Nice place , and excellent location

Comfortable Stay....

It was a good hotel .. spacious as it was family room. May be to accommodate one more extra bed... The luggage storage was allowed.. check in was ultra smooth. Check out time strictly 12noon.... Shower Bath space was too small just to stand only approx 2ft * 4ft. Rest all was well. Location was good and nearby main Street. But overall based on pricing and all, the bathroom and all should have been bigger...

Good staff so cooperative and kind but they gave us the room not as we recomended i eexomended in high floor but they gave as in first floor our window face large tarrace It contains refrigeration machines and electricity generators, the noises of which were annoying and do bot let us sleep and the room is smaller than i booked

Very good location only 2 min walking distance to metro station and istiklal avenue, very friendly and polite staff, I definitely recommend to whom wanted to visit taksim area with family ,in our stay duration we never seen drunk people in hotel site , Alev hotel manger was very professional and from early morning was in the breakfast room to supervisor her staff and monitor them.we will definitely come back again to this hotel and thank you so much metro park hotel you were amazing 🙏

I loved the location sine it is 5 seconds away from the Taksim metro and Taksim street. Busy and alive at night. Lots of good dining options and shopping centers. The staff were really friendly, I just did not know how to tell them that I do not need room service. I thought that they would only clean the room if I used the designated sign but the staff cleaned and replenished the room regardless. The breakfast was really complete and full of options, some foods changed daily. Little problem with the sink, I am not sure if it was normal or not but it took so long for water to drain whether I used the shower or I used the bathroom sink.

Easy access to public transport at Taksim square, very friendly people at the hotel and nearby shops and restaurants. I really enjoyed it

I like the staff of this hotel very much. Each one is polite, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast is quite good in quality and variety. My room large and comfortable. Its location so close to Taksim and Istiklal St. is a great convenience.

Terrible ! DO NOT STAY HERE

Worse hotel I ever stayed in , and I have stayed in quite a few in my life. Shows as a 4 star but really deserves a 2 star (and I am being generous). First let me say that the location is excellent as it is at Taksim square. The pros end here and this is the long list of cons : - grumpy and rude staff at the front desk - our shower drain was not functioning and many attempts were made to remedy the problem with no solution. Front desk even lied, saying the plumber had passed by and fixed it (lier). Even spoke to the general manager who swore it would get fixed but didn’t. We stayed 7 nights in this hotel which we had pre-payed (or else we would have left), showering in 5 cm of drain water (room 509) - found a shewing gum in the dessert plate at breakfast. When pointed this out to the breakfast manager, he got an employee to come and pick up the gum from the plate ….. NOT removing the plate, NOT changing the food, just kept the same desserts , even the ones that had previously touched the gum - breakfast manager grumpy …. Except for the last day at checking out. Very helpful, asked if we wanted more coffee, etc… all to get a TIP that he didn’t deserve. Of course we didn’t eat anything else at this breakfast following the gym incident which happened in day 2 of our 8 day stay. - room dated and dirty. Toilet was still dirty when we checked in. Had a pistachio shell next to night stand (stayed there for days). Out of characters to continue . DO NOT STAY HERE

I like the location of the hotel, everything around you at any time. Metro station is very near 2 minutes walk. The staff of the hotel were friendly, fulfil any request and answers all our questions.

There where overused towels, Pillow cover had halls in it…. Hotel needs urgently update all linen… Breakfast was disappointing with very Few choices,, But the location was great- if it only Was not the steep hill clime to Taxim Square… I will still consider this hotel for future Trips because of location…

Rooms were clean and neat .

Hotel is very close to metro station and all shopping places and istiklal street. Breakfast is good, much better than many nearby hotels which i tried many of them. Room space is good. Prices are a little bit high can be lower. Staff are great and friendly. Lobby is good. Wifi internet is super fast. This is my second stay in this hotel and next time i will stay in it if i was in the region.

The pictures that you see is not what you see there . No noise cancellation. The windows are terrible. The shower on our first room had rust . We had to change the second day . The internet was suffering in 1st floor. But the staff are very nice and professional. The breakfast buffet is ok .

the property in general in poor shape, poor hygiene they need to buy new beds and new furniture maybe a new hotel. but the service is good.

The property location was pleasant. Staff, especially the morning breakfast servers, were super rude and not friendly at all.

The hotel was at the right location. We were able to get everywhere with no troubles. Very good suggestions Fromm the staff for tourist attractions and food places to go. Just a little dissatisfied about the cleaning staff. It was not done that well. The bathroom needed to be more taken care of.

Good hotel in the very heart of Taksim. Steps away from Taksim metro station. Minutes walk to Istiklal street where you can do all the shopping, restaurants and pubs. The location of this hotel is perfect. Rooms are spacious, but need a bit of renovation. Breakfast is good, it misses the pastries part. Overall this is a very good hotel at a good price, highly recommended, I would stay in this hotel every time i visit Istanbul.

Never go there again

Safe didn't work. I talked to reception desk 3 times but they never came to fix it. Room and bathroom cleanness were below standard.

Quiet and big. Room are big and clean. Breakfast it's good. Well situated, close to metro and Taksim square.

The workers behaved bad to me and were so disrespectful. They don’t smile .. they are look like always angry. The lady who clean the rooms can not speak English and she couldn’t understand me . I will never come back to this hotel !!! So bad .

It is near to İstiklal street and near the metro and bus stations. However, the entrance of the hotel is on a very steep ramp and it was difficult to push the baby stroller. Also the breakfast variety is poor

Staff is very rude. I was traveling with my wife and two kids and they gave only one single bed. My booking clearly said two beds but they didn’t honor and I had to sleep on the floor. TERRIBLE service!!!

The location is not quite. It is full with thieves and marauders. I was very uncomfortable venturing outside. I was man handled and mugged in one of the aly ways. The hotel did their best to comfort me and their services were good. I don’t think the area is suitable for solo travelers.

In no way hotel is 4*. It can’t be more than 2*. For two mornings, there was no water supply in the bathroom!! Hotel management didn’t bother to inform guests in advance nor did they try to make any alternate arrangement or even supply water bottles for tooth paste!! One day could be an accident, but it can’t continue even the other day!!!! Breakfast was average.

Absolutely brilliant location

Located in the heart of Taksim Square. Bang opposite the Taksim Metro. Istiklal Avenue (where all the bars, restaurants and high street shopping areas, etc are located) is a short walk. Its a busy and bustling area, so if you prefer quieter localities, this is not the place to stay
