I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. The staff at this location went above and beyond to help us find my wife's misplaced wallet after our transfer from the airport.

The hotel is nice, I have stayed there before. However, during this visit, the receptionist Aslı behaved very badly.. I don't plan on staying again.

Wonderful place to stay

Beautiful modern, clean hotel; great staff; significant "cool" factor of being in the train station; easy to connect with taxis and buses; great restaurants, coffee shops, and room service; excellent breakfast. Highly recommended!

very easy to find as it is next to the railway station. We were upgraded to a deluxe double room. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

The hotel is in great condition, , however I felt the stuff were kind cold, every one gives the porker face, that’s not what I want from the hotel I stay. The breakfast were lack of the selection. The Room can smell the smoke when they have a big event happening, believe it’s from the air circulation system. The comforter just bad, small and thin. But the room were good designed, bathroom were spacious.

This is my second time and I am very happy. I do highly recommend.

Rooms are NOT soundproof! Bad experience

Room walls are thin, built poorly so that rooms are NOt soundproofing. It means that you hear everything that is happening inside the next room. So disturbing! Air-condition in the room was not working! The only good point of this hotel is its location next to the Train station. If you have an early or late night train maybe good option. Thats all.

Very nice hotel!

I couldnt believe it how clean and well maintain this hotel is. We were tired came from antalnya and wanted to continue the journey with train. Thats why we booked this hotel because it has awesome location just beside the train location. For the price is expected to be awesome hotel. It has nice balcony views also, after breakfast we see nice panorama of ankara!

Nice and not to much service

The hotel in a very good location. Its very very clean. Very comfortable. The service no good. The breakfast was no good at all and if ask for one more egg they give to you with a very bad face.

The service was wonderful! Eventhough the employee's weren't fluent in English, they did a wonderful job making sure we had a magnificent stay, and were very helpful! Location is great, and very convenient to all tourist attractions.

The towels were a shame! For the contry which exports towels for most Europe and USA to have such towels at such a nice hotel is really a shame!

Comfortable hotel in a good location with helpful staff. Breakfast buffet a little disappointing, but other food was very good and excellent value. Whatever those things on the beds were - they were not pillows !

Everything is clean but rather unpersonal. The entrance to the hotel is very difficult to find when you arrive by train.

This is an excellent hotel. The location of the hotel is very good and central, ideal particularly for train travelers. I had a very large, stylish and well equipped double room. The staff and room service were excellent.

Very new and nicely designed hotel. The food quality at the breakfast buffet and the variety needs to be improved. Overall very good value for the price though.

Standard business hotel, conveniently near the train station. Check in was a bit odd, largely because the place is clearly not finished yet, so you have to find the unobvious door, go through a metal detector and then take the service elevator up to the lobby. The staff were efficient, but didn't exactly go out of their way to be helpful (no info about breakfast or check-out given when we checked in.) Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower was quite nice. Breakfast was tasty. Not sure the wifi worked.

Me and my family are frequent travellers to Turkey and I want to tell you that this is the first hotel where four stars mean 4.5 stars.We were very surprised by this,because usually in Turkey hotels are not the same as described.But this one is an exception and I mean it. Very professionally run hotel.We stayed in a superior double room,and it is really big with huge bathroom,very comfortable bed and spotlessly clean.The room was cleaned everyday.There is a metro station 800m from the hotel-Anadolu Station I think was the name -8min walk.So in other words if you are planning to visit Ankara check this hotel offer first

Nice and comfortable new property. Hot water not hot enough other than the morning hours.

Conveniently located at the fast train station. This hotel is brand new and the rooms are very comfortable and well-designed spaces.

Nice location for stay

A very interesting location for stay, with futuristic looking exterior, and spacious interior. The staff was very helpful. We used this as an overnight rest stop, before our trip to Cappadocia.

Hotel close to ULUS Centre

Stayed a week and enjoyed my stay. Proximity to the old city, fort and museum. Excellent communication in the city and easy access to subway stations, all extremely good value for money. Polite and helpful staff and comfortable spacious rooms.

Great stay

Arrived at 12pm and was granted an immediate check in. Economy room was spacious and has almost everything that you need. Ironing facilities, 2 bottles of water coffee tea and etc. Check in & out was fast n fuss free. Overall satisfied w our 1 night stay.

We love this hotel. It is conveniently located above the high speed train station in Ankara. Perfect for travelling anywhere in Turkey. However, this past visit was less than spectacular. We arrived late and our plan was to sleep in and take an afternoon train. However, housekeeping entered our room several times in the morning - and we had the "Do not disturb light" turned on. I don't think they look at those lights at all :(

Third time we stayed here this summer and we are were very pleased each time. It’s an excellent hotel and we will go there every time we travel to Ankara

Exceptional

Found the Ankara hotel at short notice after our other booking turned out to be not as expected. The Ankara hotel was exceptional, room was good, bed was so comfortable and the staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive. Great location attached to the high speed rail station too.

The Ankara Hotel - nice and convenient!

