The entrance to the hotel is very bad. The street is slippery because of the snow, all taxi drivers do not want to reach this hotel. It's just a bad choice, and a waste of time and money

évidemment, les photos sont exactement à l'image de l'hôtel ahahahahaha :p Mais rien que pour le réceptionniste "Ahmed?" je vais mettre une très bonne note, il m'as beaucoup fais rire, il est adorable ! Alors passez le voir il vous parlera anglais... Ou pas ;) selon vous :p Soyez aimable car pour ce prix c'est normal au final....a quoi vous attendiez vous? he non : Français , vous n'êtes pas les rois du monde ......

The room i stayed in was extremely small & very dirty as well as lacking the basic amenities .. there wasn't even a single towel in the toilet & when i complained about that to the hotel manager he said take it or leave it he doesn't care !! arrived there at 11 pm & couldn't stay so i left at 4 am the next day , a total devastating experience .. Please don't even think of staying there ..

The staff very nice ,friendly and helpful.the place condition in general not bad but some need to repaired and in full function state like broken door showers or TV remotes.The rooms need to be seriously cleaned means no dust under beds or hair from previous users should be left around on the floor or somewhere else in the room.

I liked that the bedroom was recently renovated. I did not like the smell of cigarettes inside the bedroom and the fact that the particular room we were given faces the street and it was noisy because of that.

Our room was on the ground floor beside the reception with so much noise and cigaret smell in the room. They didn't clean the room for the duration of our stay (3 days).

The motel is new and clean. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. The location is close to taksim and transportation. The internet was good. The only short coming is for non smokers. If smocking irritates you this motel is not a good option

I don’t think Expedia have ever been to this property. It was in a back street opposite a very noisy house that didn’t go to sleep until 2am. Even with the window closed you could hear every sound, even text messages from across the street. Although we asked for a non-smoking room the room smelt extremely stale and of old cigarettes. The toilet seat and shower holder were broken, There was barely any water coming out of the basin tap and the toilet took 20 minutes to fill up. The one positive was the man on reception. He didn’t speak English but was always happy to help and would always use his phone to translate our request or query. Had it not been for him I would have given the whole Expedia experience and the hotel 1 star. Hotel aside, my whole experience with Expedia has not been a good one and I will never use them again.

Recommendable.

It's a new hotel so all the facilities are new. The location was good. The air conditioning was working perfectly. Bedsheets are clean; the toilet was also good. One thing is that our room was the rooom near the entrance door, so there was quite a lot noise from outside the room whenever somebody entered the hotel or talked at the reception during the night.

Çok kötü bir tecrübe yaşadık.

20metre kare yaziyor ama bir yatak zor sigiyo odaya. Cidden kendimi böcek gibi hissettim

Ekonomi odasında konakladım , odanın ufak olması çok kötüydü hani rahat bi alan olmadığından giyinirken vs aşırı zorlandık . Klima çalışmıyordu durumu düzeltmek için gelen kişiler oldu bu sefer 4-5 kere elektrik gitti gelmedi . Gece sonu da yapılamadı ve klimasız şekilde soğukta uyuduk . Çok yeni bi otel çalışmalar var ama genel anlamda temiz olabilirdi merdivenlerde döküntü taş parçaları vardı . Daha iyi olabilirdi beklentimizi karşılamadı .

Oda temiz değil. Duvarlar çok ses geçiriyor. Çoğu odada telefon çekmiyor. Sıcak içecek seti yok. Su tuvalet kağıdı yoktu. Fazla verin daha iyi otelde kalın.

Das Zimmer ist überhaupt nicht eingerichtet wie was Mann auf Fotos sieht plus im Februar im Winter gab es kein warmes Wasser wir konnten nicht duschen Meine Buchung ist für 2 Nächte ich bin aber nur ein Nacht geblieben und ich bin in der nächste Tag raus . Wie kann man im Winter mit kalten Wasser duschen und noch dazu um gegen 2 Uhr in der Nacht bis fast 5 Uhr in der Früh gab es in das nebenan Zimmer Streit es war sehr laut.das war eine große falsche Entscheidung dass ich dort gebucht habe und nie wieder.

