This place is in a perfect location if you wanna see some of the walk of fame stars as well as visit madam tussauds which is across the street. This hotel is also conveniently located near the Dolby theater and TCL theater. Love everything about this hotel from the extremely helpful and friendly staff down to the location. Would gladly stay here again.

The Hollywood Roosevelt is a great hotel when visiting Hollywood. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return.

We were only in our room overnight, and had a nice, friendly, comfortable stay. Room service was especially impressive — delivered sooner than estimated (15 minutes actual vs estimated 20 minutes) — and prepared perfectly. Also enjoyed the birds-eye view of the Hollywood walk-of-fame. Fun seeing the street transition through various phases of busy-ness and peaceful throughout the evening and morning.

Beautifully restored property. Staff ws friendly. Lots of dining options. Cant beat the location. Walking distance to all the Hollywood goodness and metro line.

Upon checking in, we were upgraded which was a pleasant surprise. The deluxe king room in the tower was overlooking the city and made for a beautiful view at night. Staff is very helpful and beds are so comfy. Loved our one night getaway

The Hollywood Roosevelt is a great place to stay for absorbing some Hollywood history and nostalgia. I have stayed here twice and both times it has been nice to feel the ghosts of old Hollywood. Whether swimming in the gorgeous heated pool with refreshments from the Tropicana Bar or imbibing at the Spare Room, it’s not difficult to think about the stars of the Golden Age relaxing close by. The stunning lobby was decorated wonderfully for Christmas which made this stay even more magical. The staff are always attentive and friendly while the rooms are clean and cozy. I will look forward to staying again next time.

My only complaint is the choice of artwork in the room. The type and placement of art seemed very bizarre. A small photo of a car over the bed and some wood frames with masking tape on them. Very odd.

My stay at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel was amazing. I stayed in the Cabana Suite. The staff was so nice and friendly. The food was phenomenal. The area is perfect and just 1 minute away from the Hollywood Walk of Fame. I can’t wait to stay here again. And one pleasant surprise was they offered the Chromecast which allows you to watch Netflix, YouTube etc on your TV. 10/10. Highly recommended this hotel.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful and has so many gorgeous spaces within--the Lobby area, the pool, the restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful, particularly Nicholas the concierge and Grayson, one of tge bellmen, who took us on a tour of the historic places in this hotel, including Marilyn Monroe's suite.

I really like this hotel, so convenient and beautiful.but we had one of the smaller rooms and the ventilation made loud noises all night. There was no price list for items in the honor bar. The bar at the pool had a really good vegan option and my husband enjoyed his cob salad. Breakfast at 25⁰ was also very good. the staff so helpful.

Historic hotel in a perfect location for many of Hollywood's offerings. Very expensive valet, so just know that.

The good: this is an iconic property, filled with classic Hollywood. Loved the fabulous lobby, The Shirley restaurant, and decor throughout. Though located in a seedy area, it’s also quite convent to the hustle and bustle of Hollywood Boulevard. The bad: the Cabana rooms are insanely noisy (you can hear every single word of conversations in the room next to you and in the hallway), house keeping less than friendly when they decided it was okay to wake me up two hours before checkout time despite the “do not disturb” sign hanging from my door and offered no apology (their cleanup in the room next to me sounded like a remodeling project!), there are no coffee makers in the rooms, outside alcohol is not allowed in the rooms (how absurd!), and the tvs in the rooms are laughably small.

This is a nice hotel in the heart of Hollywood and close to pretty much all the attractions or the must see things that you would want to do or see when you are in Hollywood. The hotel is old so it is not the newest amenities or furniture or room look and feel, but it was not a bad stay, and I actually would stay here again. The one thing that we did not enjoy was the food we ordered breakfast and we also went to the poolside and ordered some food and both times it was just terrible so for such an iconic hotel with such a vibe, I would recommend investing in a good chef or cooks because the food was just not it

This was an amazing property in a great part of Hollywood. The staff from arrival to departure were very professional and welcoming. I had a great time in the Library bar chatting with Thomas and other guests. Thomas was fantastic.

Hotel Roosevelt is a historic property in Hollywood. We loved the entire experience. Easy check in, Bell Service to our Suite, Dinner and Drinks at the Tropicana Bar at the Hockney Pool, Easy Check out! Of course the location can’t be beat. Step out the front entrance onto the Walk of Fame!

Beautiful hotel! The staff were always so helpful and friendly. The valet was fast and efficient. Within walking distance of so much. Stayed for a show at the Hollywood Bowl, which is also within walking distance. Highly recommend!! Received text messages with information about things going on within the hotel, shows, etc which I found very helpful.

The hotel itself was wonderful, pool area, staff, breakfast cafe and bar are soo great. The Shirley restaurant in the hotel wasn’t up to standards, late sitting us with a reservation and then waiting 30 minutes for a drink. Overall good experience

The staff is amazing at the Roosevelt! They took care of us from the moment we walked in the door until we left. Falcon at the front desk was friendly and inviting right from the moment we were checking in. I highly recommend staying here when in Hollywood.

Amazing poolside oasis somehow insulated from ground zero of the walk of fame. Easy 25min walk to Hollywood Bowl. Large, clean, quiet rooms. Good value. Easy to recommend.

We would absolutely stay at the Hollywood Roosevelt again! The room was super spacious, the bathroom was not, but no big deal. It was clean, cool vibes, and the pool area was really nice too. Can’t beat the location if you want to be close to the attractions

I was so looking forward to staying here, I love history and the hotels history really appealed! We weren’t disappointed and loved our stay here, would definitely stay again! Was central, near to restaurants and metro! There was plenty of sights to see a few steps from the hotel. The staff were lovely especially the cleaning staff who were really friendly and chatty, a real credit to the hotel! No issues whatsoever with the hotel, the pool was fantastic and 25 Degrees restaurant served beautiful food for a good price! The area around the hotel is dirty and feels extremely unsafe at times but I found this throughout LA and surrounding areas so is in no way reflective of the hotel and there’s nothing they can do about it so I haven’t marked it down! I would definitely stay again if in the area!

Nice, comfortable rooms. There were some elevator issues while we were there, but they navigated that well. Well stocked in room mini bar. Nice linen. Comfortable beds. Blackout shades.

They overdue the rules, felt like we were being accused before even checking in. Not very inviting, your room is also like a sales store, everything has a price on it, with exception to the small warm water. With the price tag on the booking its another thing over done. You dont feel so much like a guest.

The property is in a perfect location! Easy access to shopping, Hop on Hop off bus, touring, etc. The restauants in the hotel have very good food. The pool area is amazing. Rooms are a little small but worked fine. The staff were all so pleasant! I would stay here again!

Lovely historic hotel in a good location. We were there to attend an event at the Hollywood Bowl. Front desk staff are great. Bar and cafe areas could use more staff and a bit better organization. The hotel helped me change my arrival date when Hotels.com only ever sent me emails that they were working on it!
