The property is lovely and spacious. We stayed in a 1 1 and there were cleaners every day. My only complaint would be that the receptionist, Mr Ismail demanded 1000tl for my friend to visit my apartment. Despite telling him she will be staying for 10 minutes maximum he classed us like escorts (two females) and demanded we paid him 1000tl. We refused and told him we will complain officially, he then gave up. His colleague was very helpful and we could see they were all uncomfortable with his demand. I will definitely be staying at their apartment again, just not in this location but in their other hotel in Sisli.

I want to say thank you to Firat - Sergen and Serdar and the rest of the staff for making my stay comfortable and safe. I recommend this property to everyone who would like to enjoy their time in istanbul.

- Worst 4 stars Hotel over the last 15 years. - When I arrived in the midnight I found the hotel gate closed. I knocked the door a few times then I saw someone coming from the right side who opened the door for me. Actually that guy was the receptionist who was sleeping which is very strange to see a receptionist who closes the hotel completely to take a nap! - The safe-box was not working and I asked to either fix it or change my room but as expected the easiest thing is to tell you that the hotel is full and the guy will come tomorrow to fix it. BTW till I left it was not fixed. - No “Don’t disturb” sign available at the hotel. As a result, I had to take all my valuables with me everyday which is very risky. - The Wifi was not working due to technical issue which lasted the whole stay period which led to using the data roaming and spending a lot of money - No air conditioning in the bedroom - Still using normal metal keys for rooms - No hot water in the bath tub - Noise coming from the bathroom and the rooms near you - No bed cover and I had to ask the room service to bring one which ended up with giving me a sheet to use it as a bed cover! - The guys do not put the complementary water, shampoo, etc.. when they make the room. - No hangers for clothes and no iron/ironing board - Not all lights working. Bed pillows are high and not comfy Based on the aforementioned, I don’t recommend to stay at this incredible hotel at all.

Check in was very quick and easy, breakfast was delicious, the room was absolutely stunning and very clean. All the staff was amazing. Thank you.

They are really amazing, considerate, friendly employees - really all of them, smiling, and helpful. I arrived very late, sometimes after 2:00 am, and I was expected to check out at 12:00 pm as many hotels; anyways, they extended my stay till like after 3:00 , and they served us breakfast at room, although we woke up around 11:30 , and it was so fresh and yummy! Before checking out, We met the manager, Kan -not sure if I misspelled the name, anyways, he was so welcoming, friendly and considerate. Highly recommended!

Great location out or downtown

Ordered hotel with breakfast included. Hovewer this hotel do not have a buffet. They deliver breakfast to your room. I was never informed about how this work nor i got my breakfast. I came to check in 13:00 and at the reception i was told that room will be ready in 1 hour. However it was not ready until 18:00. Next day i left my room aprox. 11:00 and came back 18:00 to my room. Room was being cleaned at that time. Hotel itself is clean and modern. You can see some wear and tear but nothing that is too bad. Hotel is good but staff needs more training and organizational structure.

Pleasant stay

I booked it by mistake, I wanted to book a hotel in European side but end up booking the place suites. I stayed with family for one night it was an amazing. The rooms are spacious and the guy at reception was helpful.

Modern Apartment, lack of necessary utensils

Liked the Modern decorated and very clean apartment but there was not a single utensils to cook or heat the food , they expect traveller to travel with pots and pans , what’s point of a apartment with stovetop and kitchen without any utensil, I don’t understand !

DON’T be Fooled

Ekon Who claimed to be the manager tried to give us a smaller room facing dirt and Construction And said the sunrise at 5am is very beautiful from the suit!!!!! even though the bigger room that we actually had reserved was facing the sunset and downtown and we had to argue and fight for it to get it, be careful if you are a foreigner coming to this hotel since it seems to be all Turkish guests and residents.

We were a little worried about booking a "suites-type" hotel, but were very surprised by how comfortable, super clean and spacious it was.

Great place just off the highway.

Alt var godt bortset fra der er meget larm om natten, der snekkes med døre, nogle gæster får lov til at bade når andre ikke får samt nogle gæster får lov til at sidde ude langt ud på natten og larme meget samt bade i poolen.

God lejlighed til prisen

Deres service er perfekt, men sengene kunne godt trænge til at blive skiftet ud. Personalet var meget flinke og hjælpsomme.

Otel konum, ulaşım olarak rahat en önemlisi otopark sıkıntısının olmaması. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü odalar kullanım olarak çok rahat biz ailecek çok sevdik.

