Great hotel clean nice rooms good food

Nicely kept property in a safe area. A few restaurants in walking distance. Very easy to get Ubers to Casco Antiguo and the Mercado de Mariscos and rides are maybe $6 and you won’t wait more than 5 minutes. Megapolis isn’t far for shopping. Our rooms were cleaned daily and kept stocked. Breakfast is good with lots of options. Dinner at the restaurant in the hotel was really good too. Only minor issues are that the hotel shows its age a little and check in was a bit delayed (we arrived at 4 but had to wait 20 minutes for the rooms to be ready) and our two rooms were three floors apart.

Excellent place to stay with a lot of accessible places nearby to eat and shop around. Amazing customer service and very helpful when needed transportation. Definitely staying there again on my next trip! Thank you!!

The woman that cleaned my room was the best ever

This was my second stay at the Executive Hotel so that's speaks of my satisfaction. The location is convenient to shopping, eateries, only a 4 minute walk to the Metro (subway) and safe. The breakfast buffet had more than enough items. The rooms are clean, modern and well kept. I highly recommend this location and look forward to my 3rd stay.

The employees were so friendly and went of their way to assist. Miguel the bellman was AMAZING. He always had a smile on his face and a can do attitude.

The shower and the sink were clogged . Complained twice at reception. No one cared to take care of it. Had to shower standing in 2 inch of dirty water.

Disappointed in the breakfast but the hotel is clean, also they should at least accommodate person for a late check out at least up to 3 free of charge

This is a beautiful hotel. My room was lovely, the bed and pillows were terrific. Everything was spotlessly clean. The restaurant downstairs! Deliciosos! The staff was very accommodating, friendly and muy helpful! I’ll be back.

The location, very accesible to public transportation and walking distance to fulfilling my assignments. Staff could be a little more service detail oriented/amicable.

The property accurately reflect the pictures shown. We spent 7 days and it was an enjoyable stay. Staff were kind and helpful. I’d consider booking executive again. Overall good for the price.

Overall The Executive hotel is a good hotel. Internet is good for most business needs. They offer free onsite parking, which is a plus. The breakfast could be improved.

The hotel and the staff was nice. Food options for breakfast could have been a little bit more inclusive. My maid was top tier! Big up Aracelys always! I like that for a budget friendly hotel, they still kept the old traditional hotel feel that makes it rich!

Everything was great

The staff is great: friendly, knowledgeable and busy. The Executive is surrounded by walkable restaurants and, if going further afield, a reliable taxi was always ready. The pool and gym area were more than serviceable and never crowded. Last, the cafe was great for breakfast (included with the room) and a safe option if you are in for the evening. We enjoyed our stay and will visit again.

Very nice room however there were no water glasses in the room

The hotel is located in a place that was excellent to move to the different places that I had to go. The food in the restaurant was very good. The breakfast had a plenty variety of food. I was surprised by the style of the room. I was immediately helped when I couldn’t close the balcony door. The place exceeded my expectations.

I liked the location and the customer service of the front desk and concierge. Rooms are not sound proof enough, I could hear the noises in the corridor too clearly though the closed door of my hotel room.

My team and I always stay at this hotel, however 2 team members left their luggage in their rooms in error and left to attend a trade show, checkout was that same day. No one contacted me as the booking was on my name but however went on to charge me for leaving the bags in the room. Usually hotels would remove the bags and put it in storage owing to the fact that all bags were packed. This hotel supervisor showed no empathy and insisted I have to pay. I nor any member of my team will never stay at this hotel again.

Great rooms, lovely beds and very clean. The staff are helpful and do their best to make the stay more enjoyable. The breakfast choice was good but you have to pay extra for certain things. The basic choice was good. The bar and restaurant in the evening were fine and not expensive.

The staff and employees were great overall. However, if you experience a restaurant related injury, due to food having a foreign object in it, you might not get complementary service, due to their mistake.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is well located, nice pool, excellent service and good breakfast (they only need to have ham, bacon and/or sausage every day as well as other flavors of juices).

Key cards did not work, meaning that we had to call a staff member every time we returned to our room.

The hotel is a easy walk to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, train and bus.

The decor is really nice. It's clean. The staff are friendly, and the breakfast does not disappoint...I'm still trying to replicate the Hojaldres I got there. The only fault I found staying there is the noise. Not in the hotel itself, but if you're a light sleeper don't stay on the side facing Habano's Café. That place does not stop. But it's Panamá...right?

The hotel rooms are reasonably priced and the rooms are lovely. The housekeeping staff do an excellent job. My only concern was that most of the staff do not speak nor understand English. I have already recommended the hotel to some of my friends who will be travelling to Panama later this year.

This is my second trip to Panama City and picked the same hotel again. Good location, easy to get to/from airport. Walkable distance to restaurants and markets. Room is large enough. Good breakfast. Bathroom tab needs an upgrade.

I like that most places are walkable. The metro is close by and taxis are easily accessible. The hotel is in the city center with lots to do during the day and night. The breakfast was commendable with different additions everyday. The rooms are spacious and the balcony allows you to see the high rise buildings nearby.

Loved the upkeep of this hotel, and staff was very helpful.

i was excited about my trip to cartagena. the exeutive hotel was more than expected. staff was nice and courteous. breakfast was great. located one block from the beach. close to shopping and restaurants. will stay there again
