dirty , the cleaning service doesn't change the sheets I checked in to have the bed smell like the last person who slept there then they continue to not change sheets also they dont put mattress cover just a plain sheet over mattress never have I stayed at a hotel without a mattress cover ...
Very limited parking at the hotel, not in a particularly nice part of town and the room we were given absolutely stank of drains
The staff was very nice and helpful. The property however is not as it seems in the pictures. The rooms are needing some fixes and the pictures online are should I say outdated compared to what we actually saw in the roo Itself mood lighting didn’t work air conditioning had issues clean but looked rundown. Staff was in restaurant was very nice also.
First of all. The amenities presented to be part of this hotel are actually the Gold's Gym where you would have to have a membership to access them. Second, in order to check into the hotel, I had to go through the Indian restaurant downstairs. I arrived at 8pm to LHR, and instead of the 1--15 minute drive that was spoken about, it took almost 25mins. When I was dropped off, there was no clear entrance to the hotel, and while outside, I noticed how unsafe it appeared. Groups of people were hanging out across the street on the corner and it felt extremely unsafe, especially for my girlfriend. Won't be staying here again.
While I cannot complain about the overall cleanliness of the room, all it took was the light switch to instantly put me off from enjoying my stay. Except the entrance light, all lights in the hotel room are white lights, not warm lights. This goes against basically every hotel I have ever stayed at and it genuinely baffles me how and why such a decision was made. It utterly my entire stay experience in an otherwise very nice and comfortable room. A hotel room should feel inviting and relaxing. And unfortunately with the white lights, I have felt neither. To add to the negative, the TV in the room was also unhinged from one point and was hanging crooked on the wall. The button for ‘Mood Lights’ did absolutely nothing. I do feel a bit bad complaining about the room considering how attractive the price for stay was, but even places like Premiere Inn offer a more inviting stay experience. Did not expect this from a supposed 4 star hotel. I hope management take this point into consideration and really reconsider their room lighting options.
Glasses in bathroom are required. Toilet paper very flimsy and almost unuseable.
There was clearly something wrong with the drains, as the bathroom smelled like sewers. The only way to deal with it was to put the plug in the sink, a wet towel over the drain in the shower, and then leave the bathroom extractor fan on. In the middle of the night, the main room lights started turning on and off, waking everyone. This continued for twenty minutes until I removed the room key from the master switch. No reason was given for either of these issues.
Great hotel
Pro’s: Decent sized hotel room, with good location, close to train stations and the airport. Staff were accommodating when we needed anything. There was access to a pool and hot tub via the gym (full waiver had to be signed before use). The hotel does have AC although when we arrived, the room was almost 32 degrees! Fortunately it cooled down while we went for dinner. Con’s: Not the greatest lighting - fairly dim and touchscreen buttons to use, some of which didn’t seem to work. The bathroom fan was wildly noisy and tied to the bathroom light so was on whenever the light was. There was a dripping noise at one point and the sink is designed in such a way that the water splashes out and gets your legs damp! The towel warming rack didn’t work but we were told it’s a health & safety concern? The phone wasn’t plugged in and the tv didn’t seem to work either. Stayed 2 nights, one was enough.

Very nice hotel, staff were friendly 😊
Staff were fantastic and was a great location to stop after a long flight
This hotel is terrible the air conditioning stop working many times the elevator stopped working There is only one staff covering during night time and he cannot assist the customer because he cannot leave the front desk I will never come back to this facility
Fit for purpose for the night. In the middle of town. Convenient
Stinks of sewage “spa” is more like a toilet. Air con doesn’t work Whole place dirty
While the complimentary pool, sauna, and hot tub are nice amenities, it's important to note that you'll be sharing them with Gold's Gym members. This can lead to overcrowding at times. Unfortunately, our room was not up to par. It was dusty, and surfaces that should have been shiny were dull. Additionally, the room, despite its size, had three large bedside lamps, which felt quite cluttered. It seems like they were trying to create a luxurious atmosphere, but it's difficult to appreciate the effort when the basic cleanliness is lacking.
100% setisfaction
Top experience, great facilities and clean rooms
The staff were helpful. Great Indian restaurant next door. The gym was functional as is the pool. I found my room to be quiet.
Too much of chlorine smell, no proper ventilation
Definitely not a 4* hotel. There was a musty smell throughout the hotel, especially in the lift. The carpets in the room had many clumps of hair and seemed unclean, The kettle had limescale and black debris which looked like scales from the heating element. On the plus side the room was spacious and I had a comfortable night's sleep.
Property is poorly maintained, no Hair dryer, no shampoo, no Iron has to request the staff to provide the iron.