Berbat çok pis bir yer odalar kanalizasyon kokuyor 3.katta olduğumuze rağmen odalar temizlenmemiş yatakta kan lekeleri vardı oda da su bile yoktu tuvalet kağıdı yoktu tv çalışmıyordu gerçekten çok pis kötü bir yerdir biz çıktık zaten kalmadık başka yere gittik

wenn das ein Hotel ist dann ist unter Brücke schlafen wie ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Einfach schrecklich Nicht mal ein Hund würde 2 Tage dort aushalten. Bin nach 2 Tagen direkt wieder ausgecheckt obwohl ich für 5 nächte gebucht habe.

Ich wurde am ersten Tage ins Keller geschickt um dort zu schlafen. Das Zimmer war grausam so wie das Hotel. Zimmer hatte kein Fenster. Überall liefen Kleine Tiere rum. Nach meiner Beschwerde wurde mir nach 2 Tagen ein anderes Zimmer gegeben. Das Zimmer war genauso schrecklich schmutzig. Nach 2 Tagen müsste ich beim Bekannten übernachten. Daher biete ich das komplette Geld zurück. Mit freundlichen Grüßen

odası gerçekten kötüydü .fotoğraflara ve konumuna bakarak iyi bir otel olabileceğini düşünmüştüm fakat oldukça kötü bir deneyimdi. Odada asla telefon çekmiyordu. Gece yarısı çalışanların sesleri yüzünden rahat bir şekilde uyuyamadım. temizlik konusuna değinmek bile istemiyorum. Çarşafların üstünde birçok leke mevcuttu. asla temiz olduklarını düşünmüyorum .

Rezalet Oda

Küçücük ve daracık, penceresiz, havalandırmasız bir odada iki gece kaldık ve bir daha sweet home hotel’e tövbe ettik. Odada havlu yoktu, personelden havlu istedik. Bize verilen iki havlunun birinde kan birinde de simsiyah kirler vardı. O yüzden kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

Çok pis ve bakımsız bir otel

Odaların fotoğraftaki haliyle alakası kesinlikle yok. Odalar aşırı derece bakımsız ve pis. Çarşaflar ve yastıklar kıl doluydu bizden önce kim çıktıysa temizlememişler. Banyoda tuvalet kağıdı bile yoktu. Işık düğmeleri yoktu. Tv yoktu. Duvalar pis ve kırılmıştı. Bu fiyata bile değmeyecek bir otel. Aska tavsiye etmiyorum.

Temizliğe yeterince önem verilmemiş, perdeler sapsarı ve odadaki sandalyeler çok kötü durumda. Odalarda sabun yok.

Unfortunately, the hotel is very bad and does not even deserve one star, the room they gave me is not at all the same as the room that I chose and booked through the app. I told them about this, but they told me that the problem is with the app and not with them!! The room is very small and poor, the bathroom has several problems, the bed is very bad, the closet is old and poor, the shower is broken, the shower door is broken

El sumidero de la ducha se atascaba. No habían limpiado en profundidad. Una pena porque el hotel tiene buena pinta.

Kötü bir hotel

B2 oda da konakladık bilsek kesinlikle kalmazdık..2 kat alt oda; Hizmet yok, temizlik yok, TV var ama kanal göstermiyor söylediğimiz halde ilgilenilmedi, klima çalışmıyor.. Keyifli değildi hatta banyo da hamam böceği bile çıktı.. Bu nasıl bir hotel, anlamadık..

Çalışanları gayet güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Oda genel olarak temizdi yalnızca saç kurutma makinesi olmadıgı için zor durumda kaldım istediğimde de otelde hiç bir oda da saç kurutma makinesi olmadığı söylendi gelen misafirlerin bunu dikkate alması için yazmak istedim onun haricin hiç bir sıkıntı yaşamadım.

Personeller gayet ilgili ve alakadar oldular gidecek olanlar gönül rahatlığıyla gidebilir
