Outstanding as always! The club lounge is our favorite in all of the hotels in Singapore as it features the best staff, chefs, dining and drink options. Champagne flowing all day, the RC signature, yes please! The suites are the most fabulous and the views of the marina are just amazing and more than worth splurging for. Thank you RC Millenia, but particularly Sam, Sathish, Jit and Chuck in the Club Lounge as they were all incredible again, just as they were during our last stays. Thank you!!

Very well cleaned property. Staffs were all friendly, however, the item that was promised by the staff was not delivered to me at all.. so it is kinda upsetting to not see it. But overall a good stay at the hotel :)

Surprise state of 5* Hotel

We were very surprised to experience an unclean and in need of repairs 5* hotel. There were drawers that had the face coming apart, a part of moulding that had fallen off the wall, there were areas that were not cleaned and the shower appears to have what we suspect was mold.

We ordered a fish&chips on the swimming pool, caught by the rain, tried to take back to room, but the bowl couldn’t take away which was reasonable. We just back to the room with no issues.And hotel rang us and prepared another take away fish&chips and send to our room. Appreciate for the consideration and taking care of us for such a small thing. Strong recommend, kid has kid’s slippers and and own bathrobe. Start loving Ritz Carlton

Very expensive and very nice place to stay.

AC remote issue

The air conditioner in the room had issues which we did not notice when sleeping but woke up freezing. Went to adjust but the controller seemed broken. Asked the front desk support and had it arranged with personel also challenged taking about 5-10minutes. Imagine, all this happening at 2am on Christmas Day with kids potentially waking up thinking it’s Santa was quite stressful. I expect much more pre checks on hard ware at such a prestigious hotel, paying more for security and service, and of course some apologies when checking out. I did not say it but wouldn’t you usually ask about how was your stay etc? And some apologies in the morning? It is a lovely venue and we due Annually go but a bit disappointed in how things were handled

Hotel was clean, well kept. Room was spacious and the room view was superb. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Food at the Colony was good. Desserts were just okay, not many choices Service was impeccable!

Very grateful! Beautiful experience

While obviously it’s a great hotel and the best of the best, one problem did occur. While most would think it’s trivial, to me it was very frustrating. As a deaf person, and for what I paid for one of the best rooms in the hotel, I wasn’t able to relax and watch a movie with English closed captioning. The TV wouldn’t allow it. The staff even tried to fix it. I would expect more from a hotel if that level. They didn’t accommodate someone who is deaf. Not even at check in. But the room, wow! I got to watch the light show from room!

Simply the best hotel I have ever stayed in. My room included access to Club Lounge which was superb, both in terms of range and quality of food/drink and service of staff. Everyone in the hotel was so friendly, polite, attentive and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Great location - near Marina Sands Bay and Promenade station of MRT so really convenient. After a day exploring Singapore, so great to come back to the peace and quiet of the Club Lounge and its welcoming staff. Stay there and you won't regret it!

This is a beautiful hotel in so many ways, including the rooms, common spaces and bar. The views are stunning. And the staff is singularly excellent. After 24 hours of travel and a 545 am arrival, we were transfixed by their energy, presence, and caring. We took a brief morning walk to get our brains functioning again and arrived back at the hotel only to be greeted by a delightful gift, accompanied by two meaningful and heartfelt notes from the night manager, Dickson, and his colleague, Nicolette, who took the time to welcome us with open arms. We were deeply touched by them and this property. They role model graciousness and thoughtfulness.

Loved our stay here! We were blown away by the service and attention to detail at every point of our stay. Really enjoyed the chocolates with turndown service. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, checking if there was something they could assist with. We had a small issue with the power going out in our room on the last day but this was very quickly remedied by the maintenance team. The location is perfect, you have Millenia Walk, Marina Square and Suntec City malls all within walking distance. We were thrilled with our stay and would happily stay here again on our next trip to Singapore!

The room was so very lovely and comfy. Sleeping was a dream! The bed was just right, the room nice and cool. Staff was very helpful answering questions and giving suitable suggestions for dining, shopping and transportation. It was a lovely place to stay for a few days in Singapore.

I had the best relaxing stay at this magnificent hotel. The room was a very generous size with a generous sized bathroom to match! Close go shopping centres, restaurants, the river and attractions. It was perfect!

Great place

We stayed at the Ritz Carlton (Delux room, 1 king bed with Bay views in level 20) for our baby moon and enjoyed everything it had to offer! We had an epic view of the MBS Bay and the city, it was so relaxing. The breakfast buffet is next level, we were spoilt for choice and ate way too much. The location is super convenient we walked and/or did short taxi trips to all the nearby attractions and events. My wife is pregnant due to which we chose taxi trips but you can easily walk everywhere. The main thing that made our experience so enjoyable was the service! Everyone was so friendly, warm and helpful. We especially wanted to acknowledge Shaheen (Guest Relation officer)and Amanda (Front desk) for their service and thoughtfulness of going out of their way to make sure we are looked after. Both Amanda and Shaheen prepared gift for our baby number two and for our son as well as my parents who is looking after our son while we enjoy some much needed break. Highly recommend Ritz Carlton, Millenia Singapore. If you planning on staying here make sure to pick a Bay view Room.

