This property has a great breakfast. There was an excellent attendant at the reception but the other 2 were really bad. There is not much to say. Everything in Istanbul is a kind of "i dont care". They dont need to be really efficient. Doesn't matter what i write here. Nobody cares anyway.

The place is very nice clean and safe but the stuff is not very friendly

No private mirrors or sinks anywhere at all to use, which was inconvenient. The person at the restaurant was a bit rude and unprofessional when I asked for water. The enviroment overall was not relaxing.

Unfortunately couldn’t complete my entire stay due to cancellation by hotel side after I spend one night in hotel , hotel guaranteed to get refund ( still waiting the money) Unfortunately the hotel staff didn’t give me the chance to speak to the manger and claimed the manger is on vacation They put all the blame on me for being in the room while the cleaning lady wanted to clean the Room Too bad i came back to hotel late at night that day to see all my belongings was packed without my permission and I couldn’t stay in hotel even though i still have 6 night left to stay This is my experience so far in this hotel Even though before this time i stayed two weeks i had no problem But apparently after i extended my stays not everyone is happy about it

The staff was very helpfull and accomodating, helped me during early check inn. The food/breakfast was amasing. Ans the accomodation was pretty normal, what you would expect from a hostel. Location is good, in a few minutes you are at taksim or galata tower. Overall, a good experience, i would repeat it

Great location

Decent place to stay, hipster interior. Close to the centre but noisy from a traffic. Have your ear plugs at the ready. Good breakfast but after a few days it gets a bit samey. Family room is cramped, not enough hanging options for towels and clothes/jackets.. Cleaners need to hold back on constantly knocking on doors. They couldn't wait to get into our room on checkout out!

great family stay

It was perfect. Great value for money, really well decorated and maintained, very clean, breakfast lovely and the team really helpful. Only negative was the rooftop was closed throughout as was deemed dangerous which was a shame as imagine the views were great! Location is fantastic just down the road from Shishane bus stop and metro and easy links to everywhere.

Pros: Friendly staff Clean, good sized room and locker, breakfast buffet was good. Con: Right outside is a busy road with loud traffic 24/7. Wifi in my room was bad but it was great in the sitting area.

Absolutely lovely hostel ,staff namely Ali,Mike and the rest are exceptional wonderful people they're always trying to help you highly recommend this hostel.

Fenêtres mal isolees et bruyant. La chambre donnait sur la route L hotel est a cote d un parking payant 170 TL la journée mais le parking est bien sécurisé. Par contre si vous reservez une chambre avec lits doubles superposés vous n avez pas de serviettes visage et corps. Ils vous ferons payer une location.le lavabo est a dand la chambre et pas dans la salle de bain c est contrariant si vous allez aux toilettes il faut sortir et laver les mains.

Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations and was good value for money. It was very clean. Good location (although on a busy road). Minor issues when my friends checked into the triple room (after I had).

Arrived early morning in Istanbul to receive a message that the hotel was waiting. Arrived at hotel to find reception open, staff very friendly and welcoming, check-in process smooth and easy. Room had everything we needed.

I wanted to love it but…

The hotel had good customer service, was centrally located, and the rooms were clean. But, we had a serious issue that I have never experienced at any other hotel that I have traveled to around the world and I travel a lot. My neighbor was absurdly noisy. Not the average noise people make by average talking and opening and closing room doors. They would come in at 1-2 AM acting like they were the only people in the whole building. This would carry on till 5 AM some nights. My friends in another room and I would call the front desk and the staff would promptly knock on their door and tell them to be quiet. Sometimes that did not work. One night, the staff came 4 to 5 different times. In my opinion, a scenario like this demands eviction, not simply asking them to constantly be quiet night after night after night. I have never been so exhausted after staying in a hotel. If they had taken this more seriously, I would’ve given them five stars.

Nice place, close to taksim square

I didn’t liked that not tv in rooms and nowhere in whole hotel,I liked that was all the times very clean,I didn’t liked that mattress and pillows were very hard and very uncomfortable can’t sleep and rest in whole week,we asked room in the first floor because elevator was in repairs and was given in the second and is about third because after the lobby there is another floor with out rooms,they start in the next level very hard walk up to the room 207.

I had good time in this hotel

Firstly I reserved 4 days, first 2 days was miserable without heating, others 2 days was good after they changed the room, then I extended the reservation for another one days, I asked the for same room and same reservation, the reception surprised me next day that my room is without breakfast, the question is, why the reception mentioned us that the room was without breakfast if I reserved without breakfast?

very nice stay

The location is excellent you can walk to Istikal Street, Metro Station , Galata tower area close to restaurants, shops. Wifi works perfectly, very clean. Staff was very helpful with tips about the city, order food, call for taxis.. Do not expect a big room but is comfortable if your trip consist of being outside and explore the city is a good hotel to sleep ...

If you expect to get any work done while in this hotel, please think again. The wifi wouldn't work my entire stay and as a foreigner this is very frustrating. The cleaning staff didn't change the sheets but just turned them around. The stains were still on the pillows and bed, I was very disappointed with this place. Not to mention, the shower needed to be fixed when I arrived. Wouldn't recommend at all, literally stay anywhere else in Istanbul.

