The bath tub and the art are what stands out
Overall, a nice place. The light switches were weird. The room was also very hot without any option to cool it down. The fire restaurant on 4th floor is nice, pricey but worth it. The front desk was very nice and very understanding. Valet was also very nice!
Of a place love the art of the restaurants
The bathroom was huge and I particularly liked the vanity and mirror. Amenities were also great. I enjoyed the gym, snacks and plenty of water. The only thing I disliked was the bed. The mattress was too soft and it was difficult to sleep.
I general its a nice hotel. Some of the staff are very friendly but others should bot be in the hotel industry. The hotel did not wanted to honor my Hilton Honors diamond status because I made the reservation through Expedia.
Staff was great, facility was amazing
The Art Hotel is the most convenient to Denver Art Museum and other museums and cultural institutions near the state capitol, and has art featured in public spaces. My room looked out onto History Colorado so I went there for a visit (nice cafe). I also enjoyed the Lyft concierge for small trips, and the convenience of tipping by QR code for room cleaning. I was asked for a room preference with regard to the elevators so I chose to be further away. I had a great view and a quiet, spacious room. I did not use the restaurant. There aren't a lot of restaurants nearby, so if that is important to you this might not be the most desirable location for that.
Fabulous neighborhood
The dinning room had very helpful and pleasant staff
The families with young children in costumes for the wild thing exhibits were outstanding
A very good location for my stay in Denver. my room was quiet which i requested. All hotels are challenged by staff turnover and lack of training of existing staff.
Style over substance
This hotel is style over substance. The staff at the bar was awesome but the rooms were kinda cheap.
Female staff that I spoke with over the phone do not understand what customer service is. Very rude and unprofessional. The only reason I did not give a terrible rating because of a kind and professional male staff. These female staff worked on Friday evening into Saturday evening. The male staff we spoke with was very kind and understands what customer service means. Part of staying at a hotel is staying at a place that understands how to speak with their customers.
Great except for the 6am alarm
This was a beautiful hotel, with a wonderfully welcoming staff. The room was very clean and the view of the city great. However, on Saturday morning, the alarm clock in our room went off at 6am. That's a tough start to what we had hoped would be a relaxing Saturday.
Nice looking property with a friendly staff. On a busy street (Broadway) a lot of street noise for the street facing rooms.
The room was spacious and clean with a in room pod coffee. It’s a great location near the Denver Art Museum and History Colorado. We liked the food and drink options at Fire, the hotel restaurant. Staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the art in the public spaces.
Property is on a central zone, so it is easier to access other areas in Colorado. Hotel is very modern. Clean and the staff is very friendly. No business center, spa amenities.
A more upmarket Hilton property. Room was very clean and modern. Linen / towels / amenities higher end.
Clean, fun property
Nice site
Great stay, near my friend’s place. Near the highway 30 mins or less from almost everything.
Nice rooms and staff.
From the time you pull up to check in, you’re immersed in Art giving the place a fun and cultured vibe. Check-in was quick and easy. The bars and restaurants are well designed and situated with a menu commensurate with guests and decor. I’ll go back and stay next trip.
Excellent customer service, very accommodating, beautiful property!
fun place! the art all around was very interesting and stimulating.
Proximity to the Denver Art Museum is great and the hotel is a solid option. Just tough to tell when you drive up.
The shower knobs were very difficult to figure out. Could of made them a little less complicated.
Love the art, clean, great staff.
The art and design was nice. We would have liked to self park but the options weren't convenient enough to make it worth it. The valet guys were very quick and nice. Staff was nice as well. There were a few things we would like to have seen improved . We had two packages delivered to the hotel at the same time. One was at the front desk and they had to find the other with housekeeping . We were never informed of the deliveries and they had to track the packages down. Also, at check-in they should talk to you about how the elevator works. It took a minute to realize that you need to scan your room key to get to your floor. The lobby is on the 4th floor which is weird that there's noone to greet or help you once the valet takes your car. They asked us if it was our first time and we said yes. Staff should be trained to ask follow up questions to improve service and offer recommendations. The rooms were nice and clean, fresh , with good quality products . The complimentary waters at the front desk and a couple mini sodas and snacks in the room were a very nice touch. Overall we were happy with the stay but communication and hotel process can definitely use some improvement .
excellent hotel, food outstanding, staff very helpful
The Art is such a charming hotel, great service from the valet to the housekeeping department. The staff makes you feel welcome and is eager to make your stay the best it can be. The hotel is clean, and gorgeous with bits of art throughout. It's bright and beautiful and just a lovely place to stay. Walking distance from the Capitol and State buildings.
