Very friendly staff

What a great oasis in Mykonos! The staff is beyond perfect. The view is super and the food so delicious! This is the place!

Great Stay 15 min. Walk from Mykonos Town / Χορα

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Service was top notch. Breakfast was good, especially the quality of the coffees that Kostas made every day! Everyone was ready to help and very polite! The beds were very comfortable. If you are taller than 6'4"/ 193cm then the shower might be a bit uncomfortable. The curtains for the balcony doors still let in a little bit of light so if you are sensitive to light when sleeping, take note. Everything else was wonderful.

Tharroe of Mykonos is a great hotel. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful. We stayed for a week and had a wonderfully relaxing time. The hotel is at the top of a hill - the pool overlooks the coast with a spectacular view - and is about a 15 minute walk into town. The walk back is slightly longer, and harder on your legs - but still doable. There is a small supermarket literally a couple of minutes' walk away with a decent selection of snacks. There's also a bus stop just down the road where, for €2, you can travel the short distance to Platis Gialos beach. While there you can walk the 20 minute coastal path to Paradise beach, which has more amazing views. Buses run every 20 minutes. We mostly ate in town, which, like everything in Mykonos, is quite expensive. Get used to at least €10 for a small glass of wine. But one night we went to Tokyo Joe which is just round the corner, and had a great Japanese meal. It's definitely worth getting a room with a sea view. We watched the sunset from our balcony most nights. The hotel was always very quiet and peaceful.

Stayed there 4 days 9/2024. Fantastic place to stay. Walked to town. Very friendly and helpful service. AP and Dimitris taking care of business there all day with a smile. Kiki at the front desk helped me trouble shoot and print things. Eri and the food service staff very professional and the breakfast spread is amazing. I would stay there again. Highest recommendation.

Wonderful place just outside of town with amazing views. Our suite was fantastic. The entire staff as well as the owners were extremely warm and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in Tharroe of Mykonos for 4 nights. It was a beautiful hotel with excellent view from cliff on west and sunset view was amazing. Clean and quiet environment. The staff were all amazing, very much involved in their work (particularly the restaurant staff at dinner time and breakfast) and looked after the guests very well. The food was good. We booked junior suite, the air conditioning was not working well. The single bed was unstable (it was just a wire tape bed), this could have been a better stable bed. Due to the air conditioning problem, we were given upgraded room the panorama suite for two nights which was an excellent room with beautiful view and spacious. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Mykonos. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

All the staff are Phenomenal, very professional. We’ll definitely be back next year and recommend Tharroe Hotel to our friends and family.

Great hotel- lovely staff and amazing views!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff couldn’t do any more to make our stay incredible. It’s a lovely boutique hotel, not too busy, with everything that you need and easy to access the main old town.

I was very happy with the location. I can't say enough about the staff. They were friendly, helpful, efficient and always making sure everyone is taken care of. The food was really good and authentic. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view sunsets and Sunrises daily with a view of the city too! The only thing that could have been the cherry on top and that is probably my fault for not requesting it. Was better softer pillows. Otherwise, this place was a very pleasant beautiful surprise. A huge shout-out to Effie!

A beautiful stay, in a beautiful hotel with incredible staff

Staff were simply wonderful. Room was quiet, clean and functional. Had one dinner at hotel and would have had more dinners there if we knew how good it would be. Only criticism is gym should be upgraded and pool should be heated.

One to remember

Everything, from the initial welcome to the room and staff were excellent. The view from the restaurant/pool area is one that many would pay a premium for at restaurants across the island. I would definitely recommend and will visiting again myself.

What a hotel !! Beyond our expectations. First of all, I want to say that Christina, Reservations Manager took very good care of us in addition to the front desk staff. we were in good hands. And the staff at breakfast ?? Amazing. Warm, welcoming and just super helpful. Loved the breakfast. The views from the room are great - the pool and hot tub are spectacular. Some reviews have cautioned about walking as there are no sidewalks but welcome to Greece. We walked back and forth into the shopping and dining areas, oftentimes twice daily, and while you need to be attentive, its fine. The rooms were fantastic - we would absolutely return. They also took care of our transportation which was super helpful

Glorious Tharros of Mykonos

A glorious stay. The hotel is welcoming, clean, comfortable, a glorious sea view from my room, the pool and terrace. Great staff, location, and overall experience. (One minor niggle that in low season wirh an empty bar, drinks/snacks in the minibar would have been good.)