Mükemmel temizlik ve genişlikte

Suit dairelerden yapılmış güzel bir otel, resepsiyon çalışanları güleryüzlü ve çok ilgili ücretsiz vale hizmeti mevcut odalar aile için çok geniş ve güzel eksik olduğunda 2 dakika sonra kapıda çok 5 yıldızlı otelde konakladım bu kadar hızlı eksik gideren bir tesis görmedim.olumsuzluk olarak sadece konum diyebilirim ama araç yada taksi kullanımı için çok ideal.

Öncelikle girişte odamızı yükselterek karşıladılar bunun için kendilerine teşekkür ederim ama havuz var diye bu oteli tercih etmiştik ve otele gelmeden önce resepsiyonla konuştuğumda bize havuz sezonluk vs gibi bilgi vermediler otele geldiğimizde ise hava gayet sıcaktı ve havuzun sezonluk olduğunu ve kullanıma kapalı olduğu söylendi odanın banyosundaki su habire bozuluyordu bı soğuk bı sıcak akıyordu bu bizi rahatsız etti ve ilk odaya girdiğimizde tavanda örümcek vs böcekler vardı onun dışında konum olarak ve oda dizaynı olarak güzel bir yer

Aile olarak tercih edilebilecek sakin ve sessiz bir otel. Bir daha İstanbul’a gelsem tercih ederim

Staat van de hotel is niet voldoende. Er zijn kasten e.d. Die los zitten. Het vergt onderhoud. Ontbijt was goed maar is op je kamer. Het wordt bezorgd. Was op zich voldoende. Je mag niet rondom de hotel niet parkeren. Je moet je sleutel inleveren. Dat was niet mijn keuze maar het ging goed. Was voor een dag. Ik zou hier niet lang verblijven

Das Bett war sehr unbequem, hing extrem. Der Boden war bei der Ankunft nicht sauber. Wurde aber am 2. Tag gereinigt. Ansonsten war es sauber, schöne Einrichtung, ruhige Gegend. Mann muss sich bewusst sein, dass man weiter weg vom Bosporus ist und immer einen Weg in Kauf nehmen muss. Taxis sind nicht leicht zu finden.

Konaklamamız sırasında 2 büyük odada kaldık. Burayı bir apart otel gibi düşünmek lazım. Odalar temizdi ve istediğimiz zaman ilave temizlik hizmeti aldık. Vale hizmeti iyi ve ücretsiz. Kahvaltı almadık o nedenle kalitesini bilemiyorum. Otel İhtiyacımıza uygun bir konumdaydı. Konumuna dikkat edin ayarlarken. Odaya girerken tencere çatal bıçak ihtiyacınızı resepsiyona söyleyin, veriyorlar. İnternet kalitesi orta düzeyde. kullanıma her ihtiyaç duyduğunuzda sistem bir sürü bilgiyi tekrar soruyor. Personel saygılı ve ilgiliydi. Odanın en büyük eksiği çamaşır makinasıydı. İki çocuk olduğu İcin çok ihtiyaç duyduk hatta otel değiştirdik. Genel olarak 8/10

Hôtel luxueux avec service au top

Hôtel très propre spacieux avec une belle vue sur la ville, service voiturier au top, seul bémol le prix qui est un peu trop excessif.

One night stay...spacious room with kitchenette. Looked a bit fancier in the pictures than it actually is. But everything ok. Would go there again. Supermarket in walking distance

Современное, красивое здание. Очень продуманный и элегантный дизайн как экстерьера, так и интерьера. Дом, судя по всему построен не так давно. Но, к сожалению, уже есть следы износа. И это претензия к гостям. Нужно относится к чужому имуществу как к своему! Кухня полноценная, все есть. То чего нам не хватало сразу же принесли. Завтраки приносят в номер. Традиционный турецкий. Как и везде. Есть бесплатная вода. Уборка по требованию. Парковка валет. То есть забирает и отдает машину сотрудник отеля. Теперь о том, что немного напрягло. Звукоизоляция плохая. Слышно разговор (!) из соседнего номера. Когда уезжали, парковщик сказал, что нужно заплатить 50 лир за 3 дня парковки. Хотя при заезде менеджер на рецепшен, который говорит по-русски, скажу что это бесплатно. Деньги не большие, но сам факт немного испортил в общем ВЕЛИКОЛЕПНОЕ впечатление. Да, и район для проживания в азиатской части Стамбула хороший, спокойный. Рекомендую!