.
The hotel’s decor is unique and beautiful. The room was so comfortable!! The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay with there again.
Great place to stay!
The ground transportation service was amazing. Chloe was incredibly helpful and professional. Thank you!
Great location for fun art trip
very clean and good housekeeping
Great location, very neat and nice facilities
I always come back to the art hotel every time I visit Denver after moving away a few years ago. It is in such a nice quiet area next to the art museum and has great quick food options nearby! Huge fan of the restaurant there as well.
Gorgeous, modern hotel with lots of art! Right next to the Denver Art Museum and Civic Center Park. Walking distance to all of downtown.
Will return.
Great service. Friendly staff. Awesome room. Wonderful restaurant. Highly recommend!
Great customer service
Loved the art. Room was very comfortable and clean. Great restaurant and bar.
Rooms were very big and in great shape. This is an excellent hotel and value.
Beware Resort Fees
Be warned! This hotel charges over $20 a day in resort fees that I was told cover the “complimentary” beverages in the room. Just wrong!
Room was clean and nice
Beautifully curated artwork that complements the property. Staff members are friendly and accommodating.
The shower only got to lukewarm. I was hoping for a hot shower. The blow dryer has a hard time turning on.
Exceptional service, great staff, clean room, nice property. Beautiful art. Dog friendly
It was like staying in an art gallery including the food presentation.
Room was great. Thanks for a great visit
I like the novelty of having original art
Good overall place
Fun spot great restaurant
Hotel and staff were amazing. Only TV and phone did not work during our stay and our type of room was over booked. Ended up in with one bed instead of two.
Excellent hotel with friendly staff, large comfortable rooms, and an extremely pleasant restaurant with very good food and service. Right in the midst of several museums, and not too far from Union Station and the active neighborhood near that. (As is the case in many hotels, it’s almost impossible to get the AC not to blow right over the bed.)
Art hotel plus restaurant.
The Art hotel by the Hilton was okay. I arrived at the hotel at 9pm and the young lady that services us was very quick. Only problem is the room didn't have a balcony as advertise by their photos. Another problem is in the room there was a dirty robe and ripes on the bed board. Beside that the moutain view was breathtaking. The restaurant is very expensive and was okay. I love that they would try to make drinks that you ask. They made strawberry lemonade and it was awesome. The location is great for any artist or artist lover. But they did have a hidden charger of valet charge when we didn't have a car. The area had some great foods like tiff's treats ( the cookies are good) but is pricey. It was fours dollars for two cookies.
Artsy, clean property with good breakfast options. The staff were nice enough, but need training on how to handle a power outage. They didnt seem to care about guest comfort and told us we couldnt be seated at the restaurant while we waited for the power in our rooms to come back on. So disappointing considering all the resort taxes and premium expectations.
Lovely experience
Clean modern rooms with comfortable beds. Close to food and the Art Museum.
Stayed here for easy access to the Denver Art Museum. Was way more than a convient location. One of the best hotels I've experienced. The restaurant on site is amazing! We had a wonderful weekend and would highly recommend staying here whether you plan to visit the museum or not.
The good: Surprisingly enough, the FIRE restaurant was probably the highlight and saving grace of the stay at the hotel. The food was delicious (Wife and I only ordered appetizers since we didn't want full meals) and those were tasty and the staff were extremely delightful. The Bad: almost everything else. To start, there is no self parking at all. That was my bad and I should have done more research but only having valet parking ($54/night) and no self parking is insane. Not only that, but the room we booked was a "Mountain View Deluxe" and im not sure if the photos were old but the mountain view is covered by new construction and not worth the premium price. Strongly encourage folks to try and find current photos of the mountain view. Finally, the $20 "resort" fee. This hotel tacks on a $20/day fee that you have to use or lose each day you stay and it can only be used at the restaurant or bar, and I am not sure what this fee is being used towards except to charge customers an extra fee because I do not think there is a pool/hot tub located in the building anywhere. Either way, this fee is a bit annoying to deal with because you will either get charged $20 a day at the end of your stay or you end up spending $20 worth (or more) at the bar or restaurant to "use" that fee for the day. Overall, some of the staff were nice and quick to solve our issues, others were a little curt and unhelpful. The cleaning staff was quick and helpful to handle the changing of a top sheet that
Hotel is located in a good area, close to downtown and walkable.