Excellent service from the moment we walked in. We dined in the restaurant, the food was delicious. Would definitely book again. Thank You
The pictures for this hotel did not reflect what the rooms where supposed to look like. The bathroom was dirty, the room smelled, there was hair on my pillows. I could go on and on. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. They definitely need an upgrade.Theyir was a lot of issue with this hotel.
Great. Recommending.
Comfortable beds, friendly staff.
Ok for 1 night
Pool and spa was really nice bedrooms were clean and comfy ..carpark has around 8 spaces and charge an extra £20 ..which is a bit much ..no snacks or drinks available has a Indian restaurant attached ..In the middle of the night was woken up to a very strong smell of weed which seemed to be coming from the air con as no windows that could open so was the only explanation..when telling the guy the following morning he looked at me like i was crazy and disnt believe. But i know the smell and was definitely the green stuff so that was most likely why i had a good 😴 sleep but was concerned how this could happened and no money given off when mentioning this .
Very good stay
Very good stay with friendly staff at reception. I will definitely stay again.
Everything
It was great
Was a nice place
Was an amazing property and really enjoyed my stay. The bedroom was decent and has all the essentials. The best part of staying here was definitely the hot tub, sauna and steam room, all included in the price of the property. Staff where also very welcoming.
Staff are lovely
Staff are lovely
The staff and the manager named Jatin were the reason we decided to stay. Jatin was the nicest and most welcoming person ever! Def recommend this place because of the great people working there even though the facility is a little outdated.
Nice one
I stayed for one night and the staff were attentive and friendly the room was clean and tidy the facilities were good. The room was a little on the small side overall it was satisfactory.
John
It’s fine. Just a shame you have to pay for parking
This hotel is grungy and not in good repair. Reception looks ok, but that’s about it. Stairs are dirty, hallway carpets very stained. Room was small, it felt like it needed a deep clean. Tap fell off in my hand in the bathroom, mood light wasn’t working, lamp shades were tatty. At least bed linen was clean and it had a fridge. Decorative cushions needed cleaning. Overlooked by apartments opposite. Area around didn’t feel safe at night, so I dined in the Indian restaurant downstairs - huge mistake. Food and service awful. The only plus side was the sauna, steam, hot tub and pool were great, although changing rooms felt like they needed a good clean too. Wouldn’t stay again,
Parking not enough space room ok,ish window dirty ,no breakfast.
Not good
I will visit again
Very nice
It’s ok
It’s ok
The hotel is great. I love my stay. My only complaint is the room is very tiny. So before you book make sure you check the room first. Other than that Great hotel. Good staff.
It was ok, staff were accommodating. Aircon broken and noisy fans everywhere.
I would stay there again. Room size was adequate, room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. I ate in their restaurant, and there were plenty of quick bites and shops in the neighbourhood. A short walk to the tube, and a short ride to Heathrow. My advice is to get a professional (not an Uncle!) to attend to the fixtures which were off their screws, lamp shades, stiff door bolt, etc. The fridge used to be for a mini-bar. Now that is no longer a mini bar, please remove the holders for the individual bottles etc. so that the small fridge space is more useful. You should provide small soaps etc instead of the all-purpose dispensers. A translucent curtain and not just the thick one. Also, it would be good to have a good overall light for the room, instead of just table lamps.
Generally a good hotel. Nice rooms but the winner for me is the attached pool and gym. Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant attached. Will continue to stay here
Excellent👌
Staff were friendly and helpful. Local shops, plenty of parking near by if you can't fit in their car park. Room was clean, lovely shower and really comfy bed. To top it off complimentary use of the swimming pool, sauna and steam room! Honestly couldn't have asked for anything more.
Layover stay
It was ok..just a quick layover stay..
Staffs are nice, room is clean but no tooth brush, no body lotion, hair shampoo and conditioner, dinning not much choices
The picture really sell this location, me and my fiance just needed a place to crash after traveling all day throughout europe. We had a 19hr layover in London, thinking this would be a nice spot and not to far from the airport...the hotel is nothing like the pictures provided. beware.
The hotel staff is great, and for a accidental stay after loosing my flght connection, 160 GBP for the night is it just too much. The cleanless of the property in general is missing everywehre you check, the maintencnce and the facilities are old and not well maintained.
This is not a 4 star hotel more like a 2 star it’s desperately in need of an update and it’s dirty! Would not recommend to anyone!
Fridge in room was filthy, sink in bathroom leaked, heated towel rail hanging off the wall. 1 pillow each, duvet was more like a blanket it was that thin
Friendly and approachable staff. Happy to deal with any query. The staff, location and quiet rooms, made it a very pleasant stay.
Lovely hotel and brilliant value for money..