Had a great stay at the Ritz. The location was great as you could access key sites and places to eat by foot. The staff at the hotel were amazing, always going above and beyond.

Probably the best hotel stay I've ever had.

Our stay was definitely a splurge, but the staff and the facilities made it worth it. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The view the room offered may be one of the best views of city I've ever had. Dinner at Colony was great. Probably the best hotel stay I've ever had.

All staff members we encountered at the hotel were very polite and helpful, and they always served with a sincere smile.

The floor boards were creaky and we could hear sound from upstairs and outside. The interior of the guest room is a bit outdated. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is excellent.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay, travelled with 2 friends, the sofa bed was great, it was an actual single mattress. The room was spacious, spotless and well appointed, based on some reviews I was worried it would be a bit dated but it wasn’t at all. The hotel was near full our entire 6 night stay but never felt it. Service was exceptional, best I’ve ever experienced. If you’re there over the weekend the Vintage Champagne Sunday Brunch is not to be missed! Location is perfect. We were flying really late on our last day, we were able to use the pool and facilities after check out and shower in the spa. The only thing I would say is the water in the bedroom is in small plastic bottles, some refillable large glass bottles or similar would be much more eco conscious, felt so guilty going through so many of them.

Staff was rude and tried to upgrade and upsell

My folks and I had such a wonderful and memorable time in Singapore. Our stay at Ritz Carlton played a great role in this! Thank you for being kind, gracious, quick responses for all our questions before and during our stay and accommodating all our needs! The view from our Bayside room was to die for! We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities and definitely look forward to go back to this beautiful place next time we visit Singapore!

Outstanding in Every Way!

Our expectations were very high coming in but we were quite blown away by this facility and the quality of each and every staff member we encountered. Extremely high service level. Great buffet dining in the Colony restaurant. Loved lounging by the pool. Honestly found the dining options in the bar area to be quite limited by the Sixties theme. A LOT MORE OPTIONS are needed - let’s move beyond the Sixties. I think a celebrity chef concept would be much better. This bar area should be humming. It wasn’t.

Phenomenal stay in the heart of Singapore

My husband and I stayed at the Ritz-Carlton in Singapore for one night en route to Australia and it was the perfect antidote to our jet lag. The facilities were well appointed and the room is very amply sized. We loved using the gym, which was very comprehensive. All the staff are proactively kind and courteous, from the reception staff to the porters. Special mention needs to go to Ann and Mia in the spa who both delivered the best massages of our life - my prenatal massage in particular was exceptionally good. Highly recommend staying here at your next visit!

Family suite stay

Amazing stay -family of 3 in a Club Suite. We loved the Club lounge, Club car service and the high level of attention to detail and service. Pool was relaxing and great for lap swimming.

The Ritz-Carlton delivered on its reputation. The staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly without any fussiness. They made me feel welcome and at ease. The location was ideal, central but quiet, and my room? Wow, that view! Stunning cityscapes framed by the clouds. The room itself was comfortable and sleek, everything I needed and more. Overall, a top-notch hotel experience without any over-the-top theatrics. Highly recommend!

What a great stay at the Ritz Carlton. The property is lovely! Check in was easy. The room was beautiful. Comfy bed, nice amenities, great view of the Marina Bay. The staff are so willing to please and help. A special shout out to Cecilia and Javier who took extra good care of us. We had a club access room so the breakfast, drinks and snacks were included. Breakfast was down in the restaurant and the variety was great. Location is walking distance to the Marina Sands area. Sops restaurants the light show. Singapore flyer is a block away which is easy access to the hop on hop off as well. Great place to stay. Highly recommend

We had an outstanding stay at the Ritz Carlton Singapore. The room,‘property & Abilities were fabulous but the service from the staff made it extraordinary. From Rabatulia at the front desk to Jipson at the lobby desk to Nikko and Dave at the pool, we were continually delighted by their high level of service. At one point Kwan at the door paid for taxi himself when the driver would not take a credit card. I will return to this property every time I am in Singapore and will try to stay at Ritz Carlton hotels whenever possible. The staffing Singapore were the best brand ambassadors.

We spent our anniversary weekend and took the high-floor room with view of MBS. The view is stunning, soaking in the full size bathtub. Room is very spacious. However, the place needs to be rennovated/refurbished - usb, hdmi connections dont work, etc. Service is just spectacular, massage at the Spa is an experience (for someone who hates Spas). Very warm and attentive staff - you can feel the difference.

