

The resort was very nice along with some of the staffs(Dejah at front desk was amazing along with the Jamaican young man at the bar by the pool/beach), room was very nice, convenient to everything! Negative are the beach was extremely rough didn’t go in the water went to local beach Sapodilla bay beach which was nice but was charged $10 for beach chair and $20 for umbrella (chairs are $10 per person)’ not enough activities on resort and food and drinks are extremely expensive!