Small rooms. Parking fills quickly
My stay
Had a quick overnight before my flight. service was excellent, so nice and close to the tube for heathrow. Had an excellent meal in the restaurant. I will book again
Great place to stay
Great service and swimming pool and spa will definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back
x
The room had nothing in it at all. floor was very creaky and doors banged, very noisy hotel
Friendly Staff and Convenient Location
The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location within 2 blocks of Hounslow Central Underground station was very convenient for an early flight from Heathrow (note: no elevator at the station). The room was a good size and the bathroom was updated nicely. However, a big down size to the room was the quality of the mattress. Some of the money for the bathroom renovation would have been better spent upgrading the mattress.
Good experience, do recommend the steam room and sauna.
Clean
Best hotel ever!! Service was excellent and sauna, steam room, jacuzzi was amazing! Felt like i was on a holiday. Thank you for making my stay feel soo special. Just wish price was a little less when we stayed
The poor check in said everything about my stay. There was no indenty checks neither no information given.
Great Stay
Amazing stay at this hotel, Very easy check-in, and lovely staff! Thank You
Close to airport, friendly staff
The room was nice, a little dusty in higher places but that didn't bother me too much. The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room are all shared with gold's gym. Steam room and sauna are in gender specific change rooms so if you're in a opposite sex couple, you'll have to separate. Didn't matter much as these weren't open(along with jacuzzi) in early Oct, when we stayed. Overall, it was just what we needed and I'm sure once all the amenities are back up and running it would be even better!
Good experience
The experience was great, the hotel is clean and stuff are really helpful
Moraks Stay
A good experience but the car park is too tight.
The staff is not only knowledgeable but friendly and very giving of their time to help. The entire time we were there we leaned on them to provide local information to help maximize our time. They were wonderful!!!!
Nice hotel with fantastic leisure facilities. When booking, you need to make it clear that I.D. is required when checking-in.
I am extremely disappointed with my most recent stay. The fire alarm went off just before midnight. I am concerned with the lack of safety provided. I am a regular at this hotel but feel on this occasion it was not enjoyable. Very disappointed
SHOCKINGLY DISSAPOINTING
JUST TO SET THE SCENE, FOLOWING THE DETAILS AND PHOTOS ON HOTELS.COM. I BOOKED THIS HOTEL AS A SURPRISE FOR VALENTINES FOR MY WIFE. A RELAXING SPA DAY, DINNER AND STAY. ON ARRIVAL IN THE CAR PARK, I WAS CONFRONTED BY A VERY DODGY CHARACTER... HE LOOKED LIKE HE JUST ROBBED THE LOCAL TESCOS AND WAS. SORTING OUT HIS LOOT IN-BETWEEN TWO CARS. DECENT CHECK IN BY NICE N FRIENDLY STAFF, ON WAY UP TO THE 2ND FLOOR IN A MINUTE LIFT, CAME OUT IN THE CORRIDOR WHERE THE CORRIDORS LOOKED AND SMELT LIKE A HOSTEL, THE DOORS LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD BEEN SMASHED DOWN A COUPLE OF TIMES. THE ROOM WAS PROBABLY HALF THE SIZE OF THE ONES IN THE PHOTOS, CLEAN BUT THE DECOR HAD SEEN BETTER DAYS, THE SILICONE WIDTH IN THE SHOWER HAD GOT VERY WIDE, ALWAYS AN INDICATION OF DISREPAIR. DOWN TO THE POOL, WELL I WAS SOOOO DISSAPOINTED THAT MY WIFE THOUGHT I HAD A STROKE, NO SPACE AROUND THE POOL, NO BEDS, JUST 4 PLASTIC GARDEN CHAIRS BY THE TUB, THE TUB WAS FALLING APPART, MOSAIC TILES IN ABSOLUTE TATTERS (PATCHED SHODICALLY) LOOKED AN ABSOLUTE MESS, ONCE IN THE TUB, WE SLIDED ABOUT DUE TO UNCLEAN GRUNGY SURFACE, THE ALTERNATIVE SAUNA AND STEAM ROOMS ARE IN THE RESPECTIVE CHANGING ROOMS SO COULDN'T SHARE TOGETHER WITH MY BETTER HALF. NEVERTHELESS TO STAY, WE DIDN'T RELAX AND CAME AWAY SO SO DISAPPOINTED. I COULDN'T RISK ATTENDING THE RESTAURANT, DEFINITELY WOULD NOT MEET EXPECTATIONS.... THIS HOTEL MIGHT HAVE BEEN 4* 20 YEARS AGO BUT NOT NOW, THE ADVERTS FOR THIS HOTEL HAS BEEN MISREPRESENTATION !!!
Excellent
Excellent. Good customer service at check in and check out. Room was out of this world.
