I absolutely loved my stay! The rooms are adorable and the two heated pools are excellent! The hotel is conveniently located next to shops restaurants and the beach. Would definitely come back.

It’s a cute/cool convenient property. The room is very small but ok for a single traveler. (Not sure about two people). Very little space/storage, but great shower. Had to unplug the fridge to avoid light and noise. The pool is a scene especially on Saturdays.

The rooms are tiny, ok for one person, only queen sized beds throughout hotel against 2 walls, young people will put up with this I guess. The rooms have all necessary items. Hotel was full of airline layover staff. The hotel’s attraction is its daily pool party scene mainly frequented by hordes of people not staying at hotel.

Although we enjoyed our stay here, I would not stay here again . The design is beautiful of course but as many reviews stated the rooms are small. I didn’t realise exactly how small they are. They are TINY! Barely space to unpack and nowhere to put anything anyway so there’s no point. The pool area is gorgeous but the music is ridiculously loud every day of the week, not just party weekends. We just couldn’t relax there. The beach area is not an exclusive Goodtime beach area but they have a deal to use the cheap plastic public beach loungers for free. Not exactly ‘ on brand’ . I mistook the green and pink loungers further along to be Goodtimes but they belonged to the Savoy. We still had a good time as South Beach is always fun but lesson learned , it’ll be somewhere else next time !

Clean, kind staff

The hotel is fine. The pool is nice. I paid extra for an ocean view but the view overlooked what appeared to be a junkyard, buildings, and finally the ocean, off in the distance. Pictures of the hotel made it seem like it was right on the beach. It's not. It's 3 blocks away. Don't be decieved .They also charge 40 per night resort fee on top of what you pay when you book it. Valet parking is 50 per night! There didn't appear to be an alternative. The room was extra small. While the hotel itself was fine, you can probably do better for cheaper.. The extra 300 i had to pay for 3 nights is outrageous.

We stayed here when this first opened and their standards seemed to be a bit higher then (duh, they had just opened.) I didn’t mind the small rooms bc it was nice and clean and the amenities were worth it. The cleanliness is not up to par, the bathroom was dusty and the fabric on the bench was literally so dirty you can see the dark spots. Which is kinda gross cause the headboards are also made from fabric so I can’t imagine they’re super clean either. The price is reflective of what you’re getting I guess you get what you pay for.

Staff was very helpful and location was good for access to South Beach and restaurants. Property was clean and tastefully decorated. Rooms are the size of a closet- no table, desk, closet or chair. Coffee service is only via the lobby cafe and a service fee is charged for any order. The pool area becomes a weekend party scene, and while guests are able participate, there is no access to a quiet area to sun and read, so avoid this hotel if you prefer a peaceful beach experience. Resort fees are charged even on rainy days when no amenities (pool, beach chairs, bikes) are available.

I was so excited to stay here and wanted to like it. Unfortunately the pics are deceiving and the property is not well maintained and feels sad in need of renovations. The bikes are are worn, the chairs are visibly dirty and the rooms are extremely small. Like dorm room small. The curtain for the bathroom feels thin and gets soaking wet. Everything felt dirt and shabby. Not worth the price- was probably cute when it opened but has not been upkept.

The hotel is conveniently located. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected. In Miami Beach you don't want to spend too much time in your room. I wish that the pool was open at night.

service was BAD, some the employees were super rude, the rooms were too small, we ordered some racks for the bags and they took 2 days to deliver them, the pool was supposedly opened at 7 and they let us in at 8 and from the back entrance because the person in charge wasn’t there on time, everything is super pretty but the service is honestly bad and i don’t want to return there for that, also if you have marriott points and you book through expedia they don’t give you any points

Everything was very good; the only thing to consider is that the rooms are very small, but they are clean, and everything was without any issues.

Had a great time during our stay. Pool parties offered nice alternates to beach time. Easy access to south beach was a plus. The hotel has tie up with dedicated beach space and towel service. However, we had to pay extra for umbrella which was nominal. The hotel has nice instagram-able spots and merch.

I had expected more

Disappointing overall. The lobby and library are beautiful but beyond that hotel is pretty run down for a 4 star. Furniture is room was shabby and the unidentified stains on the head board made me end up sleeping at the other end of the bed. Tags and misc bits left from previous guest in the only drawer space. The mini fridge that only contained one cold brew coffee was extremely loud. The room was pretty small which wasn’t bad but the finishes didn’t feel luxury at. To top it off clothes steamer didn’t work so wanted 40 mins to be brought an iron without an iron board. The pool area is nice. but weird sewage smell and torn up furniture left a lot to be desired. Staff were nice but always extended wait times at front desk.

The pool deck was wet and slippery and I had a bad fall. No one seemed to care that I was hurt and could not enjoy the cocktail my friend just bought me. They should have at the very least not charged me for the drink I could not drink

- great location, short walk to where you want to be in south beach. - music at pool (even during week days) was a bit too loud, but it is "party hotel" so whatever, I feel like it could be a the music could be less "aggressive" during the week days. - The bike rental is a nice option, but be careful you are given 2 hours complementary, if you return the bike after 2h and 1 min you would pay for a third hour ($10/hour) - F45 classes is such a nice perk - check the class schedule online and reserve your spot at the reception! - Rooms are small, so don't expect to have lots of room to move around lol - One day the hotel was short of towels, hope that is not the norm.

Beautiful chic hotel

I love this chic hotel and its location. However my room was not available until 4:30pm. They do keep your luggage and you can use the pool while you wait on it. Or you can go down to the beach in the meantime l. Restaurants and clubs nearby.

This was an awesome place to stay at when in the area. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The room is clean and it has everything you could want while on vacation.