First time in Mykonos and it was amazing. The hotel staff is very attentive and willing to make your stay as best as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Tharroe!

Great second stay at the Tharroe... really like the hotel and the staff / service are outstanding - Paris and Apostolis (spelling likely wrong) on the front desk were excellent in responding to our needs... Yanis in the restaurant is just amazing, looking after us brilliantly! With it being at the top of a hill, the views are stunning, however the downside is the wind is particularly strong too... the hotel would benefit from more screening around the pool area to protect from a little more of the wind

This is a beautiful picturesque hotel. My family had a wonderful time in this hotel. We didnt want to leave the comfort of our hotel room with all the gorgeous views.

The staff at this property make every effort to ensure that you relax and enjoy yourself. The housekeeping is amazing; towels changed twice a day and the whole hotel is spotless. On reception they are friendly, speak excellent English and try to accommodate your needs. We as an example required many taxis; this was no problem for them to ring and organise. Yannis in the restaurant is so attentive and we ate lunch there most days. I don’t think the prices were high. I think they represented good value. For us, there were just 2 negatives. Neither were the fault of the hotel as they are clear and transparent in their details. However, I failed to notice that dogs are allowed. Whilst some were very well behaved, one dog who was indulged by their owners around the pool and in the restaurant was very snappy and growling at guests. It wasn’t really what we expected. In addition, the road is not too accessible due to the motorcycles and quad bikes. We did walk to the town 3 times, but you need to be very cautious due to the open pavement. All in all, we had a wonderful time and I would recommend the hotel. We made memories and the staff were part of that; for which we are grateful.

The place is amazing, perfect location for sunset at Mykonos, very close to town, 10 minutes walking. The best of all is the condition of the place, neat and extremely clean. Ultimately the staff is wonderful, each am every single person in that hotel is fantastic on the area they are serving, friendly, respectful, happy people. I extremely recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Mykonos. I’ll come back for sure!

The place was very conveniently located. The property is beautiful with a great view. The staff treated us like family and it was a great experience.

Great property just away from town centre. Superb views from rooms and dining, bar and pool area. Friendly and helpful staff who organised delose tour and car rental for us, they even organise cake for my birthday which was much appreciated. Would stay here again. There is a walk to town but buses stpp at the corner and its an easy walk down 11 minutes for us and about 16 back up but pleasent walk

We stayed here for our Anniversary and it was better than expected! We loved the property and our room. Our view on the balcony of Mykonos Town was breathtaking. The pool area was amazing and the views were gorgeous. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The only one small complaint we have was the wifi was terrible in our room...it came and went all the time and never really connected. But, overall it was an amazing stay.

I highly recommend this hotel

I highly recommend to stay here. We had an excellent experience. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff and service was top notch. The driver who offered our transfers were so nice and friendly. The front desk staff were friendly. The people who served the breakfast and dinner were amazing, in particular the girl called Juana. She gave us the best service during our dinner at Tharroe.

We had the best of stays at Tharroe. The accommodation is stunning, from the rooms to the communal areas such as the bar and pool, every little detail has been thought about. The best part of this hotel however, was it’s staff. The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly, no matter your question or request they were always willing to help out and go the extra mile. A lovely, relaxing and stunning stay for anyone wanting a little peace and quiet outside the main hustle and bustle of Mykonos Town

Great choice

Amazing hotel, super kind and resourceful staff. The staff booked us a yacht for a day, organized taxis to beach clubs and even made dinner reservations for us during our stay. The view from the hotel is fantastic. The hotel is situated on a hill; a 20 min walk from town. The walk from town is mostly up hill, which can be annoying late at night, but the views make it worth it. I’d definitely recommend this hotel 9/10!