Poor experience
I took my sister overnight for a birthday treat.when we went into the restaurant, there was nobody available we waited around 10 minutes and had to go to the reception to get a member of staff. We ordered the Artisan bread for starter and when it came out it was French stick? My sister ordered the chicken pad Thai, and when that arrived it had a fried egg on top which was not what we were expecting. She also ordered a side of chips which never arrived. We were unable to ask where they were as again there was nobody in the restaurant. At the end of our main course I told the server the chips hadn’t arrived and we were offered complimentary chips, however we already finished our meal. We ordered pudding my sister ordered the banana brownie. When it arrived it was burnt so badly I could smell it across the table and she was unable to get a spoon into the Brownie at all. She asked for a different pudding and we were told the only choices were rice pudding and ice cream. We were the first customers in there that night and found it difficult to believe they had run out of put it. The server went and checked again and came back and said and we have Christmas pudding as well but nothing else. My sister asked them to check to see if I had Apple crumble, And they did. I asked for some money off the bill because of all the problems we have at the meal. The price of the Artisan bread was taken off the meal which was approximately £5.
Close to Tube
Good location with handy access to the Tube.
Decent but grumpy
Reception staff moody not a great welcome. Required ID to check in not sure why they needed a copy of my ID being from the UK. So they now have my address, DOB, driving licence number, my photo etc. Pretty much can be me if they like. If I wasn't in such a rush I would of challenged more. But they said it was incase there system's went down. Data protection? GDPR? What if I didn't have any ID? I am not a foreigner in my own country thank you very much. The funny thing is that that the receptionist bearly seemed to understand what I was saying? The room was OK and clean though a bit run down in places. Overall decent hotel shame about the staff and their interesting 'policies'
service
This hotel service is very poor. The room is not clean and the tv was not working. I called reception and they came after 30mins when I had to call again. The top light was not working until I complained about it. It was so uncomfortable. My bed was not made my room service just because I organized the pillow. There was noise from upstairs loud which did not allow me to sleep I had to checkout. I definitely regret spending so much money on such poor hotel. I will not recommend.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, good food and very reasonably priced. Only negative is the bed is too hard for me
Ite was clean and tidy and enjoyed the spa ! But very disappointed we had a king size bed but it was two single beds pushed together so we did keep having to push it back together . So not happy about that !
Nice hotel but not great for parking fascilities
Nice friendly Staff and clean hotel with modern features. Although the hotel has a car park, it has 15 bays and 2 disabled bays available for the whole hotel. It is also charged at £15 for 24 hours. bare this in mind if you are hoping to find a bay.
Better options in Honslow
The hotel is nice. But the sinks are rusty. The staff is lost. And will not help unless u go and get them repeatedly. They only nice staff memeber was when I checked in. The pregnant woman was very helpful.
Very nice room.
Pleasant and helpful staff. Upgraded to better room, thanks. Carpet could be cleaner but otherwise a lovely comfortable place.
A pleasant stay
Overall a pleasant stay
Good stay, close to shops and underground, comfy bed feel like home, standard breakfast , excellent staff
Hallways Corridors and elevators were disgusting. This is not a 4 star hotel. Plus bogus advertising. When I booked this hotel room, it states it's 0.87 away from Heathrow Airport which is not true. I also checked out the breakfast buffett, they had straggley pieces of bacon and not nice food. USB NOT WORKING in the room, this was a biggie for me. Called the front desk they did not seem to bother.
Lovely place with great staff
Chose this property as we had a car. Close to train station and short walk to buses.
I often stay here if I have an early flight form Heathrow. 250 metres walk from Hounslow Central tube station. Rooms are nice.
Very convenient to the train station. Staff was very accommodating although there was some technical issues I would stay at Continental Hotel again.
The use of the pool and sauna ; also very well situated
Great location. I was in Room 323. The sound proofing is very good. I didn't hear any aircraft noise. I stayed for two weeks. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice GYM and SPA facilities. I had a facial treatment while staying. Excellent. Used the pool most days. Nice temperature. I used the bar(probably a little too much) I didn't eat at the hotel as there are so many restaurants locally. Thanks to all the staff for making my stay so comfortable.
Excellent value for money.Great facilities.
I found the staff to be excellent. I was disappointed that the sauna and steam room was was not mixed sex as I was unable enjoy with my girlfriend like I have in places in Kraków. I found the room to be very nice, the pillows inside the pillow cases looked a bit dirty but otherwise it was quite clean. Overall I found this hotel to be amazing value for money and the facilities were really good.
You can get a good curry and there is good quality beer . Staff very nice and friendly.
Very rude reception staff and not welcoming at all
Good stay
The overall experience was so lovely. The rooms a little small but big enough for one night
The property was affordable and with the price it comes with a lot
The hotel is 4 minutes away (walk) from a Tube station, take in consideration is a 40 min ride to central London, the room was ok, clean, smell a bit moist but not a huge deal, the room was cleaned well on a daily basis. The staff was very nice and provided a good service, the area is not the most glamorous but if you are going to use this hotel as a place to stay while enjoying the day in London this will do for a very decent price. I would stay here again with no issues
