Stay was ok. Had asked to property to do up the room for a surprise engagement that took place, they did not do it. Was charged $100 for room service, all that was order was pancakes and an orange juice… Feel like more services should be complementary for this level of stay.

Great location, lovely room, kind staff. The pool was a huge bonus after a long day of walking. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel. It was a perfect place to stay for our London vacation. Great location. Close to trains and many things to see in a walking distance. The rooms are very luxurious and elevated our experience. The staff was lovely to talk to and very helpful. We look forward to visiting again

Very impressive

Our stay was really good. Only complaint was that the drinks were very expensive, but otherwise, a very comfortable room, lovely pool area and yummy breakfast.

Good value for top service & amenities!

Excellent value for money. The Residence area reserved for hotel guests is a great addition -- as well as free flowing lattes & soft drinks (literally included!). And the staff is incredibly well trained. Stayed 2 nights. Would definitely return.

My go-to London hotel from now

Property seems very new. Service and staff were excellent. Hotel was aware of my VIP status and let us check in as early as 7am and upgraded the room automatically without asking. Amenities were amazing but we didn’t have time to use them. I also have the say the location is super good as well. It’s walking distance to all the tourist attractions yet it is not overwhelming with tourists. This will be my go-to London hotel now since Rosewood is no longer within my budget and the location is better.

5 star hotel

Fabulous hotel in the heart of London with superb facilities and some great dining and bar options. Really enjoyed my stay and will be back.

Great for everyone and amazing location. Rooms are fabulous. It was for my wife’s birthday so a something little from the hotel would have been nice. Service was excellent and would stay again. Spa area was excellent too

Terrific hotel, staff and location.

The staff at The Londoner went above and beyond in every aspect. I had to rush home as my mum in the USA became gravely ill and I needed to get home as quickly as possible. The staff on duty on the late night/overnight shift on February 10-11, 2025 took care of me and comforted me more than I would have ever expected from any staff at a hotel. I am so glad I chose the Londoner and I will be back to stay again very soon. The hotel itself was gorgeous, clean, and so comfortable. Bed, pillows, sheets, and water pressure were perfect. It is incredibly quiet too!

A wonderful stay at a boutique hotel. Staff was very kind and welcoming and had a stunning view of the London Eye from my hotel room.

I love the Londoner hotel unfortunately on my last 2 visits the hotel has had works being done in the pool, I received sales emails all week but no mention of the pool shutting. I only come to chill out living not far away it’s a nice treat and without the pool and spa it’s an expensive stay out.

Hard to stay in the lobby

City view room - would go again

We stayed in one of the City View rooms, and sadly the fog limited our view a bit. But what we could see was fantastic. The room itself was excellent, very comfy bed. And all the team members there were very welcoming and friendly.

I love the interior design, live music at the lobby and the location is very convenient. All the stuff are helpful and friendly. Definitely will stay there again when we go to London.

An excellent Hotel. The staff was very kind, the property immaculate, and the location was perfect. The only dowside is that the walls are pretty thin. I heard everything going on above me. Other than that, you get what you pay for here (yeah, it's not cheap), then again, nothing in London is.

It was an excellent hotel and could fault any of the services provided during out stay.

I’ve been a regular at The Londoner since it opened just at the end of the pandemic. Frequenting their various bars with friends for socials. Decided to treat myself to an overnight stay and be able to access the Retreat (spa). Pros Attentive service Clean, safe, secure Luxurious amenities (like Toto toilets) Hotel location (close to everything) Comfortable bed / rooms Spa facilities Cons A tad over priced for the size of the room (£620pn) A Samsung TV is not in keeping with their 6* image and casting mobile device to the TV refused to function. Water pressure in shower was average at best (room 806) Lack of laptop size / appropriate safe (there is a safe draw in the room though for jewellery etc) Some small elements over looked by house keeping like a broken reading light bulb and thread bare robe

Fantastic location, staff and spa/retreat. The room was very small, with limited space for suitcases. Quite noisy at night if facing Leicester Square.

Excellent hotel!

The hotel is exceptional, staff are amazing and the room was fantastic. My only negative thing to say, is that i was woken up daily at 5:30am because of a delivery van that was unloading for stores opposite.

The Luxurious Londoner

The Londoner is exceptional - from the staff to all the amenities. The hotel is beautiful, loved the modern finishes. It’s perfectly situated for access to everything in London. The breakfasts were incredible and there are so many choices of restaurants. We will definitely be back again.

This is a lovely lux property. Plenty if not excessive staff as every step you took a staff member was asking if you needed help. Beautiful spacious room with friendly housekeeping staff. Would stay again.

Great hotel with awesome staff.

You need to tighten up your fire safety protocols. The alarm went off at two in the morning and we were all running around like chickens with our heads cut off. I was told it was a false alarm by another guest. No one came to tell us it was a false alarm, no one made an announcement. This is unacceptable after Grenfell.

I must say that this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in awhile. Not only because of their amenities but because of every single person on their staff. Everyone greeted us warmly and took care of everything we needed. The concierge is top tier. Especially Bernard he was so helpful and friendly and went over and beyond in his service to us. We will definitely come back! Thank you the Londoner.

Fabulous hotel. Stunning decor and beautifully presented rooms. Welcoming and helpful staff. Perfect location and surprisingly quiet despite it being in the heart of the city. Great atmosphere all round, and lovely rooftop bar to top it all off! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff are friendly and attentive making this a no fuss and wonderful hotel to be at ease and return many times too.

Amazing stay in central London just minutes from everything. Breakfast with wide range of choice. Enjoyed cocktails and champagne at the Stage.

Great stay. Excellent spa and facilities. The only down side was the room smelt of cigarettes and the room was quite noisy so won’t be full 5 stars on this basis.
