Quiet, clean rooms

They dont have a policy for stuff you carry

Best bang for your buck. Super clean, super friendly staff. Older building, rooms have been up dated. Tims and subway down the road.

We stayed here rather than in Jasper. It was a really nice visit and we really enjoyed being at the hotel. All three of us work in a 4-star hotel I. Canmore, but we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Crestwood and felt our expectations were exceeded. We felt safe and knew that the room was clean. The staff was friendly from the front desk to the cleaning team. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Easy access to restaurants. Hotel overall is just ok, nothing fancy. But our stay was not the best, as one of the bed was itchy and looks like it wasn’t changed.

As said in other reviews, the outside of this place does is not relative to the inside. The outside is clean and kempt but quite dated. Rooms and washrooms were very nice, updated and clean. The fitness room is very spacious and clean. The staff were very nice, efficient and responsive. My only blip was the advertised breakfast. They could do much better there… but overall, the price was right.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. One night there and we were able to catch up on a much needed sleep! Easy walk to Tim’s and other places to eat.

I booked this property for 2 reasons AC and breakfast… The AC unit was super loud, not running properly all night ! Expecting a decent breakfast: we were giving a voucher for a limited breakfast at the Wendy’s 😳near by If you are going to offer fast food for breakfast not even in the hotel it should state so under your listing in Expedia or elsewhere! Very disappointed

Some updating would be helpful but the overall pretty decent. Staff were very courteous.

The beds and pillows were comfortable and the staff were helpful. Expedia doesn't list "breakfast" for this place because they dont offer a typical continental breakfast onsite but they do give you breakfast vouchers for Wendy's (5 minute walk down the road) which is nice. AC worked great, but many of the wall outlets were loose and the bathroom vent was not working.

Affordable

Older hotel, common areas have never been updated by the looks of it and no restaurant facilities. However, the rooms are more recently updated, and the entire hotel is very clean and well kept. The old lounge area has tables and chairs, a pool table ($1.25) and kettles and microwaves for your use. Coffee available in the lobby in the mornings. Beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. My family & I would stay here again.

the room is lovely, the bed super comfortable. Didn't like the walk up the stairs carrying suitcases as I am old and have a bad hip and knee. I would have given 6 stars if there was a cold bottle of water in the mini fridge. Other than that I would stay here again.

Well according to price this hotel is very great. Nice big room and gym .very great staff.all the stores like walmart and food chains are at walking distance I will definitely come back there again. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK GUYS.

it's a small hotel (which looks more like a Motel) which has only two advantages: 1- it is close to the Rockies. 2- it is not very expensive.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. First impression says a lot. Very musty smell when entering the lobby. Fortunately hallways and room smelled much better. It’s an old building so the soundproofing was not great at all. Could hear everything out in the hall. Taps were very squeaky. Understandable for an old building. There wasn’t a table in the room but it did have a fridge and coffee machine. Clean room, bathroom and comfortable beds. Steak house next door has been closed. Stayed only one night. For Hinton this time of year and cost of accommodations you get what you pay for. Short stay I would stay again.

We stayed in this hotel with our grandson while visiting the area. The hotel staff were kind and very accommodating. This hotel is reasonably priced and very clean. It is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was convenient to my stay at this hotel including all staff, customer service, cleanness inside and out side hotel and my room. I highly recommended to stay this hotel. Very affordable price near by Jasper.

Good stay overall

The hotel itself was outdated but very clean, had everything that covered basic need for the travellers. Location was good, close to both Walmart and Frieson Bros and had plenty of free parking spots. We went out to grab coffee at McDonald’s every morning because coffee was not good but that was our choice. The staffs were very friendly and professional. The room wasn’t too sound-proofed from the hallway so when we got a big group of rowdy crowd the second night, it was very noisy but it seemed that the rooms were sufficiently sound proofed through walls so noise from other rooms didn’t bother us. We enjoyed our stay overall and will definitely come back.

Clean and comfortable is what we look for and we got both. The beds were very comfortable with great pillows and bedding. This is also at the top of our list of importance.

The musty smell as you walked in, carpet is dirty, can’t open the windows, the fridge was noisy, but the bathroom was decent

It was good for one night sleep

Everything was great but it was very cold in the hallways, and no breakfast as the pictures indicate.

Got to the room at 1am having to work that morning. The room temperature was set to 51f and took a very long time to heat up. The putlets in the room wouldnt keep the lights plugged in, would keep falling out. Everything was unplugged when i got there. My food wasnt kept cold that morning meaning my lunch i needed for work got warm.

our son, who managed house keeping in a different hotel was fairly impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel.We only stayed one night . The only problem for me was the room was very cold upon arrival, it warmed up once we adjusted the heat. However I feel that if you know guests are arriving, in the winter, perhaps you should adjust the heat before they arrive. It is an older hotel, has no resturaunt but feel it was pried accordingly.

Really pleasant stay
