Everything was very 👍

The hotel is spotless, the room was very cozy, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff was amicable. The only thing that I did not like is that the room was hot, and you couldn't open the window much, the airconditioning seemed to be not working well, other than that everything was great

Room and bed smell terrible it was night mare all night. Answer is only i am so sorry we will leg management know what a funny. I will never stay here snymore all noght been nightmare.

Parking was a problem

Awesome place right in the Kadikoy

Everything was great, the room was clean, so was the bathroom, all the supplies were available, fast internet, great AC, the only thing I regret was the 9 dollars I spent on breakfast, compared to other places in Istanbul, a breakfast with such amount was very below average, other than that everything was great.

Car parking issues

Most staff were pleasant. The place is situated on a main bus route and there is a train station nearby. Need at least a couple of english tv/satellite channels for international guests. The breakfast however was appalling (not even on time) and should be improved.

Comfortable rooms and stayed here twice between trips to other cities and enjoyed it superbly

Rooms were comfortable but what made the stay 5 star was the helpful staff. They go way above and beyond to assist the guests - emergency land line calls at the lobby, luggage deposit etc

Air con didn’t work and windows had a chain so couldn’t be opened fully. Bathrooms wasn’t to the highest standard No real hotel facilities

Odalar küçük ama yeterli. Koridordan ve diğer odalardan çok ses geliyor. Ses yalıtımı iyi değil. Gece yarısı diğer odaların yaptıklarını dinlemek istiyorsanız gidin. Genel olarak beğenmedim. Çalışanlar iyi ve ilgili.

Not worth it

I assume they do overbooking because we got a very odd room that is not like pictures, and one guest had issue with staff around midnight. Reception has no coordination at all and for a simple blanket I had to wait for 45 minutes. Room was filled with dead flies and windows have no net to prevent flies entering. Lastly for some reason they tune in a very loud music up until midnight at lobby. We ignored the breakfast as at this point I lost my trust to hotel. Only plus is it's location, the rest was not worth the pricing. let here be your last resort or option.

Otel temiz ve konforlu odalar biraz küçük ama bakımlı,fiyatları emsallerine göre yüksek, lokasyon olarak merkezi

Konforlu bir hotel değil sıradan bir yer odalarda dolap yok kahvaltı çok zayıf

Good location! Good breakfast, but opened a bit to late in the morning! A mosque very close, that wake you up to early! Very nice staff! Bad insulation between the rooms I will come back

Genel itibariyle temiz. İş seyahati için uygun. Ama odalar fazlaca küçük. Resepsiyonun kantinvari görüntüsü şık durmuyor. Ama resepsiyondaki görevli oldukça nazikti. Odada kasa ve sıcak su, çay, kahve olması güzeldi. Genel manada memnun kaldım

Çok temiz bir otel, sadece duvarları ince. Başka odalardan gelen uygunsuz sesler bizi çok rahatsız etti. Personel güler yüzlü ve saygılı. Ütü makinesi ihtiyacımızı karşıladılar. Tekrardan her şey icin teşekkürler.

Konum olarak marmaraya 3-4 dk yürüme mesafesi. Yeni ve temiz. Güler yüzlü ve ilgili personal.

New and excellent Hotel.

A new and absolutely recommendable Hotel , super quiet aneid comfortable, basic but lovely rooms, newly furnished and very clean.

Özellikle resepsiyon çalışanları güler yüzlü ve sanki aile ortamındaymışsın gibi hissetirmeleri çok güzeldi.

Yeni açılan bir otel, çok temiz çok yeni , gönül rahatlığıyla kaldık, oldukça temizdi oda boyutu ve kullanılılığı yeterliydi, otoparkı biz gittiğimizde açılmamıştı o da açılırsa tam olur yine gelir kalırız , çift olarak da aile olarak da rahatlıkla gelip kalınır yalnız başıma da gelip kalabilirim rahatsız edici hiçbir profille karşılaşmadık . Tek sıkıntı odayı temizlemeye gelen yabancı uyruklu hanım efendinin saat 9.30 da kapıyı çalarak bizi uyandırması oldu odada biri varken temizlik yapamayacağına göre bunu anlayamadık…