We had a double bed room (lowest cost room) and the room was very small. We were there for one night and coped but you might want to pick a larger room for longer stays. Perfect position for the local entertainment and restaurants. Bike rental (2hours free) and arrival drink was a nice touch Enjoyed an hour at the Saturday pool party which had many people up and dancing even though it was poor weather. A few harmless stag and hen parties at the pool party

Rooms are too small

I loved staying at the good time hotel. From the start, the staff took care of me and my gf and made us feel vip. The staff was always amazing. I booked this hotel because it was super cute and close to everything. Each day we were there we walked around and could find any cuisine we wanted. Be sure to check out Puerto Sagua on the corner, amazing Cubans and iced coffees.

Beautiful hotel decor. Strawberry Moon! Fabulous! One early morning the hotels AC broke down, no AC for couple hours. It was back working before noon! All the Staff were great!Helpful & Friendly.

After checking in my room was shaking form the a/c they said they couldn’t move me because they were sold out and then put me in a very small room but same price. Do not stay here

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Staff are wonderful, the location is great; we just wish there were more entertainment in the hotel. The furniture’s definitely needs an update. Our room was on the top level with ocean view; we wish the room was a little bigger, but it was very clean, guess it was ok for the amount of time we stayed there. We recommend staying there.

Tiny rooms. And mine smelt a bit funky. No all day menu, no cafe, no duvet. No complimentary tote bag (as advertised). Terrible wifi. Pool on weekends costs hundreds of dollars. (And the advertised arrangement with neighbouring hotel does not exist) Massive hotel. Took 5 mins to walk to room. Frosted glass bathroom (so no privacy if that’s important to you) Overall clean and quiet. Staff friendly and helpful.

This hotel has been one of my best stay in Miami. The hotel is so beautiful and well decorated. The staff are very professional and always willing to assist. The room is clean with plenty of natural sunlight. The pool area is truly resort style. The picutes online are true. The locaton was perfect, easy access of shopping, dining, nighhtlife and the beach. I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Great hotel

Great hotel, well located two blocks from Ocean Drive. Hotel has great facilities, is modern and clean, pool area was great, although more shaded areas would have been good. We were there mid week and it was quiet, great rose wine. Our room was small but well planned, I wouldnt say the 'ocean view was worth it, it isnt advertised as partial but looking over car parks and rooftops is partial to me.

I liked the property overall. I found it strange how they did not offer a blanket on the bed. Just a thin sheet. Also the fridge in my room was loud. But for the room was nice overall. Small, but nice.

We stayed at the goodtime hotel for three nights plus one additional night due to our flight being canceled. My wife and I waited a couple days to think about the good parts of our stay and areas that clearly need improvement so that others can have a better experience. Pros: Every staff member we interacted with—from the concierge to the restaurant waiters to the cleaning staff—were kind, respectful, and patient with everyone. Location-wise, we thought we were in a great spot and had short walks or Uber rides to all the best parts of South Beach. The hotel does a good job of managing the events they host such as the pool parties. While these go on for several hours, they never seemed to get too wild or out of hand. One caveat: if you’re going to try and take an afternoon nap you’ll definitely hear the music coming from these parties no matter what floor you’re on. Strawberry Moon was an awesome restaurant and had a very wide range of menu choices that accommodate different tastes and dietary needs. Cons: For as fun of a vibe goodtime sets from the moment you walk in, there is definitely a lack of detail when it comes to the accommodations. Between both rooms we stayed in, there wasn’t a lot of consistency. The grout in the tiles of our first room clearly had mold or mildew on them, the shower curtain was not long enough to prevent water from spraying out from the shower, and there was also no fan to vent out steam. After our first night, the cleaning crew did not come

A/C wasn’t working and we had to change rooms, on the last day to check out the power went out super early and we had to walk down 6 flights of stairs with our luggage… :)

Excellent services , friendly staff and so help full, cleanliness amazing, amenities are wonderful , pool mmm is great but they need more accessibility for guest and also change the music mood , in the days in the the pool I didn’t hear any but if Spanish music even though they know is nanny Latinos staying there and also the Dj should’ve more motivated on his duties

Super aesthetic hotel and there is ALWAYS SOMETHING FUN happening on the weekend. You will always have plans. The rooms are small, similar to a dorm room, however for couples or a couple friends who plan on being out most of the day anyways it perfect. The host who greeted us was Ken and he was FABULOUS. Checked us in no problem and even offered us a complimentary champagne. We did not have to uber anywhere since it’s at a perfect location near the strip. One thing to note though is that there is always a pool party since the hotel’s pool is the Strawberry Moon. So although you get into those parties for free, guests really are able to enjoy the pool from 7 am to 12 and then the party begins and it gets PACKED. It’s super fun. But we did wish we were able to enjoy the pool a little bit more. But you’re so close to the beach it doesn’t even matter. We loved our stay would prob come back again!

Cute hotel in South Beach area, walkable to beach, looked a bit nicer online than it was in person but still comfortable and clean

As we arrived to the property we were checked in. We got there a little bit early and they were able to check in which was nice The only thing I did not like was one of the morning we got up and there was no power in the hotel and we had to take the stairs we were on the fifth floor so that was very inconvenience, there was no AC when we went to the front desk. They say It’s a city problem there was no compensation nothing. But apart from that the stay was ok

This hotel is located in great spot in south beach. The place was clean and staff was friendly. I didnt like the fact if you bring a car there is no free parking. So you forced to pay 50 dollars a day for valet service. I felt that was such a scam. Also be aware some of the rooms are super small.

The hotel is great, it still looks brand new. Super close to South Beach but very quiet. Pool area is nice. Our room was cozy but spacious enough. Only niggle was that having a U.K. phone number, we didn’t get any notifications about things happening around the hotel e.g free breakfast, scavenger hunt etc.