We had a nice stay with all of our basic needs for a good price. It would be nice if the rooms had a way to lock from the inside other than the key access to feel safer, especially at night. Our window was also broken so it would not close properly, but we did not ask for it to be fixed as we did not want people coming into the room. Towels were pretty small, so it was a little difficult to use after the shower but we expected some issues for the price we got. Lobby staff was helpful with booking taxies for the airport as well as answering other questions. Location was great, close to good bars and restaurants and good for public transportation. We did not use the common areas much, but they looked nice, though they were mostly empty which may be a roadblock if you are trying to meet people during your stay. Would recommend that front desk purchase more simple things needed in rooms such as converters, towels, water, etc. so that they are available to everyone (we asked for two converters, but they had given them to other guests so we only got one).

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel/hostel is new and modern, very nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable. Overall very cosy and budget friendly.

The property was nice and clean. We had ongoing issues throughout our 2 night stay. The key card stopped working, the AC remote wasn't in the room, the AC leaked all night all over my clothes and the bathroom was tiny. Although the staff resolved this straight away and sent my clothes off to the laundry service free of charge, the bathroom was still timy and flip flops were not provided to walk around in the room. One morning there was no hot water and we had to have a cold shower as we didnt have time to wait for it to be fixed because we had to get to the airport. The staff are helpful and friendly but we had non stop bad luck with the hotel. Also even though the square is 6min walk away, its uphill and everywhere else is awkward to get to esp in the heat from the location of the hotel.

The facility, manager, reception staff were all great; very helpful with everything and made our stay very pleasant. The room had the essentials - didn’t have TV, kettle or mini fridge but I was actually happy it didn’t. We were out and about and weren’t tempted to be lazy and watch TV. Overall, excellent experience specially 2 ladies at reception. Very warm and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

I have never experienced a hotel like this i had to pay to use big towels and a hair dryer 😳 the staff was rude the rooms are tiny and dirty the sink was not in the bathroom 🙄 door doesn’t close properlery and many more to say do not go for this hotel please i have been cheaper hotels but nothing like this one i read the reviews and thought its a good one but no i think those good reviews are not genuine.

It’s terrible. I thought at the beginning it’s a nice location and good location which is truth. But there is no help from staff by any issue. There are many many problems in the hotel. The rooms are strongly smiley of sinks defects. I changed the room but no help. Lift was defect and when I walked upstairs 6 floors key wasn’t working so I went down and up but key card was defect. Next day I was surprised in the morning that they didn’t give me clean towels or water. In this Hotel there is no Tv, no parking facilities and the breakfast is nothing but very expensive. If you complain or ask for the manager they let you wait until you give up. They just do like friendly but I found that everybody is friendly in this country that’s not enough to resolve any problems and it was not cheap. Never again !!!!

Staff very friendly, great location, rooms are nice and modern furnished, fast wifi. They fixed all problems with the lift and sinks and have apologized for the misunderstanding and compensated by offering one night free. Thanks a lot! It was a great experience and surely I would like to book at Rodamon hotel again by my next visit to Istanbul.

It is very well located and was perfect for what I was doing..

Rodamon opened it's doors around one and a half months ago. Therefore, it is brand new. It is between hostel/hotel style. They cater both for a family type and solo travellers who share a room. We stayed for a couple of nights. Some missing things in the room is a kettle and TV set. I have brought this to the reception staff before we left so they can improve. I wouldn't mind to visit again

Lo mejor es su ubicación, pero hace falta manetenimieto. Las cortinas y las paredes estaban sucias, me parecio extraño porque nos hemos alojando en varias ocasiones y no me habia tocado ese detalle.

Ich habe versehentlich das falsche Hotel gebucht obwohl ich dem Personal klar gemacht hatte das ich nicht mit 4 fremden in einem Zimmer schlafen möchte. Mir wurde weder entgegen gekommen oder sonst was. Nach dem ich mehrmals um Hilfe gebeten hatte wurde micr nicht geholfen und dazu wurde ich unfreundlich behandelt. Ich bin mir sicher wenn ich eine Frau wäre das das Personal mir da geholfen hätte. Ich denke nicht das die das zugelassen hätten eine Frau mit 4 fremden in einem Zimmer zuschlafen ich habe stundenlang um Hilfe gebeten. Ich wurde ignoriert und sehr unfreundlich behandelt es wurde auch dunkel und ich hatte Koffer und Gepäck bei mir nicht jeder hat viel Geld und kann sich noch mal eine Unterkunft buchen . Ich wär sehr dankbar das Expedia mir da entgegen gekommen würde danke

Personnel horrible. Je ne recommande pas. Le lait servi lors d'un petit déjeuner était tourné. On a été les seuls a nous en appercevoir et le signaler. Le personnel a goûté pour vérifier et ont tout enlevé lorsqu'ils ont vu qu'on disait la vérité. Les clients qui avaient déjà bu n'ont pas été prévenus du risque de tourista. Personnel et chambres horribles.
