Our room had a lot of space, a great bathroom area, and comfortable beds and sitting area. The hotel has a restaurant as well as a bar/dining area. The food was great and it was convenient for our late-night dinners.

Staff is most accommendating. Van driver carried my luggage to my room. Everyone was extremely helpful.

Great stay for overnight between flights. Always stay here on my way through. From the Restaurant/Bar area to the AM breakfast at the diner....never disappointed. 5 Star for an Alaskan Hotel

Having two restaurants on site was very nice. The hotel gave us breakfast vouchers every morning, which was a pleasant surprise. The bed are a little on the firm side, but otherwise the room was very nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient shuttles to and from the airport ferry.

We ran into weather problems and when we contacted the hotel they we courteous and friendly in assisting us in changing our arrival date at the last minute. This speaks volumes to the quality of employees and customer service.

Unprofessional and smelled bad. Outdated.

Room was musty and smelled like old. Bathroom tub had pubic hair in it. House keeper was nice and friendly and the kris at the front desk was pleasant. The other female was very rude when I asked questions about a future stay I booked and gave me false information about how I could call to authorize my fathers stay in a few days when in actuality I needed to fill out a form. Which I could have done right then but instead trusted what she told me.

Power tripping front desk

Left our blanket called the same day and no one ever got back to us. The staff at check out was super rude and actually refused me service because he didn’t like my attitude. Very condescending and disrespectful. He bragged about locking someone out a few days prior for their “attitude” he was on a power trip and his manager supported him without first checking camera to see I did nothing wrong.

Nice rooms, good service, one small gripe, I had a 2 day reservation and they only activated my room card for one day, the front desk was busy when I needed in my room the second day, but accidents happen and I'm overall very pleased with the staff and the room. Would absolutely recommend the landing hotel.

There was a lot of noise even had to change rooms. There was an event center above us that was having parties. The carpets need cleaning and the building is looking tired. Definitely, one of the nicer places in Ketchikan though. Also, the restaurant is great.

Plan to stay again.

Fantastic place to stay in Ketchikan. Clean and comfortable. They have a shuttle that will take you anywhere in Ketchikan. Highly recommend staying here.

Wait staff was excellent in both restaurants. Shuttle van drivers were also courteous and professional. Bryce from housekeeping was very accommodating.

Have stayed several times. So convenient for traveling the milk run.

Couldn’t ask for a better experience

Amazing staff. Very clean rooms and facilities! 2 dinning options in the same building. You're no more than 10 minutes from anything in downtown. They even let us keep our bags at the check in desk after check out at 12pm because we couldn't get on the ferry until 2:00pm. 10/10. Would 1000% stay here again!

help for the stranded

I missed my cruise in Vancouver and found this hotel thru the app. Got to Ketchikan in the rain. The staff is super friendly. They gave me clear instruction and picked me up from the ferry station without unnecessary waiting. The room is nice and clean as expected. And I look forward for the complimentary ride to the port. It was too bad that they couldn't take me all the way to Ward Cove where my ship is. But Berth 4 is good enough!

The staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Two restaurants onsite is great. The location isnt the most convenient into town.

Smoking section set up under hotel so a lot of talking and smoke wafting up to room windows. Noisy all night long.

Me gustó micho el servicio gratuito de shuttle, muy conveniente. No solo te lleva y recoge del aeropuerto, también puede llevarte al centro. El vale de comida se me hizo muy útil, perfecto para desayunar en el restaurante (clásico diner), tienen varias opciones.

This hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the airport ferry which is awesome. There is also a bus stop right out front but town is just a 40ish minute walk away, so that was nice to do most days. It was awesome to have the 2 restaurants attached to the hotel. That way if I didn't want to stay downtown too late, enjoy a beer, or grab a quick breakfast, I could do it easily since the restaurants were right there. Most of the staff were friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The servers made you feel incredibly welcome, which was nice. The rooms were faiely clean and pretty quiet.

Room was musty, pillows smelled old and very used. Room is outdated but overall clean. Staff was very cold and unfriendly. Only hotel available or I would never stay here again just based on the front desk staff in the afternoon. Evening staff was very friendly.

Bathroom floor had hair on it and sink was not totally clean. Used the restaurant 3x. First two instance, service was very slow, food mediocre. Third time I eventually left after >10 minutes without being acknowledged by wait staff.