Fresh, Welcoming, Spotless Hotel
I usually stay in 4 and 5 star hotels, and I sometimes have mixed experiences at Curio Collection Hiltons. The Art Hotel was absolutely immaculate, fresh, and inviting. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom spotless and new. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again - it is my new go-to!
Great location & Service
Fantastic stay, amazing staff! From the dogs in the elevator to the nuggets on the wall, the atmosphere and artwork throughout the hotel was exceptional. Had a difficult time selecting from the breakfast menu at Fire because everything sounded delicious! We were very pleased with our selection. Great location, close to everything we wanted to see. We wish we could have stayed longer!
Are AC unit is not working. They never sent anyone up to fix AC unit and had to Indore very high temperatures in the room. Only cancellation they gave us was $20 refund of the entertainment fee. I would not recommend this place. Poor service.
Great artistic hotel. Very unique!
Beautiful hotel, check out service slacking
Went down to front desk and asked for luggage cart was told she had to have valet bring it up to the room. We set waiting for a hour being patient ,until deciding to go down to valet and just make multiple trips. Valet let us know he wasn’t even told to bring a cart up.
Beautiful Stay 😊
Parking is a hassle
Beautiful art works.Great decor. Friendly staff.
Gem of a hotel with tremendous access to what Downtown Denver and the Arts/Cultural District has to offer
We booked two queens, but got one king and a fold out couch. The bedding was not in the room so we had to call for it. The bed was broken and would not unfold, so slept on a couch. There were no “free”’snacks in the room and there were no coffee cups and the coffeemaker made a horrible screeching noise to make a half cup of coffee.
Joey up front was awesome.
I liked that there were a lot of museums and artwork displayed throughout the area.
The restaurant is fantastic. Once inside it was lovely!
Hotel is part of the Denver Art Museum complex, convenient if you are planning to go there.
It's a lovely hotel and an art gallery in one and surrounded by lovely galleries and museums. Great amenities. Would absolutely stay here again.
It's a cool hotel. Tons of art pieces and sculptures. Hotel bar was good, tasty drinks- we were able to use our resort fee to get drinks. Got free upgrade which was awesome. Downside was - 1. not safe to walk around and lot of construction in the area 2. AC wasn't working best in the room unfortunately.
Have to pay extra to use TV, Have to pay extra to get room cleaning, Have to pay $55.00 per day to park your car etc.
Overall it was a great stay, we went to a concert and came back around midnight and i was a disappointed that they don’t offer overnight parking for free in their garage. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my car in the street so I paid for valet
They let us check in early.
The staff are outstanding. The views excellent and proximity to museums so worthwhile. I love it here.
Room was very nice as was the entire hotel. The staff was really outstanding, super helpful and attentive.
The hotel was nice. The menu was limited for appetizers or snacks. Our server was very friendly and the food was good. The beds were comfortable.
Great customer service! Great hotel! Staff is very great!
The hotel was beautiful! Good food in the restaurant as well. Very nice staff. Would stay again!
Love the Art hotel & the Staff!
So average for the price. Couldve got the same at hampton inn for 1/2 the price
Very fun, well-run hotel, younger and more dynamic feel then the typical corporate hotel. Recommended!
This will be my Denver Go To Hotel
Honestly is good as it gets in this genre of a hotel. This is gorgeous, simple hotel with great staff, incredibly well located with a fantastic restaurant on site.
Room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. Bathroom was lovely, and the shower was great. Location was so convenient to the museums. Parking attendants were helpful and friendly, but check in/front desk staff were not friendly. We were not notified on check in that we would have to request daily room cleaning. Fees for parking overnight were outrageously expensive.
I would stay again! It was my first time in Colorado !
My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Art Hotel, staff was friendly, food was excellent. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and the building was built well and our room was very quiet. Excellent!
A cozy, warm, accommodating experience. I really enjoyed my stay.
Overall, nice stay. Lobby had a weird, persistent odor. Bathroom showing its wear and tear. Requested housekeeping in the am to return at the end of the day with no room refresh. They did send housekeeping after I brought it to their attention. Staff was friendly. Best thing about the hotel is actually the restaurant. Will I stay here again? Probably not.
I loved the concept, the amenities, it was very clean and the staff amazing! Totally recommend it! Excellent location too.
Not worth the money
Art is nice, location is good. Attention to detail and service not at high standard, room had razor cover and dirty cups from previous guest.
Great hotel! Would stay again!
Art lovers dream! Great location, right next to the Denver Museum Art and the hotel itself was full of art in many different mediums. Excellent service from every staff member, especially Ernie at check-in!