I originally live in Istanbul and went to Ankara by train. The hotel is integrated within the new Ankara train station, which was opened beginning of 2017 and which also has a shopping mall, and it's very convenient for short stays of 1-3 days. I checked in, went about to my business and returned to the hotel afterwards. I went there with my wife, which is why I checked in for a night and finished my business the next morning and then checked out. The hotel is very clean and has a calm atmosphere. The rooms are super clean, spacious and convenient and they're all non-smoking (there are no balconies, but there's a big terrace at the restaurant). Staff are very friendly, very supportive and almost all of them spoke very good English. The food was "okay", but I wouldn't mind eating there again. The breakfast buffet has a decent variety, and the restaurant is always open for lunch and dinner (menu based, not buffet). If you want more options, just go to one of the cafes or restaurants in the mall. The only inconvenience is that you have to step outside the station and walk towards the end (1-2 minutes) then into the hotel (reception is on the 3rd floor). No biggie. Taxis are always in front of the station to go anywhere! I'd choose this hotel as my #1 option should I go to Ankara by train again and overstay (which will most probably be the case since it's also very convenient). Brand new very nice hotel

I stayed over one night and I was impressed with the quality of service and the modern look of the hotel. It is in the same complex with the shopping mall and high speed train station. It is very close to museums and historical locations of Ankara. It's very affordable and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend this hotel.

İstanbul’dan Ankara’ya YHT ile geç bir saatte vardık, otelin garın hemen yanında olması bizim için çok büyük avantajdı. Personel güler yüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi. Otelin etrafında her türlü cafe restoran mevcut ve taksi durağı da hemen otelin yanında. Bir daha yolumuz düşerse yine tercih edeceğiz.

Odalar çok soğuk ve duvarlar aşırı ses geçiriyor. Çalışanlar çok ilgili.

Otelin lokasyonu çok merkezi ve tren garına bitişik olması trenle yolculuk ediyorsanız avantajlı. Alakart restoran yemekleri idare eder ve makul fiyat. Kahvaltı çok geniş değil ama yeterli. Banyo havlularının temizliği konusunda bir aksaklık yaşadık, hemen çözüldü. Genel olarak tavsiye ederim

Anıtkabiri gören bir oda verildi gayet konforlu ve güzel bir odaydı ancak oda da kilitli bir kapı vardı anladığım kadarı ile büyük bir oda tercih edildiğinde orası açılıp daha geniş metre kareye sahip oluyorsunuz. Sıkıntı şurda diğer tarafa başka birileri geldi ve gürültüleri direk odanıza geliyor çünkü arada sadece kilitli bir kapı var ki bir ara açmaya çalıştılar aynısını bizde yaptık ( :

Havlular ve yatak örtüleri lekeliydi, söyleyince değiştirdiler fakat oda önceden kontrol edilmiş ve yeni misafir gelmesine hazır gibi değildi, yaşadığımız sorunlarda otel çalışanları genel olarak yardımcılardı.

Temiz ve konforlu.

Oda, yatak ve havlular temizdi. Otele ulaşım imkânı rahat. Tekrar tercih edebileceğim bir otel.

Overpriced for the advetised services

- Breakfast is below average - Shopping center is a ghost town with a 3-4 stores open only. - Room is spacious but the AC is horrible and the unit capacity does not match the room dimensions - bathroom not clean (trying to be nice)

Çıkış için saat 12de hemen aranmamız hoş degildi . Ara oda olduğu satın alınırken belirtilmesi gerekirdi otele odaya giriş yapınca anladık. Spa masaj vb hizmet olsaydı daha da iyi olablirdi

A clean and convenient hotel on the train station. Its very big and has good amenities. Its right next to a small shoppingcenter with grocery store and eateries.

Otel koumu kalitesi hijyenik olarak oldukça yeterliydi.Sadece bazi personeller de biraz daha GULERYUZLU olursa daha da guzel ve olumlu kalitede olacaktır.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık fakat odamızda toz problemi mevcuttu, bir de banyo yeterince temiz değildi.

Bu otelde ikinci kere konaklıyorum. İlk konaklamamızda da araya bakan yani içe doğru açılan camı olan bir odada konakladım. Oda çok sıcak olduğu için ancak camı açarak odayı havalandırabilmiştim ki bu beraberinde felaket bir gürültüyü getirmişti. Kaldığım ilk odanın kapı arkası askısı tahminen kırılmış olduğundan havlumuzu asacak bir yerimiz yoktu. ilk odadan sabah yedi sularında sonuna kadar bağıran ve en az bir kişinin de eşlik ettiği şarkılarla uyandırılmıştık. İkinci oda da aynı şekilde iç tarafa açılan bir oda idi; bu odanın askı vs. sorunu yoktu, temizliği yeterliydi, sadece banyodaki lavabo su sızdırıyordu.Ne yazık ki bu odadaki gürültü camı kapatılarak da sakınılacak biçimde değildi ve sadece sabah değil tüm gece boyunca mevcuttu. Koridorda birbiri ile sohbet ederek kahkaha atan erkek grupları, koridorda bağırarak saklambaç oynayan çocuklar ve gece çığlık atan kadınlar gibi son derece düşüncesiz bir müşteri portföyü mevcut (elbette tüm müşterileri kastetmiyorum).Otelin inşaası sırasında ses izolasyonu ve mahremiyet duygusu da pek gözetilmemiş belli ki. Otelin karşılayanları ve çalışanları standart; bir fazlası değil kesinlikle; dolayısıyla da otel standart yol üzeri konaklama tesisinden daha fazlası değil bence. İlk konaklamamda sabah bağıran Yıldız Tilbe şarkıları ile uyandığımda bunun bir kötü şans olduğunu düşünerek bir kere daha denemek istemiştim oteli; ancak büyük bir aksilik olmaz ise üçüncü kere konaklamak isteyeceğimi sanmıyorum.

Gece geç saatte gelmemize rağmen güler yüzlü yardımsever personeller ile karşılandık. Rahat etmemiz için odamızı upgrade yaptılar. Daha ne olsun.