Vraiment déçue par cet hôtel

Nous avons été vraiment déçus de ce séjour à the place suites atasehir Le personnel ne parle que 3-4 mots d’anglais. « Hi-bye-breackfast » …et ne font absolument aucun effort pour essayer de vous comprendre. Même sans parler turc vous comprenez que le fait que vous ne parliez pas leur langue les agace. Ils vous font répéter 5 fois mais ne comprennent pas plus ce que vous avez dit et vous apportent une commande n’ayant pas de rapport avec ce que vous aviez commandé. Le petit déjeuner est servi en chambre et vous n’avez pas le choix de ce qui vous est servi ( vive le gaspillage alimentaire, en 2021, c’est une honte ! ) il faut appeler la réception pour qu’ils vous l’apportent en chambre ( ne soyez pas pressés ! N’essayez pas non plus de faire des phrases avec la personne que vous aurez en ligne !!) La piscine est belle et propre mais toujours à l’ombre donc glacée, impossible de s’y baigner La chambre est dotée d’une belle cuisine inutilisable car vous n’avez même pas une casserole ou un plat à four ! Il n’y a qu’un split de clim… dans le salon, il fait donc extrêmement chaud dans la chambre De plus l’hôtel est situé sur la rive asiatique, bien loin des sites touristiques de la rive européenne, les taxis annulent vous courses car ils ne veulent pas traverser le Bosphore ( c’est payant et embouteillé ), ils n’hésiteront pas à vous planter en pleine ville !! donc c’est une galère sans nom pour se déplacer. Bref, nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel malgré sa propreté.

Prima hotel , was ruim genoeg voor 4 personen 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen . Ontbijt was lekker. Een min punt : midden in een woonwijk ! Ideaal voor een nachtje !

Bon séjour

Personnel serviable et service de conciergerie efficace. Appartement confortable, propre et moderne. Quelques points a améliorer: -temps d attente trop long du petit dejeuner. - cafe noir et jus d orange en option! - ustensiles de cuisine succinct - pas de climatiseur dans la chambre

Mükemmel konfor ve misafirperverlik

Bir gün konakladigimiz suitte inanılmaz bir misafirperverlik ile karşılandık. Rezervasyonumuzun başından, konaklamamizin sonuna dek resepsiyondan Mert Bey adeta misafir ilişkileri sorumlusu gibi tüm isteklerimize yanıt verdi hiçbir isteğimize hayır cevabi almadık. Odaya pasta koyulmasini rica ettik, bizzat pastaneden gidip temin edip dolabımiza koyulmuştu biz giriş yapmadan. Odalar inanılmaz konforlu herşey düşünülmüş ve çok ferah, temiz. Konum olarak oldukça merkezi kolay ulaşılabilir bir yer. Oteli kesinlik ve kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim ve bunda Mert Bey in ve Muhammet Beyin katkıları büyük. Bir otelin lüksü konforu kadar bence misafir ilişkilerine verilen değer de çok önem taşımakta. Kesinlikle böylesi bir misafirperverlik çok tatmin edici. Üşenmeyip uzun uzun yorum yazma gereği duydum. Tekrar teşekkür ederim, herkese tavsiyem ederim.

Hizmet sıkıntısı

Otel gerçek anlamda muhteşem tek sıkıntısı lobiye bildirdiğimiz şeyler çok çok geç geldi bir kere daha istediğimizde başka bişey 1 buçuk saat sonra geldi getiren kişinin unuttuk demesi daha da üzücü bir durumdu onun dışında temizlik konfor konum herşey çok güzel

Möbel + Einrichtung, Service waren sehr gut. Starker Rauchgeruch im Zimmer, obwohl rauchfreier Zimmer reserviert wurde.

Lokasyon sorun teşkil etmeyecekse konaklama için son derece güzel bir otel. Ev konseptine sahip, balkonlu,temiz, rahat, ferah, açık ve kapalı otoparkı mevcut.

Dans l'ensemble correct, adapté pour une famille. Voiture indispensable.

Très bien

Très bon séjour en famille. Hôtel très propre et neuf. Néanmoins je conseille d'avoir une voiture pour les déplacements. Toutes les commodités sont réunies et des commerces existent dans les alentours.

Harika bir konaklama

Konaklamamızın başından itibaren çalışanlar çok ilgili ve nazik davrandılar. Özellikle ocak, fırın, buzdolabı gibi mutfak gereçlerinin olması ve bunların temizliği çok memnun bıraktı. Tabak ve tencere gibi ek taleplerimiz de hızlı bir şekilde karşılandı. Ancak konaklamak isteyenlere önerim mutfağı kullanacaklarsa yağ vb. malzemeleri yanlarında götürmeleri olacak. Çok yakınında market ve alışveriş yapılacak alanlar mevcut. Odanın temizliği, konforu ve özellikle dizaynı çok hoşumuza gitti.