Fab breakfast and amazing experience all round!

The hotel and all the staff were friendly, professional and super helpful. The amenities and view from the room were fantastic. The breakfast was one of the best I've ever had! The bar also had a great vibe.

Amazing in every way - food was delicious, service was exceptional, everything was outstanding.

The staff and service at this property was excellent. The staff was very concerned with making sure that we were happy with our stay and that our needs were attended to. From the bell staff to the concierge to the check in staff, all were informative and well trained. The brunch buffet was incredible, too. I would stay here if we get back to Singapore in the future.

Wheelchair accessibility

We had a wheelchair accessible room, it was a little difficult to hold the main door and manage the wheelchair at the same time. Some parts of the room were carpeted and was a little difficult to manoeuvre a non powered wheelchair. Swimming pool had areas with shaded pool chairs that were very accessible and had ramps properly laid out. We had a great time relaxing by the pool. All the hotel staff we contacted throughout our stay were consistently helpful and friendly. We walked from the hotel to MBS via pedestrian bridge, the pathway from the hotel through to the traffic lights and there on to MBS were quite accessible. Great views along the way of the art science museum, Merlion across the waterfront and the high court at a distance. Also caught a glimpse of fireworks as part of National Day rehearsal. 👍👍

The highlight of my stay of 4 days at the Ritz Carlton - MIllenia (Marina Bay - Singapore) was the Surprise 60th Birthday party for one of my relatives who arrived from Australia. The surprise party was organized at the Republic Bar and Lounge. Sajal was the primary hostess and Lizzy was the the hostess assigned to the table. The Republic staff was absolutely fantastic. They did a super job organizing the party which was for a party of 5 but from 3 different continents! Kim, Evelynn and entire staff of Republic was fantastic. My suite was good with a fantastic view and service staff was attentive to all details to make my stay comfortable. There are many dining options at the hotel and in surrounding areas. High end shopping mall galore in the vicinity. Overall, I had a fantastic time in Singapore.

The Ritz-Carlton has the best location in Singapore. 5 minute walk from a metro, 10 minutes to the iconic Marina Bay Sands area and with a wonderful view of the bay. The rooms are stunning, the staff superb and the food is absolutely first class. We had an amazing stay here that really helped bring Singapore to life.

Life is too damn short for a Kallang View room, within this landmark of opulence. Go for the Bay view! Also suggest high tea and/or dinner at Colony at least once!

Too crowded

Ritz Carlton is a stunning hotel. It has I think the best location in Singapore, overlooking the beautiful Marina Bay and iconic Marina Bay Sands. Everything about the hotel is first class, the staff are all helpful, engaging and thoughtful. It was an absolute pleasure to be there. The food is also superb, we will definitely be returning there. We had a great time and left with precious memories.

What an incredible hotel! A huge thank you to Jonathon on the front desk who upgraded us to the most incredible hotel room I have ever stayed in. Views from every room including the bathroom, I was brought to tears by how beautiful this hotel is, making the most memorable stay. The laundry team fixed a strap on a dress of mine that broke off, there was no issue too big that the team at the Ritz couldn’t fix. They truly want you to have a memorable and happy stay! The service was outstanding. I cannot praise this hotel enough. Great location near Marina Bay, great facilities, just an absolutely beautiful hotel, I felt like a princess the entire time and fantastic staff. Big thank you team Ritz Carlton! Ill be back!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff are outstanding. My one concern is that the bathroom in our suite did not easily accommodate women’s needs for use of curling iron etc: there are no plugs in the bathroom for use by foreign travellers with a converter and adapter plug: the only outlet was for a razor. And there were no plugs in the bedroom near a mirror. I had to ask for a table mirror and extension cord. In an otherwise outstanding hotel this is a real inconvenience. Otherwise the hotel is truly excellent.

Staff were absolutely brilliant especially Lina, Cally and Dexter. The internet was a little hit and miss and the TV didnt work properly

No words to explain how satisfied we were during our stay. Amazing place to stay while on vacation...very clean, great buffet, friendly service, centrally located, a walking distance to Marina Bay Sands, Singapore Flyer...and eyes view of the floating soccer field...highly recommended...will stay again if we come back to Singapore.

Amazing first time experience. Wonderful and helpful staff and made the stay memorable and pleasant. Bell service staff Kevin and Kanna were extremely helpful in advising and guiding us on where to go and what things are in the hotel and hotel room. Kana at the reception desk for check in was lovely and professional. The food was delicious and our room was comfortable and well maintained and the view from our room was amazing. Literally nothing to fault, just truly an amazing and memorable experience. ^_^