The property and the staff at this boutique hotel were incredible! Everyone was so welcoming and warm and very much appreciated their flexibility and friendliness! The hotel has amazing views and the property is very well kept!

Expectations leads to disappointment massively - from all the outside views this hotel boasts 5 stars however once inside the hallway carpets are not even fitted with raw edges. The room we had although big with 2 balconies was badly refurbished with old fashioned wardrobes and a badly fitted bathroom. We paid £3000 for 1 week at the beginning of August - we did expect more from the hotel and we were disappointed at the quality for 5 star hotel on Expedia.

Amazing setting and views!

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and service, amazing views. A/C not great in our room but it was really hot. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was very good. As was lunch and dinner. Hotel a bit far would be nice if they offered shuttle to beach or town. Would recommend having a car. Overall we loved the hotel.

Summer break

The hotel is very well located - close enough to Chora to even walk there but in a quiet hill. The staff were great (special thanks to Ellen in the reception and Dimitris in the restaurant/bar), making our stay easy and very enjoyable. The highlight of the property is the astonishing view from the pool area. Our room, with balcony, also offered a beautiful view. The room was sparkling clean, with a comfortable bed and effective air con. The bathroom was perfectly functional but perhaps a little tired. The restaurant food is very good and reasonably priced. The breakfast was also very good, but due to the Covid protocol it has to be ordered in advance and served individually (instead as in a buffet). Despite the challenging situation, especially in busy hours, the staff made the effort to serve the guests promptly.

Comfortable hill-top retreat

We spent a pleasant few days at Tharroe of Mykonos. The hotel is located atop a hill just under a mile out of the old town. The views (and sunsets) from the hotel are excellent, but footpath provision on Mykonos in general is not great and the walk down into town along busy

A lovely hotel nestled on a hill over looking Mykonos town. We had a great stay, the bedroom was spacious, bright and clean. The bathroom in our room was quite small, the shower area was very small but we found no problem with this especially as we were only staying for 1 week! The views were excellent from the pool area. Mykonos is known as the windy island, As the hotel is at quite a high point on the island we found the pool area to be extremely windy so on a couple of days we ventured out to the beaches & other parts of the island as these were slightly more sheltered (but still windy!). The breakfast choice was great and everything was lovely and fresh. Service from both the reception staff and waiters in the dining area was impeccable, very polite and friendly. The hotel is approximately a 15 minute walk to Mykonos town, the road to the town does not have a pavement so you must be careful. The first time we walked to the town we were extremely anxious especially as the road is quite narrow and you get buses, cars, vans, ATVs all driving past you. But then we realised that plenty of people walk down that road, day and night, and not once did we book a taxi to get to and from the hotel from the town. We turned on our torch on our phones to make us more visible & so we could see where we were walking. Overall, an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel if staying in Mykonos.

The staff are wonderful, they are so welcoming and will do anything for you. A stunning, small hotel overlooking the sea. It’s a ten minute walk to Mykonos Town so slightly away from all the tourists. Fab pool and the food is amazing. I have stayed twice and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Welcoming comfy hotel

Had a very nice room with small terrace. View of city and corner of water. You can walk to downtown Chora. Very touristy. Terrible WiFi. But WiFi was spotty in most places. Good breakfast.

Everyone was sooo hospitable, always ready and willing to help at anytime. Perfect location, about 15-17 mins walk to Mykonos Town. A great Luxurious hotel to compliment a lovely island for an even lovelier getaway!!!

Stay at Tharroe of Mykonos

Had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly. The view of the city from the hotel was amazing. Only one thing that could be changed is their repetitive breakfast. I stayed for 4 nights and got the same breakfast every morning. They can introduce some varieties every day.

Our stay at the hotel was memorable. The people people are nice, corteous and very professional. They make sure your needs are met promptly The hotel has a beautiful panoramic view of the Aegean sea. Top notch hotel

Excellent hotel a short walk from the centre of Mykonos Town. The rooms are well sized, clean and comfortable with a sea view. Free pick up and drop off at the airport and ferry port are included. The pool area includes a hot tub and a sauna is also available. Breakfast is excellent and all the staff are first class. A real gem of a hotel.
