Great location and customer service

Good option downtown.

It was a nice stay. The location was very convenient for visiting the financial district/wall street area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and comfortable. I only wish there were a few more amenities in the room like a minifridge and a luggage rack. The bathroom didn't have enough space for my things. I didn't like the cheap bed frame because I kept hitting my feet on it. The bed itself was comfortable and I liked the nice sheets and pillows. For the price, it was perfect!

I was put on the 10th floor right next to what I believe was the service elevator. I heard every Conversation and employees talking about other employees. I heard every garbage bag crinkle, vacuum, banging, conversations were right outside my door due to the service elevator being right there. There seemed to be no understanding that a guest was staying in the room. The room was dark and one window that had very little light coming through. The bed was comfortable, shower was great. Service when I checked in was good. I don’t think I’d stay again though.

No amenities for a high price. We asked for a refrigerator when told it was available, then never came. We asked again and they said none was available and so we asked for ice bucket. Different communication on questions depending on whom you asked, each one then correcting the other. Very, very basic. Very, very high priced for basic.

Great use of a smaller space to give a comfortable, boutique feel, team demonstrated stellar hospitality and made me feel exceptionally welcome.

Clean rooms, hip vibe, super close to subway station, and every staff member we met was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Great visit

Pleasant Surprise at FIDI Hotel

pleasantly surprised that the room and layout of the room looked just like the pictures available on Hotels.com. I've added FIDI Hotel to my favorites list and will certainly stay there again.

Small room but did the job, 20 mins from everything which was fine. Not a lot of late night dinning because it is the financial district.

Amazing location and staff

Just FYI for any travellers who are not familiar with the limited parking around this area... You can expect to pay $60 for overnight and it's a 5-7 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel is fine, though. Also consider they have a $30 destination fee that Expedia doesn't mention at all.

The FiDi hotel location is great! Great customer service at the front desk also great room service when I checked in I ordered a veggie starter & churros with chocolate from Camos food it was delicious! I’d definitely book another stay very soon, thanks!

Great room with a reasonable price! They even accommodated my request for a bathtub which is becoming more rare nowadays. I really enjoyed my stay and would absolutely come back.

Great rooms and room service - no sound proofing

Everybody who worked there was super great, the room was really nice and comfortable, and the only complaint was that you could hear every single sound in the hallway or next-door. Not sure if that was just just one room or true to the entire hotel

Great location, convenient, easy to get a cab in this area. The hotel is modern, clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and they offer complimentary happy hour every day.

Nice area, a lot of restaurants/bars around, a pharmacy just around the corner. Quiet and clean. Very convenient common area in the second floor, it would be great to have an ice machine/microwave there. No iron either. Subways stations close by.

Excellent staff. I look forward to visiting again.

Perfect quiet location close to subways & other necessities. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Comfy bed. Room was fairly small but this was expected in NYC! Complementary wine in the evenings was a nice addition to the stay.

Staff was kind and helpful. Area loud always, rooms aren't soundproof either.

It was horrible. The hotel has no restaurant, no food no snacks bar no fridge no iron ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. On top of it all, I needed a spoon for my son and I was told to go across the street to ask at the restaurant across…😳 never again will I use this hotel ever

Staff was friendly. The room was nice and clean. The wine bar was not open. So when they advertise that there was a restaurant wine bar that was a misnomer.

I love the hotel. It was everything amazing. The only thing I rated 4 because I ask for housekeeping and the housekeeping came at 4:30pm to do the room when we were came back from our tour to rest

Great stay! New to the Financial District to stay and am really glad we did. The FiDi hotel has great desk staff, coffee in 2nd level and a very nice lobby. Our room was NY sized, but more than adequate. Very nice bathroom and daily housekeeping. Convenient to restaurants, bars and historic sites. Staten Is. Ferry, Trinity Church and Wall St. will stay again!

My stay was great. The hotel was very modern and walkable. I really enjoyed my stay and will be staying there again.

Always fabulous

This is a bare bones business hotel. Staff are fantastic and responsive. But the hotel misses the things that matter for a business traveler. I get that every hotel in NYC has become absurdly expensive, but for $625 a night you should at least have an iron, box of tissues (especially in the winter) and a luggage rack. Even low tier hotels generally have these.

Glenn was very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel itself and the rooms were really clean, comfortable and cozy. The location is very convenient, super close to subway stations that were accessible to every where we wanted to travel to. 10/10 recommend.

Very friendly staff, lovely communal area (where I met the general manager and some other patrons), clean and well-appointed rooms, convenient location. One suggestion - a shelf/stool in bathroom for toiletry bag. Otherwise, all good! :)

Very nice last minute stay

Booked this hotel for a weekend stay in the city. The staff were nice and professional. The amenities are comparable or better than most. Boutique hotel is quiet and offers happy hour, water bottle service, and discounts which comes with the daily fee of $34. I would stay there again if I had an opportunity and I recommend this establishment.

The temperature could not be regulated to be normal. To hot or to cold. The Staff was EXCELLENT. Nick and the Young Lady who checked me in were great. I’m sorry I can’t remember her name Delightful is a Perfect word to describe this fine Person.

Perfect location to train access and a break from the busier areas of the city. Super cute aesthetic and great size rooms for NYC.

Perfect for traveling couple

The hotel was a perfect spot for us to crash at the end of the end of a long day exploring the city. It’s right near two good subway stops. The room is small but it had everything we needed. Glen who worked at the front desk was in the evenings showed us a level of professionalism that I haven’t seen in a long time.

The FIDI Hotel is fairly new, small, clean, and conveniently located for me. Some of the rooms can be super small and should have a bag rack in every room.. but the staff will always bring one if you ask.

Cosy chic great setvice

I booked a "Superior Queen" room. The room was tiny, had no closet, no shelves, no storage for clothes and the desk area was a shelf that would not even fit my laptop. Will never stay there again. Clean, nice staff.

Excellent stay, the staff was courteous and greeted us every time we came in. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There are many nearby food options and we felt safe walking in the area. Definitely a new favorite place to stay while visiting New York.

FIDI is a cool neighborhood with a lot of bars to chill at. Great subway access to everywhere we needed to be plus they offer free wine and cheese during happy hour! Everything was great - maybe the only downside is the rooms are tiny (no closets?!) but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the film so it wasn’t noticeable.

Great place to stay, close to everything I needed while on my trip! The rooms are a great size and well designed! I wish I had a proper work desk in there though. All in all, a great place to spend a few Nights in NYC

Amazing!

Amazing stay! We were celebrating our anniversary & they had a card and bottle of champagne waiting for us in our room. Cozy robes, coffee & essence water each morning, wine + cheese every afternoon, and in an amazing location away from the touristy downtown spots. Loved it!

The check in staff members were exceptional. The room was small but very nice. The complimentary wine hour was a nice treat.

Terrific Stay/Exceptional Staff

INCREDIBLE Staff! The service was exceptional. Requested an early check-in which I was offered upon arrival. Had an issue with accessing WiFi on my laptop which I reported to reception and they had their IT Team call my room and sort out the issue very efficiently. Stayed for 7 nights and EVERY time I left or returned to the hotel, no matter how busy the reception staff were they said enjoy your day/evening / Welcome back. Subway at the end of the street Cannot praise the hotel staff enough! THANK YOU especially to Ibrahim whose Customer Service is second to none. I shall definitely stay at The FiFi Hotel again...and soon!

Terrible screeching sound throughout the night from other rooms mechanical wi die shades. Difficult bathroom door, I got locked in. An hour wait for ice, nowhere to get it myself.