The staff seemed concerned about each person and their needs.

Close to the ferry and having a restraint close by with a free breakfast was nice too.

Great stay. Wish the wifi speeds were better. I had to use my cell phone for internet ad hotel wifi was not useable.

Great older property managed by Peppermill Casino. Very clean rooms in a building across the street from a good smaller casino with great dining options.

Employees were very nice, room was clean. Two restaurant choices plus a grocery and liquor store close. Workout room was great!

This is a cool hotel and diner - it’s rustic and super close to the airport. it’s not fancy but does the trick!

This is a nice property. It's interesting to me they don't have central air here...but they do provide fans in the rooms! We did get a little hot last night but we opened the windows and was good.

This is a hotel that is long overdue for an uplift. Rooms are outdated and have an old smell to them-no fan/AC for ventilation. Staff was very nice and helpful

We had a great time in Ketchikan, far enough away from the cruise ships!

Very convenient airport access. The rooms were spacious and clean. I appreciated the breakfast credit and onsite restaurant.

Online reported there was a complementary continental breakfast. When we arrived they gave us a $10 voucher. In the morning the restaurant didn’t open for over an hour after the posted time. Poor service….poor communication

Decent hotel for Ketchikan. The staff is poorly trained, inefficient, unprofessional, unfriendly, and generally less than we would expect. The shuttle is a good idea, but very slow and I dependable.

Staff was very friendly - room was comfortable, quiet and had amenities I have not seen in a while - their shuttle service right on time - has two restaurants on site - both fine - would stay there again without hesitation.

We especially appreciated the shuttle service for hotel guests.

Just a little dated, but convenient to the airport and float plane dock. Very friendly staff and good dining and drinks at Jeremiah’s upstairs and just right breakfast downstairs. The room our first night was very warm without the option to adjust the temperature and when we opened the window we had to smell the cigarette smoke from the employees on break. Otherwise pretty good.

Unexpected night in Ketchikan!

The staff here was super accommodating to us and we really enjoyed our stay! We were three days in without luggage and missed our boat in Vancouver. They shuttled us anywhere we needed to get the supplies and clothing we needed for the cruise. Loved our stay!

The staff at this property is fantastic! The food at the restaurants is good and they have a decent bar upstairs. The rooms are dated and sockets need to be replaced. The chairs and couches in our suite were dirty. There's not a lot of choices in Ketchikan Alaska I think this is probably one of the best ones.

Provides transportation at no cost to you back and forth from airport. They also provide transportation to local areas on a timed schedule. Rooms are dated but clean. Well worth the cost. Facility has restaurants and bar.

Clean, nice rooms with friendly staff. There’s a nice restaurant right downstairs. Kind of far from downtown, but there is a free shuttle anywhere in city limits.

Good overall place easy check in nice Big deluxe room with two sitting chairs. Glass glasses and coffee mugs. Let us store our bags in their storage room and use their conference room to play cards after checkout. Before we caught our plane.

One night stay at a Suite room. The room was overall comfortable and was quiet. Free shuttle to the Airport ferry terminal was a convenient but the shuttle driver left his gun unattended in the van while he was helping with loading my luggage, and it was a bit uncomfortable.

They helped when the pillows were too soft and felt like I was falling through the bed got harder pillows. Also they were so nice to my Autistic son, and the food 10 out of 10

This is an older hotel with thin walls. We were initially given a key to an occupied room! Oops! Correction was made!

Convenient to airport and downtown. There was no air conditioning so kept window open - noisy.

Good location. When we were getting on the airport ferry, we called the front desk to have their complimentary shuttle pick us up when we got to the other side. Very convenient to use, so we didn’t need to rent a car! The hotel has a diner style restaurant with a pretty decent sized menu. The meals were good and were served by very friendly staff. Our room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again

The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly. It was perfect for our one night in Ketchikan before departing for Coal Bay. I would definitely stay there again.

Enjoy the fact that they provide free shuttle to and from airport ferry entrance. Even with late arrival there in house bar/restaraunt was still open for food and drinks. They give you a credit to be used in diner in am for delious breakfast of your choice.

As soon as i got into my toom, the phone rang, but no one was on the opposite end. It also just looks kind of ran down and it looked a lot nicer in the pictures (like usual). Decent place to stay otherwise. Nice places to eat in the hotel.
